One Piece Imagine: F!Reader giving a Victory Smooch to Monster Trio

Luffy

Luffy did not see himself as a hero. He is a pirate, and he never shares especially food. But boy, the rage he felt when he saw that terrible Marine captain stole the food that you have painstakingly tried to keep - nobody has the right to starve anyone on HIS watch!

So you truly fall for him when he and his crew return with a wagon of fruits, veggies, all the finest delicacies he can offer... and a very beaten up corrupt Marine captain on his feet. The villagers were more than grateful to be freed from that jerk, especially you.

After giving that Marine a well-deserved kick on the nuts before handing him to the ACTUAL authority, you came up to Luffy with a plate of his favorite meat on the bones and told him that he deserved a reward for helping her. He gratefully accepts it... but not before you gave him a gentle peck on his cheek, "My hero." Luffy is annoyed that you are interrupting his meal. Also, he is not a hero, damn it! But he is still grateful for the reward. Meanwhile, Sanji is fuming about the background of why Luffy always gets the good part of the reward.

"Shishishishi! You're welcome! But I want more meat instead of kisses!"

Zoro

You're gonna need a lot of cold showers when Zoro saves you. because the way he saves you is actually hoooooot.

Oceans in Grand Line are stupidly dangerous. Freaky weather and monsters will always come when you least expect it. So it really kind of surprised you when the crew got ambushed by a giant Sea King.

A very vicious, pissed-off Sea King.

Its battle with it can be described as near-death and brutal. The crew had a lot of close calls, but it was when its jaws almost closed on you that Zoro got to work.

A couple of swishes from his blade, followed by an intense "ONI GIRI!" battle cry had turned that Sea King into a seafood fillet fit to feed as Luffy's dinner. It was vicious, it was professional. IT WAS HOT.

When Zoro came to check on you, you had to fan yourself really hard because, WOW. How does that muscle of his work again? And how hard his teeth are? Zoro did not have time to react before your lips descended on him, catcalls and cheers from the crew (and a furious rant from Sanji) accompanied the scene. "My hero~" you purred.

The normally serious Zoro became incredibly flustered, annoyed, and sorta impressed by your reward. He never expected this turn of events, promising you that he will need more than that in the bedroom.

"Oi, OI! Really? Ah, damn it. All in a day's work I guess. Seriously, what was that?"

Sanji

The day you're engaged to the most violent and sexist man is the day Sanji saved you. Your noble parents sold you off to the most notoriously rich man, who is known for his brutish "manly" treatment of women. To them, it was discipline. But to you and the other poor women, he is hell.

Enter Sanji. He has been on the island for a few days and he already heard plenty of horror stories about the future groom of yours. So he did what a pirate should do - crash into the party with the crew and humiliate your father and groom with the knowledge of wine and food.

Your ex-fiance's luck ran out when he slapped you halfway across the room when you tried to stop him from jeopardizing the guests' safety. Gone is the suave Sanji - he only sees a man who DARES to hurt a lady and brags about it - oh, he won't get away with it. One Diable Jambe Concasse later, Sanji left the terrified household and one horribly hurt unconscious fiancee, carrying you in his arms.

When you're already in a safe space, Sanji asks if you're okay... only to be met with a barrage of kisses on his face and a large one of his lips. Never had you felt so grateful, so much in love with Sanji. "My hero! Thank you so, SO, much!"

There was a happy, sheepish grin, lots of "mellorine!" and blood spurts from the nose before Sanji replied joyfully with "You're welcome, milady!" And then he would ask if there is more to come from your reward.

He nearly went to heaven when you slyly said yes.

"HA! You see that?! I am a hero! Yes, I am! Mr. Prince is here to save the ladies's day from danger! Ahaha! I am always here to serve you any time, Y/N-chwaaan!"

A/n: I wanted to get something out the asap while I’m still writing my series, and this may or may not have been rushed making it. Barely proofread my apologies 🫶🏽.

Luffy~

Doesn’t notice the first time, so you do it until he realizes your tits are out. Just as he gives you that same look he gets when there’s meat around you book it across the Sunny, failing miserably as he uses his gum-him devil fruit powers and stretches his arm out, wrapping around you like a vice, and pulls you towards his cabin. “C’mon y/n I want you to do it again, but this time we’ll see how fast I can grab ‘em!”

Sanji~

Immediately gushes blood from his nose like a geyser which leads you to try and catch him from falling face first on the floor. “Y/n my love, I can die happy now that I’ve seen your heavenly body handmade from the gods themselves.” You flick him between his curly eyebrows and call for Chopper to keep him from actually dying from reliving the moment.

Zoro~

You catch him in the crows nest just as he’s drinking water after his workout and you end up in a staring contest with him with your tits still out. “Aren’t you gonna say something?” “Aren’t you gonna put some clothes on?” Obviously you don’t, so he helps you finish taking the rest of your clothes off and keeps them from you since you wanna be naked so damn bad.

You flash him your bare ass while your around the crew which leads him to chasing you down, throwing you over his shoulder and takes you to the nearest room with a lock. “You really thought you could get away with that and not face the consequences?” You huff and lean up against his back with your head in the palm of your hand watching the crew salute their goodbyes. “I still stick by my actions.” “Yeah let’s see about that when your crying on my cock.”

