【Kakasana:カラスのポーズの攻略法】
2022年の春頃から月1で開催させていただいている親子ヨガ、とても自由で緩い雰囲気でやらせていただいています。親子ヨガで私がポーズをとると子どもたちが真似をしたりするのですが、その中から私が練習中のKakasana(カラスのポーズ)をご紹介しました。
カラスのポーズは腕で体重を支え、バランスと取るアームバランスというポーズの中の1つです。カラスのポーズに限った話ではないですが、ポーズを練習して獲得をしていく過程にはさまざまな学びがあると思っています。
カラスのポーズの練習法を通して目標達成についてお伝えしました。

La clave para encontrarnos es ir hacia adentro, buscar ese momento para nosotros, escuchar esa voz interna y seguir nuestra intuición 👁️ . La postura del cuervo (Kakasana) mejora la concentración y aporta enfoque, trae calma y claridad mental. Mejora el equilibrio y la estabilidad a nivel físico, mental y espiritual. A nivel de chakras esta postura trabaja los chakras del sacro (Swadisthana) y del plexo solar (Manipura) 💛🔥 . Todos necesitamos un momento para nosotros, regálate un momento de silencio, sin distracciones. Respira un par de veces, siendo consciente.
