I'm a sucker for candy with a surprise inside- I blame being a kid during the nestle wonderball era and never being allowed to get one- and so I got two of these zuru gummy eggs and WHAT are the odds that out of the 27 different animal figures available that I'd get the two best ones?

"Horned lizard" and "alligator family" are not things I'd expect as kid prizes, but you know what, they're pretty great. They remind me a bit of the old Kenner LPS figures, the way they're stylised.

Lore idea for Blueberry Ice Cream that I scrapped

I’m not sure when I thought it would happen, but I had an idea where Shadow Milk Cookie almost blinds Blueberry Ice Cream Cookie. She would’ve blocked an attack from hitting one of the Brave Gang at the last minute causing a gash across her face. Her vision is worsened and her eyes are in an almost permanent squint due to irritation, but she can still see well enough with her glasses.

This was going to be another way to bond with Pure Vanilla Cookie aside from magic lessons. It would’ve added more angst in the relationship between her and Shadow Milk after the whole “I’m your father” reveal.

Scrapped because I didn’t know how to incorporate it into the story in a way I liked. I also didn’t want to make her character too sad. I feel like meeting your long last father for the first time, finding out he’s one of these genocidal “Beast” Cookies, and watching him kill the Faerie King and almost your friends is enough for one trip. Not to mention the whole dream world thing.

I've been seeing a lot of superbat posts.

Imagine the entire relationship starting behind masks, like most of Batman's relationships to date.

Imagine them dating almost exclusively as Superbat, while living their secret identity lives fairly normally.

Then Batman proposes...

Bruce Wayne, the beloved Prince of Gotham, is suddenly engaged to this random country turned city boy reporter.

No one knows how they met. They've never done an interview as far as the public knows. They're just announcing an engagement out of the blue!

The drama. The protectiveness of Gotham. The interrogations from Clark's coworkers.

You know I love the thing they do throughout the show where they’re like “remember the case of so and so from year so and so? Crazy right?” But part of me wonders like… what’s the motivation for mentioning these cases all the time?

Like, I could see them doing it occasionally when they’re alone, but they do it constantly in the show. Surely they don’t do it that much when it’s just them.

Personally I think Edwin is doing it (at least partially) to poke at Crystal. As sort of like a “were you there for the case of the bumblesnorch of ‘08? No, no you fucking weren’t. But I was, and Charles was, because we are partners, not you.”

And honestly I think Charles is doing it to be like “look at my best mate 🥰 he’s so cool we’ve been through so much together 😁 he’s so smart hey remember what you did to the bumblesnorch 😊 that was awesome” (and/or maybe it’s a way of reassuring Edwin that he’s still aware of their partnership, but, and I say this with love, I’m not quite sure he’s that advanced yet)
