hey guys i was sitting to bang out my morning chapter for maelstrom fic and i like to start with some world building practice to get in the zone and I was getting ready to make a big long post about how Blue Rose having Pepsi NEXT as a sponsor (a real Pepsi product available between 2011 - 2015) meant that 1977/78 NC was analogous with 2011AD in real life when I stumble across something a little more interesting that I wanted to share

so for kura's tiger and bunny thought of the day, we can pinpoint the exact date of the event that spawned the legends of the goddess of justice.

For reference, I used the TNB timeline put together by thisissternbild.

But basically, since we know Tiger & Bunny is meant to exist in an alternate timeline to our own, I was trying to figure out a way to match the NC calendar to the AD calendar and essentially came to the conclusion that I mentioned above, and that's about a 33 year difference.... which implies an event sometimes in the 30's AD actually caused the timeline to split in TNBverse. A very important event.

You see, scholars who study Christianity pretty much peg the early 30's as the most probable time Jesus was crucified. In fact, there's at least one scholar who makes the case that the specific date of Jesus' crucifixion was April 3, 33AD. (TNB aired on April 3, 2011... coincidence....? [yes bc the article came out in 2014 ;) ])

So. Basically. What I'm getting at is this is the event that split the timeline. But not that it was Jesus' crucifixion that did it—because the Catholic-looking nuns in The Rising do not worship Jesus or by extension the Abrahamic god as we know him in our timeline. They worship the goddess of justice. And the crab she sent to warn us about the error of our ways.

Crab Jesus was eaten in 33AD, causing the Goddess to plunge the world into chaos and nightmare to make us repent for our sins, and thus the new calendar was born.

Okay I need to know. If one were to resort to cannibalism, I have a few things to touch on that I need answers to. No I'm not resorting to cannibalism just a thought.

1. What temperature do you cook the meat to? 165°? Or can it be cooked rare? Humans are disgusting so would 165° a better choice?

2. Would different races taste different? For example, would someone white taste different than someone who is Asian, African, etc.

3. In an apocalyptic world (a dream I had which is why this topic comes up) would there be rules about it? Or is it a free for all?

Ok, so I had a serious talk with my crush and it turns out he’s not ready for a relationship, that that’s not his main thought. Ok, so what was I to him then? Like you tell me, I’m yours and spend time telling me things you tell someone who you’re pretty much about to be in a relationship with... But you not ready for one???? You give them an extravegent gift, then drop the bomb that you’re not ready to be in a relationship?? I’m so confused here... I honestly don’t get him, he’s seriously a mystery... we’ve been talking literally for 3 months and only seen each other outside of our church once 😒... I like attention and well needed time to get to know each other more and if that doesn’t takes place then I’m stuck thinking there’s no effort put in... Thennnn he has the nerve to say we can be friends, FRIENDS!! Like dude, you say you not trying to run games on me or don’t ever want to play me but yet you just did, pretty much...

And so I’m not sure what will go down the next time I see him, but I know for sure that the gift will be given back to him... I’ve fell back from talking to him and he pretty much seem like he could care less, he went on with his life... I’m not sure what I was to him, and I honestly don’t appreciate my time being wasted if this was the outcome of his version of “taking things slow..” SWEAR I’m done with guys period. 🙅🏾‍♀️
