🚲I want to ride my bicycle.🎼 . That’s the goal that I keep in mind when I start to get bummed out about my recent sciatic pain that’s flared up. People underestimate the thought🦈sharks that swim in your head when you’re in physical pain. Some days are easier than others, but it definitely helps to keep a goal in mind of where you want to be in the near future. What “normal” used to feel like? Envision that. In this example, I’ve been envisioning myself riding my new bike. The wind in my hair, hands on the handles, kicking up the stand, all of it.
