More nesting Sanji? Perhaps?

Of course dearest ! But thinking about nesting Sanji now has me thinking about omega!Sanji in general lol✨

When Sanji first joined the crew he did tell them he was an omega but he was very adamant that he wasn't one of 'those' omegas (he's a total pick me who doesn't wanna seem like other omegas lol) who were clingy or needed a pack nest and he definitely did not need anyone during a heat. He tries to keep himself away from the rest of the crew out of fear for a while because he's not sure how they treat omegas and he doesn't want to show any weakness.

Luffy fully intends to force Sanji into their pack regardless of what kind of omega he says he is, but he refuses to get into their pack nest for like the first few months. Sanji just can't bring himself to get close to them, he's never had a healthy pack dynamic before. His mom and Zeff gave him a lot of parental comfort but he's never been around people his age who engage in good pack behavior. He'll hiss when one of the boys tries to scent him and even with Nami he avoids pack behavior. Everyone is a little sad about it, but they know he'll come around eventually so they let him do his thing until he gets comfortable.

But the problem is, Sanji doesn't know how to do that. So instead of slowly integrating himself into the pack, he starts doing the normal omega stuff close by them while avoiding eye contact. He refuses to put his scent on anyone and he'd rather die than let one of them scent him, so he starts stealing little things they use often so he can have their smell. Usopp is the first to notice because his bag keeps going missing and then he'll find it in the kitchen. Luffy and Zoro never really notice because they wear the same thing for like six days in a row so Sanji can sneak into their laundry and take one of the few items of clothing they own and if anyone asks then he can say he's just taking it to clean it. Nami does get a little weirded out that her hair ties and headbands go missing but her and Usopp figure out who the culprit is pretty quickly and it's honestly too cute to tell him to stop.

It gets out of hand after a while though. He's too scared to reach out to them, so he goes from borrowing their stuff for a few hours to snatching things permanently. He builds his own little nest separately from them with all their stuff. Nami and Usopp aren't really sure how to broach the subject until Luffy finally realizes someone's been steeling his clothes. He asks really loudly during lunch and Zoro is like 'Hey wait a minute, I think I'm missing clothes too. When they look over to a completely silent, beet red Sanji, they also figure out what's happening. Luffy doesn't mind, he happily tells Sanji he's glad that he feels comfortable with their scents now, but that Sanji should just go to their nest if he wants to smell them. But going into that nest means he's apart of their pack so he refuses. He returns everyone's stuff after they finish eating; and Luffy and Usopp feel really bad for making him feel like he has to do that. So they get together and come up with an idea.

They make a smaller, identical nest across the room from the pack one and the offer it to Sanji. Who shuts it down as soon as he sees it, this feels worse than taking their stuff. It feels like they're doing out of pity and the fact that it's away from their nest makes him feel like they don't actually want him. Even though he knows that's not true. The smaller nest stays there though, none of the pack takes their stuff back. And after a week, they notice that slowly all that stuff disappears. No one makes a comment on it, but after they feel like the scents have worn off from that stuff, they put out a new pile of stuff with fresh scents. That one disappears way faster than the last.

It goes on like that for a little while longer. The crew has no idea where Sanji's little nest is, they don't look for it, but they have a suspicion it's somewhere in the kitchen or in a storage room below. When Chopper joins their crew everyone notices that he'll go missing for a few hours, and then come back holding something sweet and is covered in Sanji's scent. Everyone gets low key jealous, because he's only known Sanji for a few weeks and they've known him for months, how come Chopper is the only one that gets to see his nest?

It's probably not until a little bit after Alabasta that Sanji finally gets the courage to join in on pack stuff. He doesn't saying anything though. Just at some point when he's the only one on the ship on watch he goes and rearranges the whole pack nest and takes a nap in it. When everyone gets back they notice how strong his scent is in it and they accept that as his way of saying he's ready. So then Luffy goes and snatches him up and smothers him until he smells like his captain.

