#like... ive got a lot of merch and books#and lil dolls and notebooks and pencils#and clothes. so many clothes#and i have things crammed into every single shelf in every place that will fit#to the point there is NO more space#so i've had to resort to putting things on the floor#i haven't seen my desk clean in years cause i had to start putting books and drawing materials and cards on top of it#for context: i have the smallest bedroom in the house#my parents kicked me out of my much larger bedroom when my brother was born#and shoved me into what WAS basically an office#im one of those ''there is one clear path in and out of the room'' people#it'd be fine if i was allowed to have my stuff be in other places in the house i think#but if my parents catch even a Single Thing that is not a Family Item or Theirs in the living room#its immediately being yelled at to ''take your shit to your room'' hours#i'd give stuff away but like ive ALREADY given away the stuff im willing to part with#like the stuff i don't get joy from anymore/don't use anymore#i just... need more space#cause literally EVERY part of my room is being used to hold something#if i like... lived in a space where my stuff could be in more than one room#like where i could have MORE SHELVES to spread things out on#this would not be a problem#also the school giving me like a thousand things and no place to put them (i didn't get a locker like everyone else)#DEFINITELY made things worse. 90% of the stuff on my floor rn is school stuff and papers

I love your work about the 141 gossiping about Ghost, love the concept of him having a “secret wife”.
Please please please write more with “secret wife y/n”, I beg of you. 🙏🏻
ANYTHING FOR YOU, ANON. <3 Ghost and secretwife!reader are my sweet babies I love them so much.
Tw: blond Simon & smiling Simon. Read at your own risk.
If there’s one thing Gaz knows how to do, it’s shut the fuck up. And if there was ever a time to employ that skill, it was now. Now after he’d been frozen watching the two of you reunite after a close call. After he’d discovered your dirty little secret. Suddenly feeling like Icarus after flying too close to the sun. Hurtling back down to earth. He was certain that when he moved there would be a crater under his feet where his stomach dropped.
He’d gone so green that another nurse came up and gently tugged on his arm to see if he was alright. He snapped his jaw shut, nodding and mumbling something that didn’t sound anywhere near reassuring. But he forced himself to leave the medbay. Left the two of you behind the curtain, where in his final glance back he saw that your feet were still neatly on top of Ghost’s big boots. Pushed up on your toes to be able to wrap your arms around his shoulders.
He made some excuse not to meet with you that evening. Could barely look you in the eye when you caught him in the hall, looking significantly more cheery than you had been that morning. You pried, asking if he was alright, feeling his forehead with the back of your hand, but he claimed the stress of their mission had just hit him and he really needed to sleep.
It took him weeks to get over the initial shock. Couldn’t stand next to Ghost during conditioning. Made a point of sitting catty-corner to him during meetings and in transit so he had the least chances of accidentally catching his eye. Feeling like he’d deeply bastardized the idea of ‘Ghost.’ Blurred the lines between the man Gaz knew and the man he was in private.
He tried to reason with himself. Keep it fresh in his mind that he’d seen the signs, just hadn’t been able to fully connect the dots by himself. And it was an accident. He’d never intentionally pry into either of your personal lives like that. It wasn’t in his character. There was nothing innately wrong with the two of you hiding a marriage. Probably would have been an HR nightmare. Gotten both of you re-stationed. He was certain you both had a good reason to hide it. And there was no better person to find out than him. He’d actually be able to keep it a secret. Soap would immediately run his mouth. Get on the intercoms and scream the news as loud as he could. Price would pull the both of you aside and try to have some heart-to-heart. Not that it wouldn’t have been nice, it just would have felt too forced. Wouldn’t have served any real purpose.
So eventually he gets over it. Never pressed you about your marriage again, and you never seemed too keen on following up his request from months ago. The dust settles in his mind. He shelves the information like an old book. Life goes on.
And then the weather turns. Starts getting colder. The first few weeks of cold after summer where the wind stings a little more. Finds it’s way through jackets and uniforms a little more artfully. Soldiers are catching ill and passing it around like it’s a competition of who can infect the entire base. The medbay is busy, but a different kind of busy than summer when it’s an optimal time to see missions through.
The medics are tasked with rounding up all the soldiers on base and issuing flu vaccines to hopefully prevent further spread. You trudge to Price’s office in the early morning. He notices you look a little pale. The rims of your eyes and tip of your nose are blotchy. A gentle shade of pink that he assumes is from the weather or the cold you were bound to catch. You chat for a bit, catch up because you haven’t had the opportunity for a few weeks. Let him know that he and the boys need to make their way to the bay for their shots at some point.
You feel a little woozy. Pressing into his doorframe for support, white-knuckling it to keep yourself from swaying in your spot. He looks a little concerned. Asks if you need to take a few days away to recoup. You wave him off, tell him it’s nothing you can’t handle, but he insists on walking you back to medbay. And he’s glad he did because on the short walk back you find yourself having to duck into a dark meeting room so you can vomit into a trash can.
He keeps a steadying arm wrapped around your waist when you stumble back out into the hall. Shaking his head when you profusely apologize. Slowing his normally long strides so you were comfortable. Gently lets you down on your own cot and instructs you to stay where you are while he goes to find a few other doctors that can delegate your work for the day between them so you can have the day off.
He sends you home despite your protest. You’d already gotten your color back. Claimed you must’ve had something off to eat. He wasn’t having it. Said he wouldn’t have his best doctor spreading sick because she’s too stubborn to get off her feet for a few hours. He’s a bit more stern than usual because he knows you won’t listen otherwise, but he brings you a ginger ale and sits next to your bed until you’ve finished it.
Later that day, when he and the boys finally get around to the bay for vaccines, he notices the way Ghost’s eyes dart around like he was looking for something. His shoulders tensing when he sees your station empty, and moments after he’s taken his shot, Price sees that he’s slunk off to a corner to make a phone call.
He doesn’t think much of it. He’s been trying to give Ghost some space. So he just shrugs it off. Let’s him finish up whatever he’s doing before they get back to work.
The boys have gotten in the habit of taking a week off as the snow melts. Just before Spring brings rain and the soft buds of new leaves on the trees. Unofficial tradition proposed early on to have a few more days rest before things inevitably picked up again. Usually gave the boys time to kick off to visit family or get some well needed time away from base. Get in a well needed break because God knew they wouldn’t be able to for the foreseeable future.
Soap finds himself a little North of Manchester in his time off. Went out to see his godparents in Bolton for a couple days before getting back up to Iverness to see his parents. Meandering through a supermarket to pick up a bottle of wine for his godmother and a bottle of bourbon for himself. Could have sworn he saw Simon turning a corner at the end of the aisle. Chalked it up to a trick of the light. Seeing things after months of close quarters with his L.T.
But then he saw the man again. Stood in line at the butcher’s counter. No mask, but the same crooked nose and cropped blond hair. Same scar hooking his jaw. Swapped out his uniform and gear for a thick leather jacket, white shirt, and a pair of jeans. Would have been unrecognizable if Johnny didn’t know him so well.
He was about to head over to say hello. Make some wise crack about Ghost missing him too much, but he was stilled for a moment when a woman approached Simon. Pushed her cart up next to him and nudged his side with her hip. Prompted him to give her a small smile- the only smile Soap had ever seen Simon grace anyone with. No teeth, just a curve of his lips, but it changed his face completely.
Ghost said something to the woman. She reached up to fuss with the collar of his jacket. Johnny saw her shoulders shake slightly and heard the quiet tinkling sound of her laughter. Completely shell shocked. So imagine his surprise when the woman turned away from Ghost and it was you. Only you looked wildly different. He knew your face well enough, but after almost six months not going to the medbay on a weekly basis, something had changed.
Even wearing an oversized sweatshirt he could see the way it pulled taught against your swollen belly. Saw the way your arm was cradling it like second nature. He didn’t even realize that the bottle of wine had slipped from his fingers until he watched Simon’s head snap toward the sound. Ears perked. Tense like he’d suddenly flashed onto the battlefield. His eyes went wild for a moment as he scanned the busy aisle, calmed only a degree when he found you.
It’s like that Spider-Man meme where the three of them meet and point at each other. Johnny’s smiling sheepishly (for once), your jaw is dropped in surprise, and Simon is glaring daggers at Johnny like somehow it was his fault that you were all in the same place at once. You’re the first one to move. Rushing up to him as quickly as you could- now moving a bit awkwardly with the disproportionate weight of your pregnancy on your front. Asking if he was alright. Grabbing his hands to make sure the glass hadn’t cut him.
Simon tailed you like a hulking shadow. Glowering down at Soap something fucking ferocious. Didn’t even give him time to tell you he was fine. Pulling you back behind his arm by the wrists with a kind of gentleness Johnny had never known the L.T. to possess. You twisted your face in displeasure, batting his hands away and stepping back out from behind the wall that was your husband. Ignoring the wine and the soft crunch of glass under your shoes.
And to Soap’s absolute bafflement, Simon stood down. Didn’t try to yank you back, didn’t voice his protest, just drew his mouth into a hard line and let you push past him. He was speechless. For what well may have been the first time in his life, John MacTavish had no words. Couldn’t apologize for the mess. Couldn’t crack a joke. Couldn’t even say hello. He was pure dead at a loss.
Somehow, he allowed you to guide him away from the mess he’d made- staining the waxed tile a muted crimson even after the disgruntled looking employee came over to mop it up. Found his voice in your tugging him along after you and Simon to the checkout where you insisted you’d pay for the bottle of bourbon he’d managed not to send careening to the ground. Tried to tell you no, but you’d already sent it down the belt. And by the time you’d rooted through your purse in search of your card, Simon had already finished paying and was tucking his wallet into his back pocket.
Shuffled out with the two of you into the car park. Making a point of putting distance between himself and Simon who was pushing the cart with one hand and had the other planted firmly on the small of your back. Always walking on the side of oncoming traffic.
Johnny tried to keep up with your conversation. Asking him about his break. Where he was staying and for how long. How had he been. But it was tense. He could feel Ghost’s eyes on the back of his head. Burning through him. Making him feel like he had a target tacked to his skull.
He said a quick goodbye when Ghost helped you into the passenger seat of your car. You said you’d see him soon enough, said if he had any extra time before they went back he’d have to come by for dinner. Simon closed the door before you could say anything else. Looking monumentally irked.
The two men stood in suffocating silence while Simon unloaded the groceries into the trunk. Johnny tried to ignore the glinting of the silver band on the L.T’s finger. Caught the light every time he set a new bag in the back. A little unsure if he was being dismissed or if Ghost was just waiting until he was certain you wouldn’t hear the lashing he was bound to receive.
But it all stayed relatively calm. Maybe the eye of the hurricane. Simon pushed the bottle of bourbon into his chest before swinging the trunk shut.
“Appreciate if you’d keep this between us.”
Ghost spoke first, the words sounding a bit sticky in his throat- like they didn’t want to come out.
“‘Course.”
Johnny’s voice wasn’t much better. Both of them shifted on their feet. Not use to this kind of conversation. Uncomfortable being pushed from their usual dynamic.
Simon just nodded, moving to push the cart back to the corral. Johnny followed.
“How long you been keepin’ this in?”
“Which bit.”
His response was flat.
“Dinnae, L.T. Seems yer a man o’ mystery these days.”
Soap prodded, unable to help himself. A smile crept into his voice.
“Don’t push it.”
Simon bit back.
“Bonnie thing for a brute like you.”
“Johnny.”
“Looks ready’ta pop.”
A harsh sigh from Ghost. He reached into his jacket pocket like he was going for a cigarette. Tightening his jaw when his hand showed back up empty. He hummed his agreement.
“Few months.”
They’d reached Johnny’s car by this point. Just a few rows over in the car park. Stood by his driver’s side door shuffling their feet once more.
“Ken it’ll turn out like you?”
He couldn’t help but ask. Never pictured Ghost the fatherly type, but the idea was growing on him now that it’d been planted in his mind.
“Hope not.”
Simon gruffed back. Johnny snorted.
“Boy o’ girl?”
This earned him a nasty look, but he figured he was in deep enough as it was. No harm in asking.
“Girls.”

It’s not a secret anymore, your engagement with Veritas is widely spread throughout the Intelegensia Guild, even the Genius Society heard about the news, how can it not spread ?. You’re both highly respected scholars although both have different approaches to teaching you both still excel in your respective fields. However, no one knows that this arrangement of yours is out of convenience, but you and he agreed that it’ll be mutually beneficial if you both marry
“Let’s marry, I know well that this proposal lacks romance since I’m not marrying for love it’s just I’m quite tired of people pestering about my personal life and it seems you too are tired of people pursuing you, even if it is a loveless marriage I would take care of you and be loyal to you till the end of my breath, so please do think about my proposal because to be frank I can’t seem to imagine spending the rest of my life with someone else,”
That was what he said while you were in the middle of discussing a project with him, the sudden proposal shocked you of course but after mulling it for a week you decided to agree with his proposal, you weren’t expecting a ring but he did give you one, surprisingly it first your ring finger perfectly
You know very well that love is out of the equation in this future marriage of yours, Veritas never seemed to be interested in pursuing love and you respected that but now it seems like you’ve been craving more than you signed up for, it’s started when he first asks you to live with him, it was shocking of course but you’re going to be his wife anyways so why not start early to assimilate to the new environment and dynamic
Things start to go downhill from there since he does these little things. For example, all of the cutlery, knives, plates, and spices were high up on the shelves when you first moved in. He noticed that you struggled grabbing simple things from the shelves, hence he redesigned his whole kitchen to make things more accessible to you
Well the other thing that made you develop feelings for him is your sleeping arrangements, he made you a room inside of his house fully furnished with your favourite books and even your own office inside, the room is hand painted beautifully with your favourite colour when you ask who decorated the room he bashfully replied that all of the things inside your room is fully constructed and decorated by him, is this a loveless marriage you keep pondering over and over as you lay your restless body on the couch
Veritas promised you that he would come home early today to help you with your dissertation, but it seems he’ll be late again. You can’t help but wonder if he has someone out there, but it can’t be he told you himself he would be loyal to you, but you can’t seem to dismiss such a thought
You knew what you signed up for but you still can’t help but fall for him, how naive. Your eyes crystallised as you tried to conceal your feelings, the warmth of your cardigan couldn’t help to warm the loneliness you’ve been feeling, if Veritas was here he would laugh at you, you thought to yourself
You fell asleep on the couch, tired from the stress of your upcoming dissertation. It seems that when you’re already blissfully unaware of the real dimension Veritas comes home. He calls your name to no avail only to see you sleeping soundly on the couch, your cheeks wet from the tears you shed, it tugs a string on his chest as he examines you curled up all by yourself to produce some kind of warmth
Without much thought he quickly took off his coat and put his briefcase on the coffee table in front of you, he sat beside your head before slowly lifting it and resting it upon his thighs. He had always hated to admit his feelings towards you, he thought it was a weakness for him to have, but he has always liked you
He finds it hard to express himself and find it harder to acknowledge that he wants more than this loveless marriage, he was too afraid that you’re not keen towards the idea of loving someone with his track record, and he certainly does not have the best qualities to possess as a husband, yet he would try to become better to make you happy
But it seems he fails to do so, he silently gazes upon your expression, his thumb wipes away the tear stain of your soft skin, he can’t help but question himself, if you wake up would you hate him for this ?
He quietly sighs as he drags his coat and covers your body with it, his hand brushes through your hair softly while grabbing your dissertation off the table, he feels worse than before seeing that you prepared a hot drink and snacks for him before you accidentally fell asleep
So the least that he could do is to let you rest while he reads the contents of your dissertation, your hair feels soft so soft that he can’t seem to focus on your dissertation without petting it
Reading your dissertation is like reading what’s inside of your captivating mind he loves so much, he can’t help but feel lucky that you’ll have his last name soon, that he could flaunt you as a partner as someone equal in future events because he truly thinks that you are his other half
You both have disagreements on certain things yet somehow complement each other so beautifully that he can’t help but feel like he was made to be yours, feeling your skin against his palm as he cups your cheek further proves his hypothesis that his hands are made to hold you, love you, worship you
But his foolish ego seems to restrict him from such necessities, his inability to profess his love verbally would cost him you sooner or later, he just hopes that you could feel how he cares
He never explicitly told you about his adoration for you, yet he’s willing to show you instead hoping one day you’ll see how badly he has fallen for you
He kept lightly tracing your cheeks as he continued to read your dissertation, that’s when you flutter your eyes open, feeling ticklish from the light touch, “Veritas ?,
“Yes dearest ?,” once your eyes meet with his, he knows very well that’s the moment the walls he built and the ego he has dissipate into thin air

You and Fez met back when he was still in school, just before he had dropped out. He sat next to you in History and the two of you would only talk briefly, often just about things like what the date was or when the next period would be. He would occasionally crack a joke or make a lighthearted comment that would always catch you off guard.
He was a normally stoic and calm person; he didn't talk much and kept to himself most of the time. This made you appreciate the rare jokes and little bursts of personality even more. You quickly found yourself talking more and more with him, and he'd start greeting you when you passed each other in the hallways. You had considered him somewhat of a friend after a while. Maybe not the closest, but you valued the little time you two would spend together.
Then he started showing up to class less and less, and rumors had begun spreading around. A few weeks before he dropped out, he had asked you if he could copy your notes that he had missed while absent, and you agreed. He told you to drop them off at the convenience store his grandmother owned, because that's where he spent most of his afternoons.
You did this every time he didn't show up to class; you'd write him all the notes neatly and bring them to him at the store, and in return he'd let you take whatever you want from the shelves free of charge. You always took the same thing (a can of Sprite, a packet of Sun Chips and a pack of cherry flavored twizzlers), and after a while he had started keeping the three items at the counter, ready for you to grab when you came around. One day he asked you if you'd like to stay a while before heading home, and you spent your afternoons sitting on the roof of the convenience store eating your treats and talking about whatever came to mind.
You never asked him why he wasn't at school, or even asked yourself why you'd go through all this trouble for him. Maybe it was because you've always been way too nice for your own good, or maybe because you had a little crush on him. One day when you were on your way to give him the day's notes, he'd told you he was dropping out. When you asked why, he only replied with, "Have to take care of my grandma."
You didn't stop visiting him after he left school, and would go to the store every other afternoon, quietly doing your homework by the counter while he restocked the shelves. He never explicitly told you, but he enjoyed having you around. You never asked too many questions and you were always nice to him. He would say maybe too nice to count as just being friendly.
As time passed the two of you grew closer and closer. You had met his brother Ash and occasionally helped him with his grandmother, who you had only met briefly before she became ill, when you were making your rounds to drop of his notes.
A few months later he had asked you out, and you said yes. You haven't looked back since.
That was years ago, and this was now. Now, you were sitting on the lid of the toilet in the dead of night with a pregnancy test clasped tightly in your right hand, while the other covered your mouth in shock. The two red lines stared back at you tauntingly as you felt your head spin with anxiety.
You were pregnant. You were pregnant with Fez's baby and you had no idea how you were going to tell him. You finished up, washing your hands and face and made your way to the bedroom you and your boyfriend shared. You hid the test in the drawer you kept your underwear in and sat on the edge of the bed, waiting for your boyfriend to return home.
He arrived eventually, but you couldn't find the strength in you to tell him. You knew you had to eventually, you couldn't possibly keep this a secret for too long, but you were terrified. You had no idea what his reaction would be, and you feared the worst.
The night you finally did get the courage to tell him, was the same night he decided to almost kill Nate at a New Year's Eve Party. Your plan had been derailed once again and that night you found yourself sitting in the bathroom while you silently cleaned the cuts on his hands. You knew you couldn't tell him then, he was still on edge and filled with adrenaline from everything that had transpired. He was definitely not in the correct headspace for a revelation like that.
Everything after that night was an absolutely downward spiral.
With Faye moving in, Mouse getting killed in your house and ultimately Fez getting arrested after Custer had ratted him out, you found yourself at your wits end. He had been arrested and taken away right before your eyes, and you felt completely helpless as you watched him get dragged out of the now ruined house, with a distraught Ash clinging to you like a lifeline.
☆˚。⋆
Fez was only given three years for drug possession with the intent to sell, considering he was a first-time offender. Three years may not have been much considering it could have been a much heavier sentence, but your stomach still churned at the thought that he would be away for that long. What about Ash and Marie? What about the store?
What about the baby?
You couldn't do this. It felt like the world was suddenly dropped on your shoulders as you watched the officers drag Fez out the court, and away from you.
You shot up from the uncomfy wooden bench and made your way to the closest bathroom, where you threw up the little food you managed to keep down this morning. When you finished you flushed the toilet and made your way to the sink to clean up. As you stared at your reflection in the dirty mirror, everything struck you at once like cold water being thrown in your face.
You were going to be alone. Alone and pregnant, having to look after Ash (who God willing, they don't take away from you) and his grandmother. You hadn't even realized you were crying until your reflection became blurry and your breathing erratic.
You went back home that evening, with a dreadful feeling deep in the pit of your stomach for what the future holds.
☆˚。⋆
Fez had finally been approved for calls, and after not hearing anything from him in weeks you were ecstatic to finally hear his voice.
You had received a call from the jail where he was, following all the necessary steps and pressing all the necessary buttons before you got to talk with him. When you heard his voice say your name you had to stop yourself from breaking down right beside the telephone. It hadn't even been a month and you already missed him more than words could describe.
He said your name again in a questioning tone and you realized that you hadn't said anything in return.
"Fez?" was all you could force from wobbly lips as your grip on the phone tightened. "Yeah baby, it's me," he said quietly. "I miss you," you said trying your hardest not to sob. Gosh, you couldn't even think about asking him how he was doing, you just wanted him to know how much you needed him right now.
"I miss you too baby, so fucking much," he replied, "how are things going that side?" You inhaled sharply before answering. "I don't know," you answered truthfully, "I'm still trying to figure everything out right now. But okay I guess."
He hummed. "What about Ashtray, he around? Can I talk to him?" he asked. "Of course," you said before calling out to Ash, who was over the moon when he finally got to speak to his brother after so long. You saw him smile for the first time in months, and you were overjoyed at the sight.
When they were finished catching up he handed you the phone. "You still there?" you asked. "Yeah baby, but I only got like a minute left. Listen I'll call you back as soon as I can again okay?" he said. "Okay, goodnight. I love you so muh, Fez," you rushed out. "I love you too baby, so mu—"
He was cut off by the ending call and you placed the receiver of the telephone back on the wall.
☆˚。⋆
You didn't know how to tell Fez you were pregnant over the phone, so you settled with writing him a letter. You told him how you were pregnant, and that you were planning on keeping the baby. A part of you already knew you were keeping the baby the moment you stared at the test in your hand. The thought of being pregnant now absolutely terrified you, but recently you had found yourself fantasizing about what the little one would look like.
Would it be a little girl or a boy? Would she have your nose, or your eyes? What would her soft hair feel like under your fingertips? What would her first word be?
You hadn't even realized you were already referring to the baby as "she". That was what made you realize you were already deadset on keeping the baby, whether Fez wanted to be apart of that or not, even though it pained you to think that way.
You nervously sealed the letter and sent it off, hoping for the best. Fez had called you the same day he received the letter.
"Hi Fez," you answered nervously.
"You bein' serious Y/N?" You knew exactly what he was referring to, so you took a deep breath before answering him. "Yes, I'm being serious," you said quietly. You could hear him sigh and curse under his breath before he spoke up louder. "How long you known?"
"From before the raid. But, before you say anything, I did want to tell you on New Years, but that shit with Nate happened and everything after that was a total shitshow," you breathed, "I'm sorry for not telling you earlier."
"Shit, it's alright ma I ain't mad, jus' a bit shocked," was all he said. There was a short silence between the two of you before he spoke up again. "I'm gonna be a dad?" he asked softly. "Yeah..." you said, waiting for anything to indicate how he felt about this. "I'm so sorry I can't be there wit' you for this," he said. That broke your heart. He wanted to there, wanted to be a father and the thought made your heart fill with joy.
"It's okay, we can't help the circumstances," you said. "Listen, I promise you imma be here wit you every step of the way, okay? Maybe not physically, but I want you to keep me updated on everthing alright?" he said. "Okay, I promise I will," you breathed, a smile stretching across your face. "Imma do right by you, baby, I promise. You ain't doin' this on your own."
You were sure your heart was going to explode. You were going to have a baby with Fez. The circumstances were the farthest from ideal, but you were hopeful that you were going to be able to do this. You were going to do this. For yourself, for Fez and Ash and for your baby.
☆˚。⋆
The pregnancy was anything but easy, and it was even harder without Fez by your side. It helped that he showed his support in any way he could, like always calling and sending letters, checking up on you to stay updated with the condition of your baby. You were roughly at 3 or 4 months and by now the little bump was already visible.
Telling Ash was one of the things you were the most nervous about. You didn't know how he'd feel about a baby being bought into your living situation. You had sat him down and got straight to the point. When the words first left your mouth, his face twisted into an unreadable expression. He seemed to be mulling it over silently, before a small smile stretched across your face and he replied shyly with, "So I'm gonna like, be an uncle?"
☆˚。⋆
The letters you frequently wrote Fez were on of the only things he looked forward to. He loved reading them, reading about how you were doing and everything that was happening with your body and with the baby growing inside you. It sometimes fet like he got to experience the pregnancy right there beside you, with the way he could clearly indicate your mood swings even in your writing.
The letter would quickly go from I saw an old couple sitting by the old park benches today and I broke down in tears to The guy at the drive-thru told me I couldn't order 'just pickels'. Imagine saying no to a starving pregnant lady!
When he received the letter with a small black and white attached to it, he nearly cried. The little ultrasound picture didn't look like much, you could barely make out the big white blob in the middle as a baby, an actual human being. He turned the picture around and saw that you had written our baby! in your messy handwriting, with a little heart at the end. That was all he needed to actually start crying.
That night he couldn't fall asleep at all. His mind was filled with a million thoughts that were consuming him. What if something happens to her or the baby while I'm in here? Will she be able to cope on her own? What's she gonna do once the baby is born?
What if I'm not a good father?
That's what was eating at him more than anything else. He didn't want to be like his own father, and his worst fear was eventually ending up like him, no matter how hard he tried not to. He didn't want his kid to hate him, he wanted to be the best dad he could be, because he already knew that you were going to be the absolutely best mother any child could ask for. He knew because he saw the way you cared for Ash, like he was your own little brother. He also knew that you had a big heart. When you loved, you loved with everything in you, so he didn't have an inkling of doubt about you being a good mother.
That was the night he had promised himself that he would be the best father that he could be for your child and that he'd give them the love and support he never received from his dad.

