Since October 20, 2024, Indonesia, the world’s largest Muslim-majority country and Southeast Asia’s largest economy, has had a new president and a vice president: Prabowo Subianto (b. 1951, locally known as Prabowo) and Gibran Rakabuming Raka (b. 1987, locally known as Gibran). Having a strong military background with various high-rank posts in the Special Forces (Kopassus) and the Army Strategic Reserve Command (Kostrad) during the reign of the late despotic ruler Suharto (Prabowo’s former father-in-law), Prabowo was a former Minister of Defense under President Joko Widodo (popularly known as Jokowi) who served as the seventh president of Indonesia from 2014 to 2024. Prabowo is also the General Chairman of the Gerindra Party, a nationalist, right-wing populist political party. Founded by Prabowo and his allies in 2008, Gerindra is currently the third largest party in the parliament (DPR) after PDI-P and Partai Golkar. Furthermore, Gibran was the ex-mayor of Surakarta in Central Java and Jokowi’s eldest child.
The Composition of Prabowo’s Cabinet
After the General Elections Commission (KPU) officially announced and assigned Prabowo as the eighth president of Indonesia, he appointed 136 officials consisting of 48 ministers, 56 deputy ministers, 5 heads of government agencies or ministerial-level officials, and 27 figures for various professions such as special advisors to the president, special delegates to the president, and chairs of national agencies. 1 With this number to date, Prabowo’s cabinet is perhaps the largest-ever cabinet in the country’s modern political history. Prabowo named his “fat” cabinet the “Red and White Cabinet,” symbolizing the colors of the Indonesian flag. Prabowo argued that the composition of large members in his cabinet aimed to create a strong government that would unite and reflect Indonesia’s diverse societies and political interests. 2
Prabowo’s cabinet features various professions including politicians, bureaucrats, (ex-) military or police personnel, business people, activists, academics, and practitioners. Moreover, his cabinet represents a mixture of figures including Prabowo’s stalwarts, the coalition of seven political parties who supported his candidacy during February’s presidential election, social and religious organizations (e.g., Nahdlatul Ulama, Muhammadiyah, HMI, PMII, among others), some of his rivals during the election (e.g., Muhaimin Iskandar, the General Chairman of the National Awakening Party, who became the running mate of Anies Baswedan), and Jokowi’s loyalists, particularly his former ministers.
Indeed, a substantial number of Jokowi’s key ministers have been reappointed as Prabowo’s ministers and have strategic and crucial positions in the ministry (e.g., Sri Mulyani, Tito Karnavian, Erick Thohir, Bahlil Lahadia, Pratikno, Airlangga Hartarto, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, among others), a sign of Jokowi’s strong influence on Prabowo. The accommodation of “Jokowi’s men” in Prabowo’s cabinet can be seen as a political compensation to Jokowi for his tacit backing and endorsement of Prabowo during the election.
Prabowo’s Weaknesses and Strengths
People might wonder whether Indonesia’s future will be better or worse under Prabowo. Here are some of Prabowo’s weaknesses and strengths to assess his capacity and qualifications.
Pessimists and critics will query Prabowo’s credentials to run this vast archipelagic country with more than 280 million population due to his negative reputation and bitter track records in the past. These accounts include some well-known issues related to accusations of human rights abuse. For example, Prabowo was alleged of capturing and abducting activists (including students) and orchestrating the 1998 violent riots and mass rapes targeting Chinese women and properties at the end of Suharto’s rule, accusations he repeatedly denied. Prabowo was also involved in a counter-insurgency operation in East Timor that claimed hundreds of lives, including the carnage of a dozen people (women and children included) in 1983. 3 Furthermore, Prabowo made alliances with intolerant factions and radical Islamists during the 2019 presidential election, the most chaotic and brutal-ever presidential election and campaign in Indonesia’s post-New Order history. Equally important, Prabowo’s party was deemed responsible for violent, dirty, and racist campaigns and mass disturbances during Jakarta’s 2017 gubernatorial election, the country’s worst-ever gubernatorial election.
Interestingly, notwithstanding the accusations of his unpleasant experiences in the past decades, Prabowo currently receives popular and extensive support from the Indonesian populace that can be used as a “social capital” to back his rule, policies, programs, and agenda. Backed by Jokowi, Prabowo became president after winning the election, receiving nearly 100 million (around 96.214.691) voters, or 58.59 percent of the ballot. Prabowo-Gibran’s rivals received 24.95 percent (for Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar) and 16.47 percent (for Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD). 4 Remarkably, more than half of voters in 35 provinces cast their ballot for Prabowo-Gibran. This means that only in 3 provinces Prabowo-Gibran received support from less than 50 percent of voters.
