Castellano drunkenly stumbled out of the bar with some of the underlings of his pack, the group causing mischief as usual. His alcoholic buzz seeming to be high however his senses still picked up a little something interesting. There was someone watching them from across the street, a very sexy someone who had red hair which was a favorite color for the wolf. She smelled like flowers, whiskey, and surprisingly silver which explains why she was so intensely staring at him and his pack "boys you go on ahead let the big boss know I'll be late getting back". Sauntering over to the redhead he smirked eyeing her with a primal kind of lust and curiosity. The two watching each other closely as their little game of cat and mouse or rather of wolf and hunter began. "hmm whats a pretty thing like you doing out so late? And from what i see..." Cas looked around "all alone? Don't you know that the big bad wolf is hungrily prowling the streets." The wolf let out a dark chuckle as the animalistic gleam in his eyes sparkled with sadistic intent. "Well the big bad wolf should know who my family is, i can take care of myself." She responded letting him see her weapon "ooo shiny hehe you know i think I've heard of you." wolfishly grinning cas stroked her hair sniffing it with a low growl "so your that Winchester girl, elle right? Daddys little princess." laughing over the girls anger cas joyously enjoyed her rage. "aren't you a cute little thing." Inhaling deeply he filled his lungs with her scent "what are you doing here wolf?" Elle questioned him trying to sound annoyed "i could ask you the same thing." leaning in closer he noticed her blush red cheeks. Standing her ground elle backed away putting some space in between them knowing wolves are unpredictable and it was dangerous to be that close to one "my father told me to keep an eye on you." a statement that wasn't entirely true but also wasn't a lie; john told his kids to watch the pack and report back to him at the end of the day. By this time she had been following him and only him all day while sam kept an eye on cameron and dean watched richard the big boss, both of her brothers were probably home by now but elle just couldn't leave the wolf alone. With a devilish smirk cas stepped forward closing the space between them knowing she wasn't just there too watch him from the sweet scent coming from her and the way she was dressed. The wolfs laugh was sinister as he teased her "do you always do what daddy says?" castellano asked condescendingly "stop teasing me!" She yelled unable to hold in her distain towards him "stop following me!" He roared back. Scrunching up her face in disbelief she denied him "maybe i will once you leave humanity alone wolf!" With that he gave her fanged grin with a light in his eyes that foretold of mischief "fine then come with me tonight and tomorrow humanity will be left alone, deal princess?". He knew she would say yes to going with him, just the thought of it caused her whole expression to change "come on, i promise i won't bite..." The wolf whispered lowly in her ear "not tonight at least." Elle rolled her eyes pushing her feelings for the wolf down deep within her. The redhead huffed "fine but you better keep your word wolf." she pushed past him walking to her bike and the wolf with his eyes now glowing gold smugly watched her hips sway "I'll do a lot more than that." The two started the night as enemies but it seems like they'll end it a little differently.

☕️ also, hopes/wishlist/expectations for the next DC cinematic universe, if that's something you think about at all?

I honestly tuned out of DC fairly soon, for the longest time I was more of a Marvel girly (until Marvel burned me out and now I go but I do not emotionally invest into it anymore), and I still have to see ... ugh, so many of their movies.

I went to see the first Aquaman in 4DX (back before my back pain made it so that 4DX is not a viable option for me, first world problems I know but it bums me out that I cannot go anymore without ending up in crippling pain) but that was because it had both Jason Momoa and Temuera Morrison and I am a long time fan of both (and also Jason Momoa going around mostly shirtless and wet? Always going to watch) though I actually skipped the second one because it happened in a moment in RL last year while I wasn't paying attentions to movies AT ALL and so I managed to miss that it was coming out.

I know I should watch if not all of the old movies at least the Flashpoint one (can't remember if it's the correct name or not but I know I will at some point because the unholy squeaking sounds I made when Michael Keaton showed up in the trailer, I can't even begin to tell you).

I have yet to watch anything with Affleck!Batman in it and I kinda want to see his take on the character, but I don't have the spoons in me. I have seen 1 Superman!Cavill movie and it didn't really make me want to watch more.