By now you had finally been approved for your first visit, and you were over the moon. The first time you visited you went alone, and when Fez saw you walking into the cold room, a slight waddle to your step and a cute little bump sticking out from your pretty pink sundress and cardigan, he swears he had fell in love with you all over again. You looked so beautiful, he thought, maybe more beautiful than you've ever been.
Maybe it was the pregnancy glow people would always refer to, or maybe it was the fact that he hadn't seen you in months, but he couldn't get the dopey smile off his face as you made your way to the table where he sat.
You were permitted to a brief embrace and kiss at the beginning and end of each visit, and when he wrapped his arms around you for the first time in months, and got to inhale the smell of your almost unfamiliar perfume, he didn't ever want to let you go ever again. His grip on you tightened a little bit and you had to will away the tears threatening to spill over your cheeks when you felt his warmth consume your body. It felt like home being back in his strong arms.
"You're gonna squish the baby," you said playfully, placing a kiss on his shirt over his heart. You honestly didn't mind at all; you'd let him hold you like this forever if you could. You eventually broke away when you saw the guard giving you a unhappy look from the corner of your eye. You sat down on the cold metal bench and he found his seat accross from you.
You so badly wanted to hold his hand while you talked to him. You wanted to sit next to him and feel the warmth of his body radiating off him and bury your face into his neck and hold onto him for dear life, but you couldn't.
"Y'know if it's a boy or a girl yet?" he asked. You absent-mindedly tapped your manicured nails against the metal table that separated you two, until the guard had given you a stern look from behind Fez, by now irritated by the repetitive sound. You retracted your hands, placing them in your lap and shaking your head. "No, I'm finding out at the next appointment," you smiled, "do you still have the photos I sent you?"
You were referring to the ultrasound photos as you had sent him in letters from all your appointments. "Of course I do," he smiled, "keep 'em in my cell, under my pillow." You smiled, looking down at your belly and softly running your hand over it.
"I think it's gonna be a girl," you said softly, as if it was some secret only the two of you had the right to know. "Nah, it's a boy," he replied and you rolled your eyes playfully, which made him laugh. "Of course you think it's a boy," you joked. He shrugged "I'm still gonna love 'em whether they a boy or a girl," he said, before adding, "but it's gonna be a boy."
You rolled your eyes at him once again, this time more dramatically, and rubbed at your belly. "I just know it's going to be a little girl," you said, and when you looked up from your belly your eyes met Fez's. They were filled with an immeasurable amount of admiration and love, and you couldn't help but shy away from the attention.
"If it's a girl, I hope she look like you."
☆˚。⋆
The last few weeks of your pregnancy you had asked your mother to stay with you until it was time to go and give birth. By now your belly was fully formed and perfectly rounded, and you were waddling around the house like a lost penguin. Everything was hurting, from your feet to your back and pregnancy brain was truly kicking your ass. As much as you loved the beauty of pregnancy, you couldn't wait to finally get this over with.
You were on the phone with Fez when you had first felt it, the liquid running down your legs followed by a slight cramp in your abdomen. At first you were scared that you had peed yourself (your bladder had been your number one enemy recently) but it didn't take long to realize what was happening.
Without even sparing Fez another word you hung up and called for your mother. This was it, you were finally going meet your baby.
Ash was shitting bricks as he paced around the house while you and your mother gathered everything to head to the hospital. Soon enough you found yourself in the hospital, with your arms leaning on the bed trying to control your breathing. The pain felt like nothing you've ever felt before, and at some point you thought you were going to pass out.
A little while later and you had started to dilate. After what felt like a lifetime of mindless pushing and incoherent shouts, the screaming of your baby girl filled your ears. You looked next to you, to your mother who was still holding onto your hand tightly while her other hand pushed the hair out of your sweaty face. You were beyond grateful to have her with you, but your heart yearned to have Fez with you for this moment. When you got to hold your baby in your arms you cried like a crazy person. She was so beautiful, and your heart was already filled with abundant love for her.
☆˚。⋆
You've had baby Eden at home for almost two weeks, when you finally got a call from Fez.
"How'd it go baby? Is she healthy? Are you okay?" he had asked as soon as he heard your voice greeting him. You pressed the phone tighter between your ear and your shoulder. "She's as healthy as can be, and she's beautiful, Fez," you said happily, as you rocked the baby in your arms to sleep. "You gonna send me a picture of her?" he asked.
"I already have a few taken, I just have to get them printed then I'll send them to you," you smiled, "she's so beautiful, Fez." You knew it was a little biased, but she truly was the most beautiful baby you'd ever seen. Her pretty long eyelashes that rested on her chubby cheeks and the pretty pink lips that would sometimes streatch into a toothless smile, or her cute button nose that would scrunch up when she yawned or sneezed. Everything about her was so absolutely perfect.
"I can't wait to see yall ma," he whispered. You could hear the slight sadness in his voice. "Me neither," you replied with a sad smile.
☆˚。⋆
He had no doubt when you told him that Eden was a beautiful baby, but when Fez got to see a picture of her for the first time, all the air was knocked out his lungs.
That was his baby. His baby girl, wrapped tightly in a fluffy pink blanket and a little cap to match. He couldn't stop looking at the picture, his thoughts going at a hundred miles per hour. Fez hadn't seen a lot of babies in his life, but he was one thousand percent certain that Eden was the most beautiful baby he'd ever layed his cynical eyes on.
He couldn't remember the last time he prayed, but that night Fez found himself closing his eyes and praying. He prayed that you and your baby were kept safe, he prayed that his baby girl would stay healthy and happy, and he prayed for the patience to diligently serve his sentence, counting down the days till he got to hold you both.
☆˚。⋆
You sat in shock as you read the contents of the letter over and over and over.
Fez was going to be released from jail earlier for good behavior. He was coming home, to you, to Ash and his friends and to his baby. He was going to meet his daughter.
Ever since giving birth you hadn't brought Eden along with you when visiting Fez. She was still very young, and you didn't want her driving the long distances back and forth. This unfortunately meant that Fez hadn't got to meet his daughter yet. That was changing soon though.
☆˚。⋆
You were pacing back and forth in the house, waiting for Fez to come knocking at your door. Today was the day Fez was coming home, back to his family, back to you.
He had to go through several release preparations, then pre-release custody and then supervision. After he complete those steps he had a full release from the BOP system, and they arranged transportation for him to come back home.
He had asked you to not tell anyone about him coming home, he didn't want people bothering him and wanted to spend his first night in just the company of the people he loved the most. You had kept to your word and not told a soul, not even Ash, who you knew would soon be jumping out of his skin when he gets to see his brother.
You had Eden in your arms, gently rocking her back and forth to soothe her. She was a little cranky because she didn't get her afternoon nap in, and when she finally dozed off, you went to go place her in the small crib next to your bed.
You shifted your weight from one foot to the other nervously, before checking that everything was good. The food was cooked, the house cleaned and the bed covered in clean sheets.
The hard knock on the door almost made you drop the pie you had taken out of the oven. It was custard pie, his favorite. You removed your oven mits and sprinted to the door.
When you opened it, there stood Fez with a small smile on his face. You immediately wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him as close to you as possible. He was here. He was back home with you finally and you got to hold him for as long as your heart desired.
By now you were sobbing into his neck, beyond relieved and happy to finally have him home. When you broke away he looked down at you, tears in his own eyes.
"Hi," he breathed. "Hi," you replied through a half sob half laugh. "You're home." "I'm home."
Ash had cried when he saw his brother standing in the living room awkwardly, and wrapped his arms around him tightly, almost as if he was scared of losing him once again. Once everyone had settled down somewhat, you decided to ask Fez the big question.
"Do you wanna see her?"
☆˚。⋆
The room was dead silent as you pushed open the door and made your way inside, Fez following soon after. You could see the anxiety written on his face, evident in the slight tremble of his hands. This was a very big deal to him. He was going to meet his daughter for the very first time.
You made your way over to the crib, standing next to it and urging him to do the same. He warily moved closer to the crib, looked over the edge and down to where the little girl layed peacefully assleep. He could see the small rise and fall of her chest as she breath rhythmically, and the way her two small fists layed clenched tightly next to her body. If he listened closely enough he could hear her breathing, and the soft cooing sounds in between.
"She's beautiful isn't she?" you asked quietly, and he only nodded, not once lifting his gaze. "Would you like to hold her?" This made him look up at you. A part of him wanted to say no. He didn't want to hold something as precious as her in his hands. Hands that have done shameful and awful things, much too tainted to handle something as fragile and irreplaceable as her.
"It's okay, Fez," you said, sensing his hesitation, before reaching into the crib to pick her up gently. When she was secured in your grasp, you turned your body to him and he hesitantly reached out to take her from you.
Once she was in his arms the small tears began to fall from his eyes. You rubbed his back comfortingly as you watched him closely.
Nothing that Fez had ever achieved in his life measured even closely to this moment. No amount of money or fortune would make him trade this. This was it. This was him, being home and being able to be with you, with his family.
His grandmother had taught him the importance of family and looking out for each other. She taught him that the family he'd have would be the people he was willing to die for, and as he stood in the quiet room, his daughter in his arms and you by his side, he knew that he had found his family.
He looked over to you, and when his eyes met yours he saw the contented look on your face, behind all the happy tears.
"She looks like you," he smiled.

early evenings in the library, a study-muddled brain - and a boyfriend with a don't-gimme-that-bullshit-attitude.
(this is my life now. this universe has swallowed me whole - with this, we're for the first time venturing into the part of this beautiful universe where reader and Azriel have finally stopped being idiots and are dating! I am so fucking excited!!)
Propping my chin onto my hand, I crunched my brows, and there was a soft giggle from the other side of the table.
"Shut up,", I grumbled without raising my head, and Feyre broke into a fit of suppressed snorted snickers that made me lose against the laugh building in my throat.
There was a sharp hushing sound from somewhere behind me, and dropping my head, I held in a giggle before raising my eyes again to try and glare at Feyre.
"Thanks for that,", I mumbled, and she sent me a wink, grinning widely.
Breathing out, I turned my eyes back towards the sheets spread out in front of me. The afternoon sun was falling through the high windows above onto the small wooden booths, the green table lamps sending out a warm glow and dust dancing in the slanted rays of light. The library was quiet and warm, and crossing my legs at the ankles, I bumped my foot against Feyre's.
"Shouldn't you get going?"
"Hm?" Feyre raised her head before looking at her phone, and her eyes widened.
"Crap." Scrambling, she got to her feet, beginning to stuff her things into her bag, and I cracked a grin that widened when she glowered at me.
Propping my chin onto my hand, I hummed absentmindedly when Feyre whispered my name.
"Go home soon, okay, you've been working for hours,", she whispered, and I just grumbled under my breath.
"Yes, mom."
Feyre scoffed and wrapped an arm over my shoulders, pressing a smacking kiss against the side of my head that made me crunch my nose, then she slipped her bag over her shoulder and turned around, whispering "Seriously!" over her shoulder.
Feeling a soft breathy giggle leave me, I looked after her until she had disappeared between the shelves, then I shuffled in my seat and exhaled, turning my attention back towards the notes and my laptop.
When I looked back up, the light had turned golden, and through the high windows, I could see the pale blue sky. Barely suppressing a yawn, I slowly rubbed my eyes, my vision blurring a little and causing me to widen my eyes dramatically.
Sitting up and wincing at the slight ache that had formed under my temples, I breathed out and threw a look at the time when movement at the corner of my eye caught my attention. I looked up, and my heart missed a beat before beginning to skip.
On the other side of the working area, a tall figure was standing in front of the shelves, black jacket straining a little against broad shoulders, black jeans tucked into black boots and dark hair falling over brows slightly drawn together in a light scowl. A scowl that softened when my eyes met amber ones, and suddenly, something was fluttering quickly against my ribs.
Azriel blinked, and I could see the way he huffed even from ten feet away. Shaking his head, he started to stride towards me, sliding past tables and glaring at me in a way that seemed more disgruntled than anything else, so much so, I had to fight the sudden urge to smile.
Turning my eyes back towards my papers, I hesitated, but until I could figure out where I had left off, something brushed against my shoulder, and when I raised my head, Azriel crouched down next to my bench.
Sending him a crooked, sheepish smile, I barely held back another yawn as I leaned back a little and breathed out. "Hi."
Azriel's eyes flickered over my face, glowing like amber in the sunlight. Then one corner of his lips rose just a little.
"How long have you been here?"
His deep voice sent a soft tingle over my skin and made my heart skip, and I pulled up my shoulders as I stretched my arms out in front of me slightly, crunching my nose. "Don't know. Noon?"
"Checks out from the looks of you."
I glowered at him, and the trace of a crease formed in Azriel's cheek as his warm glowing eyes moved over my face. Then he blinked and reached out, his hand wrapping over my knee and causing a soft shiver to spread over my legs.
"C'mon, you did enough for today." The amusement vibrating through his low, deep voice made me crunch my brows.
"No, I'm fine, I'm -" I sat up and widened my eyes a little as I tried to focus. "I wanna finish this, I just gotta -", I frowned, my slightly achy eyes moving over the papers.
There was a soft huff from next to me, then Azriel pushed himself to his feet, and the next second, he leaned over. His hand slid into the space between my thighs, and I almost squeaked softly when he pulled me out of the booth in one smooth movement, his arm around my waist catching me and pulling me to my feet. I blinked up at him with wide eyes, and one corner of Azriel's lips quirked.
"What, fall asleep on the spot?"
I opened my mouth to protest - but suddenly, I realised how heavy my eyelids felt. My head was thrumming and a little sore, and the warmth radiating from Azriel's body, his arm wrapped around my waist and chest pressing against mine, almost made me purr.
Breathing out, I pouted. "Fine."
The curve of Azriel's lips deepend, and his gaze moved over my face as I rubbed my eyes and turned my head to stare at my workspace. "Help me take the books back?"
Azriel's arms slowly slipped away from my waist, and already wanting to curl back into his chest, I started to pick up the books strewn over the tabletop. Azriel pulled more than half of them out of my arms and, at my protest and pout, just rolled his eyes before turning around.
Picking up the rest of the books, I followed after him, beginning to slowly make my way into the maze of shelves. Now that I was not working anymore, I could barely hold my eyes open, my pace sluggish as I trudged through the aisles, a lot less quick at putting the books back into their designated spaces than usual.
One of the last books, a quite heavy big specimen, was residing on top of a high shelf. Sliding the rest of the books on a shelf on eye level and breathing out, I stretched, squinting in concentration as I tried to push the book onto the shelf.
My grip slipped, and I felt my eyes widen as I could already see the book fall and hit me square on the forehead, which would probably mean a very embarassing fate of death by head injury. But before the book could drop, a hand caught it and easily pushed it onto the high shelf, and my heart did a little flip at the sight of scarred skin and long, slim fingers.
Craning my neck to look up over my shoulder, my eyes were met with amber ones, the faintest trace of a twinkle making the golden spots in them dance when Azriel lightly raised an eyebrow.
Breathing out, I blinked at him. "Thanks."
Azriel's lips curved upwards, and his gaze flickered over my face when I turned around to look up at him. My heart did another little hop, because now, we were chest to chest, the scent of Azriel's cologne beginning to fill my lungs, and he was dipping his head a little to look down at me, the usual crunch of his brows softened, that trace of a grin on his lips that made my breath hitch and my heart do funny things.
Azriel huffed just a little, the crease in his cheek visible. Then he reached up, his hand carefully brushing away some hair from my face. The other followed, gently cradling the side of my neck as his thumb brushed slowly over my jaw, and I barely held back a soft shiver, my eyes fluttering just a little as I felt something pound firmly and steadily against my ribs. My hands slipped around Azriel's sides like instinct when his chest pressed against mine, and with one corner of his lips quirking, Azriel dipped his head to kiss me, slow and gentle.
My heart rose into my throat, and a soft sound built in my chest, quiet and breathy. Azriel's hands slipped forward to cradle the base of my neck, his fingers gently tangling in my hair, then he deepend the kiss, slow and unhurried as his tongue mapped the shape of mine, making my shoulders rise in a shaky inhale.
My fingers dug into his sides, and Azriel took a step forward, his chest gently pushing me back until I was pressed against the shelves. I could feel books digging into my back and Azriel's body towering over me like a shield, warm and solid. A soft sound broke from his throat when my fingers slid under his hoodie and brushed over his warm skin, and his chest seemed to push a little closer, the kiss growing deeper and messier and more breathless.
Pulling back to inhale softly and sharply, I almost felt another quiet sound leave me when Azriel's head dipped to follow me. His breath was just as quick and uneven as mine, chest rising and falling a lot less steady than usual when I pressed my palm against it.
Dropping his head, Azriel gently pressed his forehead against mine, his fingers slowly sliding out of my hair and down to wrap around my waist as his nose softly nudged mine and he exhaled slowly.
"Hi,", he mumbled, and a snorted giggle left me even as my heart missed a beat at how hoarse his voice was.
"Hi,", I whispered back, crunching my nose when a yawn suddenly built in my throat, and Azriel breathed a huff.
Raising his head, he pressed his lips against my temple for a few seconds, causing something in my chest to tip over. Then he straightened up, towering over me and reaching past me to take the rest of the books from the shelf.
"C'mon, let's put these away before you really fall asleep."
Grumbling under my breath, I pulled the two from the top out of his grip and turned around.
By the time I returned to my workspace, Azriel was already half leaning, half sitting on the table, my things all packed up next to him, his long legs parting a little to let me step in between them as I rubbed my eyes. On eye level for once, I blinked at him, feeling a sudden thought occur that made me crunch my brows in a pout.
"Please tell me you took Rhys' car. I'd probably just slide right off the motorcycle and you'd have to scratch me off the pavement."
Azriel snorted softly, and my heart did a backflip at the way his eyes crinkled.
"Do you see a helmet anywhere?"
My gaze slowly dragged over him. Then I blinked again. "No." Another blink. "Thanks."
Azriel gave a soft sound that sounded close to a chuckle, the right corner of his lips curving upwards as his twinkling eyes moved over my face. Then he reached out, gently tugging at a strand of my hair. "Ready?"
"Just one more thing." Tiredly moving towards him, I just caught a glimpse at the soft flash of surprise in his eyes, then I slipped my arms around his neck, letting my whole body sink into his as I dropped my chin onto his shoulder.
Azriel's hand came up to press against my back like reflex, and I felt the way he seemed to still for a moment before he turned his head a little like he was looking at me. Then slowly, his shoulders relaxed, and his hand slid over my back as he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me into his body until I was pressed so tightly against him, I could feel the rise and fall of his chest. My heart skipped gently before tipping over when when I felt him bury his nose in my hair, and I allowed my eyes to drift shut for a few moments, feeling the warmth radiating from Azriel's body and the way his arms were wrapped around me, holding me up.
When I finally pulled my head back a little, I pressed my lips onto Azriel's cheek for a few seconds, feeling my breath hitch and heart rise and his grip around my waist tighten. Then I moved back far enough to look at him, sending him a soft, cheeky smile. "Now we can go."
Azriel blinked, and I was almost sure to see the top of his cheekbones turn the faintest shade of pink as his eyes flickered over my face, bright in the warm light. Then he huffed softly, but the corners of his lips curved as he pushed himself to his feet.
Sliding into my coat, I pulled the hood of my sweatshirt out from underneath before picking up my bag and sliding the strap over my shoulder as I turned around, and Azriel held out his hand.
I slid my palm into his without even needing to think, and Azriel turned around, gently tugging me with him. His fingers slipped into the spaces between mine, linking them together, and I breathed out, the feeling of his hand, far bigger than my own and engulfing mine, causing something to turn and twirl in my chest.
The first wave of cool air when Azriel pushed open the doors to the library made me inhale deeply, my eyes fluttering shut for a second, and Azriel chuckled. He was squinting into the low autumn sun, his hair tousled, and I felt something warm rising in my chest as I stared up at him. Then I quickly crunched my nose to suppress a yawn, and Azriel huffed, his lips curving as he gently pulled me into his side.
"C'mon. Let´s get you home before you just start napping on your feet."
"Tempting."