What made Prabowo receive overwhelming support today, although he previously failed several times, either as the candidate for president or vice president? At this point, Jokowi’s backing was a crucial factor for Prabowo’s victory. Without Jokowi’s (tacit) support, it was almost impossible for Prabowo to win the contest of the 2024 presidential election. In fact, in the past two presidential elections in 2014 and 2019 in which Prabowo also ran the candidacy, he was bitterly defeated by Jokowi, even though a coalition of numerous political parties had supported Prabowo. Jokowi’s support means that Prabowo will receive support from Jokowi’s enthusiastic followers and loyalists who are still widespread in the country, both ordinary people and elite members of society. Indeed, Jokowi so far remains a popular leader, albeit some elements and factions in society have criticized his rule in recent years. Critics, for instance, said that, despite making the country strong in economic growth and massive infrastructure development beyond Java, Jokowi left huge financial debts, roused old-time patronage and dynastic politics, damaged democracy and democratization processes, and diminished the integrity of courts and other state institutions. 5
Furthermore, survey findings from multiple noted institutions such as Kompas, the country’s respected national media, indicate significant public support toward Prabowo. For example, a survey conducted in September 2024 revealed that 84.1 percent of respondents of all categories (male and female; youth and adult; low, middle, and high class; educated and uneducated) see positively toward Prabowo’s future role as a “captain” of the “Indonesian ship.” Seven out of ten respondents also view Gibran positively. Around 84.7 percent of respondents were confident that Prabowo could defend and protect the country from home and foreign disturbers, and 80.2 percent believed that Probowo could increase Indonesian dignity and prestige in the international society. Additionally, 76.4 percent of respondents believed Prabowo could maintain the country’s political stability and national security. Over 70 percent of respondents are also convinced that Prabowo could overcome some major issues such as legal-related matters (74.5 percent), social welfare (73.1 percent), and economic growth (72.6 percent). 6
Why does Prabowo currently receive a positive image even though he has been dogged by charges of human rights abuses and violent riots for decades?
Here are some possible explanations. First, the accusation was perhaps only popular among elite members of society (politicians, activists, or academics), not the grassroots. Second, Indonesians generally find it easy to change their attitudes and perceptions, forget past experiences, and forgive someone who has a dark experience in the past but shows a positive development. Prabowo, on various occasions, has shown this changing behavior in recent years. Third, Prabowo’s calmness, elegance, and respect for his rivals during the presidential debates and campaigns in the 2024 election also contributed to this positive image. Fourth, Prabowo’s promises during the election might attract some segments of society, especially the grassroots (e.g., free education, free lunch, and increased salary for teachers and civil servants, etc.). Fifth, “the Jokowi effect” is undoubtedly significant in elevating Prabowo’s reputation.
Some Challenges for Prabowo’s Rule: Concluding Remarks
Although many Indonesians have high hopes for Prabowo-Gibran’s administration for the nation’s future, some fundamental issues can hamper their expectations and Prabowo’s confidence and promises. Here are some problems facing the country: the poverty rate is still high (9.03 percent in 2024), the unemployment rate in 2024 is 5.2 percent which is the highest in Southeast Asia, the adult illiteracy rate is 3.47 percent (in 2023), and the foreign debt is also high (around $403.9 billion in the first quarter of 2024). Moreover, corruption is still a common, ubiquitous practice in the country which is difficult to eradicate. Transparency International has scored Indonesia 34” (out of 100), meaning that the country’s rank is 115 out of 180 countries.
Equally important, the country has long faced intolerance, religious militancy, and anti-pluralist movements targeting specifically religious minority groups, including Muslim minorities (Shiites, Ahmadis, etc.). Religious freedom, including the right to build religious worship places, particularly for non-Muslims, still becomes a major issue in the country. The resurgence of multiple conservative, radical, and Islamist groups can disturb national security, civic peace, and social harmony. Additionally, separatist movements, particularly in Papua, are still a major issue that the current government needs to pay attention to.
