I am SO exhausted.

Today a woman screamed at me until my coworker came to relay me and get screamed at instead. Why?

Because I was trying to assist her with our used book buy back program. She ASKED for assistance mind you, and I dropped all my tasks to focus on her instead, but then she proceeded to berate me for things outside of my control, wouldn't listen to any explanations, got mad at me when SHE made a typo, etc…

Another woman talked to me like shit because we didn't carry a specific product in our shop. I explained to her she could either order it from our website or she could come over if she wasn't comfortable giving out her banking info on the internet. She proceeded to berate me for not taking orders over the phone (it's our shop policy to avoid banking infos being stolen) and she hung up on me.

There's a creepy dude who keeps coming to the shop to harass my female coworkers.

There's a guy who's whole "prank" thing is coming in the shop and turning all the books over so you can only see the pages. So we have to stop our tasks and clean up after him.

A couple of parents just leave their kids go fucking hogwild, sometimes ripping the books, drooling on the plushies etc... We haven't caught them in the act yet and we don't have cameras so we can't reliably prove it's them.

Old people talk like shit to my coworker and ignore her advice, until I arrive and say the exact same thing. Why? Because she looks middle easter and I'm whiter than a nun's ass. It's just racism~

I'm TIRED and the christmas playlist is a fucking blight this year.