- luffy is always a heavy sleeper - no, like quite literally - he sleeps on you like a log, unmoving until you're physically shoving him off and throwing him off the bed - so, in the dead of the night, when he pulled you closer against his chest and held you tighter, you simply assumed it was no big deal - but his hands are tightening around your waist, his breath seems laboured and as you throw him a glance over your shoulders, you see his brows furrowed together as if he was in pain - "yn, no. yn-" his voice sounds distraught, hands trembling against your figure "luffy?" you whisper, gently putting your arm over his, "luffy, hey?" - his breath seems more laboured, as if it hurts just to breathe - you were shaking him awake, "luffy, wake up, come on" - when he did, his eyes were teary and he buried his head into your hair. relief flooded his voice as he kept holding onto you, "you're okay right?" "ofcourse i am. are you?" "i-" he sneaks in a quick breath and then looks at you, "yeah" - you run your hand up and down his arm gently, other coming to rest on his cheek, "nightmare?" - he stays silent for a second, just looking at you. then he whispers, "i thought i lost you" "i'm right here" you flash him a small smile, chasing it with a small peck on his lips, "i promise" "you promise?" his features stay unmoving, still grim "i promise" you're rubbing soothing circles on his cheek - a second passes before either of you speaks up. it's him who does. - he presses his hands over yours and whispers slowly, "stay with me, please" "i wouldn't be caught dead anywhere else" - and then he's picking you up, "we're awake and im hungry so might as well-" - he made you help him raid the pantry and feed him emergency snacks to soothe him again - one of these days, sanji's gonna put a biometric scanner at the kitchen door and luffy's gonna go feral - that is your version of doomsday - what a menace i love him

zoro:

- it was a sickening routine as far as you remembered. you hated it to your very core and yet, you couldn't do anything as it played out - every once in a while, when the fates were a little too cruel, zoro would slip out of the bed, careful not to wake you up. - he'd slowly close the door behind him, stepping out onto the chilly deck - it wouldn't take you long to notice the abrupt coldness next to you where zoro should have been - and you would usually walk out and find him peering at the sea, tension etched into every muscle - your hands would wrap around his waist and you would press your face against his sculpted back. you would feel his body ease under your familiar touch, the tension fading away and leaving behind another young man "zo'" you would whisper, "'nother nightmare?" and he would just gave you a curt nod - that's how it usually went. he wouldn't elaborate, he would just hold onto you till all his worries slipped past him and then he'd carry you back to bed - he wouldn't bring it up again in the morning and it was a silent agreement that you wouldn't either - but today, his body shivered, trembling against your feather-like touches "zoro?" you're panicking, turning him to look at you, "zo' are you cry-" - he pulls you towards himself, his head on top of yours, "i thought i fuckin' lost you i-" you bury yourself against him, "i'm right here, look" "you wouldn't leave right?" his voice is gentle, "i- you'd stay by my side, right? please" - you look up at him, pressing a kiss on his cheek, "ofcourse i will. where else would i go?" he gives a small smile, "wherever you go, stay away from that shitty cook" "ah, don't worry. you can ensure that by showering for once" "oh, really?" he scoffs playfully, "only if you join me" - he carries your blushing figure into the room and you fall asleep with him tangled against you - you did take him up on the showering together offer tho, ur a slave to the temptations of the flesh it seems

- honest to god, i believe he is the kind of guy who doesn't wake you up - but over the years, youve caught onto the pattern - it's always the days where he either sneaks off into the kitchen, saying that there's just some recipe he thought of that he needs to try or he sits in the bed, silently basking in the venomous thoughts - some nights, you feel his warmth pull away and he's sitting beside you, back against the headboard - his breath is laboured and his eyes are screwed shut as he tips his head backwards - your hand is on his knee, grounding him back to reality "sanji?" you mumble as you sit up, "you okay?" "did i wake you up?" he mumbles back with a look of concern, "im sorry, my love" - but you're already settling in between his legs, your back flush against his chest. you bring his hand and intertwine it with your own, bringing it to your lips to press a small kiss - it ends with you talking about something else to get his mind off the bullshit "what if we have like 4 moons and we don't know?" "i don't think that scientifically possible, darling" "anything's possible. never say never." - on nights you find him in the kitchen, you silently walk in there and sit on the kitchen counter, asking him what he's cooking - you entertain him with mundane bullshit as he cooks - 9/10 you fall asleep in the kitchen and he has to carry you back - cooks you the same dish later again cause while he was carrying you back, luffy stormed into the kitchen, ate whatever it was and fell asleep on the fucking kitchen floor. - sanji's considering putting a biometric scanner at the kitchen door now

Ft; Luffy, Zoro, Sanji

•Luffy

Luffy gets you pregnant by accident. But he’s not worried about it at all, he’s really happy. “We’re having a baby?! That’s so cool!” He’s very excited to be a father but knows little to nothing about it.

You two have a baby girl. And he’s so happy! He doesn’t care much about the gender of the baby. He’ll love his child no matter what. The second she’s out of you and into his hands he holds her up for everyone to see. “Look! Look she’s here!” He shouts while joyful tears fall from his cheeks.

His little girl gets only the best from Luffy. He bathes her, feeds her and changes her all the time. He feeds her a little bit too much, and she has a never ending stomach like her father. She’s almost always hungry resulting in baby chub.

A giggly baby! This girl loves to laugh! She laughs more then anything else and with her jokester of a father she gets more then enough daily giggles. His stretchy skin makes for a great toy! He can pull on his face and make funny faces. Give her a finger to tug and listen to her laugh as it stretches. And even great to chew on. She kinda ends up thinking every human is like that though and tugs on people randomly. And she’s got a lot of strength for a baby (I mean look at who her dad is.) The force of her tug was enough to trip Zoro.

But once she’s old enough to start crawling and waddling, Luffy’s always active with her, chasing her, playing tag with her and playing with her. Her baby chub quickly melts away with him around. She’s so playful, always babbling and tugging on his leg to chase her and Luffy’s always up for the challenge. She has Luffy’s big wide eyes and looks like a carbon copy of her father.