Will Indonesia’s future be better and cleaner under Prabowo? Well, it is too early to evaluate and judge the success or unsuccess of Prabowo’s reign. The “fat” cabinet perhaps can make Prabowo’s administration stronger (as Prabowo said). But, the “bloated cabinet” can be ineffective and insufficient. It also can complicate bureaucracy and lengthen the policy-making process. The adding of many ministries and departments can also be costly in the sense of both energy and money spent. What is the point of appointing many officials if the appointment is only to incorporate and satisfy his loyalists and make his fans happy? Yet, time will answer these doubts.

March 2025
We're having AN ACTUAL SPRING? Whoever planted all the cherry trees (and other blossoms) around London - thank u.

For the first month this year, no one I know has died. As far as I'm aware. 🎉🥲
I've been doing Spanish on Duolingo for three full years as of this month, and taking classes for two (with some of the same people! so cool : )). It really feels like my life is just Spanish on Wednesdays sometimes, but if my count is correct I should be at the end of B1 by next summer!! :o
Went to the Stitch Festival, bought a load of stuff. I keep buying more and more yarn from Hobbii because I run out of one specific colour or have An Idea. Goal - don't buy any more in April?! I appreciate having a yarn shop 10 minutes from my house and I try to buy stuff from them whenever poss but to be completely honest the yarn selection is ass, they did not even have blue cotton. :[
Work is mostly stable, new Delivery Manager is settling in fast but I'm hanging around for a bit cos someone is going away for a month so a team needs cover. Still not sure what next, I've had chats about agile coaching. Hopefully not something that's a technology in search of an application - you know what I mean. 🙄
I made it to Data Bites (great talk about waste! all the girls love talking about incineration plants and waste tracking!!! 💖 ) and Product for the People where the vibe was honestly so nice, I really enjoyed myself even though I basically had to work throughout tee day. Also I met someone I've not seen for YEARS there cos they just came back in the UK and are doing something interesting again in one of my old depts. \o/
The OpenAI Ghibli stuff is so fucking gross.
What is up with the Majima Grayson Perry Everywhere campaign? I saw Grayson Perry books, Grayson Perry cross-stitch set, Grayson Perry jewellery, not even gonna mention the massive Grayson Perry poster that's just part of the landscape now. I like the guy a lot but it's funny how he's suddenly wherever I look. 😵💫
I had an eye test and my sight got better?!
House purchase has not moved from what I can see, it's gonna be another summer of hauling ass to the lido for an hour each way instead of having it round the corner at this rate. 🥲
I felt crap on the weekend when my friends started playing Delta Green, boo. :(
Whoever came up with Java Whiskers queer dating should get a raise. Not for me due to my commitment to dying alone but I appreciate marketing genius when I see it. 🫡
Earworm: Fever Ray - I'm not done (live at the Troxy). I was there and it was so fucking good, the recording almost captures it.

Less puerile street art IS available in London, but who cares. 😎
Makes
Raccoon (crochet)
Whales (crochet/needle felted)
Mouse (needle felted)
French bulldog (crochet)
Cat bed (crochet) + a necklace from the same yarn I've not managed to take a decent pic of
I picked up needle felting again after a workshop at Stitch Festival and I'm enjoying how easy it is to shape something recognisable. ~__~ It scratches the ceramics itch a bit, which is helpful since the only non-throwing course is on Saturdays in the prime morning swimming hours and I'm not sacrificing this over the summer haha.
While looking for Deltarune amigurumi patterns I found this amazing Seam plushie tutorial so putting that craft on my backlog...
I also got some cards from Pacific Knit Co, my knitting era may be approaching.
Currently I'm making something for a friend for Easter and trying to customise a pattern into a specific character... sneak peek:

Also pictured my first attempt at untangling a hank. What an absolute disaster. 🙃
Watched
a lot of KBash stuff - thank you youtube algorithm gods for sending me those fun, thorough videos from interesting perspective.
finished Star Trek TOS (due to this post, heh). Boy, did I feel like bobo the fool when I enjoyed the last episode and saw it's the most hated and panned one. 🧍🏻 You can quickly dismiss the premise as misogynistic (whatever the interpretation some aspects are deeply sus) but it's actually easy to find some nuance - and the idea that it's because of the writers' incompetence is delicious. 👹 Like the writer of that article I thought the performances were very fun. Anyway, I just started TNG and it kicked off strong with one of the divas of all time so my hopes are high. Maybe fewer aliens will be just blonde bombshells with funky hairdos this time (would it kill you to pledge your eternal devotion to a sentient pile of rocks that can revive Genghis Khan at least ONCE McCoy you coward! >:( ).
