My headcannons of my favorite characters being terrified of spiders

Daredevil/Matt Murdock

(After he told them he was daredevil) whenever he senses a spider in the office he’ll immediately go to Foggy or Karen and point out where it is exactly and be like “remove it immediately try not to kill it..”

Yes his no killing rule applies to spiders.

(Not a spider headcannon but i can’t just not include it) That rule applies to flies too. He’ll trap them in a cup or a bottle and then send them out. Sometimes they fly back in and he’s stuck in that cycle until it flies away.

When he senses a spider at home he’ll immediately hone in his senses on it and monitor it to make sure it’s not coming towards him. He can be occupied by that for hours.

Tries to focus his senses on other things like Karen or Foggy.

Hears stick in his head telling him to “man up” and that “it’s just a stupid bug matty. don’t be such a wuss.” He feels down for hours after that.

Foggy

Loves spiders. Absolutely adores them.

(idk how college dorms work but,) He would’ve kept a spider as a pet in college but Matt was very resistant. They tried for a compromise but Matt said he would ask for a new roommate if Foggy got a spider. Nothing personal Matt just wouldn’t be able to handle it. Foggy was put out by that but they were fine the next day.

Was the designated spider person as a kid. Was definitely called over to kill a spider multiple times a week. His answer was always “I’ll just let it out” and proceeded to pick it up with his bare hands..[me- shuddering at the thought. my dad does that. literally how??]

Subtly (AND FONDLY) makes fun of Matt’s fear of spiders in casual conversation sometimes. Just drops a “only way to get Matt out of the office is to mention that there’s a spider in there.”

He especially likes to bring it up when Matt is flirting. Just goes “I mean sure he’s super confident and brave until a furry monster crawls onto the table that he’s eating on.”

Bruce Wayne/Lego Batman

Is not afraid to shout “ALFRED THERES A SPIDER IN THE BATCAVE”

Will sprint full speed away from spiders

Has begged alfred to help him create an anti-spider spray.

[honestly i think dick would love spiders too but for this purpose i’m going to pretend he’s terrified of them too] Dick yells for his batdad when he sees a spider in his robin suit thinking that fearless batman could help him..Bruce went down the fireman pole into the cave, saw the spider, and went straight back up the pole. it was Alfred’s job to take care of the spider once more.

At a Justice League meeting he once saw a spider on the table and honest to god threw 5 batarangs at it. The first 4 missed with how sloppily he threw them. The 5th one hit his target exactly. The league stared at him utterly dumbfounded and he stared at them for a few awkward moments before he grinned, then said “I’m batman” and left the meeting. [bro i’m gonna use that for every batman now i don’t care if it doesn’t fit their character it does now.]

Also at a JL meeting there was a spider on his arm and he panicked and wildly shook his arm. The spider flew off and he stared at it before throwing a smoke bomb at it. Once again the league stared at him. Someone muttered “we seriously have this dude apart of this team?” Batman took great offense to that and exclaimed “Heck yeah you got this dude apart of the team! Super epic batman.” he then crossed his arms looking smug and said “batman out” and threw down another smoke bomb.

Oliver Queen/Green Arrow

Spiders just kinda disgust him-especially when he was younger. He’ll immediately kill them on sight.

Back when he and bruce were attending the same school bruce would always ask oliver to kill spiders for him. He would always make fun of bruce for being unable to kill them himself.

Their friendship carried on into their adulthood. After both oliver and bruce’s identities have been revealed to the league batman makes silent eye contact with green arrow and green arrow shoots spiders down for batman.

Oliver once saw a spider in the bathroom on the mirror and without thinking he just straight up shot the mirror. He had no idea how to explain what happened as he was very clearly dressed as a vigilante. He just booked it and prayed no one figured out it was him. (He did bring the arrow thank you very much. He wasn’t that stupid.)

Klaus Hargreeves

Spiders unnerve him especially after he was locked in with ghosts. There were so many spiders in the corners. He tries not to think about that.

Pesters Ben into possessing him and killing the spider for him. Ben always relents and does it.

