#max is clueless

anyway is anyone interested in seeing a little rough draft snippet of a prequel ficlet I'm working on for my rewrite atm? It's about Max and Fang's first kiss, and from Fang's point of view. It's in an abandoned skyscraper they hide in while hiding from a cop after stealing a book from a store. It's really rough and nowhere near finished yet but I haven't posted any fic content in like three weeks so I just wanted to share a little of what I'm working on. Anyway maybe it's silly and a little ooc, but I crave Fax content so whatever.

I sit on the dusty concrete floor, watching Max as she reads the textbook. She turns a page and brushes a strand of hair behind her ear and I can’t help but smile. Unfortunately, with her hair no longer blocking her view, she realises that I’m watching her. I look away, embarrassed to have been caught staring. 

“What?” she asks. 

“Nothing.” I say quickly. 

She frowns at me. “No really, why are you looking at me like that?” 

Crap, what am I supposed to say to her? How the hell can I explain why I was watching her like that without telling her how I feel? Oh man, she’s waiting for an answer, what do I do? 

“Um, I just...” I stammer. I wish I didn't suck so much at talking. This would have been a hell of a lot easier if I could just tell her. You know what? Screw it. I once heard someone say that actions speak louder than words. 

I take a deep breath, lean in and kiss her

Lando: How did you know you were in love with Charles? Max: ??? Lando: Max: I'm in love with Charles? Lando: Lando: Oh my god. (Lando goes to Max for advice about Oscar. Lando also learns very quickly that Max is the last person you go to for romantic advice.)

tfp au pharma gets turned into a baby lol

This is just a snippet of a comic idea I want to work on. The premise will be Pharma, while on Griffin Rock, accidentally gets turned into a child due to Doc Greene’s invention. Before they could reverse the effects, Pharma goes missing. Fortunately, all that happened was that he crawled through the groundbridge back to Team Prime’s hideout. So while the Rescue Bots and Burns freak out about where Pharma is, Team Prime is busy trying to care for a child (that they didn’t know was Pharma until Ratchet told them).

Soooo, who was gonna tell me Doctor Who is on Max? I’ve been trying to watch this show for forever now and I find out at 2AM that it’s on Max.

I thought we were friends. 😢

Also, I may be a little slow because this whole time I’ve been telling myself that Amy Pond looks familiar as hell. It’s Karen Gillan. 😑 *Shakes my head in disappointment* I’ve been watching her forever and I couldn’t pick her out of Doctor Who? Who am I?

I think there’s more than just friendship between Max and Charles. The fact that they have similar bracelets and they are always so weird (sexual tension level awkwardness) around each other is very telling.

I think they’re far closer than they let on but are trying their best to keep up the ‘rivalry’ (for their own sanities more than anything else) and that’s where the strange tension comes from. I agree there’s more than friendship there but I’m not sure whether our boys know it.

I need them to give Yuki a grid cooking show á la grill the grid. He gives every team one recipe to cook and asks them cooking related questions (do you wash your rice?) and it would be absolutely hilarious chaos