Next
Somehow I ended up buying fuckton of tickets for the future this month, so:
Kinoteka festival (Saragossa Manuscript, Hourglass Sanatorium)
UK Games Expo
A weekend in Ghent (I booked the Eurostar and the next day Switch 2 and Deltarune 3+4 were announced for the same weekend, I am fuming/you are WELCOME Lancer Fan Club)
Neon Genesis Evangelion screenings at the PCC
Deltarune concert for the 10 year anniversary (I was on the fence, I opened the seating chart and there was only one front row circle seat avaialble so my poor impulse control took over....)
Gotta make it to that Leigh Bowery exhibit
This is so true, thank you Pokemon News UK 😌

Honest Thoughts: JSA & Metamorpho
So, with the release of Absolute Flash today to start Wave 2 of DC's Absolute Universe with Wally, John, and Jo being introduced in this wave, I've decided to check out on the other current works that the writers are doing, or for DC at least since I'm still waiting for an opportunity to get Camp's original comic, Assorted Crisis Events, when I have the time and money. The two comics from DC I'm reading right now from these writers are Lemire's current run of JSA and Ewing's run on Metamorpho. I'll try to make it quick since there's some university work for me to do.
JSA #1-5 (Lemire/Orlortegui)- I have a good appreciation for some Golden Age superhero comics, even if they're not entirely perfect with some uhhh... dated content really, but I still enjoy that era of comics, especially with one of the earliest superhero teams in comics with the Justice Society of America, being DC's premiere superhero group being made way before the Justice League. I know some of these members from both the comics and from the DCAU with Justice League Unlimited, like the first Green Lantern Alan Scott, the first Flash Jay Garrett, Hourman, Doctor Midnite, Dr. Fate, Wildcat, Hawkman, the first Black Canary, and the first Sandman (not the Gaiman creation). Already in issue 1, I essentially have no idea on who some of the new characters are since they don't do much of an introduction to them other than showing their personalities. Throughout the issues though, I do get some more bits and pieces on who they are, like how the new Doctor Midnite can literally only see in the dark as she can't see when there's light around if she doesn't have her glasses on. The story itself essentially has the JSA be separated following an attack from the Injustice Society, with the older guard being stuck in the Tower of Fate in Hell, while the younger members are left on earth trying to figure out how to find them. Its basic, but I do like the art from Orlortegui and how they drew the expansive spaces in Hell and the characters have a sort of cartoon-ish feel to them, which is a character design I always love in comics. I do find the Demons Three to be fun, but other than that, the comic is overall ok with me probably dropping the run when the first arc is done. It's not a good first impression on Lemire's work for me as I have heard some great stuff from him, like his Moon Knight run in Marvel, or his original work with Sweet Tooth, but hey, maybe his upcoming work with Absolute Flash might turn my opinion around on his writing.
Metamorpho: The Element Man #1-3 (Ewing/Lieber)- I first known about Metamorpho thanks to, again, Justice League Unlimited, but not much about his history other than that one funny issue in Justice League Europe where an amnesiaced Rex meets Sapphire and Java and the whole thing plays out like a cheesy soap opera, it's great. I do know he was created during the Silver Age and was sort of treated as a half serious/ half comedic character. So, with me hearing about Ewing doing Absolute Green Lantern and seeing that he's doing Metamorpho for what I believe to be his first main DC book he's working on and with Metamorpho appearing in Gunn's upcoming Superman movie, I couldn't pass up and THANK GOD I PICKED IT UP! This run is great while still at three issues right now in how it pays tribute to those Silver Age comics, from the first page being based on those clickbaity comic covers showing ridiculous situations on them, to the wacky lingo used in its writing, to how the stories in each issue are influenced by 60s culture with music and films. The characters are great too, with my favorite just being Java and how bluntly honest he is in just wanting to see Rex die, he's great especially in issue 3. I'll get this out of the way right now, the Stagg's BOTH SUCK, like they are horrible people in how they treat Rex in these stories. There's Simon who just wants to keep Rex as his personal asset to protect him while saying that he's "making a cure" which is total BS and is a straight-up AI supporter in issue 2. And then there's Sapphire, who at first glance seems to be nicer than her father, Simon, and she is... to a degree. I'd argue and say that she's equally as bad as her dad in how she uses Rex for popularity, which is what kickstarts the conflict in the second issue. I'm just glad Rex has moved on from her, but I'm worried that he'll be back together with her. The art is great here with Lieber doing great small details in the background and in how Rex transforms a part of himself to a certain element where you can see the chemical symbol on his body somewhere like Cu for copper, O for oxygen, and Cs for cesium which pleases the science nerd in me. This is a great run that I highly recommend to anyone that wants to know who Metamorpho is with Gunn's Superman movie coming up as it does a great job in introducing people to Rex with issue 1. I love this run, and I can expect the same joy I'm feeling in reading Ewing's next released work with Absolute Green Lantern, and I have no doubt that this statement will age poorly when that first issue is released!