These two are always talking, like always. Even when she literally can’t communicate beyond a few words and the rest is babbles. He will sit there and listen to her for hours on end and respond to everything she’s saying as if she’s actually speaking. He loves hearing her voice, whether it’s her managing to say ‘papa’ or her spitting her tongue out at him.

He takes her everywhere with him. He’s always holding her close to his chest while exploring new towns and villages. Everyone tells him not to bring her into dangerous places but he doesn’t listen. So to calm everyone’s nerves a little bit, Franky makes him a chest baby carrier that’s reinforced with armor. That only ends up making it worse though because now he thinks he can take her exploring with him. Like this man sees no problem in adventuring in a scary, dark forest where man eating predators are everywhere with a baby. He slingshots back to the ship with her in her carrier giggling against his chest and he feels proud of himself. Only for Nami to hit him and tell him how dangerous that was. The only situation he hands her off to you or someone else is when he’s about to engage in a tough battle. He’s confident in his skills and knows he can win but he’s not taking any chances of his sunshine getting hurt.

Given she looks just like her father, (and the fact he practically shoved her in Koby’s and Helmeppo’s faces when their fleet showed up to apprehend them) the navy knows the king of the pirates has a child. They’ve been trying to wipe you off the map for some time now and the same goes for your daughter despite her only being months old. No matter they’re not getting their hands on her. Luffy is serious when anything has to do with his daughter and if the marines think they can pull a fast one on him and kidnap his daughter, He sends their whole fleet to a watery grave. Even taking out every nearby marine base in the area to send a loud and clear message to the marines. ‘Don’t fuck with his daughter.’

When she’s around 5 the two somehow manage to get even closer then before. With her newfound ability to talk and make sense while doing it. They talk for HOURS. About food, games, books, the sky, fishing, everything. He tells her tales of his adventures and how her papa became pirate king. The two are best friends.

In all honesty he wants another one, maybe two, or three if you let him. She brings him back to when he was a kid and he wants her to have siblings like he did. But then he remembers an important lesson that he passes down to his daughter.

Luffy sits on the thousand Sunny’s figurehead. His daughter sitting besides him and wearing her straw hat that he had passed down to her. The little girl carrying the legacy of the king of the pirates without knowing it. They’re both silent but it’s a comfortable silence. He then looks over to her with a soft smile on his lips, bringing a finger up to her cheek and poking her. He laughs and brings her closer to him sitting her down on his lap. Some wisdom from the past remerges while he watches the sunset with his daughter. And suddenly he begins to speak. “Here’s a little secret sunshine, once you share a bottle of sake, you can become siblings with anyone.”

“Really? That’s all it takes?”

“Of course it does! Your papa would never lie to you! So when you find your long lost sibling. Rejoice with them over sake. Alright?”

“Alright papa!” Luffy smiles and looks at the setting sun wondering what the future held for the little girl who had the world in her palms.

•Zoro

“Run that by me again…?” Just like Luffy, Zoro gets you pregnant by accident. It’s not that he’s scared or anything, you’re the only woman he’d want to have a child with. But it’s just that he’s not prepared. It was something he wasn’t expecting.

The two of you have a baby boy. In all honesty that’s what he was hoping for. You swear while you’re recovering from giving birth you heard him give out a small cheer in trumpet when Chopper announced the gender. ‘Did he think this was a challenge?!’ He’s attached the second he holds him. His son melts his heart when he grasps his giant finger with his tiny one.

Although he wasn’t prepared he’s surprisingly good with a child. He changes him, feeds him and bathes him. Bonding over the little moments like washing out his hair for the first time. You swear you saw tears but this man literally forced the tear back into his eye when you pointed it out.

His son is silent baby. He doesn’t cry, he doesn’t whine. He only lets out small babbles every now and again when he’s trying to get your attention. You ask Chopper if he’s okay and he’s perfectly healthy. He just doesn’t show a lot of emotion. You can get him to laugh, giggle and smile if you try but on the day to day he is totally silent.

When Zoro has to watch him, he trains with him on top of him. Using his son as a little extra weight. It’s kinda adorable actually. He’s lifting up tons of weight above his head while the baby boy is sucking his thumb in the sling around his chest. He’s acting so tough while doing dead lifts. And every time he comes back down he gives his son a little forehead kiss.

When he begins crawling and waddling Zoro is determined to get him walking. He’s literally the best baby coach, always hyping his son up for the littlest things. “ ‘Atta boy!” “That’s my son!” “Did anyone else see that?! That’s my kid! He came from me!” Like- calm down he just clapped his hands. He supports his son in every little thing and helps him walk for the first time. Again he sucks up his tears and pretends he’s not crying. He’s so proud of the little guy.

He mostly hands him off to you when you guys are on a new island. He knows his son is safe with you, and with you holding carrying the baby he can protect both of you at the same time. Plus he’s known to get lost and one of his worse fears is getting lost with his child. If he’s lost by himself as least he knows you two are both safe. If he got lost with his child he’d be paranoid for his child’s safety. He knows he can protect him from any physical harm but he can’t use three sword style with him near. Plus he’d have to make sure he’s hydrated, and well feed and it’s just a lot of stress on him. It’s better if you have him and stick in groups when exploring.

When he’s finally starting to walk on his own Zoro buys him a small wooden toy sword. And just like his father he’s skilled with a sword. He loves it a lot, he likes to swing it on anything and everything. He often knocks anyone who walks past him on their legs and his favorite victim is Sanji. And Zoro’s just like “Yes, Yes hit him!” You apologize daily to Sanji when you find your son has been beating him up all day. Your son is confused, Papa says yes and mama says no. So to please you both he hits Sanji when his father’s near and doesn’t when you’re nearby.

