even with the new 1.6 update i wasnt too interested in stardew bcuz.. im just busy and ik i dont have the time to pour my heart and soul into that game again and originally on my main farm, i married alex, but eventually divorced him after seeing shanes heart events and i married him.

Danny falls through a portal to the DC world from a natural portal that opened up while he was in mid fight with Skulker a fight that began at Vlads where the creep put a collar on Danny that kept him in ghost form, Vlad thought he’d force Danny to reveal his secret to his parents by taking away his human form. Looking around he’s in a dark city with dark smog colored skies. Unfortunately he’s stuck here as the portal closed leaving him trapped. He tried to find help but no one can see him in his ghost form. He starts tailing the vigilantes of this world and eventually follows one onto this space station through this tube (possessing inanimate objects sure comes in handy). He wasn’t expecting for the random British guy in a trench coat to see him.

Can you do some hcs on Charlie reacting to cas getting hospitalized because they were to sick ik this is super specific but I had to be hospitalized from pain and sickness

Casper gets hospitalized.

He is panicking rn, Charlie is silent in reality but his mind is going a thousand miles per second as he's told this.

I'm going to assume he was at work when he gets Pete yelling at him to come to the phone. He basically drops it as he rushess to tell Pete what happened before running to the delivery bike.

Luckily there wasn't to deliveries for the day, so he got to the hospital quickly. Going to the front desk asking where u are.

When he finally gets to the room he sees Casper sitting on the hospital bed and his throat closes up a bit.

He's mad that he didn't noticed how sick you were. And that he wasn't there to help you, why did he go to work after seeing you sick? God he's so fucking dumb.

You tell him it was fine and luckily the next door neighbor saw you collapse when you were at the steps of your house.

I hc Charlie doesn't like hospitals as him of the night he got beat almost to death.

He's sitting there bouncing his leg as he holds your hand.

Making sure to fully listen to the doctors as they speak. Quickly taking out his phone or asking for a pen to write down all the medication you need.

After the doctors leaves he remembered about Pete and then sighs.

"He's going to kill me....I basically stole the delivery bike-"

This pulls a giggle out of you as you laugh at his misfortune. He smiled happy he lighten your mood, you looked so tired after everything.

You had to stay over night bc of your condition bc you did collapse on the steps of your house. Hitting your head a bit hard too.

Charlie, with a heavy heart had to leave. But he rushed back to your house quickly to get your phone, to call him. And extra clothing to change unto tomorrow and anything you wanted from home.

When he brings the delivery bike back he tells Pete everything. The older man actually doesn't scold him and says it's fine. Go to your lover.

When he finally gets home he can't sleep, wondering if your okay. And when he finally DOES he's awoken by the hospital calling to come get you.

Takes your car to get you so your more comfy while getting home.

And when you are home? He's pampering you. Basically a butler making sure your good and getting you food. Whatever you need.

In all he's panicking and trying to make sure your not lifting a finger. After all your sick and need to be taken care of!

I am asking you about your speculative minecraft biology headcanons 👀

oh yeah babey swag!! since you didn't specify a mob i am going to talk about creepers since i have the most stuff for them and everyone loves creepers. aw man

my guess [and one that i think is pretty agreed upon in minecraft biology headcanons] is that creepers are more akin to sentient plants or fungi than animals! they reproduce asexually by producing spores when they reach maturity, which they spread across a large area by exploding. they specifically seek out threats like players to explode near because if the force of an explosion kills or seriously injures a possible predator, the baby creepers [called creeplets] will have a safer head start

before they're mature and ready to explode creepers aren't as hostile, but they're incredibly territorial and hiss the same way they do before exploding as a threat display. while some creepers are solitary, the majority form packs [or rustles, as they're called] as creeplets with any other creepers whose spores landed and matured close by. typically a rustle of creepers will begin as a fairly large congregation of up to a few dozen juveniles, then gradually decrease in number as members either are killed by outside factors or explode pre-maturity to ensure the safety of its group, until the small handful remaining are ready to reproduce and go their separate ways so as not to accidentally kill each other in the ensuing explosions

incidentally, it may be possible to 'tame' a creeper by raising it from babyhood so that it sees you as a member of its rustle and thus not a threat. it'll still want to explode when it grows up and starts producing spores, though, so you're getting a hole in your backyard either way.

it's a little hard to pin down what a creeper would eat - they live in caves and seem nocturnal so they can't solely photosynthesise, their only actual method of attacking kills them so they'd be poor hunters, and they don't seem to have any teeth to chew plants with. the most likely options i can think of are that they're either insectivores, maybe using their weird shape to more effectively go after subterranean bugs, or scavengers who subsist on carrion and small fruits and the like. or perhaps they absorb nutrients from dead things with some kind of root system? that'd be another good reason for a reproducing creeper to want to kill someone in the process. much to think about!

