last night i told myself i was going to wake up this morning on time and not get distracted on my phone, do hygiene, etc, and i actually didn’t. so instead, im going to try to start tomorrow. and if i don’t quite get it tomorrow, i’ll try again the next day.

my adhd brain always wants to start on the first of a month, or on the hour, but it doesn’t have to be that way! it doesn’t make that progress and work any less valuable!
