I’m here to report that Macbeth was truly one of - if not the best - plays I’ve ever seen. It was magically intense from start to finish and David Tennant was honestly on top form. Being so close to him and feeling his emotion as he acted is a state of euphoria I can’t even describe. This was the closeness for reference:

The next day, after we both experienced the play of a lifetime, me and my bestie @kottekonst took a trip to Camden Market where we visited some of the Doctor Who 60th filming locations - to stand in the spot Bernard Cribbins performed his last stand as Wilfred Mott was incredible.

And to top it all off - as I was getting off the train, I spotted Ruth Madeley who played Shirley in the 60th specials. Then we both watched the Tenth/Fourteenth Doctor in Macbeth, none other than DT. AND THEN my bestie spotted Peter Capaldi (?!) getting into a lift after the theatre. Coincidence? Magic? Who knows.

reread the rest thus far of lackadaisy and there's the both v easy & difficult task of gathering a shit ton but only a shit ton of excerpts (like every single page is a highlight i'm not exaggerating)

nothing is funnier to me than the headcanon that Ruth and Ted are just besties. She's over at the Spankoffski house so often it's like she's part of the family at this point. She gets to ride shotgun on car trips because according to Ted, she's the only one with aux privileges. Ted is rushing off after work and his coworkers are like 'where are you going?' and he says "oh I made a deal with my brother's friend so I have to drive her to the Starlight for a dress rehearsal. his first spotify, ross breen, has several full-length albums. so far, we’ve only listened to one, “when i met the devil,” which came out in 2011 and is ALL BANGERS. we’ve only gotten through the one album bc we’ve been looping it all day. it has 15 songs, but quite a few instrumental transition tracks, so it comes to a little under 40 mins. my favorite songs are “when i met the devil,” “elephant’s foot” (which i will also expand upon in its own post), “life support,” “thin sheep,” and “jigsaw.” my favorite more chill songs are “monet,” and “keep the light on,” which made me cry like a baby during class.
