I've been thinking about that for over a year and now I've finally decided that I'm going to be a complete nullo this year :)

Genital nullification is a procedure practiced in a body modification subculture made up mostly of men who have had their genitals surgically removed. Those undergoing the procedure often go by the name of nullos, and are not necessarily transgender or nonbinary; some identify as eunuchs. The term nullo is short for genital nullification.

The decision has been made and the initial surgery date has been set for the third week of October in Turkey and my crotch will be nice and smooth :)

I have to disagree with this take. Yes, yes, ace rights and all. I am aspec myself. But it shouldn't be a huge leap in logic to understand that lacking genitals says nothing about one's sexuality, nor about one's ability to be sexy. I do not expect Margot Robbie to even have considered that real people might not possess genitals, but I know that queer people online certainly have done so. Be you Margot Robbie or Tumblr genderthing, let me remind you: You can feel sexual desire without having genitals.

You can be sexy without having genitals.

And yes, if you get a little creative, you can even have sex without having genitals.

Hello all you not binary folks out there - I have a message for you and that message is to considered nullification surgery!!!

I just got it and can't recommend it enough!!! It leaves you smooth downstairs, and is much safer and has an easier recovery than vaginoplasty! (It's also available for AFABs but I know less about that)

I'm sitting in the hospital right now post-op, it was great and just think more people should know about it!

Ok questions:

Does the urethra always need to come out in that spot or can you get a cloaca kinda thing?

You alluded to this but can someone be fully sexually active? Are there drawbacks? Are there benefits? Is it customizable?

Can pubic hair be retained?

Can other designs besides smooth be done?

Do people get cool tattoos there? Are tattoos often used as part of the process such as men tattooing a bell onto their penis?

I believe there might be some choice available for the urethra location but very limited, I do not know enough about what you thinking of regarding a cloaca but I don't think so.

One can definitely be sexually active after as you can choose to keep all the nerves responsible for sexual sensation embedded under the skin, though typical frontal penetrative sex isn't applicable anymore, for the front it would have to be grinding, tapping, vibrators, ETC.

The main drawback IMO is that if one is starting from having testicles your body will no longer produce sufficient sex hormones and taking hormone supplements becomes medically necessary for bone and heart health. Recovery can be a bit annoying too but it's very short for bottom surgery.

The most customizable aspect to my knowledge is placement of the sensitive nerves, and if you choose to keep them. You can also choose what parts you do and don't want to keep if you like some parts of your existing genitals.

Pubic hair is retained, it's my understanding that if you want to get it removed that'll be a different matter.

I haven't seen people get tattoos there but it sounds like a lovely idea!! If you keep the sensitive nerves then it'll be quite painful presumably.

I found googling "Nullification surgery results" gave some pictures from surgeons websites, this one gives the clearest picture from a quick search.

All the photos though are within days of the surgery so they don't look the nicest - swelling does down over time and the wound heals.

I plan on posting my own photo soon since there are so few photos of it well past recovery.

Hey absolutely no offense, but to the people who do this, you have got to stop equating no sex/sexless to being asexual. This is blatantly intersexist and can overlap with transphobia towards people with non-traditional sexual reassignment goals. It's okay if you didn't know! Not many people do.

I first noticed this being an issue in the Good Omens fandom, where many people claim that Aziraphale and Crowley (or any other angels/demons) are inherently asexual because they don't have a sex/are sexless unless they make the effort to. The situation regarding sex is absolutely cool as a concept, not intersexist or anything, and asexual Aziraphale and Crowley is a completely valid headcanon! It's one that I personally have!

But there are very real individuals who are born without what we would consider a sex/born sexless. This absolutely happens. And it would be cruel and intersexist to say these people are inherently asexual, inherently don't want sex, or can't have sex. Equating this situation to being asexual in fiction reflects how individuals view those on the intersex spectrum in reality, even if they don't realize it. Especially since many individuals don't realize that this can happens to real people.

On a related but different note, people get surgeries to have no external genitalia. This is called nullectomy/nullification/nullo/smoothie. And many of these individuals want sex, have sex, and/or are not asexual. In fact, an incredibly significant number of people who get this surgery do so for sexual gratification, kink, and/or fetish reasons. This isn't the same as intersex, since it is a surgery one goes through and isn't born with, but it absolutely is related to bigotry against atypical sex traits and characteristics.

Again, if you didn't know this, that's completely okay! Don't feel bad or beat yourself up over it. But please, don't headcanon or claim characters as asexual because they are sexless/don't have a sex. Please don't equate that to being asexual, or use it as a reason that one is asexual. I also recommend you take the time to examine how you view and treat sex variations within fiction or in hypothetical scenarios, as you might unknowingly have bias against intersex people in your notions.