Once he’s 5 Zoro starts training his little boy. He’s not soft on him at all and respects him as a swordsmen. Although Zoro loved his teacher when he was younger he just had wished he had treated him like he was an equal instead of a child. So he instructs his son as if they are equal. Most think this would cause him to relent his father but your son has Roronoa genes and it just bonds him closer with her father.

Zoro’s sword clashes against the smaller sword as his son’s stance was getting tougher and harder to block. Nonetheless Zoro doesn’t let him win. He smacks the sword out of his hand and makes him yield. “That’s another win-“ Zoro goes to speak but he sees the slight tension in his son’s eyes and immediately bends down to the boy’s height. “What’s troubling ya kid?”

“I just don’t get it. I can defeat pirates twice my size, Marines, almost anyone, but I can’t beat you.” Zoro hears his son’s lament and it reminds him of a familiar feeling he had when he was younger. And before he can speak another word Zoro leans in and hugs him. “So? What does it matter. Maybe one day you’ll beat me, maybe one day you won’t. Maybe one day you’ll beat someone stronger than me… maybe you won’t. And that’s okay. You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to, and if you want to defeat me well it’ll take a lot longer and more practice.” Zoro picks up the green haired boy and holds him in his hands running a hand through his shaggy locks.

“Don’t pressure yourself. Just worry about what you can do today. Tomorrow will always exist.” Zoro says simply and that calms the five year old’s nerves. The male gives him a smile and ruffles his locks before going to leave the crow’s nest. “Alright now let’s find mama.”

•Sanji

Unlike everyone else, Sanji gets you pregnant because you two think you’re ready for a child. Keyword Is think. “Oh my love~ I’ve prepared the strawberries cream cheese and jalapeños you’ve request~!“ You don’t lift a finger during your pregnancy. Sanji does everything for you and forbids you to go exploring or fight during this time. For better or for worse you stay with the Sunny every time it docks. And Sanji prefers to stay with you every time but if he genuinely can’t and needs to help protect the crew he kisses you like it’s his last every single time.

You two have a baby girl and Sanji is ecstatic. He’s going overboard already, buying hundreds of outfits, toys and baby equipment. He bathes her, cleans her, feeds her and if he knew how Sanji would breath for her. You rarely get to see her and she’s YOUR baby. Like Sanji’s practically raising her all by himself. He does her hair, combing her long blonde locks back into two big pigtails. She looks just like her father, even having his ‘curly brows’.

She’s a shy baby. She’s a scaredy cat, and she cries easily. Sanji’s always there to help her feel better. He’s always there to rock her to sleep, and to play with her to stop her from crying. It takes a while for her to get settled with the crew as they all sorta scared her and made her tear up. But Zoro scared her the most for some odd reason. She starts screaming and crying whenever he enters the room and Sanji immediately gets pissed at him. “GET OUT OF HERE MOSS HEAD!” And your daughter is grateful her father’s there to protect her from that scary man.

He sits her down in a high chair nearby while he’s cooking. Making sure to keep her far away from any harm but close enough encase she falls out of the chair. She loves to sing and babble Melodies. She makes the perfect cooking partner. He listens to her sing while he works and hands off little cuts of food to her to taste. “Hmm this taste good?” He’d ask when he hands her a slice carrot. She babbles happily nodding her head while chewing on the carrot slice.

He’s a helicopter parent. He’s always making sure his baby girl is safe. He’s always checking that knifes are put away, and that she can’t play with anything dangerous. Hell he even bubble wraps some baby toys that are too sharp for his likings (calm down babe it’s a plastic fishing rod). He keeps her away from the railings, standing far back and holding her tightly so there’s no chance of her falling in. The worse thing that could possibly happen to him is if she ever gets hurt. Even small bumps or her falling down breaks his self esteem. “I’m a terrible father, how could I have let this happen.” He soothes her pain to the best of his ability but feels so, so terrible he let it happen.

He’s a picture dad. Whoever let this man get his hands on a camera made the biggest mistake of their lives because now they have to deal with him showing them baby pictures of her. Every single second of the day. “Oh! Oh here’s where she spit out her tongue at her food! And here’s her sleepy face! Isn’t she so adorable!” He gushes over her showing them pictures and taking up their life while his daughter is right there staring at them both. He takes pictures of every little moment and makes not just one scrap book, but multiple. On every island he makes sure to stock up on camera film because it’s most likely going to be gone by tomorrow.

Speaking of which when the Sunny is docked on a new island your daughter is with you at all times. Knowing Luffy’s attraction to danger and how he’s one of the strongest he often has to fight. He instructs you to run and hide in the safest place possible with your daughter if danger arises. He trusts you to protect her but when push comes to shove but he rather you both are safe while there’s danger around. And if you’re threatened, or worse. Your daughter is. Sanji will rip anyone who threatens his family apart and with no remorse. Even women. That’s how you know he’s serious.

When she’s 5 Sanji’s even closer with his little one. He buys her anything she asks for! It’s all worth it just to see her smile. (Nami never gives him allowance anymore since he spent millions of berry on a purebred horse rental for her). She’s the sweetest little girl around, and has a soft spot for animals. She wants to become a veterinarian even. And while Sanji knows little to nothing about animal care, he’s still his daughter’s biggest fan and supporter. But his world opened when he found his daughter we crying, he wondered why but then saw the dead squirrel in her palms. She must have snuck it back on the ship and kept it as a pet, but due to Sanji’s sheltering she didn’t know what was going on. He neglected to teach her about death, he thought such scary things and concepts could wait until she was older but it was clear he made a mistake.