hey can i request ethan and reader who meet up in the typical “library spot” where people go to kiss or ykyk
wanna make out with ethan. i wanted to make this a bit more…saucy but i just can’t. i need like a co-writer for smut scenes.
pairing: ethan landry x gn!reader wc: 535

there was this secret corner of the library that every blackmore student knew about. in a section filled with old vhs and floppy disks, dust coating every surface. even the librarians don’t bother with that area.
so a few years ago some juniors claimed that area as the naughty corner, stupid name, but gets the point across. people go back there to get handsy and suck face in private while still in public. kinky freaks.
and, you just so happen to be one of those people meeting in the old corner. you didn’t head straight to your destination, making a show of perusing the shelves of books you don’t care about. stopping only a few times, pretending to read the spines and summaries of stories that make you wish to sleep.
looking at your phone to check the time you saw a text from him and you smirked, “so needy,” whispering to yourself.
you left the history section and finally entered the abandoned section. “i’ve been waiting for you,” a faint whine from the male voice.
a mocking pout, “oh, my poor baby. didn’t mean to keep you waiting.”
dropping your bag with a soft thud you walked to ethan, who was sitting atop a desk with his hands between his spread thighs.
stepping into the small gap, ethan moved to wrap his long arms tight around your middle and pulled you impossibly close. not leaving an inch of space between your bodies. fingertips danced up ethan’s flexed biceps before snaking behind his neck. right palm resting at the collar of his polo with your left hand sinking into the curls at his nape.
“i’ve been missing you. wish you didn’t drop mathematics.” leaning his forehead into your collarbone, his arms holding even tighter.
you huffed a laugh as your nails scratched his scalp, “ethan you see me plenty outside of that one class we shared. we’re hanging out right now.” pressing two quick kisses onto his crown.
ethan took a big sigh, the air warning your skin, “but it’s where we met then became friends. and also where i got the courage to ask you on a date before slamming into a wall. and to this day i’m still shocked you still went after that scene.”
removing the hand from his curls, you moved to tick some unruly hair behind his ear. fingers tracking the curve of the warm skin, following the point of his jaw to his chin. loving eyes admiring the boy before you.
“well, i don’t know if you know this ethan but,” heaving a big sigh, “i got a thing for nerds. awkward boys really turn me on.” completely serious.
ethan couldn’t help but sputter a few low giggles, giving your body a slight shake. “weirdo.”
“it’s very true. you could be a peter parker in another universe. smart and awkward. hot.”
ethan smiled shyly, “well now your just kissing my ass.”
you hand curled a hold on his chin, keeping him in place as you leaned forward. mouth inches from touching, “not yet, pretty boy. not yet.”
and the sight of ethan’s eyes widening was such an award. feeling his throat take a deep gulp a cherry on top.
-
a/n: i wanted to write more but i kinda didn’t want to and also it would have been horrible smut.

hands bound behind your back, you don’t know why you thought you could get away with trying to poison negan.
“you ready to apologize yet?”
you haven’t said a word to negan since he plucked you out of your house after discovering your plot, blindfolding you, tying your hands behind your back, and fucking deporting you to the sanctuary for an indefinite period of time. yeah, you’re not wasting your breath on an apology.
the salt and pepper haired man doesn’t break eye contact with you. it’s a shame. you’d never say it out loud but negan's pretty attractive.
“darlin’, you almost took me out. with a fucking quiche!"
lips poised in a permanent frown, you stay silent. negan's not having this.
he draws a breath, drumming his fingers on the metal table. "silent act. expected that." he reaches under the table to yield that damn baseball bat. "you remember lucille, right?" you give the bare minimum of a nod when he barks your name. "you also remember putting anthrax powder in a quiche and serving it up to me, huh?"
your stare hardens. you really hadn't expected to get caught - hadn't expected that you'd be in this position in your wildest dreams. all because you wanted your freedom back.
"i gotta ask, where did you get the anthrax? that shit is hard to come by."
like i'd tell you, you snark in your head. this was not the time to relay the story of how you'd snuck out of alexandria for a night to hoof it up to a government building complex and scour the shelves of their lab for whatever sinister bioweapons had been left behind once the dead started walking.
"because if that was you, that would make you an extremely valuable asset.” his hand lands on lucille again. "i wouldn't mind having someone around to procure hard to find things like that for me.”
you give him another blank stare. why the fuck would you come to live and procure for the sanctuary? who does he think you are? the flair of your frustration is saved once again by your taciturn lips.
before you know it lucille is below your chin and you’re tilting your head back.
“what the fuck, negan?” you mumble, doing your best to stay still with the bloodstained bat in front of you.
“there we go,” he croons, hazel eyes demanding eye contact. “knew lucille could get you talkin’. girl to girl.”
you roll your eyes. “you caught me, negan. i’m not here to talk.”
“you wanna make me dinner every night, don’t ya’?”
you go tight lipped again.
“well, fat chance. i don’t trust your cooking anymore - no matter how delicious that quiche looked.”
exhaling, you squirm in your restraints. his antics are already tearing at your paper thin patience when he asks, “so, how are you gonna make it up to me, sweetheart?”
“send me home.” you plead. “i’ll go on supply runs for whatever you need - just don’t keep me here.”
“no, i want you here with me.” negan expresses, muscles tensing through his jacket. he drops lucille to the side. “you know, i think you’ll be a lot more useful here.”
you shake your head, confused as he leans down to begin undoing your restraints. “i don’t know how i could be here.”
a grin graces his lips. “don’t worry, doll, i know.”
your eyes widen at the implication when he adjusts his pants and the vitriol is coming back up again like word vomit.
“i wouldn’t touch you with a ten foot pole, negan.”
you don’t expect him to burst into laughter.
“don’t lie to me, you’re not very good at it. i can tell you that.”
your face twists with a mixture of embarrassment and disgust. you’re disgusted with yourself for the eye contact you’re making with his groin.
“oh, i know you wanna, darlin’, don’t be shy.”
the binds that tied you to the chair fall away. you rub your wrists and observe as negan stalks across the room to the bed of all places. he sits on the plush mattress, legs spread.
“it’s up to you.” he shrugs. “you can deny yourself and stay in that chair and i can call for someone to take you down to the cells or….,”
all negan does is snicker when you begin working off his belt.
“i knew you would be a good girl for me,” negan confirms with a gentle hand guiding the back of your head as you take him into your hand and envelope him into your mouth.
filthy noises fill the air as negan takes his time fucking your mouth. at first he let you go at your own pace, lick up and down, devote time to the nerve endings at the tip of his cock, but one accidental gag from you and suddenly your nose is flush against his pelvis.
“yeah, baby, fuck i knew that mouth could do great things.”
you can only gag in response around him, doing your best to swallow and fight the burn but negan isn’t doing you any favors. he rolls his hips into your face, savoring the pure bliss that is your mouth.
“love seein’ those perfect fucking lips wrapped around my cock. wanted to see you like this from the first moment i saw you.” negan breathes with a hand dug into your hair.
his words shouldn’t be turning you on - not in the slightest. however, you start to feel a tingle beneath you and a pressure in your core. it doesn’t fade as you keep your jaw slack enough for the man to almost send his cock down your throat.
his thick length is cutting off your airway but for some reason your pussy is growing slicker beneath you. despite fighting off the coughing and trying to fit as much of negan’s larger - and girthier - dick into your mouth, you’re getting turned on by this farce.
you finally get into a rhythm and that’s when negan decides it’s time for the next course.
“‘kay, enough of that,” negan declares as he lets you up off of him.
before you know it, you’re sandwiched beside him on the plush, soft bed. you don’t have time to appreciate the satin pillowcase beneath your head because negan is yanking at your pant legs. “gotta get these off,” and soon he’s scraping down your panties. negan is on his elbows next to you and toying with your entrance when you squeeze your eyes shut.
you gasp when a finger’s inserted into you, then another with no warning.
“shit, baby. can’t believe you’re clenchin’ around just my fingers, babe.” negan remarks and curls his two digits, relishing in the way your face contorts at his every movement.
his firm fingers delve deeper into you, taking advantage of your exhales. every movement further screws you open and each wet noise paints your face an even deeper shade of red. the notion of caring gets lost when negan begins to play with your clit.
“gettin’ a lady boner, are ya’?” negan is sure to pay extra close attention to your sensitive nub. the pads of his fingers are instrumental in bringing on the wave of pleasure that overtakes you as you feel yourself let go in negan’s arms.
you’re so wrapped up in your orgasm that you barely notice his dick growing rock hard again between you.
your hands are on his chest, not banging against him like you should be but holding on for dear life as he edges his cock closer to your entrance. the breath leaves your chest when he begins to replace his fingers with his thick cock.
“negan!”
“oh, aren’t you a tight little thing.”
despite you being so “tight”, you still felt like you were being stretched out - no, impaled on his cock and he’s only a few inches in yet.
“you got a boyfriend, baby? not that it matters,” negan questions with an amused look as you struggle to contain your composure between him and his cock bullying into you.
“no,” you croak.
“good.” negan utters the word with a thrust. “couldn’t imagine sharin’ this pussy. not that i’d have to.”
you let out a tiny yelp and your breathing accelerates as he pushes in another inch further. it’s out of your control when he drives the rest of him into you and desperate for any kind of stability, you clutch at negan, not just with your hands on his broad shoulders.
“fuck! pussy feels like it was made for me, babe.”
if you were clearheaded, you would be mortified by the situation, but as long as negan resolves the pressure building up in your core again, he could tell you the two of you are moving to mars for all you care.
“please, negan.”
“what was that?”
“please!” you repeat and plead, over and over until his hips are flush with yours.
an accidental brush of his heavy head against your cervix has you whimpering into negan’s mouth when he takes a break from massaging your breast to kiss you. the heat is everywhere — it’s in your mouth, negan’s mouth, your core, all over.
“fuck, did you just come?”
you simply bury your face into his shoulder. thoughts fucked away, you struggle to register much else besides the mess you’ve made between your thighs.
“yeah, baby, you’re too horny not to have been thinking about this the entire ride here.”
your face lights up with shame - he‘s right. negan had wormed his way into your thoughts like a prion into your brain. every night since the handsome psycho first came around to collect your mattresses and firearms, you’d found yourself wishing he’d return your mattress to you personally just to fuck you into it.
“ugh, gonna have this sweet little pussy molded into the shape of my cock,” negan’s declaring between heavy swats to your rear.
“fuck,” you’re stuttering. “slow down!”
“how? this pussy’s just sucking me in.” negan exclaims, punctuating his words with another spank.
you’re white knuckling the bedsheets as your newest enemy pounds the thoughts out of you. you can’t even try to factor this encounter into your escape plan. the only thing on your mind should be the best way to manipulate the man jackhammering into you right now. but you can’t help but be affected by just how deep inside of you negan is; how he’s squeezing every filthy dumb whore noise out of you and hitting every nerve ending you have down there.
you guess this is better than your community being terrorized. maybe you can convince negan to give everyone their mattresses back.
glimpsing at him, negan is in ecstasy being balls deep in you right now.
and you’re no better.
disappearing in plain sight, you’re getting fucked from the inside out and being tipped into your third orgasm of the night. guilty pleasure coursing through you as you feel boneless. even more so when you feel a warmth pouring into you. barely recognizing the desperate whines that come out of you, you’re shifting your hips to meet his as negan fucks you through both of your orgasms.
coming back to earth, you gulp when you realize that he’s come inside of you. he has to be humane enough to allow you a plan b pill or something; this place is sordid enough, you know they have a stash pile of contraceptives somewhere.
the man slips out of you, spent after fucking your overloaded pussy senseless.
“want a cigarette? i think you deserve one after that.”
you glare at him. “no. i want to go back to alexandria and for you and your goons to fuck off.”
his hairy chest rises with laughter. he reaches for a pack of menthols and a lighter on the nightstand. “doll, you think you’re goin’ somewhere?” he shakes his salt and peppered head. “you and your people are gonna produce for me. got it?”
close lipped, you return his cocky grin with a death glare and crossed arms over your chest.
that doesn’t last long.
the man entraps you in his arms, wrapping them around you and bundling you up to his chest. he starts to ruffle your hair. “i really think you’re gonna wanna stay here.”
“fat chance, negan.”
“oh, honey,” he croons. “i’m not gonna give you a choice.” he whistles. “your grade a piece of ass isn’t walkin’ out of these gates anytime soon.”

we need literally ANYTHING with sejanus plinth pls 🙏🙏🙏
but if you actually need ideas, maybe something with sej being pissed/angry bc of people at the academy, and taking it out on reader (by fucking her) so like kindly mean, angry, cocky sejanus, not necessarily degrading and with some sweet aftercare at the end? <3
sejanus plinth was normally a sweetheart. (18+ smut)
(requests are open)
kind, doting, and a gentleman, always holding your hand with the upmost care. whether it be with one hand behind your back, carefully guiding you through the winding, busy halls of the academy, or enclosed with yours as you lay on your back, legs spread wide for him as he makes love to you with the softest smile.
he was so passive. never finding himself angered or frustrated with anything to do with you. you were his angel, his shining star, his beautiful doll.
which is why when the rumours started about you and him, sejanus didn’t know how to control what he was feeling. it started with a couple a heated kisses in the library, where your back was pressed against the shelves, sej’s hand caressing your side. his lips slotted together perfectly with yours, passion brewing with every swipe of his tongue against yours. in his mind, it was innocent.
according to the people that saw, it was anything but.
sej was getting sick of what his classmate spoke about you behind your back.
“desperate capital slut.”
“whore for the pathetic district boy.”
“loose, deranged harlot.”
sejanus was so confused with the negative feelings building within him. the urge to punch a hole deep within the white, plastered walls. the need to grab someone by their throat and throw them against the ground. his wrath was overwhelming.
and it was all because of you. perfect, innocent you. you had no idea what your snide classmates were gossiping about behind your back, sallowing your good name, and rewriting your reputation with disgusting, cruel comments, that were just untrue.
it’s why sejanus felt the need to take this out on you.
back home, in the quiet privacy of your own bedroom, dressed to the nines in dainty, pink ribbons and lace piled up the walls, sejanus didn’t make love to you like usual.
your school skirt was still on your body, just flipped upwards, panties moved to the side, as sejanus mouthed at your innocent cunt. you were bent over your vanity, pressed down so hard your breasts were spilling out of their bra cups, and wriggling around with more pleasure than you had ever felt.
sej’s expert tongue was working wonders on you. curling deep inside, he lapped like a mutt at your puffy lips, trying to get his fix on as much of your juices as possible. sweated beaded along his forehead, dampening his soft, brune curls, but he could not care less, as he nose smelt the sweetness of your pussy.
he pulled back and spat against your cunt, watching as you recoiled with a high pitched moan, back arching off the table in the most delectable way. “yeah, you like that?”
you mewled pathetically, words barely able to escape your lips, bruised from the fervent kissing that started this escapade. “yes– so good, sej.”
sejanus smirked, standing up from behind you, and pulling his pants down, revealing his hardened, straining cock. “it’s going to get even better, i promise.” you couldn’t see it, but you could feel it, the thick girth pressed against your thigh.
“need it, need it so bad.” you whined, scratching at your vanity with a zealous need. “please, i want you now.”
he didn’t even have to ask you to beg, your needy self being taken over with an eager little whore. sej laughed to himself in his mind, his thoughts trailing to what his cruel classmates would say about you if they saw you now.
but sejanus had better things to do. pressing his length inside, he wrapped one arm around you hip, to rub tight circles on your throbbing clit, and another hand leaned over to your throat, not exactly choking you, but holding you still as he started pounding against you, watching as all your trinkets shook with the power of his thrusts.
you were moaning uncontrollably, totally unaware of the fact that anyone else in this house could hear you. your sense were alight with pleasure, your feeling of pure bliss building with every thrust. you were obsessed with the way sejanus was fucking you, completely new, exceedingly welcome. you reached your hand behind you and latched onto sejanus’ curls, pulling him in closer.
“faster, sej–” you moaned at a particularly rough thrust. “faster.”
“this is exactly what you needed, isn’t it?” sejanus’ ego was being inflated by every sound, every groan, every sound of pleasure you made. he had no idea he could even make you feel like this. “just needed the rougher treatment. just needed to be bent over a used.”
you cried out at his words. “yes!” your cunt clenched around his, orgasm building as his fingers rubbed faster at your pulsing pearl. “needed it so bad, thank you, thank you—”
you were cut off by the blinding light of your orgasm, washing over you like a crashing wave, not used to the most overpowering feeling. your cunt was so tightly clenched around sej’s cock that he released at the same time as you, filling you up completely with his spurts of cum, sighing as he laid down against your back.
after you had both come down from your highs, you started whining at the overstimulation, and sejanus got the message, slowing pulling out of your weeping cunt, and relishing at the thick drops of release oozing out. he chuckled to him, scooping the falling liquid into his fingers and pushing back inside.
“stay right there.” he leaned over to your ear, pressing kisses to your neck. you sighed, slumping against the floor as sejanus ran into the bathroom, emerging seconds later with a damp cloth.
cleaning you up was much softer than the previous activities. sej had you between his legs, wiping at all the cum and sweated that accumulated on your skin, whispering nothing but gentle compliments and apologises.
you giggled sweetly. “don’t apologise, i loved it.” you paused though, thinking of how to say the right thing next. “sej… are you okay?”
sejanus’ hands paused as his breathing stopped for a short moment. after a thought, he leant down, taking your head in his hand and turning it towards his face, pressing a soft kiss against your lips.
“i am now.”
thank you for requesting ! first time writing for my good boy sejanus. sweet boy. love that guy.

