hi hello phoenix I'm gonna come clean that I was a stalker for your svtfoe works back in early season 2-3 (didn't have tumblr) and used to obsessively scroll thru your blog to catch everything that went on in the day 😭 I never did go back to look comprehensively but the genius behind your worldbuilding, lore expanding and characterizations (even theories) was inspiring and admirable you were like an idol to mee

the concept for cleaved au's premise was inspired by the one you made!! but I vaguely remember it nor to what extent other than like. soul????? sharing????

I'm certain you must be thinking of my old (and a wee bit embarrassing imo) Mind Link AU, where Toffee's ghost was glued to Star's mind post-Battle For Mewni. They inherited each other's magic types and it showed in their eyes, one of Toffee's eyes being pink and yellow and one of Star's eyes being green and black. And their arms, both having burn marks from when Star dipped down.

Either way, it's great to hear from you, and I'd love to hear more about your ideas!

I am mildly obsessed with the one for all mind link AU. What does the aftermath of Kamino look like? Does Izuku ever recover?

All Might in conscious but nearly catatonic from outside perspectives as all of his focus in the first few hours of the aftermath is spent communicating with Izuku. The only thing that breaks him from that focus is Gran's insistence he rest, so he can be out of the hospital as soon as possible and visit him in person.

All Might walked away from Kamino none-life threatening injuries, but Izuku's spine was broken in the Muscular fight. Thanks to quirks and technological advancement, it's not as bad as it could have been, but it's still pretty bad. Pain is constant and severe, and he'll need to learn to walk again over the course of several months. Izuku fears that his hero career is over, but both All Might and Nezu promise that his spot is waiting for him back at UA whenever he's ready.

They keep in touch whenever All Might is away. The pain is so bad some days, he has trouble getting out of bed himself just from the echoes. But the worst part according to Izuku is how boring it is to be stuck in one room. It hurts too much to sleep through it. Hero forums don't entertain him like they used to now that he's experienced the real thing, and he's never been much of a videogame guy. Not even the PSP ALL Might got him for Christmas occupies his attention for long. He misses training and his friends.

The solution is for him to experience things through All Might as a proxy. He lets Izuku tune into things like movies, classes, funny conversations his friends are having, and even walks through interesting places on All Might's day off. He even convinces 1A to film videos of their activities so they talk to him while All Might holds the camera. It helps in the moment, but the second it's over, Izuku feels that much more like he's missing out. All the more alone.

Through a lot of trial, error, and meditation, All Might and Izuku figure out they don't just have to share pain over their mind link, they can pass each other their strength too. While Izuku is in physical therapy, All Might pushes back on his pain with his own assuredness, mimicking the steps he needs to take in another room, helping Izuku build his strength back up in record time while also dulling the agony of it.

LU Star Wars AU: Part 1

So I got the idea of what the Chain would be like if they were converted to Star Wars characters, and it's been really fun to play with concepts for all of them?? I have had this idea occasionally rolling around in my brain like a marble for a month and I'm about to make it everyone's problem. let's go!!!

Starting off with everyone's favorite downfall duo, Legend and Hyrule!!

Legend

Legend is a traveler and technician that runs a shop with Ravio, who buys and sells any valuables and junk he can get his hands on. He's something of a jack-of-all-trades; if you want something done, he’s got an item for the job. Legend is surprisingly accomplished for his age, and has seen more of the galaxy than most ever do.

Agnahim was the first run-in with the Empire he had, and things haven't improved since; he's had encounters with Empire soldiers more than once. He doesn’t like the Empire or any kind of authority, but Fable is an exception to the latter.

He got his hands on an old saber on his travels and fixed it up, but it’s not the only weapon he has.

Hyrule

Hyrule hails from an unnamed desert planet in the Outer Rim with very little law enforcement. Resources are sparse, and life is hard, but he is determined to do some good.

At first glance, Hyrule appears to be a plainly-dressed kid; however, he is easily the most in tune with the Force out of all the Chain. He keeps his abilities hidden because he’s heard of the Empire’s keen interest in hunting down all remaining Jedi. He’s already had encounters with some bounty hunters that call themselves the Eyes of Ganon.

He’s very scrappy in a fight. He does not own a saber of his own, but his raw Force abilities more than make up for it. His ability to use Force Healing and Force Lighting have gained some negative attention, despite his efforts to keep them secret.

wooooooo yeah i’m finally gonna start posting character refs for my au here!! my au is based on one of the theories i had about BotW back before release, specifically about when we saw Link waking up in the Shrine of Resurrection, but didn’t have any other context than “he woke up with no memories” at the time.

i can’t wait to share more about my au here~

Robin landed on the roof next to him and Bruce could already feel the headache building. They were looking down on a young blond man with pointed ears and a large halberd on his backriding on a white horse. The guy looked like he had come straight out of a fairytale. He knew that if this was a new rogue Damian would argue about keeping the horse. Actually he would probably want to keep the horse even if he wasn't a rogue.

Deciding the guy had gotten close enough they swooped down to confront him. The man, startled, stopped his horse and pulled the large halberd off his back. He held it in front of him, as if in warning. The man looked wary of them but not afraid. They stared at eachother for a moment before the man spoke in a language neither Batman not his Robin knew.

Link was having a wierd day. He had literally just saved Princess Zelda a week ago (and for the second time) when he encountered some kind of demon in black and white. The Master Sword glowed in the demons presence which was all Link needed to know before chasing after the being. The thing, looking like a teen in odd clothing that reminded him of links own rubber suit, bolted into a green portal it had created.

Not hesitating he had his horse leap into it. And now he was in a strange place with no sign of the demon. After getting attacked by a man yelling in a language he didn't recognize, he switched out his sword for a halberd for that extra reach on horseback and continued on his way, leaving the unconscious man on the road side behind him.

This place was odd. Parts of some walls would light up, showing images of people and places he didn't know along with a written language he didn't recognize. He came across many people who looked at him oddly...or at least he thought they were people. They looked like Hylians but most of them were taller than the average Hylian and to Links horror they had short rounded ears. How could they hear thier gods with such tiny ears?

He was scared, but he carried on anyway. Eventually he gets confronted by someone dressed as a monster and a child. They manage to settle thier...dispute?...without violence so that was nice. He pulled a few apples and swift carrots out of his tablet-to the curiosity of the duo- and hands them to the child. The kid caught on quickly and raced off to feed his horse her favorite snacks.

Link will have to figure out how to overcome this language barrier

Bruce however, has discovered this was not a man, but a teenager lost in a foreign world and is set on adopting him.

Double Vision

So I might have forgotten to say it, but in this AU, time doesn't just stop after 2003 Donny, 2012 Mikey, and Rise Raph get mentally linked. After getting their mental connection, they continue to live their lives and the adventures that come in the episodes.

So while Raph does get a bit of rest after the movie, 2003 Donny follows the 2003 third season, and 2012 Mikey jumps straight into the 2012 fourth season.

And what happens during those seasons I wonder-

I’ve been trying to figure out Warriors’s design and I realized that I just didn’t like his cape. I wanted to give him back his scarf so I looked up different scarves and I really liked how version 1 turned out! The blue is a little too saturated for my taste so I’m gonna play with the colors but i really like it!
