Pink sisters

Mockups pf my ninjago oc and her sister. I have a fan season set during s11 where Odette family moves to the city, her older sister Robin participates in a contest to determine the next Princess but someone keeps hurting all the contestants. Odette tries to figure out the culprit before her sister is next but the issue is, the Ninja aren't exactly warm to her. Understandably considering the last time they took in a troubles teenage girl it ended in disaster!

Because Odette becomes the Pink Ninja, her family also wears shades of Pink. For Robin i used Harumi's kimono as inspo. Odette dresses pretty rock/casual. Oh and the symbol on her shirt means something.

i got odette the only argonian follower, derkeethus

i rescued him from darkwater pass and gave him heavy armor, an axe, and a better bow. now, they both wear heavy armor and i am growing to enjoy smithing

i like finding non-human followers to add flavor to my character. i like to think that odette and derkeethus are the swan princess and lizard knight, which is quite cute 🦢🦎

to roleplay as odette, i seek out shrines, halls of the dead, and stables when visiting a new town. she represents animals and light, and has a fondness for collecting books, horseback riding, and helping the vulnerable and injured

Odette

The Pink Ninja, she is not an Elemental master but a Yokai, a human with Oni/supernatural ancestry. While feisty and stubborn, Odette has shown to be a good friend in the time need and protective of her loved ones. Her compassion and ability to keep an open mind is her most powerful skill.

While Odette does not possess Elemental Power, her Yokai heritage gives her extra physical strength and immunity to dark magic. She is also a practitioner of Spinjitzu and has limited spirit ability.

Following the merge, Odette has come to encounter a great many Yokai and has helped them integrate into Ninjagan society with the help of her sister, the current Empress of Ninjago. She is also in a romantic relationship with Master Lloyd - much to the duress of her older brothers.

Theres also some bonus art of them when theyre younger, this series is going to feature a lot of flashbacks lol. Odettes colors are the one with the loose hair btw, she was initially blue but i tweaked it so shed resemble her mother more. 

Fawks and Estelle are pixies! magical attendants to the dragons. the dragons being the royal family hence the name lol. Fawks is a scholar and theyre actually pretty well known while Estelle is the bastard child of one of the five pixies families who keeps her pixie-ness a secret. 

Estelle, Faust, Odette and Lennox are major secondary characters. Estelle a sweet but often bumbling and prone to panic. shes also very very magical even for a pixie and is a force of nature whos often underestimated. She sticks to Kiara like glue and the pair are rarely apart. 

Faust is the fox spirit guardian of Kiara and Estelle. Self appointed big sister and auntie to Luri. Faust is a shapeshifter whos gender fluxtuates with their whims. He uses exclusively feminine referentials (auntie, sister, maam, lady) Faust us much older than he looks and is a fragment of another spirit that split into three and has a mysterious past, but thats neither here nor their. Faust is quite happy with their circus and the little family theyve made for themself and they are Luri's beloved bougie aunt. I havent had a chance to go in and change it but Faust is a gray/ silver fox not a red one

Odette is silas' younger sister as i mentioned and she, unlike silas, never cared to appease her parents. shes thought of as a stain on the family reputation due to her debaucherously lifestyle and materialistic nature. Shes thought to be one of the most beautiful women in the country, Just like her mother. However Odette is also a very strong person. Shes very loyal to the few in her circle and uses her beauty and influence as a weapon. She can be kind of off putting at time and has an odd sense of humor but shes kind at her core. She and Silas are very close, as the only ones who can truly understand what the other is dealing with and once she gets Luri in her sights she becomes the most doting aunt youve ever seen. she loves fashion and specifically buying and ordering custom dresses for Luri, whom she rightfully thinks is the cutest child shes ever met

Lennox is Silas' personal guard and best friend. his only healthy non-familial relationship besides Kiara. Lennox's mother was Silas' wet nurse and they were raised side by side. Lennox is loyal to a fault and is a big slab of beef. hes a himbo through and through and doesnt pick up on social cues well. Hes also an established warrior who helped silas take down those folks i mentioned in the other post. despite this hes a very silly guy who Luri warms up to quickly. He also has a weird quirk of referring to everybody besides his sister as sir, maam or lord. even silas who hes known his whole life is not exempt. Silas has told him time and time again its okay to call him by his name but lennox will not do it. he has a comically large sword, seemingly endless energy and a boisterous and friendly demeanor that makes him easy to get along with.

hey this is chance and here’s week 4’s prompt. how do strangers within the world view your protagonists? how would they describe them? and how does this contrast against how the protagonist views themself?

Hmmmm, I'll answer this question for the main character of my dystopian novel, Odette Gaile. I don't think strangers tend to like her that much. She has a pretty disheveled appearance from living on the streets for so long, so people wrongly assume bad things about her. And when they see the scar across her face, they make even more wrongful assumptions.

Odette is very vigilant and always aware of her surroundings, and people can tell. People might describe her as being sneaky like a fox, due to how easily she snakes her way through the city and its crowds. This scares people sometimes. Sometimes they get startled due to her anger.

Odette views herself very similarly to how other people do, because of her low self esteem. She tends to think of herself as a bad person, even when she's just doing what she needs to to survive. She is actually a very kind hearted person, and her friends can attest to that. She just doesn't believe them. :(

So now that Harumi is alive I imagine in the Decoy AU her and Odette having a very long talk about their past together. Harumi expressing remorse for treating Odette like a tool, and Odette understanding the depths of Harumi's pain. But she makes it clear they're not going to be friends again. Help her out maybe, but as far as friendship goes they can't have that ever again. It takes YEARS for them to be somewhat amicable.

What would Odette pack for her perfect picnic?

She would probably pack some of Athos' favorite foods, because she'd want to go on the picnic with him. (Headcanon - like 10 years post series, a "new series" picks up - I have this idea where they're back at the house he owns, it's all fixed up, and the opening scene is like Athos at the ledgers and Odette enticing him away with a picnic. lol.

But probably bread, cheese, some sort of meat, almonds, fruit - and of course a blanket. Things might just get carried away if they're alone. lol.
