Week 1 Day 2 Hi , so today was really easy. I ate like 5 raspberries and a little bit of grapes. (And a coffee this morning) Idk 29 calories for what I ate (21 cals rasp/8 cals grapes) 100 calories for the coffee (approximately) 129 calories today!!! I'm so proud of me. I consider this like my first fasting, but like I needed to eat littles fruits today just to be sure to not bringing into bad foods.
