one of my hc for tweek is that after he found out about his parents putting meth in his coffee he tried so hard to leave it behind but sometimes he stills slips and drinks their coffee just to "calm down" but ofc it never calms nothing down, just craig in his life fr!!

theyre both aged up

planning on doing a full draw of them just to show their height difference better tweek is like really slim and has long limbs while craig is short and has short limbs

best couples have comically different heights (i really like drawing it at least)

it remains extremely funny to me that freddie wong accidentally (?) made Dan Fucks, embodiment of pleasure, so distinctly ace-coded. like, Dan talks a big game about sex and seems to view it as interesting and desirable, but when presented with such an obvious in for it he completely ignored Avaricci's come-ons to just talk about non-sexual pleasures like goddamn cold pillows. he's not paying attention to sex at all when it's not personally convenient or expected of him to do so.

100% Elias is ace and just doesn't realize people genuinely crave sex and it's not a metaphor or exaggeration like it is for him yet. bless him.

yea y'all are gonna have to be Patient w/ me bc

a) i have like. a week left to pack all of my stuff before i need to shove everything into a uhaul and leave, so its crunch time! leaving little to no energy/interest in anything else

b) to be honest my mental health is the worst its been in years - which is fine, its whatever, i can deal. it's not as bad as it could be and im handling it! like a champ, even! but also its leaving little to no energy/interest in anything else

c) had a minor crisis over my art and how i interact w/ WH, and i realized im not scribbling enough of what I want. ive mostly been trying to please people and do as asked and thats! not good! so i want to temper expectation & reassert that im Not a WH art blog - its just a hyperfixation / something i love rn. i draw what i enjoy & what i want in the moment.

somehow he's never wrong and everyone and their moms have to apologize to him for everything. do people seriously think he has no backbone! batfam fandom has this thing about making jason a straight up monster compared to baby tim. i don't care about villainizing other characters for fic whump but my main issue is tim fans acting like tim isn't a literal crime fighting vigilante (just like the other bats...) they genuinely treat him like he's gonna blow away in the wind or have a panic attack if someone is mean to him. i highly doubt the guy who fights supervillains on the daily has ptsd from jason fighting him and/or needs an apology from jason.

the way i wouldn't even have this strong of an opinion on this guy if it weren't for the fact that jason fans are forced to engage with his character because he's in most fanon jason-centric content. LOLL i ended up ranting but yes that ship also does not do it for me at all purely because it's used as a way to make jason grovel at tim's feet and apologize for 'trying to kill him'. LIKE IM SNORING GOODNIGHT!!!

Hey guys! I’m still keeping most game stuff hush hush, but I wanted to reveal a few more things!

I spent the day programming a couple enemies. A Leafghost, and a Musclegator! I personally adore the Musclegator a whole lot. These guys are just being programmed in a ‘test’ area, which is what I should have done with any previous enemies.

I’ve also tried to simplify their code as much as possible. A friend suggested a possible colosseum area where you can battle enemies again, so I want to make the coding as painless as possible. It’s hard to explain, but a lot of previous enemies have spots on the screen, like objects that are arrows that point left or right, and when the enemy hits that, their behavior changes. But it’s actually kind of a huge pain, especially if used excessively, so I’m trying to reduce my reliance on objects like that.

Certain enemies require it no matter what, but neither of these guys did. Soooo enjoy! Also here’s the Musclegators idle pose, which is my favorite thing.

#inspired when i saw an ad on youtube for wizard101 #where it said “come play for free and explore 16 different worlds!!!” and i was like okay thats a fucking lie #you cant even get all the way through the FIRST world #personally i think its stupid and inconvenient to have to pay to play the MAIN QUESTLINE #for the people who dont have time to grind the set amount of time you pay for membership or those who dont have money #you either pay for a year and are pressured to do as much as you can before time runs out #or you're stuck doing nothing. there's very little you can do without membership #like the main selling point of the game is so you can finish the story. thats what we download the game for in the first place #it gives you the impression that the priority here is your money and not the consumer's enjoyment and comfort #like there are plenty of games who make the entire game free and still are well off #we pay like 40-50 dollars on bundles and even more than that on crowns. that should be more than enough #there are other games where if you dont have membership it barely affects your gameplay experience overall #or games that have no membership function but still can make decent money #imo having to pay to just actually play the game doesnt make it free. like yeah you can do other stuff like fish and duel each other-#and thats it. you walk around the commons and talk ig #thats like the biggest reason i dropped the game its just wayy too expensive and inconvenient to play it #wizard101 #w101 #wiz101 #polls

Remember that sunflowers exist. Find lots of them.

#random thought of the day #i had considered canceling august #just denying its existence and pretending it's july ii #because the whole month always feels like living beneath a guillotine blade that's about to drop #a downhill from summer and a dread of autumn and nothing actually good in and of itself #except for maybe sunsets when the melancholy at least feels a little right #but i've decided to embrace it and maybe find a better atmosphere for it #(yes i do have a specific retelling in mind)#(if you've been following the writing blog you know which one it is)#(but i'm not naming it because saying it aloud puts too much pressure on it)#(and this is supposed to be a pressure-free fun project)#(plus i recognize that i've not yet reached the one week mark)#(where i lose interest in most fun new projects)#(so i acknowledge the likelihood that in like 2-3 days i'll no longer want to write it)#(but for now i hold onto hope and think it has just the right vibe to make august something better)
