Fri 12th Jan
That was a week 馃槀 I had a better day today though, on purpose! I forced myself to be sociable instead of withdrawing and had a lovely day with everyone as a result. And learned lots bc the guy buddying me today is so helpful but also laid back so I didn't feel pressured and asked all the questions I wanted. Worked out this evening while Matt was working, did a full body strength session and it was so good 馃槉 little flex friday too. Happy weekend all 馃グ

Weds 21st Feb
Feeling slightly better today, mentally at least. Had a good day at work, got to sit with my friend which was so nice bc tomorrow I'm listening in to a team member's phone calls and she is intense af. She's very thorough and knowledgeable and I'll learn a lot from her but I'm glad I had today to prepare, and I'm with a really chill dude on Friday. So just need to really focus tomorrow 馃
Had to do some grocery shopping on the way home so got back even later than usual. Was pretty grumpy getting home and having to then also cook dinner but thankfully Matt took over when he got back from his run and saw what a bad mood I was in bc I was pissed I couldn't work out. So he made dinner and I ran upstairs to do a leg / glute workout. It definitely did the trick! I felt much better afterwards and it was nice to go quite heavy and feel strong after a wobbly day yesterday.

Stretched, had dinner (delicious tomsto risotto, annoyingly probably better than I would have made). Had a nice hot bath, got my hot water bottle and am tucked up in bed with Maggie 馃槍
