and now it's done. now izzy has to live with the consequences of his actions, the consequences of pushing ed to be someone he never wanted to be. yes, he lives, but he has to live to see ed flourish with stede. he pushed for violence and darkness, and couldn't handle what he asked for. and now ed is done with his demands. he loved him, as best as he could, and it is both unfair and cruel to ask for more than that.

Just a random thought. As we can see Hange is a very confident person. Isayama portrayed her as a vocal person and not afraid of challenges. Always eager to find something new. So imo Hange wouldn't be ashamed(?) of her gender. What I mean is, if she's a girl, she would be very proud of her gender/sexuality. She would be very vocal about the need of a female, about the female body and the women's right. She wouldn't hide anything that defines her as a female. And vice versa if she's a man. I don't think she would be a person who is confused(?) about her gender/sexuality/identity. Apart from that, she also would be someone who is very vocal about females while also respecting and not hating on male. We can see some feminist movement nowadays kind of ran away from the original objectives of feminist. But I'm sure Hange is not that kind of person. To me she would be like Emma Watson irl. What do you think? It's okay if you don't answer it. Just a random thought hahah

I love Hange for being a layered multi-faceted character. Whenever I write Hange, I remember that this exuberant, passionate, Hange

exists at the same time as this conflicted, potentially insecure Hange

and that dictates a lot for me. When we think of Hange, we think of the top picture, but actually the Hange who asks 'why did you make me commander' can't be forgotten and is vital to understanding Hange's character. The public appearance versus private. Inner monologue versus spoken thoughts. So that's where I take my interpretation for Hange in my fics.

I'm not sure if your ask relates to my fanfic depictions of Hange or not, but I love trying to capture the process of Hange coming to terms with her inner self (whether that's gender identity, insecurities, appearance - whatever I decide is the focus of the story). Of Hange being exuberant in public but under turmoil on the inside... and Levi being the one who truly sees it. I love writing Hange as being confident and outgoing but under the surface, it's not that simple. All characters need some inner conflict to develop over a story, otherwise it's boring.

As for feminism waves, I definitely imagine a modern AU Hange as fourth wave - I don't think first wave or 'original' feminism would serve Hange or fit her character values! Or maybe I'm projecting, as it doesn't serve me either. Maybe someone needs to do a proper deep dive on it. 🤔

Ahsoka Series 1x5 Spoilers

A lot of people have mentioned how jarring it was for them to see young Ahsoka in the most recent episode because it put into perspective just how young Ahsoka actually was when she became the Padawan Commander of the 501st. It makes perfect sense why it is only really hitting us now because we are seeing her as a real person. This isn't to say that animated Ahsoka wasn't real, she was just, well, animated (and the first 2 seasons of The Clone Wars wasn't the best animation known to man either). She was a child just like many of us were when we watched her for the first time. We were young just like she was, we laughed at the droids and we counted the droids cut down just like Anakin had Ahsoka do.

Now we finally have a live-action Ahsoka Tano and she is an adult just like many of us are now. That same adult Ahsoka was dropped right back into the Clone Wars but now the veil of fun and lightheartedness has been stripped away... for her and for us. She might not have noticed how messed up her situation was when she was young because Anakin did his best to protect her from that.

Throughout the whole flashback scene, they kept placing Ahsoka next to Anakin or in front of him, having her run among the adult clone troopers, even showing how the injured clone trooper's hand completely covers her smaller one because they wanted us to see how small and how young she was.

She sees all the injured troopers just as we did and she knows that it was her mistakes that caused that damage. She sees how fucked up it all was because she couldn't make mistakes now without losing lives. It brought us right back to the Storm Over Ryloth arc when Ahsoka lost almost her entire fighter squad because of her mistake.

(There is also that little bit of knowledge that all of that death, all that trauma and darkness was for nothing in the end as well)

I’ve been thinking about the way the Moon Knight boys would fuck you. Steven would obviously be slow and deep and sweet, a little awkward but all the more perfect. But how would Mark? How would Jake?

I think Marc would be the most versatile. Mainly because I think he's got the most experience. Jake only seems to come out in times of immense danger at first. Although, with the way the series leaves off, we can assume he comes out more often.

But regarding your question:

I think Marc is a bit of a switch. I think he's a soft, easy going lover some days and a hard, dominating fuck on other days. A lot of it has to do with his mood, in my opinion. And how well yall know each other. If this is a one time thing, he's gonna be fast and hard, though he still keeps your pleasure above his. But if yall have been together? I think he'll take the time to slow down and really enjoy it.

As for Jake, I think he's gonna be a hard and fast kind of guy. He's definitely up for quickies and is down for a little risk. He wants to be in control at all times. Want something a little more rough and untamed? Jake's your guy.

I know that a lot of people think Damon should have known that it wasn't Elena and that she was acting strange. But in 3 weeks he spend a whole of 2 minutes with her. When Katherine broke his heart (and Elena had thrown herself at him, so him not getting it at that point in time I understand), than literally for 5 seconds when she saw the pic of Jeremy taken hostage and when he attacked and fed on her. And he literally said when he was under drugs and high on blood that something was wrong. Bc she wanted him dead and asked Stefan if he had another excuse for her trying to kill him. And bc his heart had just been broken, of course he wrote it off as her giving up on him, bc he pushes people away until they leave. In these 3 only seconds long occasions Damon was the only one to figure out that something was off about her. She wanted to safe Jesse but was so willing to just kill him. And he told Stefan that much. Bc he was blinded by his hurt he didn't think further. But the others weren't. They literally were her childhood friends living in the same dorm as her, day in and day out, for hours on end. Stefan spend hours with her and not one of them caught her acting different while she threw herself at Stefan and acted suspicious. Until that one time when she acted suspicious around Damon who was literally out of his mind. And he still caught that. People say he should have known. He was the only one who did. Literally after just spending 1 minute with her, break up included. Katherine stayed away from Damon bc he was literally the only one who could have called her bullshit.

the point of going by it/its is, for me, to make people feel uncomfortable about it. like it is intentionally supposed to feel weird. that is the point. neopronouns haven't developed the same unusual connotations and often have other things they signify, and they/them are, while useful, fairly ho-hum. There could be a billion trans people in the world and it still wouldn't be a bad thing because being trans is not a bad thing. Even if the rate of people discovering they are trans is "disproportionate" to trends from decades ago, that is not a bad thing. In fact, it's a natural consequence for there being more trans people being able to stay alive, and, overall, being able to live in a slightly more tolerant world. You'd only see that as a bad thing if you actively didn't want trans people to either live or live a life that facilitates wellness.