I have also seen Wonder Woman 1 and from what I remember it was pretty enjoyable as long as I did not engage my brain, but when I did it had some plot holes that bugged me and some stuff that did not fully jive with me but I could not open my mouth about anything less than absolutely blindingly loving it lest I be crucified for it because it was Directed By A Woman [or that was the impression fandom gave me at the time] so I just kept my mouth shut and peaced out.

I had a blast watching the most recent Harley Queen movie, but it's not a BOP movie and it's definitely an Elseworld movie kinda deal to me because that's the only way I could watch it without screaming vengeance over their treatment of Cassandra Cain or most other non-Harley characters involved. Otherwise I would just scream and hate and rage.

I have not watched Joker yet because it strikes me as the sort of movie I need to be in a specific sort of mood to watch or it might really fuck with me in a bad way so I don't know how I feel about Joker Folies Au Deux (or the fact that it seems, from the trailer, to be painting Joker as the one exploited and manipulated into things by Harley rather than the other way around) but like, it feels like A Serious Movie That Might Hurt Me Emotionally because Joaquin Phoenix and it being definitely an Elseworld movie and also I am no, generally speaking, a big Joker fan so -- *shrug and raise hands emoji*

I deeply enjoyed the more recent Suicide Squad right until they killed Rick Flag and then I gasped in pain and wanted to beat Peacemaker's face in (I know his series is good, according to people whose tastes I trust, but HE KILLED RICK FLAG, I am NOT watching it [yet], yes I can absolutely be petty like that) so I am tentatively trusting James Gunn.

I know it's considered more of an Elseworld sort of movie, but I did really love The Batman with Robert Pattinson and I am looking forward to see what they do with a sequel to that and how they move on from how the last movie ended (here's to hoping we don't get too big of a timeskip, I would really love if they picked it up from where it left off rather than jumping ahead).

I am not sure how I feel about the "current canon" Batman movie in the works going with Damian as the Robin in it, but I am being tentatively hopeful about it, because my brain (possibly stupidly but hey I am allowed to dream until I get jossed) keeps thinking it is actually a genius idea if instead of going from Dick forward you jumpstart things by having Damian there and possibly referencing the other former Robins as Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin, Spoiler / Batgirl, maybe throw in Black Bat too etc. and then you can just introduce them with their own movies without having to go through things chronologically.

It is very much NOT encouraging to me that it's based upon the Morrison storyline, though, because I am a Tim fan and Morrison did their best to excise him and treat him from non-existent to pretty much an outsider.

I don't know if that's Gunn's vision or if it's just my own take on doing things, but it could be cool? Maybe? Here's hoping.

I went and took a look at the list of upcoming movies (this one) because I wasn't keeping up with it and seeing The Authority on it makes me hope a tender hope that it will not completely fucking suck and that it might actually be interesting (please please please do them all justice, I am begging here).

I am flabbergasted Keanu Reeves agreed to come back as Constantine, but I liked the first movie (which I saw before I read any comics with constantine in it) so hey, maybe it will be another interesting movie again. I do like Keanu as an actor, though he is very much an Elseworld Constantine and has nothing to do with pre-Flashpoint canon Constantine, which is the one I know.

Seeing a Nightwing movie being talked about makes me think I might be right about the upcoming Batman movie introducing Damian but also having the other former Robins in the background and that would be honestly a relief.

I'd love to see a Lobo movie doing the Main Man right but god, that would be so tricky to pull off, especially in the current socio-political climate and with the cancellation culture and everything else going on that I've seen fandom wise.

Everything else I am seeing on that list either doesn't excite me or is not really a character I know so I'll take it with a grain of salt.

My Alpha Ch. 1 (Alpha!Declan Harp x Omega!Reader) Series

You looked around the meeting, the fire in the middle of the circle kept you all warm on the breezy cold fall evening. “We gather because our ancestors did this, and we do it to respect them, us, our kind and our pack!” the pack master yelled. The men, women, boys, and girls howled and cheered. You sat quietly on a log watching everyone. You presented at 16, an omega, and here at 21, you still waited. Mostly due to the fact your father was a pack master and didn’t allow anyone to go near you. 

