Going on my very, very limited knowledge of Robot Masters, I’d say they would get along very well

I mean, they’d be confused and stuff because they’re both Megaman, but after the initial shock they’ll be like, “You’re so cool!” And become instant friends

Not sure if RM Mega is smaller than BN Mega or not but if he is then Mega.exe refers to him as his “mini me”

I find it funny how evil forms in the MegaMan franchise can range from "my soul was possessed when I used this evil weapon to protect those who I love" to "I kicked a few vending machines and stole some guys money and now I just look like this?"

Actually I think Mega.exe would have a completely different move set his basic attack would be the flame hit chip or guts punch with mega actually punching his side smash would be drill arm his up smash being one of the sword chips his down smash being the flame fishy attack I forget what it's called. His basic special would be the buster side special would be shokwave or dash atk down special would be flame body up special would be escape and final smash would be hub style or dbl hero

I really can’t see his basic attack NOT being the buster.  I mean... that IS his basic attack in the Battle Network series, pretty much anything OTHER than the buster requires outside influence, be it battle chips, style changes, soul unisons, or crosses.

Lord Nitro: “wow dude, that must have taken you like a day to make.”

Lord Haze: “well, i would have been done faster, but i had a few, annoyances.”

(he points to Lisa who is now taped to the wall.)

Lisa: “I hate you.”

Lord Haze: “last time i checked you were the one who cant comprehend emotion. even thoe I’m a robot kind of thing.”

(that just made her even more mad.)

Lynn: “alrighty then. so, how is this machine supposed to make me more powerful?”

Lord Haze: “we are going to use it to change your species into the most powerful one in almost all universes. and its going to be pretty cool.”

Lynn: “uh, ok, but am i going to look like some huge crazy monster or something?”

Lord Haze: “of course not, if you didn’t know, Lisa had absolutely no contribution to this device at all. therefore it is completely safe.”

(now Lisa looks pissed.)

Lynn: “ok, so i just step in there and it makes me stronger?”

Lord Haze: “yes, it is pretty simple.”

Lynn: “alright, then lets go. we aint got all day, only a few infact.”

(Lynn jumps into the machine and Haze turns it on. the doors close and then tons of lights and smoke goes off.)

Lord Haze: “who put all these smoke machines and strobe lights in here?”

(and as the machine stops there is a little ding and the doors open, and out steps Lynn, she looks exactly the same, except for one little thing.

she has a tail.)

Lynn: “woah, i have a monkey tail, cool.”

Lord Nitro: “not just a monkey tail, a saiyan tail, being a saiyan gives you tons of benefits for battle and becoming stronger. and it also allows you to become stronger in many different ways.”

Lisa: “this is insane, you cant just give Lynn a tail, that’s crazy.”

Lord Haze: “crazy she says, just like trying to make a giant hadron collider in your back yard?”

(Lord Haze puts tape over Lisa’.)s mouth to keep her from talking.)

Lord Haze: “now stop that.”

Lynn: “so, what else does this let me do?”

Lord Nitro: “well, it lets you hold more energy. and i would not recommend looking at a full moon, other wise you turn into a uncontrollable ape monster with insane amounts of power. every time you get injured or recover from and injury, you become more powerful. and when the time is right, you will even be able to turn into a legendary golden warrior.”

Lynn: “that sounds awesome. how do i get something like that?”

Lord Nitro: “well kid, there’s a pretty good chance you will unlock it during the fight with EXE. and it isn’t going to be a very happy time. well, it is getting late, we should go to bed.”

(and then everyone goes to bed for the rest of the night.)
