I wanted to do an au for Welcome Home and with my love of monsters (especially otherworldly ones) I obviously had to make Wally a monster of some kind.

What monster is he? Hell if I know.

He's a misc beasty and that's honestly part of the fun of it.

I do have deets for this au that I may post at a later date. But for now, I just wanted to get the arts out since they came out so well.

I invite asks for people who wanna know more about this little idea of mine.

Ai adventures with yours truly: day 87- still trying to find that delectable angst- instead, I got one story being Wally chilling at howdy’s place due to the rain, Howdy asking Wally if he wants anything grilled to eat, wally flirting to (a very oblivious) howdy from inside while howdy is finishing up grilling (never specified what) and brings food inside, Wally asking to be fed(???) while watching the sunset(?), they both declare they undying love for each other and proceeds to make out passionately on the fuggin couch for several hours

also oh my god these two always gets so dam emotional??? Like they either become besties or lovers and they are always E X T R E M E L Y passionate and cry in eachother’s arms- no matter if it’s normal Wally or obsessive-

The Big Three

Wally has in fact met other stars! He’s met some human celebrities too but you know how he is.

I’ve only mentioned that Wally likes to basically bully Kermit because when he was starting out, Kermit accidentally mistook him for an errand boy. Which hurt Wally’s pride and hasn’t let go since. Kermit apologized multiple times but it’s still embarrassing for Wally to remember and he picks fights every time. Elmo minds his own business and flourishes

Meeting Elmo was a bit different though

Elmo was genuinely a great person after that. He doesn’t see anyone as competition, just had to assert himself with the newest upcoming star, make sure Wally doesn’t get too bold. There both there for the betterment of the kids. Wally has to respect that honesty, He would be lying if he said he wasn’t a tad scared after.

The first time he was humbled.

I had to learn how to draw Elmo for this 💪

Wally, sitting on his bed surrounded by a shadow person: you know, I would say it's creepy you cut off my blind dates hand and send them to me in a reused Amazon box Bec he touched me but I roomed with to pagan, crystal girlies who I let put crystal on me to heal my student debt and let their dark magic girlfriend sacrifice me to a demon, so. Points for recycling.

Dick, making himself less shadowy: that's sad.

Wally: I was desperate and was willing to do anything.

Dick: so you're not afraid of me?

Wally: if I die I'm not in debt no more, plus I'm haunted by a pretty boy, and got a damn good job paying my debt and affording better groceries. Life good right now.

Dick: oh, you think I'm pretty?

Wally: duh, are you even listening to me.

Dick, grabs Wallys face: well I think you're pretty too.