Will sometimes ask Diego to throw a knife at the spider or something.

Has asked Allison to rumor a spider once. Allison called him an idiot and laughed in his face.

Can sometimes trap the spider in a glass. He had absolutely no idea what to do after he trapped it so he just left it there and put a heavy object on top of the glass to make sure it wouldn’t escape.

Hangs out in the void and absolutely relishes in the fact that he’s never seen a spider in there.

Has asked Luther to get rid of a spider for him. Luther does it everytime. He always says “you need to get over this fear Klaus. You cant let a simple spider bother you this much.” Klaus notes that it was very similar to the ones Reginald gave him.

Lego Batman🦇

I like thinking about the Lego Batmans and their families. The Lego Batman movie (LBM) Batman and The LEGO movie (TLM) Batman have drastically different lives. TLM Batman isn't the hero of Gotham City he just has base knowledge of crime fighting while LBM Batman does actually have to balance his two lives. LBM Batman has to live with loosing his parents, Alfred really raised him, and he has a nice family consisting of a son a kinda boyfriend and a crush by the end of his movie. TLM Batman isn't really connected to his backstory personally, Alfred is more of just his butler, and his family consists of his wife, a queen, and her dad, the guy who saved the world and then started the apocalypse. If they met and talked it would be a crazy conversation

Bsfs old brother sukuna headcannons?

SO GLAD U ASKED!!!!

y/n does a bunch of tiktok trends to sukuna and he hates it

like that one where you go "if you want to go through him, you have to get through me...best big brother ever" and he gets SO infuriated (and she just thinks its funny)

or that one where you plate dinner and give your s/o a plate full of food and basically none to yourself and say that it's because you have none left...he gets so irritated and immediately switches the plates OR offers to just be like no we're going to a nice dinner now why would you even do that

every time sukuna frowns or glares, y/n kisses it away (it 1000% works btw)

sukuna loves lego batman....like way too much like he has a serious hyperfixation about it and forces her to watch the lego movie after he finds out she's never seen it

sukuna little spoon....yeah....

anytime y/n puts a song in their little playlist, he actually goes to the artist and listens to that album

^so when she puts lovesick in the playlist, he listens to letter to my thirteen year old and tells her that it's her song 😭 which it so is

speaking of, since call it what you want is in the playlist, sukuna gets an extra charm of her necklace that has his initial since he knows she really likes that song

and when he listens to dress he's like really shocked that's one of the songs she included

whenever anyone sees paintings from the picnic date, sukuna tells everyone that y/n drew the bad one of the worms and she's like ??? I beg your pardon

anyways if I had to pick one song that defines like sukuna + y/n relationship from the playlist it would be labyrinth and it would also be margaret BC WHEN U KNOW U KNOW

Sokeefe headcannons?

*rumages through my brain* haven’t thought about these two in ages

Sophie brings Keefe books on famous artists, his favorite being Vincent van Gogh because of his battles with depression

they go on a date to the lego batman movie dressed as batman and batgirl

Keefe and Sophie will bake in the kitchen trying to make Sophies’s favorite desserts getting into flour fights

this song is more them than any of the Taylor swift songs (sorry swifties) i wasn’t even in deep fandom brain rot when i listened to it, but it screamed sokeefe to me always has always will.

instead of having widow sleep overs they’ll call late at night and just leave their imparters on to try to fight nightmares

they make a club called genetically modified child club, they have tee shirts

they rock out to MCR and Fallout boy together when they are having hard days

Keefe obviously takes her last name when they get married, thats a given

they sometimes go on alicorn rides, no destinations in mind they just go fly, and forget about their problems and responsibilities just for a moment

sometimes Keefe will stare at the brand from the Ruewen pin on his hand and Sophie will kiss his palm

they decide to leave the black swan and move to a small cottage somewhere where they’re not the moonlark and the Sencen boy they’re just themselves and they can finally live a normal life.

