I have three entire cats and they're the most beautiful and clever and amazing cats of all time. Two of them are twins and are Tonkanese, a Burmese/Siamese cross. There's a boy and a girl, their names are Theoden and Rosie.

And then we have a domestic short hair (so no specific breed) who is brown and white and kinda spotted like a cow, and her name is Jasmine and she's a senior citizen who needs medicine for her arthritis.

Hi anon! I'm only going to answer this for Fanny and George because, as I've mentioned before, I'm not invested enough in side characters like Francis and Isabelle to come up with headcanons for them.

Fanny knew what George was up to when he bought home one pet after another. When he got her Dante a year into their marriage it was a sweet gesture, meant to make her feel at home in Button House after her old dog Bessie had passed away and her loss left her inconsolable. But when Jasmine the Siamese was placed into her care a year later, Fanny became suspicious. After all, George hated cats. It turned out he'd lost a bet (at least that's what Mildred told her), and Fanny supposed the cat was lucky he had been too inebriated to even think about throwing it in the river on the way home.

Next came Jasper the falcon - George's first attempt to get her to spend more time outside. When that didn't have the desired result, he got her Montague - anything to have the house to himself for a few hours every day without having to worry about anyone walking in on him. Back then, Fanny had been grateful he'd allowed her to have so many pets, too blind or perhaps unwilling to see the gestures for what they truly were: desperate measures to keep doing what he'd always done - having his way with the butler, groundskeeper and whoever else happened to be male and working for them without having to worry about the consequences.

Leigh almost lost Allison when she was giving birth. Allison was almost a whole month early and her aunt didn’t think she was going to make it. Because of this, Leigh is very protective of her daughter.

Back on the ranch in Fredricksburg, she had started a relationship with a guy named Mark. He had lost his wife in the initial outbreak and they grew close. Mark would also become the security guy who would come back infected

Jasmine survived the journey to Redwood and is now stabled at the Redwood farm. But Jasmine is not the only animal in their family. Leigh was also able to save and bring along the town cat from back home - a Siamese cat named Luna. Allison loves the cat and Leigh could not leave without her daughter’s kitty.

Biography:

Leigh Madison was born and raised in Terrell, Texas. Her dad worked on a ranch as a cowboy and by proxy, she was raised up on it too. It should not have come to a surprise that she would fall in love with the horses and riding. When she was six she was given her first horse, a white Arabian filly that she affectionately named Jasmine. She grew up with Jasmine and trained her when she wasn’t at school. She would go to horse shows. Riding was her world. When she grew up, she knew she wanted to be a horse trainer. So that’s what she did. When she was sixteen her dad took her to the ranch he worked on and the owner agreed to give her a job there in the stables and help train her to be just that - a horse trainer.

She worked there for years, learning everything there was to offer about horses and how to work with them and take care of them. Her mother, of course, wanted her daughter to go to college, so she disappeared for a few years, going off to major in biology and focus on animal care. Leigh felt that if she could focus her studies on animals, namely horses, maybe she could double as a horse vet. All the better to know for when she went back to the farm to train horses. But when she got back, something happened that she did not at all expect.

The owner of the ranch had passed and now, there was a new owner. The guy was a complete scrub and knew absolutely nothing about how to raise horses. Because of this, they had brought in someone from the outside to help with the horses - a man by the name of Alex Brooks. At first, Leigh didn’t like him. He was doing the job that she should be doing. After all, she had basically been raised on that Ranch so why hadn’t they given her the job? She was definitely hard-headed and a bit antagonistic towards him, but after working with him, she started to see him in a different light. He really cared for horses, much like her and she could respect that. In fact, she found herself even starting to like him. But he was dating the owner’s niece and she was not about to get in between that at all. Best not bite the hand that feeds you. So she was happy to stay just friends with him. Even if she did want more.

She was stabling Jasmine for the night when she came across Alex looking rather heartbroken. He revealed to her that the owner’s niece had been cheating on him. Not wanting to see her best friend so down, she took him out to make him feel better….and then the next morning, she woke up in his bed. She only meant for it to be the one night, but then they kept sleeping with each other and, well, she was enjoying it. At least, until she found out she was pregnant. But this was a good thing, right? She could tell Alex and maybe things could become more between them. Leigh made a plan and went to tell him, but he broke the news that he was leaving to West Virgnia after the owner decided to shut down the ranch. She couldn’t tell him - that wouldn’t be fair to him. So she saw him off. When people asked who the father was, she would say it was a guy she met at a bar and had moved to take care of his family. It wasn’t a total lie but she didn’t want someone who knew Alex to reach out and tell him.

Leigh had a hard time finding work as a horse trainer given that she was pregnant so she moved in with her aunt on her ranch down by Fredricksburg. Within a few months, the news started to break - an infectious outbreak. Leigh and her aunt quickly gathered all their family on their ranch and prepared themselves for the worst which inevitably came to pass. They built up their ranch like a compound and started to take in people who had also survived. Leigh gave birth to her daughter who she named Allison. Her daughter may never meet her father so she wanted her to have at least a little bit of him. For the next few years, they ran the town and things were looking okay. At least, until they weren’t.

One of the security team came back and had been infected. They tried to contain him but it didn’t work. Leigh was forced to watch as her parents were torn apart by the zombie and became infected themselves. She saddled up Jasmine, packed herself and Allison up and rode as far away as she could. She wound up heading East, believing that if there was a chance that Alex had survived he might be somewhere in West Virginia. It took months but soon, she happened upon Redwood. For the past month she has been settling herself and her daughter into the new town and preparing to face Alex and introduce him to his daughter.

