If you are a person who hates men because they are men not only are you inherently alienating anyone queer person who identifies as a man but you are failing to hold the actual horrible men accountable for their actions.

Being a creep, a predator, a pervert, etc. is not inherent to being a man and thinking/saying that removes any sense of responsibility from the actual disgusting men who exist.

Call out the individuals so they can face the consequences of their actions, don’t just shrug it off as “well that’s how men are because they’re all terrible”. “

All men are evil” is just a round about way of saying “boys will be boys” and although both statements have different intentions they remove all accountability from those who deserve it.

And do not ever expect any trans man to change themself because you associate masculinity and manliness with being a predator. Love your trans brothers and embrace them as men or you don’t have the right to call yourself queer.

Words legitimately can not describe how happy this makes me. These guys have literally been occupying space in my brain for 10 years. Even my child self knew these two were gay as all hell just from the one scene they shared in the original show.

It feels weirdly comforting that this moment would come in this show specifically. The OG show was one of my favourite cartoons as a kid, I remember watching every episode as they aired, and then they make a continuation aimed at older audiences, and a show that already held some sentimental value in my mind ends up being one of the only cartoons where I really see myself represented outside of being in the background.

Damn I did not mean to get that emotional over cartoons...

I’m not sure who needs to hear this but it’s normal and okay to be DISABLED by your DISABILITY.

Sometimes it is going to stop you from doing things, and that’s okay. Sometimes it’s going to get in your way or make you struggle or cause problems in your life. But that’s okay, that’s why it’s called a disability.

You don’t need to fight yourself or “not let it hold you back” because a lot of times it will, but that’s the point.
