Her outfit wasn't cunty enough when I drew her I fear--

Here she is.

Instead of having her family killed by Jeff, she grew up in a very shitty orphanage (lol cliche ik) and because her skin was different, the young girls picked on her a lot- she was always considered ugly, she was never enough and of course being abandoned she already had a weakened mental state as she deemed herself never good enough.

The scars on her body is self inflicted as she hated how her skin looked so much she wanted to rip it off in her black out episodes..it's unknown exactly what set her off but she couldn't handle all the teasing, not being good enough..that orphanage was soon burnt down..the girls later tracked down and murdered- their faces brutally scarred beyond recognition, no one knows who did it.

The lore behind her mask is unknown, how it emotes with her no one knows..it just. Does That, she never shows anyone her face and when she removes it, all she sees is the pitch black scarred face.

(Think. That one masked woman from the Batman series)

Also!! Since Nina is canon here, her name is Jane the Doll instead and she only has beef with Jeff cuz he's annoying as hell 💀
