Cross-country season has started! Fifa!talia is out, FIS!talia is in!

Most of the athletes on the GBR team are Scottish and they all live in Norway most of the year. Norwegians have such a love for them and some of them even speak Norwegian fluently. Two years ago, they lost funding from the UK government and it looked like they would have to quit skiing all-together. Then, rich Norwegians began sponsoring them and now they are training with a private Norwegian team and funded by Norwegians 💖

Small announcement

I've been contemplating whether to tell this or not for a few days now. Some people know, some don't.

I've been diagnosed with throat cancer (Oropharyngeal cancer to be exact). It's only stage 2, but it's still... a lot...

I will still be here, throwing some love at you wonderful people, trying to be as positive as I can and share my little stories.

I'm not writing this for sympathy, just simply so you know why I may have off days, why I'm slow at getting to my requests, why I may not answer right away and why I may be slow at reading all your awesome fics. So if I seem to disappear, I'm not dead. Well.. hopefully not (yes... I have a very morbid sense of humor. Maybe that'll help me get through this) 😅

And I will get to all your requests (thank you for all of those, by the way ❤️), I might just be a tad slow. I hope you'll understand 💜