18+ minors dni, f!reader, emotionally unavailable!reader, ex-boyfriend!kun, cheating, choking, smut, angst
"look at me"
his voice is deep and calm, amused almost. even with your eyes squeezed shut you can see the smirk on his face, the flash of perfectly white and straight teeth that a dentist would get off on. they aren't just burned into your mind, but all over your body, the perpetrator of bite marks and deep bruises on your shoulders, trailing across your collarbones and up your neck. your bitten and broken skin burns hot as a big hand encircles your neck, squeezing the sides of your throat. he's playing with you, watching how a fraction of his strength has you wheezing and scratching your nails down his forearm.
"ah, c'mon. scared of me?"
even if you could speak with him choking you, you wouldn't know where to start. to be scared of him would mean that you weren't used to this - this being your ex-boyfriend slinking back into your life for the umpteenth time, showing up as soon as things with a new guy were going well. as soon as you could see your life without kun in it, his texts came right on cue.
'can't stop thinking about you. i need to see you'
'it couldn't have all been for nothing, let me fix it, baby'
'please come over. we'll talk'
and every time you're the fool, telling yourself that kun is capable of talking and nothing more. but it's like the time you spend apart makes him more insatiable, unable to have you alone in his apartment without losing all restraint. it frustrates you that you're no better, letting his tall frame shadow over you as he circles your waist in a hug as you stand in the doorway, placing your hands on his buff shoulders and breathing in the familiar scent of his cologne.
“you came" he sighed, pulling back to show you big puppy eyes and his plump lips in a lopsided smile.
you're no better, falling into routine and following him straight to his bedroom that looks just how you remember it - dark blue sheets fixed neatly on his bed, photographs he took framed and hanging on the walls, albums and figurines lining the shelves and his computer desk sitting in the corner.
you're no better, laying down next to him as he spreads out on one half of the bed, fluttering your eyes closed as he brushes your hair from your face and cups your jaw in his palm.
you might actually be the worst for letting it get this far, head empty of any recollection of the new guy you've been seeing as your clothes now lay all over the floor of kun's room, eyes shut tight as he ruts into your embarrassingly wet cunt. he's big and thick, splitting you open over and over and making you so full and overwhelmed, tummy bulging, head dizzy and chest swelling with emotion at the thought that you want this all the time. you want him. yet every time you're under him like this, like a choking, sobbing, stupid little doll spread out on his bed, you aren't his. once again you've given yourself to someone who you can barely remember the name of right now.
"baby?" kun coos, moving his hand from your throat to tap on your cheek, slowing his thrusts, "where are you, pretty girl?". you wish you kept your eyes closed as you blink up at him, met with him looking down at you with heart eyes, wiping your tears with his thumb.
"i-i'm here. please- keep going"
and he gives you that pretty lopsided smile before burying his face in your neck to press his swollen lips back to your skin as he speeds up his thrusts.
this time is no different from all the other times he's lured you back in, fucking you as if you won't silently roll out his bed and put your clothes on at 4am to go home, because maybe you won't - not if he fucks you good enough. so he swallows his emotions and puts on that pretty smile, watching you squirm and go dumb on his cock, pounding hard when he hits that spot that makes your gaze go unfocused and dumb, looking so soft and broken for him, looking like you love him.
"how does your pretty pussy take it so well? squeezing me so tight"
"i'll give it to you everyday, baby. anything you want, it's yours"
"y'look so damn pretty on my cock. prettiest girl in the world"

He puts out the cigarette just before he steps through your door on a quiet afternoon. You’re busy placing some fresh coffee cake in the display case and he’s the only customer in the shop. Crouched down, almost out of sight, it gives you a few seconds to observe him as he looks around the shop. He’s handsome, dangerously handsome, and holds himself with a nonchalant air of confidence that makes you think he’s aware of how good he looks. No man would wear jeans that tight if he didn’t know his body could pull it off, his generous package clearly framed by the crotch of the dark wash denim. A black, short sleeved, shirt stretches across his broad shoulders, one too many buttons undone, yellow aviators nonchalantly hanging from the neckline. And as you drag your eyes away from the freckles of his chest and up to his face, you’re met by his dark eyes, an almost scowl marring his handsome features as he locks eyes with you.
You stand up, placing the now empty tray on the counter and put your customer service smile on, squashing a nervous squeal in your belly.
“Hi, welcome, how can I help you?” you say, wiping your hands on your apron as the man approaches.
“I’m lookin’ for a bakery that does Mexican things, I need a Tres Leches cake,” he says, his eyes leaving yours and scanning the shelves of your display case as you shake your head. His Texas drawl is subtle but the low register of his rich voice emphasizes it and sends a little shiver down your spine.
“I’m afraid I don’t have any for sale today, but I can make one for you, if you’d like to order?” you reply and you’re surprised when his face seems to fall and he sighs deeply, annoyance rolling off him like the warm scent of his aftershave.
“Do you know any Mexican bakeries in town?” he asks, “I’m sure yours is good, but I really need the cake today.” He puts his hands on his hips and you’re momentarily distracted by the way his shirt stretches, the buttons hanging on for dear life as his wide shoulders spread even more.
“Sorry,” you reply, “there’s not exactly a big Mexican community in this town, so no bakeries that do Tres Leches regularly. Maybe you can find another cake that will suit the occasion?”
The man drops his head, briefly looking at the toes of his dress shoes before he meets your eyes again, his brow furrowed.
“It’s got to be a Tres Leches, sorry.”
“Then I’m afraid I can’t help you,” you say, shrugging and expecting him to turn around and leave. But instead he remains in front of the counter, looking at you as you start straightening the cups on the counter, just to have something to do, the man’s intense gaze is unnerving.
“Fuck,” he hisses under his breath, sharp enough for you to startle, and his eyebrows shoot up, “Sorry, that wasn’t at you. And thanks anyway.”
He turns and yanks open the front door, exiting out onto the street where he stops, looking left and right before glancing back at you through the window. He locks eyes with you for a beat, and then he stalks off, long legs in tight jeans disappearing down the street.
He stays on your mind for the rest of the afternoon, not because of the need for a specific cake, but because of the way he’d reacted to being denied it, disappointment that seemed to hit something more than just missing out on what, you supposed, was a special request from someone close to him. Women, especially brides-to-be, could be very emotional and stressed about the specifics of their cakes, but you’d never heard a man curse when he couldn’t get the cake he wanted. You wonder if you should maybe make a Tres Leches cake, just in case he comes back, but decide against it. There are plenty of bakeries in town capable of making them instead of you, he’s probably not even coming back to your bakery anyway.
By the next day you’ve forgotten about him, the day running past fast as your shop assistant handles the steady flow of customers that Saturday’s always bring. You’re busy in the kitchen baking the last batches for Sunday and planning the week ahead, getting your orders in. As a spur of the moment decision, you add a couple of cans of evaporated milk and condensed milk, the Tres Leches man popping up in your mind as you scroll through the whole seller's website. .
On late Sunday afternoon you start cleaning the shop and the kitchen, the foot traffic always dies down the last hour before closing on Sundays and you send your shop assistant home. You use the last hour to reset everything for Tuesday, Monday being your day off.
The sound of the bell on the front door rings as you’re on your hands and knees in the kitchen, wiping out the back of a counter under your workbench.  “I’ll be out in a second,” you call out to the customer.
“No rush,” a dark voice comes back to you, the Texan lilt familiar. You stand up so fast you almost bang your head on the bottom of the shelf, stumbling to your feet and smoothing down your apron and your hair. There’s a small mirror on the wall just by the door into the shop, so you give yourself a quick glance, hastily wiping the sweat off your forehead and rubbing away a dusting of flour on your cheek.
“Hi,” you say as you step into the shop, “how can I help you? I’m afraid I still don’t have any Tres Leches cake.”
The handsome man is still wearing jeans so tight they look painted on, but this time they’re a light wash denim and his short sleeved shirt is white, the yellow aviators hanging even lower in the deep V of his chest.
“I wanted to apologize for that,” he says, stepping up to the counter, “And I’d like to order one, if that’s alright?”
“Sure, that’s fine, I’m closed tomorrow but I could have it for you by Tuesday afternoon if that works?”
“Whatever suits you,” he replies, some of his earlier confidence coming back as he not too subtly lets his eyes give you a once over. “I’m sure it’s worth waiting for.”
“Didn’t seem like it on Friday,” you say, biting your tongue as the words slip out. The man gives you an unreadable look, you’re not sure if he's insulted or not.
“I’m sorry,” you blurt out, “that was uncalled for, I’m sure you had stuff going on that made the cake an essential part of your Friday.
“No, I apologize, I was rude,” he replies, shaking his head, “I was just having a bad day, I…” he trails off, rubbing a large hand over his clean shaven cheeks under his neat mustache, dropping his eyes to the floor before he looks up at you, his eyes suddenly doleful and tired, “I’ve just been a bit homesick lately, and Tres Leches was my mom’s favorite cake, and mine too, she used to make it for my birthday. She passed a few years ago and I just wanted to be reminded of her.”
“I’m sorry,” you say, “I’d be very happy to make you one, but it probably won’t be as good as your mom’s.”
“I look forward to trying it though,” he gives you a crooked smile, “All your stuff here looks delicious.” He waves his hand over the display case but he’s looking at you and your apron suddenly feels very warm around your body.
“S-so Tuesday afternoon works for you?” you ask, clearing your throat and the man nods with a smile, like he knows the effects his looks, and his tight jeans, are having on you.
“What name should I put on the order form?” you ask as you grab a pen to fill it in.
“Javier Peña,” the man replies, stepping forward and leaning on his forearms on the counter, watching you note down his name, “I think you should write down my number too,” he says, looking up at you, “just in case you need to call me, for whatever reason.”
The image of a baby cow looking up at you through thick lashes flits across your mind as he smiles, his eyes are deep brown and suddenly very innocent looking despite the very suggestive tone of his voice.
“Oh you’re good,” you chuckle, letting him take the pen and jot down his number, “Do you really want the cake, or are you just flirting?”
“Can’t I do both, cariño?” he grins, pushing off from the counter and winking at you as he comes to his full height, making you look up at him again.
“Sure, but you’re only getting the cake,” you smile back at him and now it’s his turn to chuckle, a dimple on his cheek as he regards you with a playful look.
“I’ll be happy with just the cake, but I’ll keep hoping,” he replies, still grinning as he pats down his jeans, pulling out his wallet from his back pocket, “What do I owe you?”
“Pay on delivery,” you say and he arches one of his eyebrows with a cheeky smirk.
“So that’s how I get you to use my number, will you chase me down if I don’t turn up on Tuesday?”
“Something tells me you’re used to women chasing you down,” you say, trying to keep your heartbeat under control as he cocks his head, another arched eyebrow, “so I should probably just play it cool and count on your turning up for the cake.”
“When do you close up on Tuesday?” he asks, the corner of his mouth quirking up, as he puts away his wallet.
“Seven, but the cake will be done before then,” you reply and he nods.
“I’ll be here before seven,” he says, “you can count on it, cariño.” He winks at you again and you curse the butterflies that immediately take flight in your belly.
He gives you a wave as he takes a nonchalant step back towards the door before turning, his tight jeans giving you a perfect view of his tiny butt, you’ve really never seen any guy wear jeans that tight and you can’t help but let your eyes linger.
‘Really…’ you think to yourself, ‘how does he even walk down the stairs in those jeans?’
A Tres Leches gets better the longer it can sit in the fridge and absorb all the liquid that’s poured over it, so you get started as soon as Javier leaves. By the time you’ve cleaned up the kitchen and done your usual Sunday night prep, the sponge cake is cooling on the counter.
Ordinarily you wouldn’t come in on your day off but the Tres Leches needs three types of milk poured over it, so at lunchtime on Monday you stick your key in the lock and turn off the alarm to the shop.
“Hey, I thought you weren’t open today?” a deep voice says behind your back just as you punch in the code.
“Oh shit!” you shriek and spin around, your hand on your heart, as Javier’s hands come out to steady you.
“So jumpy, cariño,” he chuckles, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you.”
“You’re sneaky, jeez,” you gasp, hitting the off button on the alarm that’s still beeping, “please, give a girl a warning before you jump out like that.”
He follows you into the shop, apologizing again as you flick the lights on.
“I’m sorry, I was just on my way to grab some lunch and I saw you open up the shop, I wanted to say hi and thank you for making the cake,” he smiles and you feel his hand come out and gently brush over the small of your back as you walk past him into the kitchen. The warmth of his hand makes you stutter, trying to keep your cool at his proximity.
“T-that’s fine, but the cake isn’t done yet,” you say, “and the shop isn’t open, I’m just here to pour the milk mixture on it.”
“You should’ve told me to pick it up on Wednesday instead, I don’t want to make you work on your day off,” Javier says, leaning against the door frame of the kitchen as you open the fridge and take out the cake.
“It’s fine, this is quick, I’ll be done in ten minutes, then I’m leaving again,” you say as he watches you with those dark eyes, they follow you around the kitchen as you take out a pan and the three types of milk needed.
“You have plans for the afternoon?” he asks, crossing his arms and the blue shirt stretches tight across his shoulders. You can’t help but glance at the way it hugs his biceps and he notices, his body settling into the pose a little bit more, thick fingers drumming against the taught fabric over his arm as he smiles at you.
“Yeah, I have a date at the fair,” you say, pouring the milk into the pan and turning on the heat, from the corner of your eye you see him shift and straighten up a little.
“A date huh…” he says, “Your boyfriend?”
“No, just a blind date, a friend set us up,” you reply, stirring the condensed milk into the regular milk.
“Ok, I hope you have a nice time then,” Javier says, his brow furrowed, standing up and thumping his fist lightly on the doorframe, hesitating for a few seconds, “I’ll come by for the cake tomorrow, have a nice afternoon.” He abruptly turns and you hear his footsteps retreat through the shop before you have a chance to say goodbye, leaving you surprised at his sudden departure. After finishing the cake and cleaning up the kitchen again, you leave the shop and lock up. Javier’s sudden departure still seems strange to you, you don’t know him at all, but he’d suddenly seemed offended by your date, even jealous. He’s a flirt, and you couldn’t help flirting back a little, but you really don’t think he’d be jealous of your blind date. Would he be?
The next day you’re not sure if he’ll come for his cake after all, but you are hoping he will. The blind date had been a miserable affair and you bowed out after suffering through a painful hour of stilted small talk about small business taxes. Javier’s crooked grin and tight jeans had been on your mind throughout the afternoon as your date droned on..
Towards the end of the day you take the cake out and cover it in whipped cream and decorate it with fresh strawberries. And thankfully, a few minutes before seven the doorbell jangles and you look up to see Javier walk through the door, giving your heart a little jolt of excitement. But although he’s not exactly scowling, the yellow aviators cover his eyes and the corners of his mouth are downturned under the edges of his neat mustache. It’s a stark contrast to the bright pink shirt he’s wearing today, the color clashing with the apparent mood he’s in.
“Hi Javier,” you say, giving him what you hope is your flirtiest look, wanting to coax him back to the flirtiness he’d displayed on previous visits, “I guess I won’t need your number after all,” you say, giving him a sweet smile as you watch his lips quirk up in response.
“Maybe you should hang on to it, in case that new boyfriend doesn’t work out,” he smirks, coming up to the counter and leaning on the display case, long legs in tight jeans casually crossed as he gives you an appreciative glance up and down. You’d removed your apron a little bit earlier, changed into a nicer top, fixed your hair, only stopping yourself as you considered adding lipstick.
“No, that was a bad date,” you scrunch up your nose at him, “I had to make up an excuse after an hour.”
“Too bad,” he says but his crooked grin leaves you in no doubt about the fact that he’s very much not sorry about the failed date, “You should’ve let me take you out instead, I would’ve made sure you didn’t need any excuse to leave.” He gives you a quick wink, taking off his aviators, and you feel your cheeks heat up as he smirks and swipes a thumb over his bottom lip.
“About that cake, querida?”
The casual pet name ramps up the heat in your cheeks another notch and you’re grateful for the chance to turn around and head for the kitchen.
“Yeah, sure, let me get it,” you throw over your shoulder and yank the fridge door open, carefully sliding the cake box out.
“Here, I boxed it for you, but have a look, make sure it’s what you wanted,” you say, putting the box in front of him as you get back to the counter
“I’m sure it’s perfect,” he replies, but he still slips the paper lip from its hold and flips up the lid. He looks down at it for a beat and the casual confidence slips from his face, replaced by something you can’t place, almost as if he suddenly disappears from the shop, finding himself in another setting, looking at another cake.
“Is…is it as you expected?” you ask timidly when he doesn’t move, his eyes still on the cake, and he blinks and looks up at you, his eyes soft and warm.
“It’s perfect, just perfect, thank you,” he replies, his tone suddenly sincere and raw in a way you didn’t expect, it’s just a cake. But he looks down at the cake again and there’s a play of emotions across his face, as if the thoughts in his head are dancing across his features in the space of a few heart beats. You let him have his moment and carefully start tidying up the counter around the till and turn to start cleaning the espresso machine when he clears his throat.
“This is…uhmm…” he trails off and you look back at him, he’s still got his eyes on the cake but as he rubs a large hand over his jaw he looks up at you, “Do you wanna have a coffee with me? And some cake?”
“You wanna cut the cake now?” you ask surprised, you thought it was for a special occasion but he nods.
“Yeah, as a thank you for going out of your way to make it, coming in on your day off and everything,” he gives you a nod towards the coffee machine and grabs a couple of plates from the counter, “Although I should really be serving you but that coffee machine looks pretty advanced.”
“I’d love to have coffee and cake with you, Javier. But are you sure you want to cut it now? I thought it was for something special?”
“It was, or it is,” he says, coming round the counter with the cake and putting it next to you. “My mom used to make it for me and on Friday it was ten years ago since she passed….”
He pauses and adjusts the cake with one hand, the other hooked into the pocket of his jeans, fingers drumming against his leg as you wait for him to continue.
“I was feelin’ kinda homesick, wanted something to remind me of her,” he clears his throat, looking up at you again as you put down the cloth you’ve been wiping the machine with. His mood on Friday makes sense now, but you never would’ve you have guessed the reason behind it, and you push down the urge to put your hand on his arm. But he seems to shake out of his reverie and he gives you a crooked smile.
“So how about that coffee, cariño?”
“Sure,” you smile back at him and you see his eyes soften again, “How do you take it?”
“Strong and black,” he replies, “Show me where you keep the knives and I’ll get us some cake, at least I can serve you that.”
You show him and he gives a low hum when he slides the first slice onto a plate, “It smells just like I remember.”
“Good, I hope the taste reminds you of her too,” you smile. It feels like he’s a different person now, still confident and flirty, and dangerously handsome, but you’re seeing a more human side, something underneath his winks and smirks as you watch him expertly wipe the knife and cut another clean edged slice and slide it onto the plate.
“If you ever need a part time job, let me know, with those cake skills I’d let you serve my customers,” you remark, jumping up onto the counter next to where Javier’s standing.
He snorts at your comment, picking up one of the plates and hands it to you, “Trust me, cariño, you don’t want me anywhere near your customers.”
“No, true, those tight jeans might be a bit distracting for female guests,” you say, “I’d never get anything sold.”
You bite your tongue, trying to stop your giggle, as you see his eyes widen, the spoon hoovering in the air over his cake slice as he tries to process your words.
“Really, cariño,” he says eventually, shaking his head as he pushes the spoon into the cake, “I didn’t think you minded them, considering the way you’ve been staring at my ass,” he gives you a wink as he puts the spoon in his mouth.
“Yeah, that’s what I’m saying, I know how distracting they are,” you laugh, “It’s a good thing you left yesterday, I would’ve messed up the cake if you’d kept hanging around my kitchen in those jeans.”
Javier hums, distracted by the cake as he looks down on it, waving his spoon at it as he chews and swallows.
“This is delicious, cariño, just as good as my moms, it tastes just like hers.”
“Thanks, that’s the best compliment I could get,” you smile at him, taking a mouthful of the cake for yourself as Javier reaches for the cup of coffee you’ve placed next to him.
“Mhm…” he grunts, “strong coffee and Tres Leches, best thing I’ve had in a long time, hermosa.”
He smiles at you over the edge of the cup, his chocolate brown eyes making you feel flustered as he keeps eye contact when he’s put the cup down.
“Relly, the best I’ve had in a very long time…” he says, “and the best company I’ve had in a long time too. Tell me, would I really distract you that much in the kitchen?” He takes another spoonful of cake and keeps his eyes on you, staring you down as he cocks his hip and leans on the counter, suddenly very close, making your nerves thrum just under your skin. You can smell the cake on his breath, the coffee from the cup on the counter and his faded aftershave, still lingering on the collar of his pink shirt.
“You…I-I think you know what you do with those tight jeans, Javier,” you reply and his lips quirk up in response, the corner of his mustache twitching as his eyes move down to your lips and linger there.
“Why don’t you tell me, cariño?” he smirks, “What do my tight jeans do?”
You almost roll your eyes at him, the confidence is oozing off him but you can’t deny that he can back it up as he parts his soft looking lips and moves around your legs, stepping in between them, trapping you up on the counter. Your breath hitches as he looks up at you again, his eyes leaving your lips as the tip of his tongue comes out and lightly wets his own.
Quietly inhaling, you decide attack is the best tactic, and reach out, putting your hand around the back of Javier’s head.
“Are you going to talk about your jeans or kiss me, Javier?” you ask, and you just have time to see the glint in his eyes, before he leans forward.
His hand comes up and grabs your jaw, cupping your cheek as his thumb moves across your lips, holding it for a beat before he’s on you. His lips are as soft as they look, molding to your mouth, gently probing to let him in. Your hand tangles into the thick hair at the back of his head, holding on as he pushes forward, widening your legs around his hips, pressed against the cupboard. With a low moan you part your lips to his tongue and he responds, a groan, as he wraps his free arm around your waist, his hand finding your hip and pulling you towards him. The jeans do nothing to hide his growing arousal as you slide right up against his crotch, his kisses are soft but the way he holds you tight, is heated.
You hook your hand into his belt loop and tug him closer, feeling him roll his hips against you as the taste of the cake and his strong coffee overpowers your senses, his tongue sliding around yours. He’s exploring, his large hand sliding over your jaw, the rough pad of his thumb caressing your skin and finding spots that make you moan and tremble under his touch. It doesn’t take him long to figure out that a gentle nip on your lower lip makes you arch your back and press into him. He makes the most of it as his hand slides up to splay flat over your shoulder blades, holding you close as he continues to explore your mouth..
Heat is making your core ache, he’s hard against you, the texture of the denim rubbing against you with each lazy roll of his hips and you have to pant into his mouth, pulling back from him to catch your breath.
Javier kisses the corner of your mouth as you tip your head back with a groan, drawing a deep breath, and then moves over your jaw, his teeth scraping over your skin, his tongue coming out to taste and lick as he trails kisses down to your neck. When he sinks his teeth into the flesh just under your ear you whimper and grip hard at his hair, hearing him groan against you. He places a wet kiss on the mark his teeth have left and straightens up, looking down at you with half closed eyes.
“I fucking hated that blind date guy,” Javier growls, still standing close enough for you to feel every twitch of his hard length between your legs, “I should’ve told you to ditch him and asked you to come out with me instead.”
“I would’ve ditched him, Javier,” you reply, letting your fingers trail over his five o’clock shadow and brush the edge of his mustache.
“So let me take you out tonight instead, finish what we started, cariño.”
His hands are distracting, one rubbing firm circles over your back, down to your hips, kneading the soft flesh. The other one still on your neck, caressing your cheek, your hair, his thumb tracing the outline of your lips as he keeps his eyes locked on yours.
“I have to get up at three am, Javier,” you whisper, his lips finding yours again and you lose your train of thought.
“Rain check,” he mumbles against your mouth, “What are you doing on Sunday night? You don’t work on Mondays.”
“There’s this guy,” you reply, smiling as he pulls back a fraction to look down at you, one eyebrow raised, “He wears these really tight jeans and I think I should find out if he’s got the goods to back them up”.
“Oh he does,” Javier growls, tugging you closer and making you open your mouth to his eager tongue, pulling a breathless moan from you as he wraps his arms around you again.