Also, because once everyone heard that you were Omega, they avoided you like the plaque and made their alphas do the same. Funny, Alphas are always so strong and fierce, until their wives or ehem-“Mates” were around and then they were whipped little bitches. You tucked your hands into your pockets as you sat on a log, listening to your father introduce the newest couple in the pack, the 17-year-old girl grinning proudly, the mark on her neck showing in the firelight, her 20-year-old boyfriend holding her possessively close to his chest. Your father and the pack gave them happy smiles, grinning as they announced they were engaged. 

After everyone had settled down, your father smiled, “Now, we have one more matter…a newcomer has joined our pack…Declan Harp, he comes from North Montana, ventured down here for a fresh start after a painful past.” Your father held his hand out a little as a rather tall, handsome man came out from behind a few others and looked around the group. His eyes landed on you before he looked onto others. The pack welcomed this newcomer and soon, the meeting was left to everyone chatting and sharing beers. You stood off to the side watching everyone, alone and seeing all the women watching Declan talk to the pack master. 

Soon after their conversation had been turned toward the pack and your father motioned you over to them. You huffed internally and walked over to the two of them. “Declan, this is my daughter Y/N, our pack is lucky to have what Omegas are left in this world. Omegas are an important part of a pack.” Your father was proud of the fact that his pack had many omegas. You hated it, but you looked up at Declan and swallowed before you let out a soft “Hello, welcome to the pack,” you stuck your hand out. 

Declan smiled and shook your hand. “It’s nice to meet you Y/N,” you smiled at him before your dad wrapped an arm around you. “Proud that my daughter here is an omega.” He looked down at you and squeezed you closer. “She’ll make a fine mate to a great alpha one day” he spoke as if he knew the future already. 

Declan looked from you, to your fathers hand squeezing your shoulder and he felt something in his gut. He wasn’t sure what it was, but there was a feeling that your fathers arm around you was wrong. 

You looked up at Declan again before looking at your father, “Why don’t I show Declan around town, since he’s new and all? I know the lumber yard is looking for someone to work there. Maybe he might be interested?” you asked as your father looked down at you, eyeing you before shaking his head. “No offense Declan, but I can’t just trust you to walk around town innocently with my daughter. You understand right?” he held you tighter to him, giving Declan a tight smile. Declan smiled a little. “No Sir, I understand completely. Why don’t you give me the address of the lumber yard and I’ll stop by there tomorrow and put in an application.” he smiled down at you. 

The next morning, you woke up to an empty house and smiled softly, ‘thank god…he’s so overbearing sometimes,” you stretched and walked into the kitchen, pouring yourself a bowl of cereal, you plopped down at the table, turning the kitchen TV on and watching your favorite tv show ‘Charmed’. You grinned while seeing the sister witches battling the source of all evil in the episode. 

A loud knock sounded on the back door, causing you to jump and glance behind you toward the back door. Getting up, you moved the drawn blinds to see the new alpha from the pack meeting the night before. You smiled and unlocked the door, cracking it open. “Hey!” you smiled at him. 

Declan looked at you and smiled. “Good Morning Y/N, Hope I’m not bothering you, I was looking for your dad actually,” Declan said looking down at you. You shook your head and peeked up at him, “You’re not bothering me, I just haven’t seen my father this morning. He might be in town,” you told him softly. Declan nodded and reached in his pocket pulling out a card, “I, uh, wanted to give you my number. Your pop seems to be pretty protective of you,” he said as the corner of his mouth pulled up into a half smile. You smiled a sly, shy smile and plucked the card from his hand, flipping it over in your fingers, reading the phone number on it. “uh, thanks…I’ll text you sometime.” You said as he grinned. “I’d really like that,” he smiled and walked down the steps before looking back up at you. “bye Y/N,” he waved a little and walked off as you bit your lip, closing the door and locking it. 

