The next mutation is not good. In fact it is bad. But I can still hallucinate and pretend Venus and Donnie had an active sibling rivalry based off like 2 jokes in the show because I love Venus and I kind of liked Donnie too.

Also the catchphrases are so terrible in this show but I haven't been able to stop saying "certified-turtlefied" all week and it's ruining my life I hate this show but I can't bring myself to hate this show

Lol I thought it would be funny if Draxum began to make one or two, slow tentative steps to redemption because of Donnie, and he would’ve continued on if not for *spoiler* (the empyrean).

Three’s thoughts kinda bounce around here, so I just wanted to clarify—that’s Venus in the tank at the end. She was originally mutated with the brothers but was so sickly that Draxum spent years keeping her suspended in a coma. Her design is inspired by the IDW Venus. As he got older, Three was forced into replacing the diseased parts of her with his tech. She’s almost more machine than turtle.

Well, they're buddies! Canonically they hang the fuck out and have a great time. Venus taught Usagi all she knows about magic, the two have been lifelong friends. Leo was an easy addition to their little group and now they all hang out and bond over sharp weapons!

Noncanonically, because I can't decide who I want Leo's canon romantic interest to be... they hold hands.