Veevee groaned as she lifted her boot out of the white stuff on the ground, the thick fluff sticking a bit to her soles as she trudged down the hall back to her apartment, fumbling her keys into the lock best as she could. She threw her keys and wallet onto her kitchen table and plopped down onto her reclining chair, sighed even louder, and ignored the aching in her right boot as the fluff found the slightest scratch to slip through and get to business. For her part, she was thinking about dinner, taking deep consideration of the Chinese place down the street... She tried to stand and pace around it, but she found that her right foot squished down like a solid foot shouldn't, sending her tumbling back onto the couch in the process, leaving her speechless.

She tried putting weight on the troublesome leg again and found the same result, the boot feeling awfully tight on her all of a sudden. Veevee tried to use her other boot to scrap the right one off, another task that wasn't supposed to be this hard, grumbling as she kept trying.

When the boot finally popped off, she saw a chunky paw instead, stunning Veevee even moreso. And now, freed from its prison, it started to expand out into full plushy glory, thicker and softer until it was easily double the size. She tried to scrape whatever it was off her foot without realizing that the paw's seams weren't quite closed yet, leaking out a few puffs onto her left boot as she was too focused on her new right foot. A few moments more and the other boot was straining to contain its own mass, beginning to stretch all the way down to the seams, finally bursting into an identical fluffy paw that she reluctantly flexed. Laughing a bit at the absurdity, she idly squeezed her left foot with her right hand, accidentally tracing over an open seam and drawing out the fluff and fuzz onto her hand in turn.

Her focus shifted again when her hand started to puff up with a vast amount of fluff, fingers becoming unwieldy and thick, finally losing distinction and becoming one fluffy paw, the pressure spreading up her arm and turning her skin into fabric to hold all the bulging fluff.

She was really feeling the loss of solidness now, aches fading into sheer massed softness, bones forgotten as she let her arm flop a bit. And so she was too distracted to watch it progress up her hips, and fluffing them up wide and thick, finally noticing when she felt a strange cushiony feeling at her butt, having a bit of trouble balancing from the weight of her unfluffed body. Finally the fabric reached up her tummy, and the fluff from her hips joined her new big soft tummy to make her extremely pear shaped all around, with a cute white colored patch of fabric on her belly, with the rest being colored a warm brown, the same coloration that was catching up to the rest of her body. She gently lifted some of her mass with a paw, feeling the weight and softness on both ends and finding that she really liked it…

While she reached further to try and heft up more plush tummy, her hand brushed against her crotch and drew out a loud sigh. Straightening herself up, she saw that her crotch was filled in with an impressive nulled over bulge of fabric, with the shape of a lock printed on.

Veevee felt around the front of the bulge, gasping a tiny bit as she realized it was almost certainly even more sensitive than what she was already working with, her new mass making propping herself up just a little bit harder. By then the fluffy filling had built up all the way up to her chest, her curves melding into the rest of the pear shaped goodness. She quickly raised her head up and back, suddenly very aware of what was about to happen. Sure enough, the swelling sensation pressed up her neck, making her breathing tight for a few moments, then more so as it finally occurred to her that not only was air not moving through her throat anymore, her lungs didn’t seem to care either as the momentary feeling of distress faded.

She gasped as the fluff at her neck suddenly bloomphed outwards into a large mass framing her head, the mass of her new dewlap only deepening the feeling of plush inevitability, her head proportionally a lot smaller and much less soft, though she doubted that would be the case for much longer.

She felt a bit of discomfort in her mouth as her jaw turned into more fluff, cheeks puffing out nice and round as her face started to fill out. She felt her nose start itching, finally dragging out a sneeze as it poofed out violently into a plush nose, something equally round and very cute. She felt the fluff start build up in her head, eyes crossing briefly as her brain was quickly fluffed up, culminating with her whole head poofing up and out into nothing but fluff and fabric, the peculiar feeling of heaviness without bones fully overtaking her humanity completely. Well, not COMPLETELY.

As her mind caught up to her entirely soft existence, she felt a loud pop on the left side of her head, then the right, gently stroking her new floppy ears and feeling their weight and floppiness as she moved her head back and forth. With all of the seams closing themselves up, she couldn't help but notice the lock symbol on her sensitive bulge glow brightly, a deep and dire desire to be used, filling her whole body, drowning out her priorities. With it came the understanding that a toy couldn't cum without someone to pleasure, and she had no other choice than to reach out and submit to the mortifying ordeal of being a toy.

With the power of speech to text, she sent out text after text of desperate horny requests to her friends, then finally trying to indulge anyways as she waited, only building up the feelings further~