As the day went on, you got dressed in your dinner uniform and headed off to work. You tried not to think about Declan, how handsome he was, or the fact he smelt so good. You started your shift, trying to push the thoughts of him from your mind but found it difficult. You wanted to get to know him, but your father wasn’t going to allow it. Your gut told you that your father never had any intention of you finding a mate. 

You walked through the diner, carrying food to customers, taking orders, laughing and joking with the locals as they tipped you and treated you nicely. You got a feeling of eyes on you, but figured it was just customers waiting on you to serve them. But you never would have guessed that there was an alpha sitting across the street in the dark, watching, waiting to pounce on you the moment he had the chance.

Inquiring minds would like to know: just what exactly is CollegeAthleteRoomate|Paz's build? It's obvious that he's built like a tank but how exactly? How tall is he? How much does he weigh? What's the shape of his torso (rectangular vs triangular)? I'm thinking that he's built something like this.

ok first off... wow what a pic 👁️🫦👁️ that is... that is a v nice picture and I swear I am looking disrespectfully

secondly, I'm glad you asked!!! so my personal face claim for this specific au is Jason Momoa in his Baywatch era, when he's 19-21. this is a college au where paz and bunny went straight to uni from high school, and they're currently seniors at uni, so they're roughly 21-22 in terms of age. so while paz isn't quite as built as he is in the mandalorian (bc he's still got some growin to do), he's definitely got some bulk.

on average (and yes, I did research this), hockey players (specifically goalies) are roughly 200 lbs and about 6'3" tall. rarely are goalies less than 190 and shorter than 5'11".

for paz, I'm thinking he's right around the 215-230 lbs range, and roughly 6'5". He's definitely on the taller side, but not the tallest hockey player ever. so on the physical side of things, paz is roughly the same size as current day jason momoa, (he's reportedly 6'4" and 214 lbs), however he doesn't physically look as old as jason momoa is right now.

this is roughly the age I picture for college!au!paz. he's definitely got the shortish hair and clean shaven look, at least how I'm visualizing in the story.

(this does not mean you cannot picture your own face claim!! absolutely feel free to do so! just know that when I describe paz, this is the image/vibe I'm going off of)

also, mans is built like a fucking dorito. he's got those broad fucking shoulders and that slutty little waist just like the good ole' cap. o' 'murica. he's absolutely solid as a fucking rock, a lot of his weight comes from muscle. however, it's much more the useful kind of muscle, not the showy stuff bodybuilders have. he may not have the most defined abs but mans can definitely deadlift like 600 lbs.

Next on the Watchlist: I'm due a re-watch of Battlestar Galactica - I found my old, stalled-out semi-AU fic from a decade ago, and I can feel the brainrot setting in.

Current Obsessions: My weekly Call of Cthulhu game (of which I am GM/Keeper) has restarted after a multi-month hiatus, so I'm getting back into the swing of things with that (we're using "The Two-Headed Serpent" for our campaign, so much snek-related shenanigans are occurring). I'm currently planning out ideas for downtime activities between two of the pre-written campaign chapters. I have to determine if I'm capable of an Arnie and/or Jason Momoa impression for long enough without laughing, because one of our characters (a Scottish WW1 medical corps veteran turned professor of linguistics) is a direct linage descendant of Conan the Barbarian; his biological mothers are the Great Old One Yhoundeh and her sole remaining - as of the 1930s - human high priestess; his wife is a Hunting Horror and his boyfriend (his old CO from the Great War) is a Servant of Sobek (think Alfred from Batman if he was a really buff anthro crocodile man). Not to mention his adopted son from Borneo. Man's got a complicated life lmao.

Do you plan on writing part two of your Feyd-Rautha Bridgerton AU? I loved how you wrote him in it. It differed from the Feyd we met in Dune, part two, and the books. I hope to read more Bridgerton AU's of your favourite characters from different universes. Can't wait for your next fic to be posted! xx

I've been thinking of doing part two of yours truly, Feyd. But I would also like to leave it where it is. But there are definitely more Bridgerton AUs coming. I am currently writing a Jason Momoa Briderton au and an alternate version with Duncan Idaho similar to the Feyd-Rautha one x