“P-papa….” “Oh come here sweetheart…” Sanji engulfs her in a hug and pulls her into his lap while she cries into his chest. “I don’t know why he won’t wake up! I brought him food and water! B-but he hasn’t woken up in two days! I-I don’t know why but I feel sad! W-what’s wrong with Mr. Squirrel?” As his daughter cries and sniffles against him he doesn’t know where to start really. He stammers over his words before he starts. “Honey…Mr. Squirrel is dead…” “He stopped breathing and now he’s not here anymore. No one knows where you go when you die but he’s not with us anymore.”

“O-oh… well can he come back and say goodbye first?”

“I’m sorry sweetie but that’s not possible.”

“Oh well…. Can… can we die too? Is that gonna happen to you one day? And… mama? And me?”

“Yes sweetheart. Everyone dies. But it’s always at the right time, you’ll make memories you’ll never forget and when it’s time for your journey to end. It must meet its end.”

“I don’t want to die.”

“No one does. And if you could live forever I’d find a way for you too. But for now it’s something that happens to everyone and everything. There’s no need to be scared of it. It’s just apart of life. Don’t worry about it now my love, for now we can burry Mr. Squirrel and have a funeral at the next island. Would you like that my dear?”

The air is quite somber as the little girl processes what death is and that she can’t run away from it. Her tears come to a stop and suddenly she doesn’t feel that sad anymore now that she realizes it’s a part of life. “Mmhmm… I’d like that.” She whispers and Sanji smiles at her picking her up and exiting her bedroom. “Now let’s go find a shoebox to put him in until the next island.”

Luffy

Thinks its a new game like tag but with kisses and it ends up actually becoming one. You'll both wait for the other to become distracted and then you'll strike, planting a kiss and sprinting off around the ship or the island you're docked at. Gobsmacked. Genuinely his jaw drops especially if there's other people there and you get away so easily only because of how long it takes his brain to boot back online. Oh but he doesn't let it go. He waits until you're in a similar situation, either talking to someone or doing work and he sneaks up to pull you into a deep, intense kiss that leaves your knees weak. Like he fully puts the moves on you, hand on your lower back, other hand cradling your jaw, hes literally licking into your mouth and then he just disappears for the rest of the day. Asshole.

You are not running away from this man. Nami

Honestly thinks nothing of it. A lot of your affection is sweet but quick because yk pirate life. But if you look disappointed from her lack of reaction then she catches on quickly and starts playing along. So sweet even though she can be scary. Oh but don't try to run if she's initiating, like Sanji you aren't going to get out of her grip. If she wants to shower you with affection, she is going to thank you very much. If you do manage to slip away she's surprisingly quick and surprisingly stealthy. Like you'll think you got away and you walk into a room and she drops down from the ceiling like fucking batman.

Robin

She lets you run away but only because she knows she could summon a mouth to kiss you at any time and in any place so she's content knowing she always wins. Also thinks it's really cute when you try to rile her up like this, she just finds it so endearing and usually ends up playing into it anyways- "My, my, aren't you getting so bold my love". Sometimes will purposefully trip you up while you're doing these antics so you can't get away or so your plan is ruined, absolutely pretends she has no idea what you're talking about.

Usopp

Highly likely he was doing something when it happened. Highly likely he dropped something onto his foot as a result. Yowls like an injured cat and then when his brain catches up it's like steam comes out of his ears. Stands there with his mouth open and pointing at you like you betrayed his entire family. Very funny and very cute. Also a possibility of him smacking you out of fearful instinct in which case he'd probably cry his eyes out and beg for forgiveness. Nami makes it worse by punching him in the face for hitting you. A mess all around if you get him at the wrong time so just be careful.

Ace

Immediately sprinting after you, it's actually a bit scary. But like hey he's not letting you get away with just one measly little peck on the cheek. Absolutely nobody on the crew helps you unless it would be funny, i.e. someone tripping Ace up so he faceplants. If it's near the beginning of your relationship then you likely go back out of concern which he takes as a chance to catch you, but if it's later then you already know this man's antics and you know he wouldn't be injured just from tripping so you use it as an opportunity to get away💪. You still have to kiss it better later though when hes whining to you about how cruel you are for leaving him in the dust(he would do the same).

Izou

Don't bother. As soon as you turn he snatches you by the back of your collar and pulls you onto his lap, proceeds to resume his conversation like nothing is wrong but his arms are firm around your waist and his cheeks and ears are a particularly pretty shade of red. Once his conversation is over and the other person has left, he turns his attention to you with a very pointed look. He's not actually irritated but if he enjoys watching you squirm that's his business. "If you wanted a kiss you should've just asked my love" and then he's practically devouring your mouth. Doesn't care about the other people in the vicinity. Doesn't care that he's smudging his lipstick. Just wants to fluster you more than you flustered him.

Marco

Do you even want to run away from this man lets be real- anyways.

If he's doing work then he just laughs and lets you get away with it, tallys it in his head for later, but if he's free and hes in a good mood then he absolutely plays into it. Will chase after you. Will cheat by using his powers. Its a bit scary but also very attractive, somehow ends with him pinning you in some way (☺️), looks very smug when he wins. Like you'll end up flat on your back, legs trapped under his and his hands restraining yours and he's just grinning- "Oh what a surprise. You were so easy to catch-yoi" Yeah yeah shut up. Absolutely asks what his reward is just to see your shocked face (absolutely asks again later when you two are alone).

