Last night I was surfing Pinterest and I came over a pin about feet posture, I went on YouTube and did some research on how to correct a bad posture as I did have such issues, for it made whatever shoe I wore, especially low cuts, look awkward. *= uma moot me contou que é na verdade bom ter pelo menos 1 ou 2 dias na semana onde você come um número maior de calorias pra evitar que seu metabolismo fique mais lento. porém, nesses dias eu também faço mais exercícios e bebo muita água pra equilibrar e não ficar só com o que eu como acumulando no corpo!
tomar pelo menos 3L de água por dia (sempre gelada);
optar por andar sempre que possível
planejar as refeições (me deixa menos ansiosa e evita uma possível compulsão, sério, ajuda muito!)
fins de semana~
*1 doce por dia - precisa ter menos de 100kcal;
*1 copo (250ml) de refrigerante em um dos dias;
*café da manhã de no MÁXIMO 100kcal;
*caso comer fora optar por caldos ou pratos pequenos/leves
NF~
NF mínimo (diário) = 8h
NF máximo = enquanto aguentar

•no máximo 2 chicletes (=5kcal) em casos extremos