Was talking about perfume/scents, so I thought I'd list the ones I commonly use (also for my own reference later on, as I often use these as references when writing!)

Almost all of these come from the delightful, progressive, Black Phoenix Alchemy Labs. (I include years to indicate how old they are- bpal scents are best when aged for multiple years- the older, the better they smell!)

Dorian(2004/2018): This blend is an artful deception: a sweet gilded blossom lying over a twisted and corrupted core. A Victorian fougere with three pale musks and dark, sugared vanilla tea.

Stormclouds over the Midway(2006) : Thunder-charged ozone, plum-colored incense smoke, opium tar, and wormwood.

Talvikuu (2019): Skeletal limbs of birch and fir coated in a thick, impenetrable blanket of snow. This is the death of the year personified.

Halloween In San Francisco (2010): Salt air wafting in from the bay. Rain falling on rain-soaked leaves.

Wolf Moon (2014): This scent is that of unending, unquenchable hunger and feral madness. This is the dead of winter: a frozen night, chill wind, and the sharp, warm perfume of blood, fur, fang, and claw. Winter air, Terebinth pine, juniper berry, dusty orris, deep amber, brown musk, white sandalwood, black cypress, blue cedar, Siamese benzoin, white tobacco, and tonka.

Sir Thomas Sharpe (2015): Black amber darkens a pale fougere.

Gingerbread and Leather (2021) : black leather, gingerbread, clove, and tobacco.

Bitter Moon (year unknown): Nepal poppy, lotus root, wild rose, and blue hibiscus with blackberry, tonka, sage, lavender, peony and vetiver.

Buck Moon (2019): an amplification of one’s natural musk coupled with forest herbs, pine pitch, cedar berries, dew-kissed juniper, deer fur, a hint of clear, warm evening air and a crystalline spark of lunar oil.

Berzerker (2020): Thick furs, strips of leather, and a blood-stained axe with crushed poplar bud and juniper.

Rogue (2020): Soft, well-worn black leather, hemp, and rosin.

Fenris Wolf (2020): Rosewood, amber, red musk and a dribble of red sandalwood.

Blood and Bone: (This one is made by Sucreabeille) A dark forest at night. Moss and cypress, blood and warm fur. A whisper of gunsmoke, and a drop of sweet resins.

Hear ye, hear ye friends and Lunar subjects and make way for the lovely young queen wanna-be Jasmine Funke who has just arrived home with her father from their trip to Simhara, Egypt. Hi, this is Jasmine's father, Jason cutting in, as you can tell, Jasmine just loves holding royal court every chance she gets and is putting on a show for everyone while she gets to use the film projector to share our most recent photos. While Jasmine is loading the picture slides, I'll share some of the recent events in the Funke household.

First of all, I found myself in a bit of a pickle this week when attending a party hosted by one of my co-workers, Gretel Sekemoto. Over the course of socializing with various guests, I met a woman by the name of Anais Wilhelm who had an immediate attraction to me. Knowing that she lives with her official romantic interest, Stefan Bayless, I tried to keep our conversation to the basic 'get-to-know' you and 'just chat' topics but she kept trying to flirt even though, Stefan was also at the party and in the same room. Before I knew it, Anais (who can be somewhat 'inappropriate' at times) kissed me and as you know that made us instant 'romantic interests'. Fortunately since she initiated the kiss, I wasn't the one who got in trouble as Stefan chewed Anais out for kissing me. We'll have to see if Anais and Stefan can work things out in the future but for now I'll just enjoy being a single dad to my daughter.

SilverJan already showed some evidence photos of a mysterious prankster who has been setting booby traps around the house in the shower and on some furniture. We think the culprit may be Jasmine's imaginary friend, Jackson since Jasmine insists it wasn't her and besides she spends most of her free time holding 'royal' court or fishing. Once Jasmine becomes a teenager, which will be in a few sim days, she plays to keep Jackson in his doll form in her inventory due to the fact that he rarely pays attention to her since he always argues with himself. At least that's what she tells me.

At the end of the work and school week, Jasmine and I took a trip to Egypt so that I could complete a dare to disarm a trap there. While we there there, Jasmine spent most of her time fishing for the perfect Siamese catfish but caught a perfect Alley catfish and goldfish instead. She also had some of the local paparazzi bowing to her Highness while holding court at the local campground for explorers.

While her father was off looking for turquoise gems and interviewing locals, Jasmine read the book Jason bought her on how to catch crocodiles and mummyfish

Jasmine came along with me on my first adventure while I retrieved some special MorcuCorp papers that were hidden in a treasure chest inside the Tomb of Discovery for Sopdu Hawas. Jasmine collected the ancient coins she found on the floor while I moved statues around while moving from room to room. After delivering the papers to Sopdu and becoming friends with him, he sent me to Salah Kamel to help her with a series of business abroad jobs which included collecting turquoise gems, interviewing locals about MorcuCorp and exploring the Pyramid of the Burning Sands for flame fruit.

She then held court under the watchful eye of the paparazzi who was just off camera.

Since it was the last day of the trip and I already had flame fruit in my inventory from our home garden, I only explored part of the tomb before delivering the fruit to her. Salah then had me interview Tahiya Shalut about an ancient book which apparently is found in an old underground library under the Madbouli home. This may be a problem since Sanaa is the local special merchant and Fahad selling the books at the market so no one is home to let me in. Hopefully Sanaa will stay home long enough at the beginning of my next trip to let me access the old library.