So, there you have it: one ok run with JSA and a great run with Metamorpho, I'm still waiting for my chance with Camp's Assorted Crisis Events #1, but I would still pick up Absolute Martian Manhunter since I loved Camp's Ultimates run for Marvel's new Ultimate Universe. I will do the same write-up post for Wave 2's new origins for the characters like how I did with Wave 1, and I will do a write-up for the first completed arcs of Wave 1 after I've read Absolute Batman #6. University is dragging me a bit, but I still want to make posts about comics and movies and to still be able to do my art.

Kinda both love and hate currently owning a book so obscure I can literally find no information about the book itself or the author.
It's called Belevenissen met dieren uit de jungle (Dutch) by Tjebbe Franken and is about the experiences someone (presumably the author but not made explicitly clear) had living with wild animals in various jungles, mostly in Java. It's not a very good book and involves a lot of painful-to-read animal abuse but I am honestly far more fascinated by what's going on behind the book, not the book itself.
Thing is, there is practically no information on this book out there. I could find a few now-defunct secondhand listings and one from a Dutch library (also defunct, it appears they no longer own the book), but there's no publication date or year, no information on the author, nothing on the publisher, basically nothing out there that gives me any more information than the book itself does (which is little, it barely lists any information inside other than the main text).
I did find one mention on a Dutch war history site for a guy who was involved with WWII with the same name as the author, but I very much doubt they're the same guy. But again I have no real time frame to look for because this book has no publication date. There's also another guy named Tjebbo Franken (with an O) but again this is not my guy.
So yeah this is kind of a reverse lost media situation where I own the media itself (bought it on a secondhand book market with no context) but I do have a dozen questions about where it came from, who wrote it, what happened to the author, when it was written, when the events in the book itself happened, was it published in another country in another title first, why is the publisher so vague and does it have no information on it out there, are the experiences in the book those of the author himself or of another guy he interviewed? Questions, questions and more questions.
If I could hazard a guess I'd say the book was written in the late 1800s to mid-1900s (largely due to the absence of some modern technology) and the experiences written about are those of the author himself, who was presumably a Dutch guy living in Java (then part of the Dutch East Indies, fuck colonialism btw) who also visited other areas of the world. It's all still very vague but this is the closest guess I have based on the text of the book itself.

do you have a list of the human-daemon/witch-palisman pairs anywhere, like as a reference?
nowhere yet, but i can go ahead and make one now! under the cut i'll list all the people we've met so far! including settled form if that's relevant. i'll link this to the masterpost pinned at the top of my blog and i'll try to keep it up-to-date!
if someone whose been mentioned in the fic isn't down here, feel free to shoot me an ask! full chance i'll forgot someone if the mention was offhand and they become a bigger player later lol.
i split the list into major/medium minor characters just so some of the people who dont show up as much don't bloat the main list lol. i added "medium" as a category between them because as the series goes on this distinction will be needed.
ive also decided to change the way this list works: will now list characters and their daemons as they are when they are first introduced, so there should be no worries of spoilers save for like, the existence of characters! unless you have not read 1. please read 1 and then read this list lol.

Adult/working side of tumblr, Data entry/computer science type question here
I've recently gotten a job where I'm meant to be inputting a bunch of items into a spreadsheet - basically making a masterlist of machines, their location, last service date, various notes, and a link to their manuals.
This was previously held in a word document, I've been given basically no stipulations on how it should be held together other than it needs to be easy to navigate for people who have like, no computer knowledge.
Currently I'm using an excel sheet, however this is getting increasingly difficult for me to work with, as I'm not super familiar with excel, it's navigation, and how to automate things.
Due to the nature of this, it feels like a database would be better equip to handle this, but I also do not know how to code a database, and especially not one that would be easy for someone to use who doesn't how to use computers well.
