How I got my binging under control!!
Been binge free for over 6 weeks:)
-when I crave something sweet I eat something sweet but something that is very low in calories (unter 150cal)
-I drink sparkling stuff until my belly feel so full it feels like I’ll explode
-I sometimes eat when I’m fasting but only under 30cals!!!!!!!!!!!! Like 2 pickles so I won’t feel too hungry:)
-but I think the biggest help comes from my medication it makes my appetite go away for like 4 hours (Ritalin)
-I always try to distract myself especially at night I’ll make a list of distractions later:*
-sometimes I lock myself in my room and even tho I have the key and could get out anytime it still stops me In some way
-I sleep or go for a walk
-watching triggering stuff
-eating in front of a mirror
-I eat something that tastes absolutely disgusting so I won’t feel like eating for a while
-i brush my teeth
-I smoke a cig

imagine waking up with your hair in a messy bun. you feel a faint hunger from skipping dinner the night before, but it doesn't bother you. you'll just have some coffee later. you crawl out of bed and feel your sweatpants fall down to your hip- they're too big to fit your waist. you look in the mirror, and staring at your face full of slept in makeup, you think,
"god, i'm pretty"

i haven’t had anything yet today <3 super excited because i’ve finally been restricting for long enough that the urge to eat isn’t as strong anymore
i think the new meds i got put on are definitely helping suppress my appetite though so that’s also a plus

‼️‼️AMAZING SAFE FOOD I FOUND‼️‼️
Tidbits! I don’t have them where I live but I bought them as a great low calorie snack to keep under my budget. They are pricey but each bag totals out as 60 cal. Good replacement for cookies (or so I’ve heard😶🌫️)
Comes in all sorts of flavors they even have a keto pack.