The holiday season was in full swing, and the halls of Hogwarts were buzzing with excitement. Amidst the flurry of students exchanging gifts and planning holiday festivities, you found yourself busier than ever, balancing your studies with a part-time job at Honeydukes.
As you arranged the shelves of chocolate frogs and peppermint wands, you couldn't help but notice the familiar figure that strolled through the door. Lorenzo Berkshire sauntered in with his trademark grin, his eyes scanning for yours across the room.
"Hey there, sweetness," he greeted, leaning casually against one of the shelves. "You must be a Snitch, because you're hard to catch."
Rolling your eyes, you chuckled, accustomed to Enzo's cheesy pick-up lines by now. "What can I get for you today?"
He flashed you a charming smile. "How about a date? I heard they're pretty sweet."
You laughed, shaking your head. "Nice try, Enzo. But you're not getting free candy with that one."
Undeterred, Enzo leaned in closer, his playful grin never faltering. "If you were a Dementor, I'd become a criminal just to get your kiss."
Despite yourself, you couldn't help but blush at his audacity. It was hard not to be charmed by his confidence and quick wit, even if you suspected he used the same lines on every girl in school.
As the weeks went by, Enzo's visits became a highlight of your weekends. His cheesy flirting never failed to elicit a laugh, and you found yourself looking forward to his playful banter more than you cared to admit. It was becoming harder and harder not to get your hopes up, to wish that you were the sole recipient of his lines and charming smiles.
One chilly december afternoon, as the snow fell softly outside and the scent of chocolate filled the air, Enzo once again entered Honeydukes with a mischievous glint in his eye. This time, you were stood behind the counter, pushing the book you had been reading during the lull in customers to the side as the little bell above the door rung out.
"Hey there, sugar," he greeted as he walked up to you, his smile more genuine than usual.
You couldn't help but smile back, trying to ignore the flutter in your stomach as he leaned on the counter, his face moving ever so slightly closer to yours. "Hey, Enzo. Go on, lay it on me.”
Enzo chuckled, his intense eye contact almost making you dizzy. "Well, how about this one: Are you a Fizzing Whizbee? Because you make my heart flutter like a Golden Snitch."
You laughed, shaking your head. "Creative. You came up with that all by yourself, huh?"
Undeterred, Enzo pressed on. "Okay, okay, one more: Are you a Chocolate Frog? Because whenever I'm with you, I feel like I've found my collectible card."
You rolled your eyes playfully. "Nice try, Enzo. But I've heard that one before."
Enzo's smile faltered slightly, and you could sense a shift in his demeanor. You paused, taken aback by the sudden seriousness flashing across his features. "What’s wrong? Don’t worry, it’s still a good line.”
He just stared at you for another moment before pushing his hands through his messy mop of hair, his lips spreading back into a smile but the usual glint was still missing from his eyes. "Do you think I could steal you away for a minute?"
Curious, you nodded, following him to a secluded corner of the shop after checking that no one else needed your assistance at the moment. Enzo was wringing his hands as he came to a stop, turning to face you.
"Listen, I know I've been laying it on pretty thick with the pick-up lines," Enzo began, his tone sincere. "And it’s pretty clear that they aren’t working.  So I’m just going to tell you the truth. I really like you. You're not like anyone I've ever met before. And I would love to take you out if you’ll let me."
Your heart skipped a beat as Enzo's words washed over you. The sincerity in his voice was undeniable, and you felt a rush of warmth flood your cheeks.
"I like you too, Enzo," you admitted, meeting his gaze with a shy smile. "And I'd love to go out with you."
Enzo's grin returned, brighter than ever. "Great! When does your shift end? I'll pick you up then, and we can head to the Three Broomsticks for a butterbeer?"
You glanced at the clock on the wall, noting the time. "I'm off in about two hours. Is that okay?"
"Perfect," Enzo replied, excitement evident in his voice. "I can’t wait."
As he turned to leave, you couldn't resist calling out to him, a mischievous twinkle in your eye.
"Hey, Enzo," you said, stopping him in his tracks. "If you were a Quidditch match, I'd be the seeker because I'd always be chasing after you."
Enzo burst into laughter, his grin stretching even further as he shook his head in amusement. "That's a good one. I'll see later, yeah?"
With that, he disappeared through the door, leaving you with a fluttering heart and a smile that refused to fade.

Hi! How are you?
For a smutty request can i request: loki works in the libary and you go there almost everyday just to see him and get away. You always watch him from afair. Loki always knows your watching him. You keep doing this month after month till loki takes you and you have sex in between libary shelves of books where everyone can see you both. Please and thank you. If this doesn't inspire you its ok no worries.
So, here's the thing- it was so inspirational that I got carried away and this became a one shot 🤣. I wrote this Loki as TDW Loki. I dunno, it just fit as a moody librarian lol. Enjoy!
The Librarian
Word Count: 3.4k
Warnings: 18+, public sex, soft!dom Loki, fucking in a library
Tumblr media
You couldn’t help but watch him. His perfect silken hair, inky in color,  the curls always looking meticulously groomed. How you longed to run your fingers through them. How you craved to feel his passionate kiss. How you burned to see his hair messy from lust and sex.
Everyone had a crush on Loki, and he knew it. He knew he was incredibly attractive and he shamelessly flirted, clearly enjoying the attention when he was in the mood for it. Other days he seemed to be almost annoyed by the attention and read his books behind the counter, practically ignoring the people who came to ask unnecessary questions.
You’d been coming to this library for a while, but when Loki started working here a couple months ago, you came more often than you needed to. And you had a feeling you weren’t the only one, as word about the new sexy librarian spread throughout the neighborhood to mom groups and book clubs. It seemed more bustling than in years past, or maybe people just wanted to read more?
Of course you had spoken to him a couple times, attempting to flirt while he kindly spoke with you and answered your questions with a wink and a dashing smile. But those brief interactions never led to anything more, and you accepted your fate of watching him from afar. Over time, it became comfortable as you quietly read in a corner within eyesight of him.
The only issue was not getting distracted when he was being his naturally sexy self. His strong arms tensing as he carried large stacks of books, his ass straining in his tight pants as he pushed carts, or his laughter echoing through the halls were all common interruptions from your reading. You had managed to sort out his schedule, and knew when to visit now during peak “Loki hours”. You should have shame, but what’s wrong with ogling a fine male specimen while reading a good book?
Today the weather is wickedly cold and rainy, and you are thankful for that.  People didn’t tend to want to leave the house to go to the library in this type of rain, so you know you’d be able to get your favorite seat near the periodicals where you could quietly read and subtly watch Loki. You decide to head out mid morning, spend a couple hours in your new favorite spot, and then off to lunch.
As you walk in and put your umbrella in the canister and remove your soaking raincoat, you see him curtly give you a nod while he pushes a cart towards the children’s section. He’s wearing a tight black sweater with his black trousers that accentuated his ass perfectly. That was another thing you liked about him- he knew how to dress himself perfectly. You sigh deeply as he walks away from you, and resign yourself to your book selection. You look around and only see a few people, just as you had hoped.
You decide on historical fiction today, picking a book on Eleanor Roosevelt and settling into the comfortable red chair in the back corner with the great view of Loki behind his desk. If the story is good enough, you’ll check it out (and get to talk to Loki).
You begin reading, the words on the paper becoming your focus as the world around you melted. Time seems to have stood still as you entered the world of the White House in the 1930s.
“And what are we reading today, darling?”, a deep voice from next to you asks, making you jump. You look up to see Loki smiling down at you from beside the chair.
“Oh! You scared me! Um…‘White Houses’,” you look at him with surprise, not sure how to react to his sudden presence and curiosity.
“Ah yes, the forbidden love of Eleanor and Lorena. Tell me, what speaks to you about this story?”, Loki casually pulls up a chair, as if he’s known you forever.
You feel yourself get hot, suddenly realizing it’s just the two of you, chatting about books as you had always imagined. You try not to get distracted by how blue his eyes look today, or how sculpted his body is under the tight sweater.
“Well I’ve just started it, but I've read her biographies and I think she’s fascinating…”, you feel yourself a bit tongue tied in his presence.
“So you’re reading for the love story, then? I’ve noticed you check out a wide variety of books, both fiction and nonfiction. Haven’t seen many romance novels,” he comments without pretense.
He noticed something about you? You feel almost embarrassed, wondering what your book selection says about you. What does he like to read? Should you ask him that or is that corny because he’s a librarian?
“You’re quite the library mouse, aren’t you?”, he asks as he leans back in his seat, folding a long leg over a knee.
“Library mouse?,” you repeat, still feeling confused by what’s happening.
“Like a bookworm- but you’re much cuter than that”, he winks and smirks, making your stomach flip.
“Tell me, why do you always sit here? Or near the front? There are far more comfortable places near the back of the second floor, by the encyclopedias. No one needs them anymore with the internet, that area is much more peaceful and quiet. That’s where I would read if it were me,” Loki looks to his desk as a woman approaches.
“Um, I’m not sure, I just like this spot,” you feel your cheeks starting to blush. What is going on? Is he hitting on you? Did he say you were cute??
“I wonder if it is not so much the books that you enjoy, as the view? Hm?,” he teases as he stands and waves to acknowledge the woman who was waiting for him.
“I-I don’t know what you mean,” you feign ignorance, hoping he’s buying it. “I just like this comfortable chair”, you claim with confidence.
“Ah yes, of course. Enjoy your book!”, he cheerfully smiles and heads back to his station, greeting the woman standing there.
You sit there in shock about what just transpired. Should you ask him on a date? No, because if he refuses it will be mortifying and you’ll never be able to return again. Was he just hitting on you? Seemed like it.
There’s no way you’re going to concentrate on your book now.You wait for the right moment when he’s away from the front, return your book and leave.
You can’t stop smiling for days as you replay your brief conversation with Loki.
~~~~
You decided to wait longer before going back to the library again, and let yourself cool off.  The idea of talking to Loki again thrilled you, and you can’t wait to see him, but you don’t want to come off too eager. For the last couple months, you thought of him frequently (mostly when you were getting yourself off), but now you feel like a fire has been lit. Loki sitting and chatting with you was just throwing gasoline on a simmering fire, and it felt like it consumed you.
Today is another dreary rainy day, and you knew he worked. Perfect. You make sure to head around the same time as when you last spoke, hoping to replicate (or advance) what happened last time.
You walk in and remove your wet belongings, heading to your favorite corner. You stop mid stride, seeing that your large chair is gone, and in its place is a small table and two small chairs. You scowl and glance at Loki behind his desk.  He doesn’t look up in your direction or acknowledge your presence, he stays immersed in his book.
Well now, what? You think back to what he said before, that he’d go to the second floor by the encyclopedias. You huff with annoyance and venture to the large staircase, hoping to solve this mystery. You could just talk to him, but he seemed to be in one of his moods and you don’t want to tarnish what little you had.
As you turn the corner around the shelves you see it- the big, red chair you love. Why is it here, where he had said he would go to read? Is this his way of saying he doesn't want you watching him?
You feel a pang in your stomach. Oh my god how embarrassing, you think to yourself.
You’ve been lusting after this sexy librarian and he’s had enough and moved you away. You collapse in your chair, feeling your chest tighten.
You can’t stay here, feeling mortified, so you quickly head down the steps towards your umbrella and jacket.
“Leaving so soon?,” Loki calls to you, his voice echoing through the empty lobby.
“Yea…I forgot…an appointment”, you force yourself to look at his face  as you throw on your jacket as quickly as possible, and see him peering over his book with a sly grin.
You slow down, summoning the courage to ask what was going on, his smile and chattiness disarming you.
“So, what’s with my chair?,” you ask cautiously.
“I felt like rearranging the furniture a bit. You don’t like it?”
“No, I told you I liked it down here,” you hear an edge to your voice that surprises you.
“Well just think of how much privacy you have back there, now,” he smiles, unbothered by your tone.
Loki sets his book down and stands up, walking with his trademark swagger over to where you’re standing still in the heart of the lobby. He’s wearing a black button down with black slacks, very tailored and expensive looking. You feel weak in your knees as he saunters up to you.
“Yes, but …that wasn’t really what I was going for there…”, you feel your mind spinning, like he’s messing with you, playing with you like a cat that has its prey cornered. It excites you as electricity runs through your body.
“And what, pray tell, were you going for?,” he drawls, his voice deeper than before as he gets closer to you. You look up at his gaze, seeing a hunger in his eyes that wasn’t there before.
The phone rings, making you jump. Loki rolls his eyes and turns away from you,  slowly walking back towards the desk.
Not sure what to do now, you decide to still leave since you said you had an appointment. Whatever just happened wasn’t about to continue while he was at work, anyways.
“Goodbye, little mouse!,” you hear in the distance as you step out into the cold rain.
~~~~
Today is the day. You’re going to ask him out. Last week confirmed that he definitely wants something with you. He’s made it clear in his own Loki way that he’s into you. You think about the other day and clench your legs together, as warmth floods your core. He is so undeniably sexy that you just can’t resist him.
Why did he move your chair, though? That was weird.
Since today is warmer, you opt for a tight knit shirt and knee length skirt with boots. Hopefully this is the winning outfit and he can’t help but say yes to a date with you. You chuckle to yourself, fearing it’s really going to all go wrong and you’ll never be able to go to this library branch again.
You walk in through the front door with a spring in your step, but are surprised to see a line at the desk as Loki talked to patrons. He glances towards you, winks, and continues to patiently listen to the older woman in front of him.
You decide to head upstairs towards your chair, where you can make a more formal plan.
You nervously walk through the aisles next to your chair, full of the encyclopedias no longer opened. You’re not sure how you’re going to do this. Just walk up to him and ask him to dinner? Slip him your number?
“Hello, Little Mouse. My, you look stunning today…I like the skirt”, you hear his husky voice from behind you.
“Oh! Loki-”, you spin around to see him, backing up to the shelf to create space between the two of you when you realize how close he is. He’s wearing a dark green button down and black tie, with dark slacks. Always so neat and together, he exudes confidence and masculinity.
Loki steps forward, closing the gap between the two of you. You feel flush, not knowing what’s going to come next as you look up into his eyes. His eyes have the same fire as last week- desire.
He reaches forward, gently pulling your neck towards him into an intense kiss. You moan into his mouth, savoring the moment that you’ve waited for for so long while you rake your fingers through his hair. Loki pushes himself up against you, and you feel the bookshelf digging into your back. Your kiss becomes fierce, full of tongue and teeth as the two of you finally get what you’ve been craving.
You break the kiss, “Loki, what are you…?”.
“Oh darling, don’t deny it- I know you’ve been watching me for the last couple of months. At first I thought it was just a coincidence, but then I realized it was infatuation. And I found myself, well, charmed by you as well,” his eyes meet yours with earnestness and a tinge of mischief.
Loki grinds his hip into yours and you feel his erection through his tight pants. You bite your lip to keep from a loud moan escaping your mouth as your hands dig into his hair and back while you curl your body to his.
“And this is why I lured you up here…” Loki continues while kissing and nibbling your neck. Quickly, his hands pull at your skirt, hiking it up. His fingers expertly pull aside your panties, as he feels the wetness pooling for him- you’re ready for him already. He begins to gently massage your clit, and you feel the heat gushing to your core.
“Wait, someone could see us!,” you hiss, while also bucking your hips onto his hand, your lust betraying you.
“And?”, he growls, raising his head. His gaze penetrates yours, daring you to resist.
“Take me, Loki,” you begged quietly while you clung to his taut body.
You hear the sound of his buckle clinking as he unfastens it while you quickly remove your panties, the two of you wasting no time.
Loki’s strong arms hoist you up under your thighs against the large bookshelf, the discomfort and fear of getting caught fueling your lust. You wrap your arms around his powerful shoulders, fingers tangling in his perfect hair.
Loki’s lips are on yours again, as he lines himself up and slowly pushes his hard cock inside of you to the hilt. The two of you groan in unison into each other’s mouths. Loki breaks the kiss, his forehead laying on yours as the two of you pant quietly.
His cock is huge, and he takes a moment for you to adjust. You stay still, your warm core wrapped around him, relishing in how full you feel.
“You feel so amazing darling,” he says with a gravelly voice. Your heart feels like it’s going to beat out of its chest, the excitement overwhelming you.
“Oh God Loki-,” you started to respond, but he quickly puts his hand over your mouth.
“I’ve wanted this for some time, but I need you to be quiet,” he commands, and you nod in response.
Loki begins to thrust slowly and deliberately, his cock pumping into your tight hole. The angle of your hips pushes him deeper than anyone has ever been, filling you completely. Your hands cling to the soft fabric of his shirt and the toned muscle beneath.
Loki quietly grunts as he deeply penetrates you, rhythmically rocking his hips against yours. His eyebrows slant as he closes his eyes and pants quietly into your ear. You feel his strength and power all around you, making you feel so small. His hand on your mouth is salty from sweat as he pushes into you, taking you as he needs.
Your eyes are screwed tight and you focus on the feeling of him inside of you, the smell of his cologne and the old books wafting in the air.You hear the sound of his belt buckle rattling as his hips thrust his length inside of you at an even pace. Even though no one should be up here, you feel like you’re on display as your sexy librarian fucks you like there’s no tomorrow. It’s all so powerful and you feel yourself getting close to orgasm already.
Loki’s grip on your ass tightens, and you can tell he’s trying to hold back from fucking you too loudly or making noise. There’s a sudden loud thud behind you, as a book falls off of the shelf and your eyes flash open. There’s no way people don’t know what’s going on now. Your eyes flash to his with concern and he smiles devilishly as he shifts your hips backwards, his cock hitting your g spot perfectly.
You whine behind his hand and he shakes his head, increasing his speed and maintaining eye contact. You feel the tightening in your belly, and know you’re only moments away from coming.
From the corner of your eye, you see an older woman venture around the corner, looking shocked.  You try to mumble to Loki as his thrusts get faster and you feel yourself closer to climax. She quickly darts back behind the shelving and you close your eyes tightly, relishing in the feeling of being pounded into a bookshelf.
Another thud behind you, your back now aching from the metal shelving, you look to Loki, who’s now gritting his teeth fiercely. His hand on your mouth is tightening, painful to you as he strains to contain himself.
He leans forward and whispers in your ear with a deep, gravelly voice, “Cum for me, darling”. That’s all it takes as you tighten around his cock, and he thrusts harshly into you while you come around his cock. Your legs shake and your body writhes while Loki pistons into you relentlessly. As you tighten around him, Loki quickly follows you, throwing his head back with his eyes closed, teeth gnashed together as he holds back the sounds he’s desperate to make.
Waves of ecstasy crash over you as your orgasm wanes and Loki continues to slowly pump inside of you as he comes down from his. His sculpted neck shows his veins pulsing as he continues to look towards the ceiling. You look at him in awe, this man, who is more otherworldly than you could have possibly imagined.
He looks down to you and removes his hand from your mouth and chuckles, and you smile at him with relief. You messily kiss him again, the two of you enjoying the moment of him still inside you. He slowly removes himself, gently putting you back on the ground.
You can’t believe how strong he is, to hold you up like that while he fucked you senseless. The afterglow is so strong, you feel like you can barely speak. It was even better than you had imagined.
“Thank you, that was…incredible,” you gush as you find your panties and slide them back on while he buckles his belt. Loki takes you into a hug, kissing the top of your head.
“Yes, it was darling,” he hums. “Now I have to go back downstairs to work,” he rests his hands on your shoulders, looking at you with his piercing blue eyes. He combs his messy hair to it's pre-sex state as best he can, and you smirk to yourself with pride.
“I want you to stay, relax, and read as you always would,” he cups your face, kissing you slowly one more time before heading towards the stairs. Your body feels alight with energy, heat, and an intense need to be around him. As he walks away, you glance towards your chair.
“Loki, are you keeping my chair up here?”
“Oh yes, darling. If I have a burning desire to fuck you, I’d like it to be in a less conspicuous place. If you’re always up here, I can take you any time I please,” he smiles wickedly, then strolls down the large staircase.

