Well I think I'm finally ready to start properly using this, I've spent some weeks just observing and rebloging stuff bc I was scared of not knowing enough tumblr etiquette aksjfh. My plan is to use this as a more serious art blog (my art twitter is a mess and the app could collapse any day so i don't want to risk it), I'm kinda sorting my drawings to post the nicest ones during the following days so let's see how it goes! I'm mainly an OC artist and I would love to draw comics someday, I really enjoy drawing chibis, flowers and cute art and I'm trying to participate more in the fandoms I like. Isn't it weird I've faced more homophobia from the trans crowd than I ever have from like, straight people. Like genuinely before I even peaked I was harassed by my tif "friends" for expressing disgust with even the though of interacting with dicks but the bi and het girls at school never did. Like I would rather sit through hours of straight women talking about their boyfriends and husbands than spend more than 10 minutes with a gendie trying to reinvent gender roles and telling me and my gay male friends liking the same sex is bigoted

Last time I drew Midori in this AU, she was stiff and uncomfortable bc that’s how she feels like among other people, so this time I wanted to draw her more at peace with herself, alone, for a moment not ashamed of her heritage

Honestly, I just realised how long it’s been since I drew a sunset, so I wanted to rectify that, while also playing around with pretty colours, even if it isn’t completely reflective of how nature actually works
