i went to a state fair today!!!!!!!! god it was really fun. i didnt buy much but i got a cute cat necklace + a knitted squid keychain..... also my whimsy and charming aura won out so much that i literally got a little terrarium that one of the stalls was using as decoration. for free. (the lady running the stall said it was because she didnt want to bring it home with her.. i just think its kinda funny that she chose me in particular. because she wasnt like actively offering to people. it seemed like she just kinda realized she didnt want it and gave it to me instead lol. i am just sososo charming <3 people love me <3 <3)

Last song I listened to: not sure which one exactly, but it would’ve been one of jeremy shada’s songs, off his ‘vintage’ album. SUCH a vibe, awesome lyrics, love this album so damn much rn <3

Last show I watched: i just finished s2 of merlin the other day YES YOU GUYS I FINALLY STARTED WATCHING IT 10 years after it finished airing and even more years since i first reblogged merlin posts saying i was gonna watch it lmaooo why am i like this

Currently watching: well, merlin, lol, but also my friend just recommended the netflix show ‘gameboys’ so i watched the first episode and?? DAMN it’s cute!! it’s about two filipino boys who meet online during lockdown while playing video games, and their chemistry is so good already just after one episode, so yeah, definitely gonna keep watching. oh and i’m also just casually watching futurama and sabrina the teenage witch (the 90s one), for nostalgia purposes and for when i need something short and easy for my poor brain xDs

Currently reading: haha it’s literally sanctuary by @cyborgsquirrel bc i got behind so now i have lots of lovely chapters to catch up on without having to wait for updates heheee. honestly THE BEST marauders era fanfic i’ve ever read, it’s so Wholesome and Pure and has EVERYTHING you could possibly want from a marauders fic, or any harry potter universe fic for that matter! just go read it!! :P as for Actual Real Books... the last one i read was ‘boyfriend material’ by alexis hall, which is a++++ hilarious and excellent. ugh i have so many waiting to be read. pls brain work with me here D:

Current obsessions: this is a hard question bc i’m constantly getting super deep into something, before bouncing along to the next obsession, but then i do tend to cycle back to a past obsession after a while... okay, current obsessions. i think i’d have to say merlin bc it’s the main show i’m watching atm, and i’m d y i n g to read fic but trying to hold off til i’m further thru to stop myself getting spoilers lol. also a background obsession would be heartstopper bc i’m basically always obsessed with it and anything alice oseman does haha actually i need to do another rewatch of the show and a reread of the comics, guess i’ll add it to the list gahhh. and maybe a minor obsession with a podcast that i’ve recently started listening to, culture vulture. it’s by the gals who run ‘shit you should care about’, and i love them because (a) they’re fellow kiwis (b) they’re HILARIOUS (c) their analysis is so thoughtful and balanced and awesome and (d) i’ve been getting the SYSCA email newsy for MONTHS and loving it, but somehow only just got around to listening to their podcasts? haha. anyway. i think i went  overboard for this entire post but never mind, rambling is just What I Do! xx