Please let there be a scene where the reader gets stuck in the Stepson Jace au.🙏
Uhhh kinky, I like it
Warnings: cursing, groping, inappropriate relationship, kinky trope, fingering
Tumblr media
In moments like this, you missed Harwin, like every time you entered the garage, it was like an unknown world to you
Jace had been so nice to mown the lawn for you, but you needed to change the knifed from under it, they were old and rusty, and you were aware that there was some new ones in the garage
So here you were
You got in the tip of your toes to reach them being in the last shelf of a big metal shelves
"Where are you?", you heard Jace call
"In the garage!", you screamed back, you grabbed the blades, but lost the momentum, dropping them between the trays, making them fall to the ground loudly under the heavy metal shelve
Now this is when you should have grabbed a broom or something, but you didn't want to
And now is when you committed the second mistake
Instead of being belly down on the floor, that is was really dirty, you jus kneeled, and then you crawled under, trying to grab the blades.
You bend over yourself, ass out, some sort of a doggy position but with half your body under the shelf
And that is how Jace found you
He got hard almost as soon as he saw you, your big round ass, on display for him
"Jace?"
"You ok?", he asked lowly, he grabbed his cock over his pants, trying to accomodate it, so you won't notice his big fat cock all hard for you.
You tried to crawl back, but suddenly stopped
"i'm stuck!"
"What?", he asked, suffering dejavu from his favorite porn trope
"I can't get out Jacey", you whined, the shelf move dangerously over you when you tried to pull yourself free
"Stop that!", he said, closing the gap, kneeling by the floor beside you, "the whole shelf will fall on you"
"Jacey!", you whined, but it sounded more like a moan, you wiggled your ass and Jace truly believed he could come on his pants just by looking at this scene unfold in front of him
"Wait..", he said, seeing as your shirt was caught in a loose metal bar, "you are going to scratch yourself", he could have easily reach that guilty metal bar, but that wouldn't be as fun... he placed his hands by your hips, hardly controlling himself to place them in that delicious ass instead
"Jace?", you called, feeling his big warm hand sneak under your shirt, by your hips
"Relax, I'll get you out", he purred, sounded like a purr, of a lion that is about to pounce, you moved, nervous, but your shirt rolled over, uncovering your lower back
To reach further, he, with pleasure, lined himself with your ass, to lean over you and be able to move the boxes from over the lower tray
He didn't care anymore, no when you giggled your ass again right over his crotch
He pressed himself to you, making sure you could feel completely his cock between your ascheeks
"Jace!", you whined, but the from the position you were in, crushing your own chest, it sounded like a shriek of pleasure, and that...
That made him snap
"I think I deserve a treat from all the lawn mowing I did today", he teased, his hand coming back from your sides, caressing your skin
"What are you doing?", you asked, a bit scared, he could hear it in your voice, and he was going to prove to you you had nothing to fear, and much to desire
"Shh relax baby", his hands stopped in the hem of your cotton leggings
"Jace...", you didn't say no, "you shouldn't do that", again, you didn't say no
"I think I need to", he purred
"It's wrong", you whined, as he rubbed his cock against your ass, he wanted to take his time, "please"
"I think is the best thing we could do", his voice was thick with desire, as he pull down your leggings slowly, uncovering your soft, squishy ass
His father was the most idiotic cunt this world had ever seen
To let this go
"Jace!", you shrieked, as he slapped one of your cheeks
"Shh", he shushed you, grabbing your ass spreading your cheeks to see your cotton panties barely covering your wet pussy, "Fuck.. so wet for me", he couldn't control himself no longer, he removed your panties, and started teasing you with his thick finger, teasing your entrance and then fucking you slowly with your finger
You started moaning shamesly
"Jace please"
"Please what?", he groaned, with one hand taking care of you, his finger already wet, drawing squelching noises from your cunt, and the other going under his pants to take care of himself.
"Help me up so I can enjoy it", you whined pitifully, "please", you begged, rubbing your ass against him needily

am I the one you think about?
part 2!!
Tumblr media
pairing: fred weasley x reader
summary: having your heart broken before love really blossomed hurts more than it should. but fred's flirty banter never quits. maybe your love story isn't quite over?
warnings: slightly angsty but with a happy ending
authors note: i am so sorry for how long this took! school got crazy and college applications are a nightmare. however, i hope you all had a good holiday season and enjoy this late christmas gift!
part one
CROSS-POSTED TO AO3
You refused to cry as you stomped back to your shop. Fred could do whatever he wanted. It wasn’t like the two of you were together or anything. He just flirted with you like crazy and you developed a massive crush on him.
And of course, the girl Fred was kissing was gorgeous. You couldn’t get her face out of your mind. Clear, gorgeous dark skin and eyes, black hair in a braided ponytail that looked effortless, and a tall figure that looked like she was meant to be a model for Quidditch robes.
You didn’t know how you even thought you could pull someone like him. Fred was gorgeous and strong and funny, and you were just…well, you. Not anything special.
You swore as you stepped into a massive puddle near your shop. Tears were beginning to prick your eyes, but you blinked them away. You would not cry over a man you knew not even twenty-four hours.
And it would be better if it didn’t work out, you thought. You were going to be very busy with your shop once it opened, and you wouldn’t have time for any sort of relationship. It would be an absolute logistical nightmare, and you had to focus on your business.
You nodded to yourself as you stepped inside your shop, decorated with candles, fairy lights, and plants. This was where you belonged. This was the important thing, not some stupid boy you met once.
*
MAGICAL HERBS AND HEALING GRAND OPENING!!!
You smiled to yourself as you lowered your wand and took in the exterior of your shop. Everything looked perfect. The plants were in place, the widow displays were shining, and best of all, the banner hung front and center, inviting anyone and everyone to come in.
People were beginning to trickle into Diagon Alley for some early morning shopping, so you rushed inside your shop and flicked the sign from open to closed. You bounced on your heels as you did some final checks to make sure that everything was in place.
You had already checked about seven times, but there wasn’t any harm in one more, was there?
Soon enough, you didn’t have time to check anything, too busy ringing up the barrage of customers who entered your store. The line was spread throughout the shop, and you couldn’t stop smiling as your products and potions flew off the shelves.
Your dreams were coming true. Everything was running smoothly, the customers were marveling at the aesthetics of your shop, and you’d gotten many promises to come back.
But the day couldn’t stay perfect forever, and your eyes widened as a familiar face entered the shop. You couldn’t help but notice Fred’s handsome face and body, but you cursed yourself. You would not be thirsting for a taken man.
Attempting to look as busy as possible, you straightened the boxes behind you and fussed with the register. You could feel his stare on your back, and it took every ounce of your will not to turn.
He is a taken man. He has a girlfriend.
And he is still staring at you.
After a generous amount of time, Fred cleared his throat. You sighed, closing your eyes for a moment, and finally began to turn around. As slowly as humanly possible.
“That excited to see me, huh?”
You ignored him.
“And what are you looking for today sir?”
His eyes widened. “Sir? You haven’t forgotten my name already, have you?”
Taken man. Taken man. Taken man.
This was going to be an exercise in self-control.
“Just-” you paused. “Come on, Fred-”
“I knew you remembered-”
“This isn’t a great time-”
“Well then tell me when is,” Fred said. “I’d be glad to arrange a date.”
Why did he have to say these things?
“Are you really going to make me do this now?” you asked, anger coloring your tone. “It's opening day, and I’d really rather you not ruin it.”
“Ruin it?” he asked, dumbfounded. “What do you mean?”
“You know what? Fine,” you snapped. “Come here after closing. We can talk then. I have customers to help, and I’m sure you do too.”
Fred’s eyebrows were scrunched together, and his mouth pulled into a frown. “I-” he paused when he looked at your face, and a defeated expression appeared on his face. “Okay.”
You stared at him as he left, and a part of you wondered if you’d hallucinated the whole thing. He seemed so earnest, like he actually wanted to talk to you. Like you were important, not some other girl he wanted to have on the side.
But you couldn’t think like that. He probably had some other ulterior motive.
You turned to the next customer in line. “Hi, how can I help you today?”
*
You had to give him credit, Fred was at your shop door at six pm sharp. You tried to ignore him for a while, but he eventually caught your eye as you wiped down the counters.
He gave you a big smile as you opened the door, and part of you wanted to melt. His smile was so bright and full of ardent hope. His freckles made him look younger, and it really added to the sweetness of his face.
“So,” Fred began after a moment. “Why didn’t you come see the shop? It’s been weeks.”
You sighed. “Look, Fred. I just don’t think us talking like this is appropriate.”
He scrunched his brows. “Appropriate? Why not?” his eyes widened. “I haven’t been impolite, have I? I swear I’ve never meant to say anything weird, I just like to have a laugh-”
“No! Nothing like that,” you said. “I’m not interested in the kind of relationship you want.” There you said it. You would not be someone’s side piece or a good fuck. You wanted something real.
You should have known he was too good to be true as soon as you hit him with those boxes.
“Oh,” Fred said, his face falling. “I’m so sorry that I assumed-” he paused, “I mean, yeah, sorry, you’re really busy so…yeah.” He forced a smile and stepped back. “I guess I’ll see you around?”
You nodded. “Yeah. I’ll see you.”
You ignored the disappointment in your chest as the bells rang, signifying Fred had left the shop.
*
The shop was still packed a few days later. You supposed word had spread about your low prices and fast wait times because potions were flying off the shelves. You’d begun to think about hiring someone else to help check people out while you brewed in the back.
Plus, people seemed to like the idea of a small A&E in the back, and you’d definitely need more help with that.
You’d just finished restocking some salves when he walked in. His brown eyes sparkled when they met yours, and that easy, earnest smile was back on his face. There was no hesitation or the anxiety you’d seen the other day. He was acting like nothing had happened.
You hesitatingly smiled when he reached the counter, but your jaw dropped when you noticed the bruise that had formed around his eye.
“Holy shit, Fred!” without thinking, you reached to touch his black eye. “What happened?”
He scoffed. “This is nothing. We just had a slight malfunction with one of our new products.”
“This doesn’t look very slight.”
“I’m fine. But,” he smirked. “I do appreciate your concern.”
“It’s professional concern,” you muttered as you searched for the anti-bruise cream behind the counter. “You’re not special.”
Fred’s jaw dropped dramatically. “You hurt me, dear lady.”
You snorted. “I think you can take it.”
Fred’s hand brushed yours as you handed him the cream and the anti-swelling potion. Your cheeks flushed, and he gave you a sweet smile as he left the shop.
You could feel yourself smiling throughout the rest of the day, and you cursed yourself every time.
He isn’t actually interested. He’s just a flirt.
*
The next time Fred came in was a week later, and this time he had a cut branching up his arm. Thankfully, it was nearly closing time and most of your customers had trickled out by then.
“What is this?” you fretted, grabbing his arm. “You hurt yourself again?”
“It was just a small incident with one of the pygmy puffs,” he chuckled. “They don’t like being told what to do.”
“Probably because they’re your orders,” you joked. “They can probably sense the stupidity from a mile away.”
“Hey!” he mock-yelled. “They don’t listen to George either.”
“My point still stands,” you said, tapping the cut with your wand. You held back a shiver as your thumb brushed his strong bicep. Was it just you, or did he have goosebumps?
“You don’t even know George.”
“He’s your brother, so if he’s anything like you, I’d be worried about his intelligence.
Fred pouted. “They don’t listen to Angelina either, and she’s got a good head on her shoulders, so I think they just don’t listen to anyone.”
You paused your cleaning of his cut for a moment and tried to make your face as neutral as possible. “Who’s Angelina?” Could she be the girl he was kissing?
“Oh she’s George’s girlfriend,” he said, oblivious. You breathed a silent sigh of relief. “I don’t know how they’re still together, honestly she could do so much better, but she likes him, I suppose.”
You hummed, finally letting go of his arm to grab a potion. The cut was just barely a scratch now, but you wanted to make sure it didn’t get infected.
“Make sure you drink this, Fred, tonight and tomorrow morning. It’ll wash out any weird pygmy puff or whatever you call it infection from your body.”
“Yes ma’am!” he saluted and headed for the door. You couldn’t help but watch him make his way back from his shop, a spring in his step and a smile on his gorgeous face.
*
It kept happening. Fred came in with food poisoning, many more bruises, and even boils at one point. They were apparently from his inventions and experiments, but you were starting to get worried. Who gets injured this much?
The last straw was when he walked in with an injured leg. Your A&E hadn’t been opened yet, but you had hired a retired healer to run the counter so you could run in and out on occasion.
You were in the back, mixing a new potion when there was a loud commotion at the entrance. You had a sneaking suspicion of who it was but continued to stir the liquid until Martha poked her head into your office.
“It’s your boy,” she said. “And I think you’ll want to see this.”
That got you out of your seat immediately. Most of the time Fred’s injuries honestly seemed more like excuses to come see you, for what reason you didn’t know, but Martha’s tone made it seem much more serious.
“What’s wro-” fear shot through you as you saw the pain on Fred’s face, and the fact that he was leaning on….a direct copy of himself?
You weren’t sure whether to be more worried or confused. Had Fred somehow invented a cloning machine?
As you looked closer, you realized that they weren’t completely alike. The person next to Fred’s face was more rounded, and his nose was slightly bigger. His face was a bit uneven, and there was something off with his ear, but you couldn’t tell from far away.
Suddenly, it all clicked.
“You must be George!” you exclaimed. “Fred, you never told me that you had an identical twin!”
“Pleased to finally meet you,” George said, turning to Fred. “I can’t believe you never mentioned we were twins!” He glanced at you, mischief in his eyes. “It’s like you don’t care about me or something.”
“Shut up, George,” Fred said, turning your attention back to him. “I’m sorry to bother you again, darling-” your heart jumped, “-but I’m in quite a bit of pain and I was wondering if you could fix me up again?”
He is just a flirt. He is just a flirt. He is just a flirt.
“Yes, of course,” you scooped Fred’s other arm over your neck and helped George carry him into the patient room. “Martha! Can you hold down the fort for a bit?”
You didn’t wait to hear her affirmative before slowly and carefully lowering Fred down onto the patient bed. His face was contorted in pain, and you couldn’t help yourself from squeezing his shoulder in support once he was safely in bed.
“Drink this,” you said as you passed him a cup full of silver liquid. “It’ll make the pain go away for a bit.” Fred gulped it down, and a goofy smile filled his face when he finished.
“You’re so pretty,” he said lazily.
You could feel heat creeping up your face, but you ignored him.
“Sleep well.”
You cleared your throat and turned to George.
“Judging from the dirt and the Quidditch robes, I assume he fell off his broom?”
George nodded. “Yeah. He got distracted and a Bludger came flying toward him and…” he made a violent gesture, “Crash!”
You nodded. “Did he fall unconscious at any point, or hit his head?”
“He was a bit confused at first,” George said, hesitating. “He kept asking to come here though. My girlfriend kept trying to convince him to go to St. Mungos, but he wasn’t having it.” George smiled. “Are you two together? Because he kept asking specifically for you.”
Call the fire department, because your face was scorching. “I-” you stammered. “I thought he had a girlfriend or something?”
George snorted. “Fred? A girlfriend? He hasn’t dated anyone in a long time. I was honestly starting to wonder if he was gay and just afraid to tell me or something.”
“Really?” Your mind was spinning. Had you actually just hallucinated seeing Fred kiss someone outside of Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes? “I thought saw him kiss a girl outside your shop a few months ago.” You sighed for a moment. “They looked really happy, so I didn’t want to intervene or anything.”
“That would be news to me,” he paused for a moment, lost in thought. “Wait, what did she look like?”
There was an insistent knock on the door.
“Sorry, we’re busy right now!” you called. “Ask the counter if you need anything.”
The door burst open, and your jaw dropped when the women came crashing in. She was much less put together than the last time you’d seen her, her hair flying everywhere and her cheeks flushed. But she had the same dark skin and hair, and the same commanding appearance that made you see why Fred liked her.
“I’m sorry,” you said politely. “But I’m currently busy with a patient. Please wait outside or go to St. Mungos if you-”
“She's fine,” George interrupted. “This is Angelina, my girlfriend.”
Suddenly, it all clicked into place. It wasn’t Fred you’d seen kissing a girl, it was George. Who was kissing his girlfriend. Like a normal person.
You were completely and utterly stupid.
“Angelina, this is that girl that Fred won’t shut up about.”
“Oh excellent!” She strolled over to you and stared at you seriously. “Please go out with him. Just to put him out of his misery. All I hear about anymore is him whining that some beautiful girl from the shops won’t date him and I need it to stop,” Her eyes were wide and solemn. “Please.”
George snorted. “Way to expose Freddie there.”
Angelina grinned back at him. “I think he needs it.”
“Well,” you clasped your hands, ignoring the redness in your cheeks. “I’m just going to do a quick skull exam just in case he hit his head, and then I’ll set his leg and let him rest.”
You couldn’t believe you’d messed it up this bad. Of course, you’d just seen Fred’s identical twin kissing his girlfriend. How hadn’t you thought of it before?
You quickly began your work, murmuring spells to yourself as you ensured everything was fine. You winced at the loud crack that sounded when Fred’s leg was set, but a final “Episkey,” finally healed the break.
You turned to face George and Angelina, who were watching with rapt attention. “Fred needs to sleep for an hour or two, just to make sure he doesn’t feel all the pain right away. I’d prefer to keep him here, just to make sure he stays asleep and pain-free, and I’ll also be able to check him over again once he wakes,” you said. “But I’ll do whatever you guys want.”
Angelina elbowed George before he could speak. “I think Fred will be perfectly content with staying here for a few hours.”
“Yup,” George said. “He’ll be fine.”
*
You’d been running in to check on Fred for what probably was close to every 5 minutes for the past hour and a half. Martha had given you multiple suspicious nods and knowing looks every time you stepped out of the back room, and she winked at you as she left at the end of her shift.
The store was closed and empty after another long and busy day, and the urge to go check on Fred was already pulling at you.
Just in case.
It seemed your intuition had been correct, as he began to stir the moment you opened the door. His nose twitched adorably, and there was a small smile on his face as his eyes opened, the sleep still present in his stare.
Without thinking, you stroked his hair, but Fred didn’t seem to mind. He actually leaned into your touch, the smile on his face growing. It was all so domestic, and you couldn’t stop your own smile from spreading across your face.
“Your smile is so pretty,” Fred mumbled. “You should do that more.”
Warmth filled your face. “I like yours too,” you sat on the edge of his bed. “Does anything still hurt?”
“Not when I’m looking at someone as beautiful as you.”
“You are shameless!” you giggled, smacking him on the side.
“Are you slapping a patient?” Fred teased. “I’m gonna have to report you to the Ministry.”
“You’re making me wonder if you have brain damage that I missed somewhere.” You said as you helped Fred sit up on the side of the bed. “Let me check again.”
Fred, much to your surprise, passed all of his exams with flying colors.
“First time that’s happened,” he joked.
“I guess that means you’re sane enough for me to do this.”
You leaned in and brought your lips against his. Fred gasped into your mouth and responded eagerly, his hand rising to cup your face and bring you closer. His mouth was soft and gentle, and you almost wanted to cry with how sweet he was. One of your arms wrapped around his neck, while your other hand grabbed his bicep.
Fred leaned back for a moment, chuckling. “I guess you’re finally free to touch my arms now.”
“What do you mean?”
“Don’t pretend that you haven’t been thirsting over my arms the entire time we’ve known each other.”
“I have no idea what you’re talking about.”
He laughed again as he leaned back in, taking control of the kiss this time. He was more passionate now, and you let out a gasp as his tongue brushed against yours. Your heart was beating faster than it ever had before, and you had to break the kiss because you couldn’t stop smiling.
After you leaned back, Fred just stared at you for a moment, a soft smile on his face. Sure, he was already handsome, but that smile made him look ten times better, and even younger than before. His freckles made his smile boyish, and there was childlike joy in his face as he looked at you.
“What made you change your mind?” Fred asked after a moment, his brows furrowing. “I thought you didn’t want a relationship.”
“So here’s the thing,” you laughed nervously. “I thought you didn’t want a relationship.”
Fred’s eyes widened. “I think you’re the one who needs to get your brain checked, love. Because I think I was being pretty obvious.”
“Hey! You’re supposed to be nice to me now.” You poked his chest. “But remember when I told you I’d come over to see your shop the day after we met?”
“Vividly.”
“Yeah, so I ended up seeing George and Angelina kissing in front of the door to Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes, and since someone,” you stared at him pointedly, “didn’t tell me he had an identical twin, I assumed it was you.”
Fred was silent for a moment. “I have been coming to your shop nonstop for months, and you still thought I had a girlfriend the whole time?”
“Well now it seems stupid-”
He kissed you lightly before you could finish. “You can never make fun of me for being clueless again.”
“Don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll find a way to upstage me.”
Fred wrapped his arm around you and pulled you close. You couldn’t stop the stupid smile that was on your face, and you were sure Fred had a similar one right next to you. He squeezed your shoulder, and you leaned your head against him. Warmth enveloped you, and you’d never been so comfortable before.
“Don’t worry, love,” Fred said. “You’re the only one I think about.”

