Reggie Nalder as Kurt Barlow, the vampire villain of the Salem's Lot (1979) television mini-series.

For a show on mainstream television (it was aired on CBS), this was scary as hell. Barlow had limited screen time, which made his appearances that much more effective. I also remember being amazed at the creature design, as I had not seen anything like it. I did not see the original Nosferatu (1922) until later that year, when it aired on the local PBS station, at which time I appreciated Barlow's design being a call-back to Max Schrek's Count Orlok.

ah yes finally, a damon ask thank you nonnie for requesting and oh i made this kinda like a headcanon thingy if you don't mind :)

damon is already quite a possessive person and when he becomes jealous he glares at the other person with the intention of murder on his mind

he has a bit of a problem controlling his anger when someone is flirting with you or just generally talking to you

when it gets too much for you and when you want to break up

he starts begging and crying for you not to leave him, he guilt trips you but you know in the back of your mind that this is all an act

though it might be just an act, he cares for you more than anything

after that little break up thing, damon is now more of everything that he already was

he's going to keep you his forever and has plans of transitioning you into a vampire too, just like him

and then you and him will be together forever

seeing you cry makes him feel good, it shouldn't but it does

maybe damon is a bit toxic in a way but he won't ever let you go now

there's no use in hiding or running anymore, since damon is a vampire he won't have any trouble finding you but he'll be very worried

he'll punish you too

and now you'll always be with him, forever
