AuDHD shrimpo but with reasons

- Sensory issues, he could be yelling all the time because he has very bad overstimulation all the time

- Anger issues, goes with the sensory issues, the yelling could be anger issues too

- Unmedicated at Gardenview, with the closing of gardenview he probably wouldn’t be able to get any medication while there’s no one to order it for him (also goes with sensory and anger issues)

- Sensory issues part 2, he probably only likes to wear specific types of clothes, since in both of his versions (skin and normal) are only wearing a shirt, which actually isn’t that common for the toons since with at least half of them they have at least one more article of clothing, or what looks to be a different texture at least (Shrimpo’s bracelets and choker in his skin could also be supporting either side: he could be hating it more when he has them on, or he could be more comfortable with them on as they could be more of a comfort item)

- The way he runs/walks could be some sort of behavior he got from someone online, since some people with autism copy behaviors that they see in other people/in shows

Dandy's World was very much a show that everybody either loved or hated.

For the time frame the show aired, it was very progressive and didn't tip toe around issues unless it had to for the sake of kids watching. It's covered disabilities, LBGTQ, mental illness, and poverty, though some more subtly than others. While they wouldn't say it outright to keep on the good side of the network they aired on (80s, smh 😒), when asked if any of their characters are gay/disabled/etc, Delilah and/or Arthur would answer with something akin to "It's up for interpretation" or "however you see them".