I mean look at those fucking arms, also for some reason the best gif I could find
One
The first time Natasha ever noticed you looking at her arms was actually the first time she had ever met you. You were a new bartender at the Hard Deck. You just so happened to have your first day on one of the hottest afternoons fightertown California has ever seen. The Dagger Squad had all planned on meeting up that Saturday and Natasha seemed to be the first one there.
She strolled up to the bar expecting to see Penny or even Jimmy. To her surprise she saw you instead. You were standing talking to one of the regulars Natashsa saw every time she was in the establishment. She waited patiently for your conversation to be over her eyes scanning the patrons in the bar. She carefully scoped out the pool table to see if she would have to politely shoo anyone away. Fortunately she didn't see anyone around the table so she wasn’t worried.
“What can I get for you?” she heard from beside her. She looked up and locked eyes on you and her breath was taken away. You were absolutely stunning and had on a really shimmery lip gloss that had her eyes zeroing in on your lips.
“I’m gonna get a bottle of the Sam Adams Summer Ale please.” she politely replied resting her forearm against the warm bar top. Her other hand pulled her wallet out of her pocket. You nodded her way with a smile before turning to grab the bottle from the cooler behind you. Her eyes briefly flickered over your t-shirt, noticing the words ‘Eat More Candy’ splayed across the back of the tie dye material. She fished her card out as you turned back towards her with the bottle in hand.
“Here ya go.” You said as you slipped the bottle towards her. She went to hand you her card with the hand that wasn’t resting against the bar but she realized you weren't paying attention to her. She followed your eyes and noticed you were looking directly at her arm. She had on an old Guns and Roses t-shirt and had rolled the sleeves up so her arms were on perfect display.
“I’m gonna open up a tab, sweets.” She said to you with a knowing smirk on her lips. A blush spread across your already heat reddened cheeks. Your fingers brushed hers as you grabbed the card from her hand. Then she was grabbing her beer and walking towards the pool table. She kept her eyes on you as she waited for everyone else to arrive. As they filed in she was quickly pulled into the chaos that was a Saturday night with the group of aviators. The only interactions she had with you were quick as the bar had picked up and left you extra busy.
Two
The second time she noticed you looking at her arms was the second time she saw you. She hadn’t been to the Hard Deck since the first time meeting you. Things at work had been hard and she was stuck working extra hours training. Her and Halo had decided on a much needed girls night in. So that Friday they found themselves with mud masks on their face standing in the middle of the corner store by Halos apartment in search of snacks.
She was searching through the wine selection when she heard the bell above the door chime. She glanced up and to her surprise spotted you walking towards the aisle she was currently in. As you walked past her she inhaled deeply and got the scent of you. You smelled like peaches and vanilla and she decided she would never get enough of that smell. You stopped not far from where she stood and surveyed the shelves before you.
“Hiya sweets.” Natasha called out to you. You whipped your head around at her words and quickly scanned your eyes over her. You took in her converse, her long legs that lead to her shorts then you were dragging your eyes over her tank top and and to her arms that were once again on full display. She smirked once again as she noticed your stare.
“Natasha, Right?” You asked her as you tore your eyes away from her arms. She simply hummed in response. Looking at the oversize crewneck and leggings you were wearing.
“Do you know what red wine is good here?” You asked her as your eyes went back to the shelves.
“I’d go with the Gato Negro brand. Their Cabernet Sauvignon is really good and super cheap.” She told you as she reached out to pick up a bottle in front of you. She purposely flexed her upper arm as she noticed your eyes dart back towards the muscles.
“Thank you.” You squeaked out before grabbing the bottle and darting towards the register. She noticed you pick up a king size three musketeer and a bag of sour gummy worms that were on the shelves next to the register. Then you were slipping out the door into the humid night air.
Three
The third time she caught you staring at her arms she made sure to give you quite the show. You had once again been behind the bar when she walked into the Hard Deck. She sauntered over to the bar and waited for you to get done cleaning a glass before you were turning towards her and giving her a sickeningly sweet smile. The same shimmery lip gloss adorning your lips as the first time she saw you. This time however you were chewing on a piece of gum.
“Sam Adams Summer Ale?” You asked her as you slightly cocked your head to the side rolling the gum along the roof of your mouth with your tongue.
“That would be the one.” She replied, reaching into her khaki uniform pants to pull out her wallet. She gave you her card as you passed her the beer.
“Thanks, sweets.” She said as you hummed in reply. Then she was turning and heading towards the dart board where Bob, Fritz and Yale were at. She quickly joined the other aviators in the game.
“Hey Phoenix, that new bartender keeps looking at you.” Bob whispered to her as she went to grab the darts from him. She turned her head and sure enough her eyes landed on you. You were already looking her way. You sheepishly looked away as her eyes caught yours.
She readied herself to throw the dart and noticed out of her peripheral that you were staring at her again. She brought her hand up, fingers wrapped around the dart before she flexed her bicep and sent the dart soaring towards the board with a skilled flick of her wrist. She landed a bullseye and turned to see you absentmindedly blowing a pink bubble with your gum. The bubble popped as you once again caught her eyes on you. You gave her a small smile before turning to help someone that just walked in.
She frequently caught your eyes on her arms as she played darts that Monday night. She even noticed them on her arms as she played a round of pool with Harvard, Hangman and Fanboy. She spotted them on her arms while she sang along to a song Rooster played on the piano. Her arms hurt slightly by the end of the night with all the muscles she was flexing trying to get your attention. But it was worth it everytime she would catch your eye and see your reaction.
Four
The fourth time Natasha saw you staring at her arms was completely unexpected. It was Wednesday afternoon and she was doing push ups on the tarmac after failing to get a tone on Maverick in that day's exercise. Her flight suit was tied around her waist, strings of her hair had fallen from her updo and were framing her sweaty face. Her black t-shirt didn’t help protect her from the sun beating down on her. She could feel sweat over every inch of her body. She was only on push up one hundred and twelve and still had eighty eight to go before she could go and shower.
As she neared push up one hundred and fifty two she could’ve sworn she caught a whiff of peaches and vanilla. She whipped her head up as the smell entered her nose again. Her eyes landed on you, standing and talking to Warlock. She thought maybe you were a mirage and the sun was finally getting to her until her eyes worked up your form. She took in the sandals adorning your feet, the light colored skinny jeans on your legs and then she spotted your ‘Eat More Candy’ t-shirt. You were facing her direction, Warlocks Khaki covered form barely shielding you from her.
Her eyes flicked to your face and she saw your glossed lips moving as they formed words she couldn’t hear. There was no way she wasn’t dead, she decided. You looked utterly ethereal standing with the wind blowing through your hair lightly. She had stopped counting her push ups as soon as she caught sight of you so she had no clue what number she was on. But she did spot your eyes racking over her form as you continued your conversation.
Your tongue came out to slip across your lip before you made eye contact with her. You sent her a bold wink as you turned around and walked away from her. Her eyes went down your back as you walked away swaying your hips. You laughed loudly at something Warlock said, your head tilting back. Then her view of you was blocked as Hondo’s form came between your shrinking frame and her face.
“Are you distracted or something Phoenix? You passed two hundred about twenty push ups ago.” He questioned her with a concerned look on his face.
“No Hondo, I'm all good, just been a long day.” She replied as she stood up and looked for you. But you were nowhere in sight and she thought for a second maybe you really were a mirage. She shook her head clear of the thoughts of you as Bob cleared his throat nodding towards the building in a silent question on if she was ready to go and change. Nodding her head in reply they silently made their way to the large building. Her thoughts slipped back towards you as her feet carried her away.
Five
The fifth time she caught you looking at her arms she finally decided to say something about it. Maverick had requested a game of dog fight football. In his words “It’s been forever since we played and I think we need to boost morale since work has been so strenuous lately.”. No one argued with that so they all gathered at the Hard Deck Friday morning. They had gotten in a game or two before Coyote threw the ball too far and she went to retrieve it.
As she got close to the ball she noticed an umbrella and chair set up. But she didn’t see anyone occupying it so she shrugged and went back towards the crowd of rowdy aviators. Another game went by before she saw someone emerge from the water and head towards the chair and umbrella she noticed earlier. As she looked closer she noticed it was you. You wrapped a large beach towel around yourself before sitting down in your chair. You reached into the bag next to the chair and grabbed out a book and some twizzlers.
You pulled a twizzler out of the bag and stuck it between your lips before biting off a piece of it. Opening your book your eyes started to scan the pages. Natasha reluctantly tore her eyes from you as someone yelled her name. She turned around just in time to miss being tackled by Payback. Ducking under his arm she ran towards the other end of the game hoping to catch the ball from one of her teammates.
“Isn’t that the new bartender down there?” Came Hangman's voice as they all took a much needed water break.
“I’m pretty sure I saw her on base the other day as well.” piped in Omaha.
“You are both correct, she was on base visiting Warlock who also happens to be her uncle.” Maverick told the curious aviators, Natasha finally dragged her way down to where you were sitting. Much to her surprise your eyes were already on her form. Looking over your sunglasses you were drinking in her sand and sweat covered body.
“I’m gonna go say hi.” She spoke to the group before grabbing another water bottle from the cooler and heading your way. You put your bookmark inside your book as you closed it and slipped it back into your bag.
“See something you like, sweets?” she asked you once she got close enough to hand you the other water she grabbed. You took it with a smile on your face, blushing as you worried your bottom lip between your teeth. She followed the movement with her eyes sucking in a breath as you released the plump flesh. A sweet smile formed on your lips.
“And what if I did?” You asked her flirtatiously which took her by surprise. She stared at you for a moment, noticing the way your eyes ever so slowly took her in. Clad in shorts and a sports bra she left very little to the imagination. Your eyes focused on her arms before she cleared her throat.
“How do you feel about getting out of here and getting something to eat, sweets?” She asked you as her hungry eyes took in the hungry look clouding your own.
“I’d like that very much.” You purred in response, the smile on your face making her knees grow weak.
“I’ll go grab my stuff and meet you in the parking lot in 5 minutes.” You nodded your head at her statement before standing up to gather your things. As she walked away from you, she was sure that this day was going to end with her getting a taste of just how sweet you were.
A/N:This woman has me in a chokehold. I love her so much. Please make sure to stay hydrated babes!