Sabo

VILLAIN!!!!!! Sorry only way i can describe how devious and obsessed this man would be. Like Izou he tries to snatch you immediately but you planned for this so you manage to spring out of his grip in time. You falter a bit at his reaction then because he just blinks at you for a while. You start to feel a bit nervous and when he finally grins at you, you definitely feel nervous. "Playing like that are we honey? How about I give you a headstart then?" Evil. You know he's going to catch you. He knows he's going to catch you. He's just giving you false hope but yk hope is hope so you take the chance.

You don't get far. It's not even fair how quickly he catches up to you and gets you underneath him, it takes him barely any effort, not even a strand of hair is out of place. Spends the next 10 minutes kissing you on the floor of the hallway until Koala comes back and promptly drags him back into his office.

What's in a Yonko-?

Monster Trio x Red-Hair F! Reader

Warnings: Slight!AU, mild-to-average swearing. The reader has a vague backstory.

Prologue:

You didn't know it then, but part of the reason Shanks stopped in the East Blue all those years ago was to check on you and your mother.

Unfortunately, your mother was not there to greet him - just you and a rambunctious monkey of a boy who proceeded to be your anchor in the storm.

Shanks could not be more grateful that his little girl had found a family there at Party's Bar. But the guilt of leaving you alone...of not being there when you lost your mother...the burden laid heavily on his chest, and he couldn't bring himself to tell you the truth.

Little did our red-haired captain know, but you still had fleeting memories of him. Memories of your father are like shards of glass in the back of your mind, waiting to catch the light. Unfortunately, those little shards of memory would not find the light for some time yet.

More than ten years after Shanks' 'vacation' in Fuschia Village - two years after Sabaody and Marineford and the shattered hearts that came after - you were sailing back to the Archipelago on your own.

It was at the request of your beloved captain that you'd waited this long. If you'd had it your way, you would have carved a path through hell to find him again by the end of those first 3 days. But once you read those headlines and saw Luffy's mourning face on that paper's front page, you couldn't even pick yourself up off the floor.

The sun had nearly set when you came across an island in the distance. With your newly-tuned Haki, you were able to notice a grassy outcropping. Jutting out in a sharp peninsula, you could see two clearly marked monuments at the point of those cliffs, enraptured by fresh flowers. The first monument was dressed in a great white coat like a scarecrow flapping in the wind. Fluttering from the second monument...was a bright orange relic you thought you'd never see again.

Without a second thought, you set course for that island. Barely bothering to moor your boat, you charged up that beach and scrambled for the cliffs as quickly as possible. Your rational mind protested the rush, but your heart was never one to listen. Ace was a part of your heart, just as he was a part of Luffy's. He was your friend, your partner in protecting his troublesome brother from danger. A shoulder to lean on after the death of Sabo.

First Sabo, now Ace...Were you and Luffy truly destined to be alone in the world?

No. You still had your crew. That's what you were going home to. But you had to see this through first. You had to say goodbye to the first family you'd found--one last time.

When you reached the precipice of that cliff, you expected to be alone. But no. What you saw instead had your feet screeching to a halt, startled-stiff in place with a shock you hadn't known since -since Sabo's death, Ace's death, your mother's death...

It was him.

As the sun fell into the sea, it painted the sky with vivid, vibrant watercolours like a bleeding wound across the sky. Crimson bleeding into amber and gold as it rippled with flashes of white on the tide. Silhouetted by all this light - was a familiar black coat.

The coat would have needed to be more on its own, however. The strange figure sitting in front of these memorials, sipping a bottle of sake with the breeze - you might not have known him if not for just that one shard of light. One last ray of sunlight caught crimson hair and set it ablaze.

Fire. Fire. Fire.

Suddenly, it was as if the whole world caught fire behind your eyes:

A pair of children, embers in the wind, slipping on wet sand, laughing at the waves roaring. ‘Hey, wait up!’ Luffy.

A blurry silhouette behind a crackling curtain of flames, a burning shove, a grating scream; ‘Don’t wait, GO!’ Ace.

A last whispered wish shared between a mother and daughter's glassy eyes: 'Set out to sea, my love. You're father's waiting for you...'

It's only then that the man seems to register your presence. His posture straightens, and he turns to look at you, brows furrowed. It appears to be a ready snarl. But at the sight of you, his threatening words falter.

"-Y/N?"

A man turns in the doorway, a smiling crescent moon; ‘Wait for me?’ The sun lights his hair on fire.

Fire. Fire. 

Father.

"Shanks-" the word is a gasp as if the breath had been kicked from your lungs.

"Wait, what are you doing here? Weren't you supposed to be -?"

"It's you."

LUFFY

The moment the Red-Haired Pirates dropped you off at Sabaody, you fucking bolted for Shakky's Bar. Beckman already had the drop that Rayleigh would have brought him there first. 'Him', in this case, being Luffy. -And there was no way you would go another second without telling your best friend the good news.

"Luffy-!"

As it turned out, you were the last to arrive. The rest of the crew was gathered together, and all turned to stare at you as soon as you arrived. When the others clocked your presence, many rose from their seats, eager for a reunion embrace, but you forestalled them for the moment.

"Wait, guys, I swear this is important - Luffy-!"

"Y/N-mph?"

You found him chowing down on a ham leg the size of Brooke's afro. His eyes lit up the moment he saw you. Literally bouncing out of his bar stool to coil around you in a rubbery embrace.

"Y/N~! You're back! What took you so long~? I wanna go exploring-!"

"Exploring can wait, Lu-" You struggled to grapple his rubbery cheek away from smothering yours. "Luffy, listen, I found him-"

"Huh? Found who?" Luffy's neck retracted at an awkwardly impossible angle - something possible only with a creature like Luffy. He must've caught something about the light in your (e/c) gaze - cause suddenly, his own eyes widened.

