I LOVE exercise. I mean, I REALLY love it. I’m a fitness junkie 😜 Growing up an athlete, I’ve literally exercised my entire life. It’s just what I do. And you know what I’ve learned from that? You can’t out-exercise your DIET. Ever since I was little, I’ve ALWAYS exercised. But what I haven’t always done is take my nutrition seriously. The FASTer Way to Fat Loss showed me how to eat. Heya everyone! HAPPY NEW YEAR, today is day 3 of the #BringMe2LifeChallenge and also #TransformationTuesday and we are going to take your #SelfLoveSunday activity to the next level. Sunday we asked you to begin writing out some of your goals for 2019. It's time to break them down. Your larger goals are called your #MacroGoals, and you can break them into smaller tasks called #MicroGoals to help you figure out where to start. Take a look at your Goals List from Sunday, if you didn't have time to create one you can still do so with this step also. Take those goals and mark the ones that are "big tasks" such as write a book, or booking a trip. Put them in order from most important to least and then break them down into 5 smaller goals. -FOR EXAMPLE- Macro Goal: Finish writing book and get published Micro goals: 1. dedicate a notebook or folder on my computer to the book 2. make outline 3. schedule time to write and get excited about it 4. Set a due date and stick to it. 5. look into publishing options, and think of someone to edit/proof it before print By setting the macro goal and breaking it down into 5 steps I now have a timeline and storyline on how to accomplish this bigger goal. This is a huge transformational step in planning. I highly suggest investing in a planner to help schedule all this amazing projects in. Tomorrow for Write it Down Wednesday we will be focusing on a journaling exercise and take this a step further by creating a daily routine to help bring these goals to life. It's true, everything starts with a thought, or an idea. So what is it that gets the idea into motion?! Belief. Believe in your idea. Believe what you want to accomplish, can be accomplished.
