Taurus & The Face of the Bull

In Honor of the Taurus full moon lunar eclipse, I wanted to point out how people with prominent Taurus placements in there chart tend to look like bulls/cows. Just having a few of this placement will give you that Taurus energy within your facial features.

That’s because Taurus is the heavenly bull. Since it is ruled by Venus it gives the aesthetic of beauty through the lens of a cow/bull. It usually makes an individual have a head of a cow with prominent cheekbones and a refined jawline. The features also give an earthy appearance to the persons tone making them look stable. When I think of bulls I think of being grounded, so we can see that within a Taurus placements visual appearance. It makes them look refined and regal. Like a polished statue.

Summary:

This isn't the first nightmare you've had, of course not, but it's the most vivid, and the most terrifying. You're awake, lying on a wrought iron bed staring up at a dark and dingy ceiling. The humming of a fluorescent light is buzzing overhead. You're terrified, and unsure of where you are. When you sit up, and take note of your surroundings, you feel a sense of dread, pain, and suffering.

The door won't budge, no matter how hard you tug on it. There's nothing you can do to get out. Then he shows up, bringing with him a sense of relief, comfort, and calm. You know that he can wake you up, that he can rid you of your nightmares. All it takes is one little blue pill, and you're in paradise.

She is also the one responsible to create an antidote to poisons, and she is generally found in the kitchen side by side with Colette, often bickering because of the dangerous ingredients Lucia uses. She is the most mysterious of the three, and has quite the impish sense of humor, if a little morbid. Her familiar is an owl named Vieri. When I saw the moodboards I soaked them up like a sponge soaks up water. Probably because I always wanted to be a witch myself (I do have some herbs on my balcony and do a bit of tea and smoke stuff with them- my attempt of being witchy). I feel much connected to Colette and this is my interpretation of her snake. I admit it's very liberal but I also wanted to pour in a bit of myself into this picture. The herbs seen are inspired by lavender, oregano, bay, rosemary and clover. The gold ring there for the aesthetics.

I chose orange for the belly because I felt that brown would dull the entire picture and also because for me this colour combination is connected to autumn, my favourite season of the year. Its a time when people start calming down and begin to focus on the inner self and get a bit healthy distance between the own person and the hype of summer.

Dorothea is more the lunar witch but I feel like the moon phases are important to almost all witches. The moon is a major source of energy which I believe also influences the power of herbs and other sort of earth magick.

Fun fact: If I'm in the mood to, I make aesthetic moodboards using pinterest images on paint and try to follow the theme. It's true especially when it comes to characters as a form of expression.

Anyways, here's one for Celene, pertaining to the color purple, moon/night magic, lunar musings, and some quotes fitting being a witch (deviant to social norms) and magic. (Finding a purple motorcycle for this was hard, though, so it wasn't included :<)

Would I do some for other Loveless Biker Boys characters and oc's? Perhaps! All it takes is the right motif/symbols/etc. and theme to put it all together.