As I said when you messaged me I ABSOLUTELY can and am extremely excited to do this! Because you didn't specify which ones I will do all of them 😂 I think I got a *littleeeee* carried away with this! 😅

ABC agere ask game:

Stiles Stilinski

Age: "What is his regression age?" I think he is a 'baby regressor' He'd regressed anywhere between 1-3.

Baby: "Does he have any nicknames that people give him whilst regressed?" Yes but Lydia (when in a caregiver headspace) is the person who used nicknames for Stiles the most, normally consisting of Sweetheart, Sweety. - Things like that!

Caregiver: "Does he have a Caregiver, does he want one?" Yes! Not only does he have *primary* Caregivers BUT he also has Caregiver babysitters!! His main Caregivers are Noah, Derek and Melissa! However as I said previously when Lydia is in a Caregiver headspace she is more than willing to look after him!! Peter is also someone who became a babysitter for Stiles however Peter looks after Stiles less than the others. Same as Peter, Deaton also occasionally babysits but mainly when Scott is there too.

Difference: "Does anything about him change between his big and little headspace?" Not too much changes really, I believe he regresses because of the supernatural drama and his mum so when he's small and can let his guard down he'd be more open and vulnerable. {I hope this one made sense, I was struggling to explain what I meant 😅}

Energy: "What are his energy level like when regressed?" This boy is a bundle of energy!!! I swear you'd assume he'd had about 4 cups of coffee! It is truly adorable tho!! 🥹

Friends: "Does he have any regressor friends, anyone who he gets along with whilst small but not when big?" The pack love him (and I headcannon half of them as Regressors too!!) Soooo! I think friend wise Scott, the two of them cause so much chaos for Melissa and Derek or Noah and Derek. - Depending on which parent they would like. HOWEVER Derek doesn't get an escape 😂 He's close with Allison anyways but when the two of them are regressed they are brother and sister, no doubt about it. - Now it's not like he doesn't like Isaac however the two of them do bicker a lot! But when small the two of them are like two peas in a pod! Where one is, the other is! Between Stiles, Scott and Isaac EVERYONE has their hands full however Derek is gonna be one tired wolf because the three of them will definitely cause him to run out of energy! He most definitely sometimes asks Deaton for help with the three of them. Deaton absolutely knows how to look after them, and they are angels for him. (Derek swears they do it just to tease him!)

Gear: "Does he have any Regression gear?" Okay! So he has a few things, but overall I don't think he'd have a lot. The pack knows about his regression and so does Noah however he doesn't like the idea of anyone he doesn't trust knowing he can be vulnerable. So that being said he only has some gear, so people can't really find it. When the pack found out about his regression he only had a baby blanket (that he has had since he was a baby), he has a batman dummy/pacifier!!! A batman plush, And a grey sippy cup! Scott and Melissa got him some Chewalry upon finding out!! Peter bought him a baby bottle! (This is one of Stiles's favourite part of gear!!) After one bad/impure regression nights (with Derek looking after him) Derek decided to get him a plushie and a few toys, (such as Dino figures, Lego, a few things like that!) for Stiles and now Stiles has a wolf plush, a batman plush, baby blanket, pacifier, bottle, some Chewalry and a sippy cup!!

Home: "is it safe for him to regress at home?" Yes! Noah is one of Stiles's Caregivers and loves to look after Stiles.

Involuntary: "is his regression voluntary or not?" Depends! If something particularly bad happens (normally linked with the supernatural) then his regression becomes involuntary. However I do think his Regression is more involuntary than voluntary!

Jingle: "any music he likes to listen to?" Disney!! This kiddo LOVESSS Disney, he is singing along to every lyric!!

Kite: "Any outdoor activities he likes to do?" The park!!! Stiles loves going to the park!!!

Life: "does his regression interfere with his daily life?" Simply put, yes. When things go wrong Stiles gets emotional and struggles to not regress. His caregivers are always there to help him with whatever he needs though.

Monster: "does he have any fears whilst regressed?" Yes. The supernatural. When big Stiles is always looking after people and his friends but when small the supernatural and the troubles that come with it scares him. (Derek and Peter alone won't ever let anything happen to him, let alone the others!)