"Yeah, him." You affirmed with a nod of your head. "And you'll never guess who it is-"

"Who? Who, who, who, tellme-tellme-tellme--"

You responded by simply flicking the straw hat off the brim of his head. "Who was the last one to wear this hat? Do you remember?"

For the first time in perhaps the entire time you'd known him - Monkey D. Luffy was perfectly still. Silent. The shock absorbed inside his rubber body instead of bouncing off like everything else did. You held your breath, observing him for a reaction.

Mere moments later, everything about him lit up like fireworks. Luffy gasped aloud, eyes sparkling. "Really-?!"

You nodded, grinning from ear to ear. "You'd better believe it..."

Luffy snapped out of your arms, whooping, cheering, and leaping into the air. All the other Strawhats around them glanced at one another, confused as to what was happening between their captain and Quartermaster. But, as always, Luffy's enthusiasm was contagious. When the Straw Hat captain leapt back into his best friend's arms, babbling incoherent excitement with those overflowing starbursts in his eyes, you and the crew couldn't help but celebrate with him. By all rights, your dream was accomplished. You'd found your family - your father and crew, your nakama - out there on the sea.

"YAHOO~! This is the coolest day ever~! We've gotta celebrate!"

Zoro approaches you after the initial reveal/celebration at Shakky's Bar, which will likely be sometime on the Sunny (after Fishman Island...?). Don't get him wrong, he'll take any chance to eat, drink and be merry - but he was still confused AF about what went down.

From his perspective, you came bursting through the doors - after not seeing anyone in that room for the better half of two years - and made a B-line for their captain. During this time, you were attacked in one of Luffy's infamous boa-constrictor hugs, only to exchange a few words, flick the tip of Luffy's straw hat--and suddenly, their captain was absolutely exploding with happiness.

Which, again, is not in and of itself a bad thing. Especially after the shit their captain had to go through these past two years, Zoro firmly of the belief that Luffy deserved any and all happiness he could get. But the point still stood. He wanted to know why. What the big deal was. Yes, usually, he kept his nose out of other people's business. But this was you. Even after all this time, to a certain extent, he found you to be more mysterious than Robin was back in her 'Miss All-Sunday' days. Nami just claimed that he was hopeless with women. And damn that witch, but maybe she was right...

Still, Zoro was no chicken. And if he had questions, he would get his answers, no matter what.

"Oi! Y/N."

"Hm?" You glance over at him from your place at the railing. The sea breeze toying with your (h/c) hair in a way that would not have been half as distracting as it was. "Oh, Zoro! There you are-! I've been meaning to tell you that you were awesome back there. By the way, what happened to your-"

"Not important." Zoro breezed past your words before you finished your question. Or, more accurately, before you could tell, his skin was far too warm talking to you. "What was that back there? At the old hag's bar? What did you tell Luffy that he was so excited about?"

"O-oh," Now he wasn't the only one with redness in his face. He took a strange satisfaction in that thought. You rubbed at the back of your neck with that sheepish smile you sometimes got when you were embarrassed about something. Zoro bit back the pit-deep urge to cut his teeth on it. "I, uh, well - I was just telling Luffy I found'em..."

"Found them?" Zoro's brow furrowed. His lonely eye narrow and sharp, his lips rolling into a firm line at the potential prospects. "...Found who?"

"My family."

Zoro blinked. He didn't know why he stopped breathing.

"I-I mean, my birth family, not just-" You motioned generally to the Sunny, including all the crew scattered about above and below decks, doing their own thing.

"Oh." Zoro didn't know what else to say. He knew your dream had something to do with your deceased mother. Some sort of promise, kind of like what he made to Kuina. But as an orphan himself, who'd had no prior stake in what a birth family was like...he supposed some of the gravity of your...goal? Your promise? Your dream being fulfilled was innately lost on him. "And...who's that, exactly?"

At that, you couldn't help but smile: "Red-Haired Shanks. Yonkou of the Sea."

All at once, every one of Mihawk's dry and pouting complaints about his 'long-lost eternal rival' came rushing back to him. Wine-drunk fireside painting the picture of his once fearsome opponent now washed up with a bottle somewhere, hardly half the man he used to be. It wasn't until Perona finally did some snooping in Mihawks personal effects that they found out the name of the gothic-dramatic swordsman's 'eternal rival'. --And then got a look at his bounty.

Zoro's mind blanked and scrambled like white noise on a Den-Den Mushi. "You've gotta be shitting me..."

It took some convincing for Zorro to believe that, YES, you were indeed serious. This wasn't just some long-con prank. That 'armless washup' he'd been lectured about by 'some vampire' was indeed your father by blood. And yes, he really was all that.

After all that explanation and hassle, you only wanted to soothe your oncoming headache with a nice cup of tea in the galley. The evening was starting to fall on the horizon as you stepped through the swinging doors. -Only to find a sight you hadn't known you'd missed as much as you had until it was right there before your eyes.

Sanji....

The one person you'd missed almost as much in your travels as you'd missed Zoro and Luffy. Missing Ace as a given. You'd given him as a part of your life, almost as close to your heart as Luffy's. The three of you had grown up together, after all. After Shanks' visit to Fuschia Village, Luffy, Ace and Sabo were the closest you could find to a tight-knit family. -Then Sabo died. Then Ace went off on his big adventure at seventeen. A few years left with Luffy, and then it was your turn.

