Party Start,Getting to Know Hector

“So, Hector,” you begin, smiling in his direction. He seems surprised slightly to be getting your attention but the surprise quickly changes into a confident smirk. “Yes, [Name]?” He asks, waiting to hear the topic you pick to talk about. “I’m curious how you met the others,” you say after a moment, trying to think of a natural topic to bring up. He smiles. “Ah, well. I met Clarissa the very same way we all did - including you, I’ll bet. One of her brother’s parties. He throws some really wild parties sometimes and I don’t like to miss any of them in case they turn into one.” He waves nonchalantly, expression nostalgic. “She was wearing a really tight red and purple outfit. I was thinking how strange the color combination was. It was very unique, one I don’t really see very often,” he recalls. “And so I decided to take a chance and talk to her.” He shrugs, hands in his pockets. “And well, we dated for a bit, which was how I met Alice. They were already friends. And uh, exes. That was strained for a bit, but she seems to have forgiven me for encroaching on her woman.” He gives a side-eyed smirk at Alice upon saying this and she rolls her eyes, lips in a tight straight line as she crosses her arms over her chest and looks away. You notice this exchange and realize just how intertwined this group is. “What about Charlie and Margoret?” You press, wanting to hear all the stories. “Ah yes. Charlie and I met on a dating app. He was posing as his little sister… she um… was very nervous and shy. He made the profile to get her out of her shell, but she ended up ditching the app and so he slid in in her stead… I think he had a little too much fun playing his sister.” Now he smirked at Charlie, who was beet red. “And well, I was supposed to meet up with his sister for a date. Turned out to be him, of course. And we just had a platonic date that quickly turned into a bromance.” Charlie opens his mouth as if to say something in protest but decides better of it. Or maybe he just realizes there is no protest to be made. Either way, his mouth closes once more and he flushes an even deeper shade of red. You turn your attention to the final friend yet to be spoken of. “And Margoret?” “An orgy.” Your eyes snap up to meet Hector’s in surprise and he laughs heartily when you do. “You’re… you’re kidding right?” “Nope.” Your eyes slowly meet Margoret’s and your face turns bright red. She looks way too calm and unbothered right now. Is it true? “I love sex,” she says simply, as though explaining and and confirming it at the same time. Your mouth falls open slightly but you say nothing. You realize you have just met the most mixed up, fucked up… sexual group of friends you think you’ll ever know.

this is a little niche and probably incredibly difficult to try to animate but a cool idea for the nostalgia set specifically in the kitchen is one of those pull out trash cans from the cabinets. We had one in an old house my family lived in, cousins & I would always play in it and hide in it but I was just thinking about older trash can themes while i was using the kitchen set for my current build.

added it to the download folder :)

it uses the tuning for the nano-can, so you'll receive simoleons for your trash

note: sims are able to throw garbage away, and the cabinet will animate, but they won't actually route *to* the trash can first; they just sort of chuck it into the abyss. whenever i try to add constraints to the interaction, the sim can no longer throw away trash, so i've left it as-is for now. trash cans do not like to be edited apparently, and changing any little bit of tuning can make it stop functioning altogether. (if anyone knows how to force sims to route with the trash, please let me know!)

also you'll notice the cupboard is slightly darker than the others. it's using a different shader, because the counter shader prevents the animation from playing. another annoying little thing i'm not sure how to fix

it's far from perfect, but i hope you get some use out of it!

These are 4to2 conversions from Leosim and TBZSimz, medium poly (I lowered the Fireplace from 30k to 5k and The Ipod from 12k to 4k). All recolors included. Fireplace has 6 slots on it and a smoking effect from the tube when it's on.

TSM Medieval Rustic Kitchen & Bath - updated

Updated: better textures, meshes and tuning. Now all wood comes in 12 swatches. 

Set consists of:

1. A stove, bigger model 2. A stove, smaller model

3. Rustic counters, (3a: Rustic Clover, 3b: Rustic Wizard) edited from TSM end tables. They don't have all the modern counter options that Sims 4 modern counters have - they have 1 model, but otherwise full functionality and many slots. 4. There are also 1 corner piece, fully functional, to use in corners. 5. And there are 2 counters specifically made for 45 degrees corners - to use in the towers of castles. Or to combine with the included 6. Edited Rustic Peasant bar - edited to fit with these counters.

7. A humble Round Rustic Kitchen Buffet, for those occasions when you just don't want to cook. Equipped with Coolspears tuning - All foods in game available. There is also a second version with normal EA tuning - you can have both if you want to.

The Buffets need Luxury Party Stuff Pack.

8. A sink, frankenmeshed with the Rustic Clover Counter and the Peasants Sink Bucket from TSM.

9. A potty, also a frankenmesh.

10. A Rustic Peasant Bath Tub.

11. A Rustic Peasant Trash Bin, with Nano Can tuning - no need to empty. Now in 12 colours!

The movie is paused. “Alright, who caused that smell? We cannot finish this movie if you guys are going to bring in pet skunks or whatever happened,” the event host announces, glancing around the crowd. Everyone’s whispering about the smell, but no one fesses up. “If no one admits guilt, we will cancel the rest of the event,” the host attempts again, but still no one steps up to the plate. So, heaving a sigh, she says, “Alright, then. Event’s cancelled. Go home or to your Halloween parties because this is no longer being run.”