Nostalgia: "is there anything from his past that helps him regress?" Mario is his main one, followed with Jurassic park/world!! 🍄🦖

Object: "does he have a comfort item while regressed?" His wolf plush!! It reminds him of all his friends and how his friend group came together (Scotts bite)

Play: "when regressed does he play? What does he play as?" On more than one occasion he has played wolves with Scott and Isaac. He wanted to feel like one of them and the boys were more than happy to help :) However he mainly just plays with toys (Dinosaurs are a popular you for him!)

Quizzical: "while regressed does he wander off and get lost? Is he easily distracted or entertained?" Stiles is the king of wandering off! He definitely does get distracted easily however that's not necessarily anything to do with his Regression and more his ADHD.

Relationship: "does his friends know about his regression and are they supportive?" As I've previously said yes!! In fact not only are they supportive but some of his friends are also Regressors and the others look after Stiles <3

Snacks: "what does he eat when regressed?" Spaghetti hoops! Cookies, (specifically Halloween ones? Idk why it just seems right!) Cereal! (Normally without milk 😂) and ice poles!!

Toys: "what toys does he play with?" Dinosaurs, superhero figures and stuffed animals!!

Unusual: "what's 'different' about his regression?" Honestly I can't really think of anything off the top of my head.

Vaunrable: "is he capable of doing adult activities whilst regressed? If not who helps him?" He trys. Butttt he does struggle, Noah and Derek normally help him in generally however at school Lydia or Allison look after him.

World: "is there anywhere that he feels safest?" Scotts house. I honestly can't explain its just his number 1 safe place. His house comes 2nd, he does feel safe at his but he finds something comforting about being with Scott, knowing Scott will keep him safe. (Not that he doesn't feel the same about Noah but keep In mind Scott is an alpha!)

Xxx: "how does he show his affection whilst regressed?" HUGS!!! HE LOVES RECEIVING AND GIVING HUGS!!

Yuck: "is there any part of his regression that he doesn't like or feels embarrassed about?" Honestly I feel like he'd be quite embarrassed about his regression just in general.. Noah has to have multiple talks comforting Stiles to let him know his regression is okay...

Zoo: "Any animals he likes?" Fish? (Don't know why.. just likes them." Dinosaurs (if that counts) and dogs. - relatively self explanatory?

So I don't normally write for this ship, so I hope headcannons work.

Only mature one in the relationship is death the kid

And that's saying a LOT

He constantly gets annoyed by how messy his partners are

At this point Soul purposely is a mess to piss him off

Blackstar is just naturally a mess

So physical affection actually isn't that common with these guys

Their love language is LITERALLY BEATING THE SHIT OUT OF EACHOTHER

and then laughing afterwards

(if DTK isn't about to murder them if they ruined his suit)

On the rare occasion they'll cuddle

But it's like SUPER fucking rare

I feel like they aren't all dating each other

Blackstar and Soul are both dating DTK but not eachother

But people CONSTANTLY think that those two are also a couple

In a cuddle pile they're likely asleep

DTK is just struggling to fucking breath while Souls arm is sloppily flopped over his neck, with his legs draped over him

And Blackstar on his other side actually snuggled up

On the average day though, they're pretty standard to what you see in the show

LITERALLY saying "I hate you" and "I hate you too" like Lego Batman and joker

But yeah, very wholesome

What if, in the multiverse crossovers, the Lego ones were still Lego size. Imagine the Riddlers having to avoid 7 (8? since 60s Riddler is different in Lego Batman 3 and the Lego set I think) annoying little guys like a tiny swarm of bees, and maybe one of the big Riddlers picks up a little guy

Also we could have Zero Year Riddler picking up the minifigure based on him

Yeees. Just them holding tiny figures of themselfs. Zero Year Riddler would throw himself on Bruce's eye at some moment (if he couldn't meditate). I loved this headcannon.

