Dropout should have a reality show competition to find America’s Next Top Dungeon Master. Have a panel of D20 DMs and players as the judges and have guest judges come in from other popular shows like Matt Mercer, Murph, McElroys, and Anthony Burch, and each episode a judge or guest judge instructs the contestants on a facet of DMing and then the contestants complete a corresponding challenge. (E.g.: Murph does one on encounter design because his design is awesome—the dragon king battle!!!) And at the end whoever wins gets to DM a D20 Side Quest.