That was how you'd found your way to the Baratie. Shipwrecked by a whirlpool, you'd escaped in a barrel and washed up beside the floating restaurant. Young and more malnourished than you'd thought you were, you were able to skate under the radar and pretend to be a boy. It was the only way Chef Zeff would hire you. The only way you could either a) save up for a new 'ship' or b) hedge your bets in hopes Luffy would be lured in by the rumour of food and come to find you. --And, of course, you should've known Plan B was the one that would come through in the end. Luffy was nothing if not reliable in his own way.

Between your shipwreck and Luffy's bombastic arrival on the Baratie, the one and perhaps closest friend you'd made among the cooking staff -much to their surprise - was the owners 'son'. The tempermental sous chef Sanji. The remaining fighting cooks didn't know this then, nor would they swallow their pride unless necessary to learn. But from your experience, neither would he, as long as you did not approach then-teenaged Sanji with hyper-masculine abrasiveness.

Sanji was kind.

And now...now he was a man. Parted his hair to the other side from what you were used to - with stubble and a goatee. You could hardly believe your eyes when you first saw the change. Years had now passed since you two first met. Sanji had long since discovered your true identity as a woman-by-birth. And for a while there, your entire dynamic was completely unrecognizable. You weren't sure where you stood with him for a while there. And now...after over two years apart...it felt like you were stepping out on thin ice all over again. Afraid to take another step into the galley if the floorboards crack beneath your feet and you'd fall through to the bottom of the ocean.

Fortunately - or unfortunately - for you, Sanji spotted you before you could impulsively decide to retreat. The moment he did - his eyes lit up like the reflection of sunlight on the ocean. You were anchored to the spot when you caught that light. Your heart squeezed. There was no escaping him now...

"Y/N-chan~!" Sanji exclaimed, pirouetting mid-sautee to come and greet you where you stood. "How honoured I am that you would come to visit me, mon cherie~" He crooned, his heart practically throbbing in his eyes. "Tell me, what can I do for you, my dear? A bite to eat? A spot of tea, perhaps? Anything my darling Y/n-chan desires-"

"Sanji..." You sighed, hanging your head. Even knowing his theatrics was a part of expressing his love and care - didn't stop the embarrassed blush from flushing across your face whenever that intense spotlight was focused on you. But instead of protesting, you simply caved. "You know me so well..."

To your surprise, he set an already-prepared cup and saucer at one of the barstools along the galley island. You blinked. Catching your bewildered gaze, Sanji simply huffed out a knowing smile.

"Noticed you getting annoyed with the dense mosshead out there-" He said, motioning out the galley window with his chin. "Figured you might need to smooth over what a headache that bastard is-"

"Ey," You scolded, wagging a finger at him even as your lips threatened to twitch into a smile at his petty quips. "Be nice...."

Sanji scoffed. "Yea, yea..." You caught the curious (dare you say potentially jealous-?) glint in his eyes - practically predicting the question before it could even leave his lips. "So," Sanji cleared his throat, straightening his posture as if he wasn't awkward as fuck prodding into someone else's business. "...what were you do talking about anyway?"

You couldn't help but snort. This boy...you chuckled to yourself, with almost sickening levels of affection hidden by the voice inside your head. "Oh, he was wondering about what Luffy was so happy about, when I met up with y'all at Shakky's Bar."

"Oh~?" Sanji lit a cigarette. He was really bad at hiding the fact that he was curious. -If he was even trying to be discrete in the first place...

Anothe soft chuckle under your breath. "You remember that night in Water Seven? When we both figured out we were holding onto promises to our mothers-?"

Sanji stilled. His back now turned to you, the pans before him continued to sizzle at the stove -but for a moment it semed as if the tass before im were forgotten. His mind thrown back into memory until he had no choice but to look back and nod. "Yea..."

"Well..." You stirred a bit of milk and sugar in your tea, as you always did.

When you first revealed your identity, Sanji had tried to do all those little things for you. That is, until you admitted to liking the clouds that would plume when you did it yourself. When at long last you met his gaze - the rising breath in your chest was like a helium balloon rising to meet the dark night sky in his eyes.

"I kept my promise."

Sanji turned the stove off completely. All of a sudden his dark, brilliant gaze was 1,000% focused on you. "You found him...your father."

You nodded.

The blond cook swallowed, corners of his lips pulling taut around the edges. You had always had this sort of gut feeling that Sanji had mixed feelings about fathers. His seething hot-n-hotter-tempered relationship with Zeff was only one facet of this. You had yet to hear the whole story, but you'd never pressed for it. Just as Sanji never asked for more than you were willing to give.

"...Do you wanna talk about it?" he asked.

You nodded. "I wanna see if you know who it is," You said, again with that itching to smile you could never suppress now knowing who your father - the ellusive heart of your lifelong dream - truly was.

"Okay. Give me a hint?" He suprised you, being willing to play your little game. "I know it has something to do with Luffy's hat, right?"

"Huh-?" You blinked. Sometimes you forgot just how perceptive the effusive cook could be. "Y-yea, you're right. Damn, there goes one clue."

"Two more," Sanji established. "Then I have to guess. Alright?"

"Alright," You couldn't help for smiling now. "Hint two: amputee pirate."

Sanji snorted. "Of course you'd have pirate in your blood. You and Luffy are both too reckless thrillseekers."

You grinned unabashedly at that. "Alright, hint number three--billion berry bounty."

"Huh...ex-strawhat owner...amputee pirate...billion berry bounty-? Wha-" Something must've clicked inside Sanji's head. His jaw went slack, cigarette drooping limp between his fingers. "No..." True, you could have made the hints even more obvious than that. - But you knew Sanji didn't need it. He knew exactly who it was just from the way you smiled.

"Your father's a bloody YONKOU of the SEA-?!"