OH SHIT I realized I never posted this. Ok so I got these headcannons from the Lego Dimensions GLaDOS song where she mentions being friends w/ Batman. But like, I kinda wanted to translate that to where I felt it would fit the Half Life/Portal universe? So I was like, omg what if Bruce was a fictive. Hence the character(s) you see above!

The idea was that Bruce n Co. were born after Earth got taken over by The Combine (bear w/ me here because my knowledge of Half Life lore is shaky at best, I still have yet to finish the first Half Life game too so don’t spoil me <3) and met GLaDOS a couple years after the events of Portal 2. (I kinda headcannon that, by this point, Chell has already found and made friends w/ Alyx n Gordon) Bruce stumbles upon GLaDOS’s place while seeking refuge from the harsh environment after a recent disaster ripped an opening into GLaDOS’s complex that she still had yet to finish fixing. Bruce has met many troubled and “morally-challenged” people over the course of his life, and GLaDOS isn’t much different. GLaDOS is privately happy for the company, and has improved somewhat as a person during her journey of learning how to care for her crow children. But, as you’d expect- she still struggles greatly in the human people department. As they hang out, GLaDOS slowly opens up little by little. I’d imagine at some point, Bruce has a conversation relating to her, about how they both have memories from outside their current state (Bruce, from the Batman character, and GLaDOS from Caroline), while also being their own people independent from those memories’ origins. This helps both Bruce n Co. and GLaDOS feel a little less alone, in that regard. I also like to think that, as GLaDOS reminisces and vagues about Chell, Bruce correctly guesses that GLaDOS had, and still has, feelings for her.

Summary:

In which Billy comes out to his teammates as transgender, attends his first Pride parade and ultimately decides it was worth the hassle

Hey y'all! Happy Pride month! Even though June is almost over, I wanted to write something for Pride. So this is a little cheesy, self indulgent one-shot of Billy getting some love and support from his teammates!

I'm also posting this for the following themes for the Pridewrite Challenge 2022: Parade (#pw8), Complicated (#pw25), Superheroes (#pw alt 28) Transmasc (#pw29)

I was going to do more stories for this challenge but June turned out to be a busy month and my fics always end up longer than I expect them to. But I'm happy to at least get something out for y'all!

This was partially inspired by all the wonderful trans Billy content I've been seeing on Tumblr recently, so thank you all for the lovely content!

WAIT! there's a shazam lego movie!? what it about?

Yeah there is!

It's called Lego DC Shazam!: Magic and Monsters (2020). It was one of those direct to video releases so not a lot of people heard about it when it first came out.

It's about Shazam joining the Justice League and fighting the Monster Society of Evil! The whole League gets deaged and Shazam has to be the 'grown up'. It's really cute and wholesome with a lot of fun Easter eggs for DC fans that know the comics! And like all the DC Lego movies it pokes fun at the silly and weird things in comics. I definitely recommend it to Shazam fans!

Those short sentences of your preview got me hooked, can you tell us more of your new billy fic please?

Sure thing!

So that little preview was from an idea I've had for a while but put on the back burner while I finished a few other stories. It's a lot darker than most of my stuff. I'm calling it Pretty Little Thing.

The premise is that homeless kids are going missing around Fawcett, but no one is investigating. Billy realizes the police aren't going to help find his missing friends so he investigates on his own, and ends up putting himself in the crosshairs of the serial killer who has been abducting kids that no one is going to miss.

When the killer kidnaps him, Captain Marvel vanishes and the Justice League have to try to figure out what happened to their teammate while trying to keep the public (especially the people of Fawcett) from panicking over his disappearance. But because they don't know about Billy they hit major roadblocks in their search. They have to come to terms with the fact that they don't really know him at all. They don't know it but they are racing against the clock to save Billy from a killer that only a handful of homeless people in Fawcett even know exist.

I really wanted to explore the discrepancy between Captain Marvel and Billy, especially a homeless Billy who doesn't have anyone looking out for him. It would also deal heavily with Billy’s history of abuse and abandonment as well as his struggles as a homeless kid.

