First goal update in a while. Lots of things happening in life right now so itās challenging to juggle and improve on a lot of my goals at the moment. Still working towards them and they are going well. Only 2.5 months to the end of 2023 so will be doing what I can in the following months to improve. The share market is still on a slow downward trend and my focus is just on saving money (to invest and save up for a new (used) car). I Did Planks Every Day for 30 Days ā INSANEĀ Results
Something Iāve always been amazed about is how someone can hold a plank position over 8 hours.. Itās insane considering I can only manage about 1 to 1.5 MINUTES max.
For the next 30 days, Iām going to be doing planks every day to see what happens. Iām hoping that a daily practice will improve my maximum time. Iāll have to look into some programming, but Iām planning on doing at least 3 intervalsā¦

I was training for a half marathon personal best in September but with a slight injury and it getting closer and closer to the date I might have to abandon these plans and use the half marathon as a nice slow run to practise and find another half marathon a little bit later when I can get training back in. A little bummed, pain is in the medial gastrocnemius muscle of the right leg and hurts after even a short run at this stage.