Eddie had to fiddle with the lock a few times before the front door would open.
While he jiggled his keys and cursed under his breath, you stood on the step below with your stomach all knotted up like macramé, watching the tiny moths flutter beneath the gleam of the porchlight. This wasn’t your first time standing here. You had been here before, almost six years ago, when you came and started banging on Eddie’s door at ten o’clock in the morning, yelling for him to get his stubborn ass outside. The memory made you giggle. You had been so nervous back then. Shit, you were nervous now… just a different kind, you supposed.
A soft creak drew your attention back to the front door. Eddie pulled it open with a triumphant smile and held it for you.
“Well,” he said, “this is it…”
And right before you went inside, you saw Eddie suck in a shallow breath. He was nervous, nervous about letting you see inside his house—his private, most intimate place—completely unprepared. You felt honored and grateful to know he trusted you that much.
Smiling, you brushed past him and walked through the front door. As soon as you did, you were overcome with this overwhelming and indescribable warmth that spread through your whole body. It felt less like you were entering Eddie’s house and more like you were entering his world. After years of standing outside it, only ever getting as close as the front porch, you had finally been allowed inside. It was hard not to get a little emotional about it.
“Sorry about the mess,” Eddie said, but honestly, you didn’t even notice it. Your feet moved on their own and carried you deeper inside, into the living room. There, you found a dark brown sofa chair sitting in the far right corner and a light brown loveseat resting against a draped window. A bit worn, both of them, but still in good shape. Pushed against the opposite wall was a small television, a writing desk with a built-in shelf, and a roll-out folding bed, where you imagined Eddie’s uncle resting after a long night’s work. It was a charming room, well-lit and cozy, full of all these random little knickknacks that you could have spent hours browsing through. There were hats hanging on the walls, dozens of them, and long wooden shelves lined with nothing but souvenir mugs, more than you could even begin to count.
“You know, your uncle could open a gift shop with all this stuff.”
Eddie was watching you from the front door, a faint smile on his face. “Yeah,” he said. “Yeah, he’s quite the collector.”
You nodded absentmindedly and proceeded into the kitchen, humming as you ran your hand along a small dining table set for two, with mismatched chairs.
Eddie gave you a bemused look and said, “What are you doing?”
“Just looking around,” you answered with a shrug. “Why? Do you not want me to?”
“Uhh, no,” Eddie said, a little taken aback. “Go crazy.”
So with his permission, you did. You fingered through some of the clutter on the counter, cracked open a few cabinets and drawers, snuck a little peek into the fridge—just a quick one to sate your curiosity, perfectly harmless. And as you did this, you imagined Eddie growing up here: making breakfast for himself before school, doing his homework at the counter, eating dinner with his uncle at the dining table. Did he use the upholstered chair or the simpler metal one leaning against the pantry? You couldn’t quite decide.
Then you moseyed down the hallway, looking at this and that. You pushed open the door, switched on the light to see into the bathroom… and stopped dead in your tracks when you reached the bedroom at the end of the hall.
Your stomach flipped twice, end over end. Yeah, you didn’t dare step foot in Eddie’s room. Instead, you spun around and went scurrying back the way you came, feeling much less adventurous than before.
As you shyly approached, Eddie said, “Well, did you enjoy your little tour?”
“I did,” you said while you played with the tip of your pinky. “Yeah, I really like your house.”
“Well, good,” Eddie said with a crooked, bashful smile. “I’m glad you like it.”
And then you both fell silent, listening to the low hum of a lightbulb that wasn’t quite screwed on tight enough. You stood with your back pressed against a metal storage rack. Across from you, Eddie was still by the front door, seemingly lost in his own thoughts. He had his left hand on the backrest of one of the dining chairs, and his nails kept scratching against the upholstery as he slowly curled and uncurled his fingers. His silver-plated rings winked at you every time they caught the light. After a while, it was starting to drive you crazy.
Those damn rings, you thought, they’re gonna be the death of me, I swear.
Eddie’s voice made you jump.
“I’m gonna grab a beer,” he said. “Do you, uh, want one?”
“Sure,” you said.
After all, a little liquid courage couldn’t hurt, could it?
Eddie grabbed two cans of beer from the fridge, opened one, and handed it to you. “Thanks,” you said, and then he went into the living room and made himself comfortable on the sofa.
No, on the loveseat.
Eddie threw his feet up on the coffee table, cracked open his beer and took a few slow sips. Upon lowering his drink, he turned to you and made a beckoning motion with just the tip of his finger.
This one simple gesture set your nerves on fire! You made it only a few steps into the living room before you backpedaled into the counter and huddled against it like a coward. It dawned on you now, actually now, that you and Eddie were finally, truly, alone. Yeah, this wasn’t two kids whispering downstairs in a basement or two high school students flirting in a public restroom on prom night. This was you and Eddie.
Together.
Alone.
Oh fuck, you thought as a shiver ran up your spine. You brought the aluminum can to your lips and took the biggest gulp of your life.
Now Eddie was getting up and walking toward you. He sank down beside you with his beer in his hand and said in a hushed voice, “Why are you hiding?”
“Why are you whispering?” you said, and Eddie’s face scrunched up adorably, like he didn’t have a clue.
“I dunno,” he answered in his normal voice. Then he took a long, long drink and wiped his wet lips with the knuckle of his thumb. “Seriously, though, why are you hiding from me?”
You opened your mouth, closed it, and turned away. “You make me really nervous.”
Eddie’s eyes widened. “Really? Well, that’s… interesting.”
You looked over your shoulder and saw his lips curl into a proud grin.
“Oh, don’t get all smug now!” you said, giving him a little shove.
“I’m not, I’m not. It’s just…” His face softened with a gentle smile. “It’s a good feeling, knowing I make you nervous.”
Eddie’s words made you blush. You set your beer aside and burrowed deep into Wayne’s jacket. “I’m not used to you being like this.”
“Like what?”
“All… confident and flirty. I dunno, I guess I’m just used to you running away from me all the time.”
Eddie’s brow furrowed. “I never ran away from you.”
“Really?” you said with a teasing smirk. “‘Cause I can think of at least four separate occasions where you saw me and immediately took off in the opposite direction.”
“Well, that’s… because I was scared of you.”
You bent your head and started to giggle. Eddie watched you out of the corner of his eye, struggling to hold in a laugh of his own.
“You finally admit it.”
“I finally admit it…”
Eddie put down his beer and smiled at you. Then his eyes took on a strange glint, as if inflamed by some mysterious spark of emotion. Without speaking, he rolled his weight onto his right arm and swung his body over yours, pinning you up against the counter.
His deep brown eyes bore into yours as he said, “Luckily, I’m not fourteen anymore.”
Your lips parted with an inaudible gasp. No, you definitely aren’t, you thought, and drew away from him a little. This was too much. The house was too quiet, Eddie was too close, and you… you were silently chanting the Lord’s Prayer in hopes of banishing the evil spirit that was currently possessing your thoughts.
Your eyes closed as Eddie’s nose grazed your cheek.
“Hey,” he whispered, “can I tell you a secret?”
You nodded vaguely, unable to speak. When you opened your eyes, Eddie was hovering over you and staring at your face with a soft, almost sleepy gaze.
“You make me nervous, too,” he said. “Pretty much on a daily basis.”
“Really?” Your nose wrinkled in disbelief. “You don’t seem nervous.”
“You don’t think so?” he said. “C’mere.”
He took your hand and held it to his chest. His heart thundered desperately against your palm.
In a flustered voice, you said, “Okay, if this is a move, it’s a good one.”
Eddie’s chest shook as he laughed. “Well, good,” he said. “I’ll make sure to use it on the next girl I invite over.”
A smile tugged at your lips. “Shut up,” you said, but you didn’t raise your hand to smack him like you normally would. Instead, you closed your eyes and let your hand melt into him, feeling his heat, feeling his heartbeat, riding each wave of his ragged breath. Was this what it always felt like? When Eddie saw you in the hallway, in the cafeteria, in class, did his heart ache for you just like this? It almost seemed impossible, didn’t it? Before tonight, this would’ve been nothing more than a fantasy, but now… right now… it felt too real to be anything but true.
You laid your head on Eddie’s chest, felt his heart jog and then settle back into a steady rhythm: slower than before but still beating strong. Then you felt his arms wrap around you and pull you tighter against him. You nuzzled your head into his chin. He pressed his lips to your hairline and sighed against your skin.
“I really missed you,” he said.
After that, time seemed to stop. You raised your head off Eddie’s chest and smiled at him. He kissed you softly on the lips and drew back with smoldering eyes. You touched your hand to his face, gently brushing your fingers over his bottom lip, and he leaned in and kissed you again, taking the last six years of yearning and heartache and igniting them into passion. His grip on your waist tightened. Your fingers curled around the back of his neck and pulled him closer. You kissed slowly, deeply, and then he grabbed your hips and lifted you onto the counter.
Items scattered and shifted. Somewhere behind you, a cup fell with a hollow clink. You broke the kiss, laughing, and craned your head to see where it landed. Eddie hooked his hand around your jaw and pulled you back, kissing you again and again until
Brrring! Brrring!
the phone rang.
The sound blared through the silent house like a fire alarm. You and Eddie broke away and stared at each other, breathless and bewildered. Then you buried your face in the crook of his neck and crumbled into giggles.
“Oh, you’ve gotta be kidding me,” Eddie said, looking up with a wide, defeated smile. He cupped your face and pressed one more kiss to your lips, and as he pulled away, he whispered in a slow, forceful voice: “Don’t move.”
He went to the ringing phone and lifted the handset off the wall.
“Yeah?” he said while rubbing his forehead.
“Hey, man!” It was Gareth, calling at almost two in the morning. “I thought you’d be home by now…” Lips smacked and popcorn crunched. In the background, an old sci-fi movie was playing. “So, how’d it go, dude?”
“Uhh, good.” Eddie glanced back at you and a smile came to his face. “Really good.”
He turned around, looked for a seat, and sat down on top of the kitchen table. Meanwhile, you had climbed down from the counter and were now carefully rearranging the ruffled layers of your taffeta skirt, making sure they lay neatly against your thigh. A guttural sound emerged from Eddie’s throat as he watched you. He closed his eyes and cursed his friend’s timing.
“No shit,” said Gareth in disbelief. “You actually got Chrissy to dance with you?”
“Uhh… no,” Eddie said. “You were right, man, that was a terrible idea.”
A terrible and wonderful idea. It brought him straight to you.
“Oh shit, I’m sorry, buddy,” Gareth said. “How’re you doing?”
Eddie rubbed the back of his neck. “I’m, uhh…” You caught his eye and gave him a sweet smile that he couldn’t help but return. “I’m better than ever, man.”
“Is that Gareth?” you asked.
Eddie nodded, rolled his eyes, and said, “Uh-huh…” while his friend’s voice faded into the background.
He watched you fidget in sheer boredom for a while: tracing random patterns on the counter with your finger, flicking the lampshade and making it spin, picking up a pair of pliers, fiddling with them for a second, and putting them back down. Then you leaned forward and laid your chin on your palm, giving him a coy, impatient little pout that awakened something primal within him. The handset slipped out of his hand, pulled the coiled cord taut, and clattered to the floor. Eddie picked it up and clumsily brought it back to his ear.
“Hey, I gotta go, man.”
“Huh?” Gareth said. “What do you mean, you—Wait, are you with someone right now?”
Eddie didn’t answer. He was on his feet and moving.
“I’ll, uhh, talk to you later, buddy.”
“No, wait! Eddie! Eddie!”
“Don’t call me back,” Eddie said. He pulled the handset away from his ear and
“Edd—”
hung it on the base with a click.
During all this, you were snickering with your hand over your mouth. Eddie stepped away from the phone and—suddenly, it was ringing again! Your laughter grew into muffled snorts. Eddie picked up the phone and growled: “Fuck off!” then slammed it back down. And when it rang a third time (because, of course, it had to ring a third time), he grabbed the cable and yanked it right out of the socket.
“What if there’s an emergency?” you said, giggling, as Eddie came toward you.
“I… don’t care,” he muttered dazedly, and he scooped your face into his hands and kissed you.
This was not a chaste, gentleman’s kiss. This was a lover’s kiss, full of heat and passion, desperation and desire. You closed your eyes and parted your lips as Eddie trailed kisses down your chin and along your jaw. His calloused hands, strong but tender, traced down your neck and tugged on the collar of Wayne’s jacket, pulling it over your shoulders, down your arms, and letting it fall to the floor. “Watch the jacket,” you said, and a sharp gasp escaped you. The contrast between the warmth of Eddie’s hands and the coldness of his rings made you shiver as he caressed your bare arms, slowly, gently. He kissed his way up to your mouth, cupped the side of your face, and slipped his tongue between your lips. You curled your hand into his shirt and let out a soft moan.
But then he drew back with a wince.
“Hey, I didn’t plan this or anything. You know that, right?”
Eddie’s dark eyes passed over your face, searching for any signs of doubt. “I mean… I didn’t bring you here to uhh, y’know, try to get in your pants.”
Your grip on his shirt loosened. “Oh,” you said, and looked at the floor with an embarrassed smile. “Well, that’s a little disappointing…”
(because you were definitely trying to get in his)
As those words left your lips, the air between you became thick with tension. You timidly ran your hand down Eddie’s chest, a faint blush rising to your face, and his eyes grew wide as realization washed over him.
“Oh shit,” Eddie said. He gulped deeply, combed his hand nervously through his hair, and spoke in a heated, trembling voice: “Umm… are you sure?”
You pulled him in by his shirt and kissed him. As you broke away, your eyes were calm and unwavering.
“I’m sure.”
Tumblr media
The world seemed dreamlike as your body sank into Eddie’s mattress.
His fingers interlaced with yours as he slowly crawled you backwards toward the wall, his chest above yours, knees astride your legs while he pressed soft, tender kisses to your greedy lips. He pushed down on your chest gently and the mattress came up to meet you: your elbows fell one after the other and your head landed gently on the pillow. Eddie’s scent lingered in the fabric, a mixture of sweat, soap, cologne, and cigarette smoke. You breathed it in deeply and shivered.
All the while, his hands never left yours. They rubbed against your palms, slid between your fingers, and pushed your hands deeper into the mattress. Your eyes rolled up to the ceiling as he kissed down your neck and along your chest, the moisture of his mouth lingering everywhere his lips touched. The sensation overwhelmed you. Your chest heaved with heavy breaths as you stared around Eddie’s bedroom with half-lidded eyes, taking in everything—the posters on the walls, the clothes strewn about the floor, all the clutter on his desk, dresser, and nightstand: beer cans, guitar cables, cassette tapes, empty packs of cigarettes. Next to the desk was an acoustic guitar with a message painted on the body. You had to sit up and squint your eyes in order to read it.
“This machine slays dragons?” You threw your head back against the pillow and giggled. “Wow, Munson, just when I thought you couldn’t get any nerdier…”
Your laughter broke into stifled gasps as Eddie caught your skin between his teeth. He nibbled gently on your collarbone and ran his tongue up your neck, then trailed lazy kisses from the edge of your jaw to the corner of your mouth, stopping there as he leaned back onto his left elbow.
While playing with your fingers, he said with a cheeky little smile, “Sorry, were you saying something just now?”
“Uhh, no,” you said, feeling breathless and dizzy. “I, umm…”
Eddie lowered himself back down until his mouth was hovering over yours, close but not quite touching.
“You forgot?” he said in a low voice.
Your head bobbed slightly as you stared at his lips, desperately craving the contact that was currently out of reach. You moved up to kiss him and he pulled away, a smile dragging up the side of his face.
A frustrated huff blew through your nose. “Please,” you said, and immediately snapped your mouth shut.
Shit, you thought. That one was gonna cost you.
Eddie’s eyes brightened with surprised delight. “Uh, what was that? Did I just hear you say please?”
“No,” you said as a shameful heat engulfed your face.
“Oh, I think I did,” he said, chuckling. “Uh-oh, now I have to make you say it again.”
“I’m not saying it again.”
“Yeah, well, I kinda need you to say it again, so…”
The corner of Eddie’s mouth lifted into a tantalizing smirk as he parted your lips with his thumb, drawing a whimper from deep in your throat.
“Please,” you whispered, and a switch went off in his head.
All of a sudden, Eddie’s eyes darkened with a naked, carnal lust that made your core clench and quiver with need. You arched your back as he lowered himself back down to you, and when he reached your lips, he kissed you with a hungry motion that left your whole body crying out for more. You dug your hands into his back, pressed yourself tighter against him. He ground his hips into yours and sucked gently on your neck, leaving faint marks all over your skin. Your breath hitched as you felt his hardening length through the fabric of his jeans. He moaned against you and moved back to your face, kissing your mouth, your chin, your cheek, and he whispered huskily into your ear, “Are you a virgin?”
The question hit you like a sobering slap.
“Maybe,” you said. “So what?”
“Hey, you don’t have to get defensive. I’m just asking, okay? It’s important that I know.”
“Okay, well… now you know.” You recoiled from him and turned your head to the side, staring at the heap of clothes on his floor. A lump formed in your throat as thoughts churned in your head. You swallowed hard and said in a small voice, “I take it you’re pretty experienced.”
Eddie gave you a funny look. “Well, I’m not that experienced. Mostly, I just watch a lot of porn.”
A giggle burst out of you, making your chest feel fluttery and light. When you turned back, you were welcomed by Eddie’s warm, comforting stare. He kissed your lips softly and a smile illuminated your face.
“So Corroded Coffin doesn’t have any groupies?”
“Not unless you count Gareth’s mom… which I do.”
You two broke into laughter. Eddie took your hand, pressed a few kisses to your knuckles, and leaned down to kiss you. As you parted, a question slithered its way into your mind:
“Hey, can you really tie a cherry stem with your tongue?”
Eddie arched his eyebrow. “Have you been thinking about that all night?”
“Well, not all night,” you said with a sheepish smile. “So, can you?”
Eddie snickered, his warm breath fanning your face. “No,” he said. “No, I was just trying to make you blush.”
“Oh,” you said, and felt your face get hot again. Well, you could’ve fooled me.
The previous urgency of his desire was replaced with caring deliberation. His hands gently caressed your waist, your hips, your thighs, tracing around every curve until he had each one of them memorized. You felt short of breath as he lowered his head and started kissing your breasts through the fabric of your dress. A whimper rose in your throat and you withered helplessly against him. You dragged your foot up his left pant leg, ran your hand up his right arm, feeling his hair between your fingers, drawing over his tattoos, pushing up his sleeve to squeeze the hard muscle of his bicep. He kissed the tops of your breasts, your chest, the side of your neck, and felt your hand on his face, beckoning him.
You both shared a moan when your bodies reconnected. Soft breaths filled the room as your hunger for one another grew, your hips moving together in a slow, passionate rhythm. Eddie panted against your lips, stared deeply into your eyes, and when his hand slid between your thighs, you pulled away and said through the static of your thoughts,
“Umm, Eddie? I don’t mean to kill the mood or anything, but umm… do you have a condom?”
The resulting silence was deafening. Eddie’s lips grazed your cheek and he drew back with a muddled expression, his mouth open, eyes slowly blinking, blinking, blinking.
You shrank away from him and grimaced. “It’s just, umm… you know, getting pregnant on prom night wasn’t quite the cliche I had in mind.”
You forced out a laugh and it instantly died in your throat. Great, you thought. Turns out, you hadn’t killed the mood at all. No, what you did was far more sadistic and cruel. Instead of taking it out in one clean shot, you missed all its vital organs and now you had to watch it limp away and die a slow, agonizing death. Way to go, sharpshooter.
Eddie shook his head and, finally, the haze in his eyes began to clear.
“Uhh… right, shit,” he said, “just, umm… hold on.”
He climbed to his feet, pulled out his wallet, and froze as soon as he peeked into the fold.
“Shit,” he said under his breath.
You pressed your lips together and nodded. “You don’t have one, do you?”
“No,” Eddie said quickly, with a little tremor of panic in his voice. “No, I do… just, uhh…”
He went to his dresser and started going through all the drawers: pulling them open, rifling through them for a minute, then slamming them closed. Then he went to his desk and did the same thing. With every slam, your cringe deepened. It was like watching a massacre in slow motion. You had shot and missed and now Eddie was savagely beating the mood to death with a rock. Just put the poor thing out of its misery already!
“Eddie,” you said.
He pushed his palm toward you. “Don’t… Don’t go anywhere,” he said in a distracted voice, and he spun around and stumbled out of the bedroom.
“Where would I even go?” you said, baffled. Then you slapped your hand to your forehead and cursed yourself for saying anything at all. Of all the times to listen to your gut, you chose now—now, when you were this close to living out all your horny teenage fantasies with the man of your dreams. What happened to the angel and the devil on your shoulder? Should you? Shouldn't you? The funny little back-and-forth? You figured there’d at least be a little bit of that, but nope! The stop sign went up and you slammed your foot on the brake right in the middle of a four-way intersection: crash, smash, KABOOM!
“Goddammit.”
You sighed, rolled onto your side, and started shuffling through the comics you found beside Eddie’s bed.
“Hey, you have Creepshow!” You plucked it out of the pile and opened it to the first short story. “Have you seen the movie? Oh my god, Munson, that last one with the cockroaches… boy, did that mess me up for a while. I freaked out every time I had to turn on the light in the kitchen. And I have a pretty strong nerve when it comes to horror. Michael Myers, Leatherface, Freddy Krueger, zombies, monsters, blood, gore, stabbing—I watched Cannibal Holocaust, for God’s sake! But fucking bugs? Yeah, I draw the line there. It’s like that movie, The Fly, that scene with the spiderweb… Nope, I turned my TV off so quick. I still haven’t finished that movie. I’ll probably watch the remake when it comes out, though, ‘cause… well, I do love Jeff Goldblum.”
You figured Eddie wasn’t listening and, honestly, you didn’t care because your silly babbling was the only thing saving you from the discomfort of this incredibly awkward situation. Without it, you would have spontaneously combusted out of pure shame. Eddie, meanwhile, was fumbling around helplessly in the kitchen: slamming cabinets, opening drawers, cracking open the…
fridge?
You looked up in bewildered amusement, then casually flipped to the next page. “I don’t think you’re gonna find any condoms in the fridge, Munson.”
“Yeah, well, there weren’t any in the oven, so…”
The fridge closed with a quiet thud. A moment later, Eddie appeared in the doorway with a hopeless expression on his face.
“You’ve completely lost it, haven’t you?”
“I’m the Sahara,” you said, and Eddie winced at your brutal choice of metaphor.
“You’re the Sahara, huh?” He pounded his fist on the doorframe a couple times, then hung his head and chuckled miserably to himself. “Great, just great.”
He slumped down by your feet and sat doubled over with his elbows on his knees. The seconds dragged on like hours as you two sat on opposite ends of the bed, not saying a word to each other. You kept flipping through the comic, but you didn’t read any of it, not a single word. You thought you had ruined the whole night.
You sucked in a quiet breath and—
“Sorry,” Eddie said, making you jerk your head up in surprise. As you looked at him now, he seemed strikingly timid, like the fourteen-year-old boy who could barely hold your gaze. “Guess I should’ve been better prepared before I, umm…”
His shoulders bounced with light, easy laughter.
“What’s so funny?” you asked.
“Nothing,” he said while fiddling with the ring on his right hand. “It’s just, uhh… y’know, I’ve thought of this moment for a long time, a long time, and now that I finally got you here…” A peaceful smile touched his face. “It’s just funny how it all worked out.”
“Yeah,” you said. “Yeah, I guess it is.”
Eddie sat up and turned toward you. “We don’t have to rush this,” he said. “In fact, it’s probably better that we don’t.”
“Yeah,” you said.
Then, with a shy dip of your head: “Except now you’ve got me a little curious.”
“Hm? About what?”
“Well… you said you’ve thought about it…”
Eddie grunted low in his throat, a guilty, guttural sound.
“Uh-huh,” you said, snickering. “So… how was I?”
“You were, uhh…” He ground his jaw in thought for a minute, then closed his eyes and said with a deeply satisfied sigh, “Sensational.”
That sent you over the edge! You fell over, chortling hysterically until your stomach started cramping and you just couldn’t take it anymore. While drying your eyes, you said, “Sensational, huh? Well, there’s a bar I’ll never reach.”
“Yeah, I’m not too worried,” Eddie said.
The conviction in his voice threw your heart into a panic. You turned away, pressed your burning face into the cool pages of Eddie’s comic book, and pretended to go back to reading. That’s when you felt the bed dip as Eddie stretched out beside you, lying on his stomach with his elbows supporting him.
“So you’ve been snooping, huh?” He gestured toward the comic with his chin. “What’d you find that’s so interesting?”
“Creepshow.” You turned to the next page. “Hey, why do you have this, anyway? I thought you didn’t like horror.”
“Yeah, well… apparently, I’m Halloween-themed.”
Your breath hitched in mid-sentence. You lifted your eyes off the page and met Eddie’s affectionate stare.
“I still don’t get what that means, by the way.”
“Yeah, neither do I,” you said, and let out a quiet laugh. “I thought I knew when I said it, but now that I think about it, it doesn’t really make that much sense, does it?”
You gave Eddie small smile and went back to reading. He lay next to you for a bit longer, observing the subtle changes in your focused expression. Then he suddenly got up and started rummaging through his desk drawers again. The familiar slamming sound made you giggle.
“Okay, the condom fairy doesn’t exist, Munson. No matter how many times you open that drawer, a box of condoms won’t magically appear.”
“Oh, I’ve already given up on that dream,” Eddie said. He crossed the room, dropped to his knees, and started digging through all the junk under his bed.
Now you were getting a little curious yourself. You climbed to your knees, put your hands on the edge of the mattress, and peered down at him.
“I’m not interested in your porn collection, either.”
Eddie popped his head up and smiled at you. “This isn’t where I keep my porn,” he said, and tossed you a flirty little wink. Then he went back under the bed and—“Holy shit!”—dragged out a black three-ring binder.
Your jaw dropped as soon as you saw it. “Wait, is that…?”
You gasped excitedly and made a “gimme” motion with your hands. When Eddie couldn’t meet your demands fast enough, you snatched the binder off the floor and sat down with it in the middle of the bed. He didn’t seem to mind.
“Fuck, man,” Eddie said while scratching the back of his head, “I haven’t seen that thing in years.”
“Yeah, I can tell,” you said, and swept some of the dust off the cover.
The binder looked exactly the same as you remembered, right down to the black-and-white Black Sabbath sticker with the giant rip in the corner. You opened it up and started flipping through it like it was a fully illustrated, limited-edition novel from your favorite fantasy author. It had everything: character sheets, ability guides, spell lists, equipment and inventory tables, maps, drawings, detailed notes from every session, and all these little extra reference pages to help describe his character’s attacks, actions, and movements, because Eddie wanted to sound so cool during combat. You couldn’t stop smiling as you went through it. It was like a little time capsule.
“It’s so weird,” Eddie said in a quiet, captivated voice.
You looked up and saw him sitting directly across from you, staring not at the binder but at you.
“What’s weird?” you asked.
“I dunno, it’s just… sometimes when I look at you, I get these little flashes of back then. It’s kinda freaky, actually, like déjà vu or something.” Eddie’s face flushed a light pink, seeming to catch him by surprise. He immediately shook the thought away. “Uhh, sorry. Go ahead and keep snooping.”
Your eyes lingered on him for a moment longer, then went back to the page. You turned to the next section and said, “Oh my god, here it is! The Shrieking Queen’s Catacombs, Scottie’s infamous campaign. How many pages are there of you just complaining about me, Munson? Let’s count, shall we? Uhh, one, two, three…”
You flipped to the next page and a loose paper slid out.
“What’s this?” you said, and casually looked it over. “Well, this looks like a very poorly rendered dungeon map.” Laughing, you examined it closer. “The Labyrinth of Neverending Nightmares. Ohhhh, how spooky… Wait, this doesn’t look like one of Scottie’s, though. No, his are like ten levels deep and full of all these annoying traps that someone always gets caught in, and by ‘someone’ I mean you, Munson. Then I have to get you out because for some reason you can’t roll higher than a fucking two…”
You giggled at the memory, then showed Eddie the paper and said, “Okay, I give up. What is this?”
“It’s mine,” Eddie said with a modest smile, making your face fall in astonishment. “Yeah, that’s my dungeon. Or at least one of them, anyway. I thought I chose one of the better-drawn maps, but obviously not…”
Your eyes were wide as you listened to him. When you finally blinked, they became wet and blurry.
“Wait, what? You wrote a campaign? How come you never told me?”
“I was working up to it,” Eddie said. “I had it in my backpack for like two weeks ‘cause I kept chickening out. And by the time I finally gathered up enough courage to do it, well…”
“I killed you.”
“Yeah…”
The words echoed in your mind like a curse. You buried your face in your hands and cried out in anguish: “Oh my god, I’m a monster!”
“Well, you’re a really pretty monster,” Eddie said with a light-hearted chuckle, but you didn’t laugh like he thought you would. Instead, you sat hunched over with your hands covering your face, sniffling back tears. He reached for you and gave your shoulder a shake. “Hey, come on, don’t cry. Please, don’t cry. I’ve already seen you cry way too much tonight, and I really don’t like it.”
He leaned over and brought his lips close to your ear.
“Hey,” he said softly, “it doesn’t matter anymore.”
“It matters to me,” you said, and raised your chin to look at him. The compassion in his eyes almost made you burst into tears again. You didn’t deserve it. “Four years, Eddie. That’s a really long time. I can’t help but think of all the things we missed out on, and now…”
Now they were all piling onto your chest like bricks. The weight of it was enough to crush you. You lowered your head and felt your eyes well up with guilt and grief.
“But we didn’t miss out on anything.” Eddie gently took your face into his hands, dried your tears with his thumbs. “We’re still gonna do everything. I’m gonna take you on a date, a real date ‘cause I don’t think this one technically counts. And I’m gonna meet your parents, which I’m already kinda dreading, if I’m being totally honest. And we’re gonna, y’know, cut class and go make out in my van. That’ll be really fun. Yeah, I’m actually really looking forward to that one. And then, uhh, let’s see… we’re gonna have our first fight in like three weeks, so I better start preparing for that now ‘cause I just know you’re gonna fight dirty. Yeah, you’re definitely gonna hit me below the belt a couple times. But that’s okay ‘cause the make-up sex will be fantastic—y’know, once we actually have condoms. I’ll buy some tomorrow. A big box.”
You snorted under your breath. “I think a regular box is fine.”
“No, just… trust me,” Eddie said. “We need a big box.”
You blinked at him for a second, dumbstruck and speechless, your cheeks all aflame. Then your head slipped out of his hands as your whole body collapsed into giggles.
With a shadow of a smirk, Eddie said, “You think I’m joking right now, but I’m not. I’m buying the biggest box they have.”
“Please, stop,” you said, barely able to breathe.
“I’m just saying, I’m gonna be fully prepared next time… assuming there is a next time, anyway.”
You lifted your head and smiled at him, your face glowing in the aftermath of your laughter. “There will definitely be a next time,” you said. Then you placed a feather-light kiss on his lips, drew back, and he pulled you in for another, deeper kiss, his hand coming up to cradle your jaw.
“So, is it scary?” you asked afterwards.
“Is what scary?”
“The campaign you wrote, is it really scary?”
“I made it extra scary just for you.”
“Wow,” you said with an awestruck grin, “an extra scary campaign just for me? Well, now we have to play it… Can we?”
In a tender voice, Eddie said, “You’re the only one I’d ever play it with,” and you felt your eyes tear up again.
Choking them back, you returned your attention to the binder and discovered something that made your heart swell with indescribable joy.
“Hey… this looks familiar.”
It was the character sheet you had made for him. He had kept it, after all.
“I tried to fix it,” Eddie said while you carefully brushed your fingers over the softened wrinkles in the paper. There was a giant iron burn in the middle.
“How hot was the iron?” you asked.
“Oh, it was scorching,” Eddie said. “Yeah, it’s a miracle I didn’t burn the house down.”
Your laughter rang together effortlessly. For a second, it was like you two were back in middle school, giggling and goofing off in Scottie’s basement while everyone else stared at you and wondered what was so damn funny. It was a surreal feeling, being together like this again. In fact, it felt a little like
Déjà vu… Yeah, that is weird.
You touched the burn mark gently. “I thought you threw this away.”
Eddie furrowed his brow and shook his head, as if the thought had never even occurred to him.
Then, after a brief period of silence, he said, “Hey, can I ask you something?”
“Hm?”
“Do you still have your journal?”
The question brought a smile to your face. “You know I do.”
Eddie nodded and put his hand over his mouth, concealing an ever-growing smile of his own. With his lips pressed against his knuckles, he said, “Okay, so… how many pages was I really in? I’ve always been curious.”
You went quiet for a minute, trying to count the pages, but you soon realized it was pointless. Even if you counted them a thousand times, the answer would always be the same.
“Not nearly enough,” you said, and Eddie’s eyes lit up with amazement.
“That’s… a really good answer,” he said, surrendering an embarrassed laugh. “Shit, okay… yeah, I think I need a second to recover from that one.”
He turned away and tried to regain his composure while you sat and watched, resisting the urge to tease him. Outside, a car was pulling up in front of the house across the road, its headlights flashing through the cracks in Eddie’s blinds. The sound of the engine made you both pause and reflect.
“I should probably take you home,” Eddie said.
“Yeah,” you said, “but then again, it is very late.”
“It is very late…”
“And you’re probably tired…”
“I am really tired…”
“Plus, you’ve been drinking…”
“You’re right, I have been drinking… so have you.”
“Mhm,” you said, and felt your heart quicken with a surge of anxiety and excitement. “So, for both our sakes, I think the safest thing would be for me to just stay here tonight.”
You hid your eyes as you said this, worried you might’ve overstepped and crossed some invisible line, but then you heard Eddie let out a quiet, contented sigh and you felt silly for worrying at all.
“Okay,” he said, smiling to himself.
He went to his closet, pulled out two shirts and presented them to you. “All right, pick one: Slayer or Megadeth. Choose wisely ‘cause this decision could very well determine the future of our relationship.”
You pressed your lips together and thought hard about it for a while.
“Megadeth.”
"Good choice," Eddie said, and tossed it to you. Then he gave you a pair of his boxers, blushing a little as he did. “Umm, I’ll be outside waiting on the porch, so uhh… just knock on the window when you’re done, ‘kay?”
“Okay,” you said, giving him a timid smile.
The air felt lighter, crisper as Eddie stepped onto the porch and sank into his uncle’s chair, a chair he had sat in over a hundred times: in the morning before school, at night while he watched his uncle leave for work, when he needed to think, when he couldn’t sleep, when he was simply bored and didn’t have anything better to do. Now here he was sitting in this beat-up old chair again, this time waiting for you.
Instinctively, Eddie reached for his cigarettes and realized he wasn’t wearing his jacket. Normally, this would make him grunt in frustration, but tonight he just threw his head back and sighed happily into the cool night air.
This was a good night, he thought, probably the best night of his life.
Then he heard your gentle tap, tap, tap on the window, stood up, and went back inside.