Like I said it'd be pretty heavy but it would be interesting to write. It's been ruminating in the back of my mind for months so I'm sure I'll write it at some point.

My #1 post of 2022

Billy had heard stories about the old house on Willow Creek Lane, mostly from kids at school. They said the place was haunted. That people had died there. That no one survived a night inside. Kids would dare each other to go inside, but everyone would chicken out before they did. All pretty standard stuff.

Investigating it was supposed to be simple, easy. But he quickly realized he might need some help from an expert.

Some tlm headcannons because i was inspired by some other posts (some of them are rather lgbt+ or angsty because YES)

1. Emmet still has nightmares about what he did to the Systar system. He's afraid that he might eventually snap and become just like Rex; Betrayed, vengeful and genocidal. (He nearly killed everyone in the entire galaxy after all)

2. At the same time however, Emmet still misses Rex terribly. It felt good to have someone like him around, despite what his true personality and motives were. Emmet still wishes he could have found a way to save Rex, and help his alternate self redeem himself.

3. Emmet and Lucy occasionally binge-watch movies and shows on the double-decker couch at night together, mostly really bad ones that they love to laugh at. Occasionally they fall asleep mid-binge, so Unikitty gently props them on her back and takes them to their room to place them in their bed.

Some Rex Headcannons (+ the others for some added fun!)

I was at the garden centre with my parents and I was bored and suddenly my mind started coming up with these by the second so I really hope you enjoy them!! I’ll add to this list if I come up with any more later down the line! 💚💙

(Also yes, this is in an AU where Rex lives because my heart hurts and I need some fluff and I’m sure you do too)

- Due to spending many years alone, Rex, without fully realising it, has become incredibly touch-starved. That’s why he’s so quick to touch Emmet’s shoulder, put his arm around him, hold his hand, etc. He just really, really wants a hug, but he’s too afraid of breaking his super tough image by asking for one. Luckily for him, Emmet dishes them out freely without the need to ask.

- He has an extensive glove collection: some fingerless, some not, and they’re his pride and joy (behind his raptors, of course).

- He has pretty bad insomnia and when he does eventually get to sleep, he tends to get PTSD-induced nightmares of... Undar, and how he was abandoned, etc. He finds it easier to sleep with Emmet by his side though.

- That being said, he is an absolute nightmare himself to share a bed with. Sprawling everywhere, hogging the blanket, talking nonsense in his sleep, snoring... Emmet is nice enough to not say anything about it but Lucy would just straight up punch him in the face.

- Much like Emmet, Rex has a pretty big sweet tooth, especially for chocolate. He has a particular fondness for rocky road.

- He sometimes gets really bad depressive phases where he shuts himself in his room for days on end, but Emmet and the others always wait for him and welcome him back once he’s feeling better! Emmet makes sure to leave food outside his room, as well as his morning coffee, with little notes that say things like: “Good morning Rex! ☆ Lucy and I prepared this for you ♡ I hope you feel better soon! - Emmet ☻”

- He’s actually got a really good singing voice!! This was revealed at a kareoke night that Unikitty once organised and once he finished the song everyone’s minds were blown (Emmet was sobbing).

- He once asked if everyone wanted have a video game night, and now every night is video game night. On Wednesdays they play Smash.

- He’s gay. I think we all know this, but Rex Dangervest is gay.

- He barely ever brushes his hair, and has broken 2 combs trying to tame it. It took 4 hours, and the combined effort of Lucy, Mayhem and Emmet to get it looking less like a bird’s nest.

- Has close to zero clothes with actual sleeves. Either that or he flexed and the sleeves tore off

- He and Batman go to the gym together every weekend. He is lowkey jealous of Batman’s nine-pack.

- Benny managed to get him into stargazing! He finds it really relaxing and they just go up to a hill at night when the sky is clear and watch the stars together, it really helps calm both of them and makes them feel happy!

- One surefire way to piss him off? Call him any kind of cutesy or endearing nickname. Lucy once called him Rexy and when she saw how he reacted, she started calling him that permanently. She is dead to him