Basically, my question is, are there any, preferably free open source, softwares and/or libraries/frameworks that people know of that are useful for a beginner java coder to make a database that would be flexible (can add more items/colums/categories if needed) for this type of thing?
tl;dr - I'm looking for an alternative to excel for data entry, needs a non-tecchy-friendly user-end. I have beginner java experience, very limited css and html experience, no database experience.

OC(And Some Spamton) Rambles
One of my favorite things to think about regarding my Deltarune OCs is the fact that Mal had basically no idea how Addisons acted prior to working in Code/Cyber City, given that he grew up with a population of mostly purebred Cyberharpies
Who absolutely adored him, btw, there were multiple times where various other Cyberharpies would just pick him up off the street when he was a child and take him home
Which actually is very common in Cyber Harpy communities due to their "It takes a village to raise a child" mentality, the strong parental instincts of Cyberharpies to care for anything smaller than them, and the fact that literally everyone knew each other in that area, so Cana usually would just walk down the street and ask if they had Mal without a worry in the world Lmao
But I digress
Because of the limited socialization he had with the other half of his genetic makeup, Mal really didn't know a lot about Addison's or their habits
In Code City he weirded quite a few out because he looked customers in the eyes and often gave his own personal opinions on his products, which weren't always the best
This is a direct opposite of how Addisons interact with customers, keeping their eyes closed and only speaking the best for their products, even if they know they're selling absolute trash
He also didn't shove jingles down everyone's throats, instead taking the time to talk with his customers if they weren't in a rush, prioritizing the quality of his interactions over the quantity, which is the opposite of most Addison's interactions
This caused quite a few of them to not really interact with him cause of how off he was to them, but he did end up becoming a part of an Ad-Bloc anyways after three other Addison's decided to take a chance on him, those being a a dark gray Addison named Syte, a red one named Ruby, and a blue one named Azul
Unfortunately his friendship with them wouldn't last due to miscommunication as well as an outside force fucking with stuff and making Mal run off to Cyber City without explanation
Ruby and Azul were more confused and worried than anything else at the sudden disappearance, but Syte took a harder hit because he had been developing feelings for Mal and thought the two of them were much closer than they were with the others
Mal hasn't been in contact with them for over 4 years, so since he was 23
He's currently part of an Ad-Bloc with four other Addison's from Cyber City, those being a pink addison named Click, a Yellow one named Payton, a blue one named Sapph, and an Orange one named Java
(These are a completely different set of Addison's than the ones Spamton knew, btw)
Mal had blended in a lil bit better in Cyber City cause he had experience with Addison's by then, but couldn't bring himself to treat his customers the way they usually did, so he was still considered strange
Not too strange though, since Click and them practically dragged him into their Ad-Bloc after a few weeks and he's been in it ever since LMAO
I had the idea of him and Click dating but honestly idk if I wanna keep that or if I want him to stay single
Another funny thing is Mal actually learned a lot more about Addison mannerisms and traditions from Spamton of all people, meeting him before the events of the game and coming by to talk with him almost daily as well as to give him warm drinks Mal would pick up as well as any excess food stock from his store
He didn't really entertain the idea of going into the Queen's basement when Spamton brought it up, which admittedly miffed the guy a bit, buuut the guy couldn't complain about the company as well as the free food
I think Spamton would have been waiting for the day Mal asked for something in return for all his kindness, but the day never came
He probably asked Mal what he wanted, why he was doing this, and all the hybrid could do was shrug and give him a "I dunno."
Mals a bleeding heart, as much as he tries to not admit it, he cares deeply for those around him and it irks him to see someone hurting/down on their luck without him giving some help
He knew he couldn't completely rectify Spamtons situation, not at least until they got to know each other better and build up some trust, but the least he felt he could do is make sure the guy wasn't hungry and that he got something warm to drink when the days got cooler
Spamton was definitely suspicious for awhile, especially whenever Mal would bring by more expensive drinks or extra food on top of what he normally would bring, but the purple Addison would always brush it off as "Figured you'd want something new" or "Accidentally ordered more than normal, save it for later if you want."
Not like good things really lasted long for the puppet-y guy, but Mal ended up being one of the exceptions it seems
And now he's got a new body and the two of them live together with a sort of Father-Son relationship and it smacks Spamton in the face at the most random times that he's part of a family now LMAO
#These guys make me sick I love them lmao#Mal Blackclaw#deltarune spamton#spamton g spamton#oc#deltarune#deltarune oc#Berry Yaps