As much as I usually am for people doing what they want with media in fanfiction, I feel a little tired of seeing people try to "fix" league of extraordinary gentlemen. I know I might get some hate for this but please hear me out. making minor changes to a preexisting story is somewhat pointless if that story has already been wrapped up. Even if Tempest was confusing, it still was an ending to the story. The point of it even being called the League of Extraordinary GENTLEMEN is due to the rampant sexism etc of this weird Victorian steampunk story, trying to rename it makes it sound silly frankly. I respect whatever you're doing, but you have to remember that media doesn't exist in a vacuum, you can criticize all you want but that doesn't change the fact that your little pet project is just another fanfiction in the void, so why not make it stand out a little by maybe recasting the league entirely? Making a new story with the League instead of claiming to make an AU "fixing" what Alan Moore did? Yes I know, people aren't exactly a fan of him considering what he and his wife did in lost girls (DO NOT LOOK UP LOST GIRLS) but really. Let sleeping dogs lie and write a bit of smut or whatever I don't care but we need to stop pretending that we can fix media when we really can't.

I'm fucking pissed and will be putting my rant under this here readmore

I'm in Australia for the first time in 4 years for a wedding and decided to meet up with a group of friends from highschool and well... I found out one of my friends is a fucking transphobe n isnt even trying to hide it. So like we were all just talking about things n the topic of one of everyone's mutual friends who now lives in a different city and how he is now a she. Then one of my mates spoke up n said something along the lines of "it's messed up" and "I won't call him that till he chops his balls off". Now I, as a pre-T trans guy, had to bite my tongue and not rip into this guy for saying this shit in front of me of one of our friends cause I didn't wanna make a huge scene about it, so I basically just said "lets agree to disagree." and just continued to hang out with everyone.

Now heres some details to keep in mind about this whole situation to make things worse:

We had discussed and made plans to meet today (sunday) on thursday. I was getting in contact with everyone who agreed to meet up and this guy was radio silent and I, as someone who likes to keep to somewhat of a schedule due to anxiety n shit, was already aware this guy had the biggest distance to travel (beyond me obviously) to meet up at the agreed location and he had stated that he would more than likely be late due to this fact. So after radio silence I decided I should drop buy this guys place as it was on the way and offer to give him a lift like... 15 mins before the agreed meeting time to just simply make things easier.

He was still asleep.

Now my parents were the ones dropping me off at the meeting spot so they could go off n do their thing so now they are waiting while I awkwardly deal with the whole situation and usher this guy along so we wouldn't be too late and not keep my parents along.

His reason for being asleep 15 mins before the agreed meeting time?

His teeth had been hurting really badly and it kept him awake all night. So i was like, aight thats fair n valid cause thats a thing that can happen. Then i notice just how bad his teeth were... he basically had no teeth left at the ripe ol age of 24... now you know me, I aint one to really judge but like... his teeth are far worse than my fathers teeth and thats cause of accidents hes had thats done bad damage to em and he's like... 64 this year so yeah... so of course i'm bein polite n say nothing while he's complaining about his sore mouth n shit, blaming their terrible condition on epilepsy. I dont know enough about that condition to comment on it but I was hitting x to doubt at this point.

I had to rush him outta the house, asked his lil sister to please finish up the chore he decided he HAD to do before going and thanked her profusely for agreeing while i rush him to the car. Now earlier his lil sister commented on the fact that he never brushed his teeth being one of the leading factors to the current state they were in.

Aight great now we're on his way but he had commented on how he was really tired and needed a coffee but he couldn't afford one so I was like "aight, I'll get him one in compensation for rushing him outta the house like I did." And he was absolutely no help while i ordered him one from a coffee shop, i had to basically coax a coffee order outta him which was kinda annoying but it is what it is. Great now he had his coffee n we just needed to wait while the others rock up, the two others were being held up by both one of their fathers n traffic which they informed me about and apologized and i was all chill with that cause you cant fix that shit.

So to pass the time I decided to bring up our friend who couldnt make it, the trans friend, queue his comment about it being messed up, i raise a brow and opt not to talk too much more about said friend cause like now im uncomfortable.

Reason he couldn't afford the coffee?

He didn't have a job. Now i could understand him not having a job cause times are rough, but like he's commented on how he doesnt intend to actually get a job and plans to live on wellfare. Usually i'd just roll my eyes and be like "aight, ok u do u" but like... not only is he an Australian citizen, hes got aboriginal heritage (funny cause hes the whitest bastard amongst us) which gives him access to all sorts of things I really needed before we were basically told fuck you by the government and hes just wasting it all. He has access to things for proper dental care n stuff that makes it much much more affordable.

But now here he is hating on her when she's taking steps to both improve herself and her life in general while he lives a deadbeat lifestyle and lets himself literally rot away.

I refuse to involve myself with him and will only talk to him if he talks to me first out of courtesy as not to cause drama with the friends I want to keep contact with.