After he starts regularly joining the pack and helping with nesting everyone realizes that in typical omega fashion, he's really good at organizing their nest and since he also does their laundry, they appoint him as the main nest maker. It's a job he takes very seriously. He makes rules for the nest and everything. Most of it is hygiene because his boys are gross; so no shoes in the nest (Zoro), no bringing mechanical grease into it (Usopp), and no eating in it (Luffy).

They also discover that he's a liar and is like other omegas; meaning he's actually super clingy and is very particular about his pack nest. If anyone takes something from it they have to put something in to replace it because if there isn't enough of someone's smell in it Sanji will have a breakdown. All new blankets and pillows bought for it must be approved by him because if you put a pillow in there and it doesn't have the right texture you're going to be listening to a thirty minute rant/lecture on what is and isn't okay to put in the nest.

He is even more particular about his personal and heat nests. When Zoro gets in he isn't allowed to go anywhere unless Sanji has told him it's okay. Usually Sanji will make him sit and then direct him around like a doll and then once he's in the right place, Zoro is not allowed to move for the nest four hours.

And he has very specific pieces of clothing he needs from the crew when he goes into heat. He has to argue with Usopp every time for his bandanna. Luffy tries to offer him a new thing every heat because he thinks Sanji will get bored of the same vest and Sanji has to tell him that no, he's not tired of it. And actually, if you don't hand that over right now, I'm going to kick your ass into the ocean.

His heat nests are really small and in the tiniest storage closet that's the farthest away from everyone. Even after he feels comfortable enough to let Zoro in, he still feels too vulnerable to be around anyone else. It makes Zoro super protective of him, he growls at everyone and scents everything so heavily you can barely smell the other scents in the nest. Sanji likes that he's wants to protect him, it makes him feel okay with being weak since he knows Zoro's right there. But he hates that his scent is clogging up the nest, so they usually fight about and Zoro has to settle for scenting the door way right outside so it doesn't conflict with the smells in his nest.

(continue my thoughts) After omega!Sanji stops his scent blockers, for the rest of the crew nothing really changers. He doesn't really smell different because he always smells pf cigarettes and food anyways. Even the alphas in the crew have to get really close to him to see the difference. When he doesn't reek of that, he puts on so much perfume that it drowns it out quite well. It also helps that he showers every day to keep all the biological smell off unlike some crew members...

Still, there are times that his scent peeks through and causes problems for him.

They got into a dumb quarrel again and started arguing. Zoro stands up, Sanji rolls up his sleeves and they headbutt, grinding their teeth. But Zoro's eyebrows relax and his eye flinches. He pulls back and crosses his arms.

Zoro cleaning his throat: I uh... I'm too tired for this, I'm gonna go take a nap.

Sanji watching him walk away: You running from a fight? Come back here stupid marimo, we're not done yet!

But he doesn't come back, when told, and Sanji doesn't follow him because he's still overwhelmed by Zoro's scent. He didn't know it, but Zoro left for the same reason.

Slowly their fights turn shorter and shorter and Zoro's workout sessions and naps turn longer and longer. Which wasn't good for Sanji's sanity, because all the training made him smellier, and all the napping made he look comforting. Sanji even dared to sit next to him while he was napping and fall asleep curled into him. They woke up at nearly the same time but agreed to never talk about it.

Sanji had gotten so good at holding back his nosebleeds that he only bled a little and after he got back to the bathroom or in a secluded area. He couldn't have anyone knowing it was the mosshead that did this to him...

Surprising Chopper is the first to notice. So he tries to "train" Sanji by going him pictures of Zoro, like he used to do with Nami. Sanji clenches his heart and goes "Damn it Chopper, are you trying to kill me? I don't need that stuff. Gross#" but then takes them anyway.

And now, if everything went according to plan, he would soon be adding one more label to that list:

It scared the hell out of him.

It was confusing, because he knew that he wanted this. He and Sanji had given themselves a couple years to think about it after bonding, with deep, intense, and emotional conversations punctuating long periods of introspection and speculation. Hell, it had been Law himself who had taken the first step towards more concrete decision-making.

He was excited and anxious and happy and terrified all at the same time, and for someone who tended to see the world in a very black-and-white way this cacophony of emotions was overwhelming to say the least.

He was bent over the sink splashing cold water on his face to try to clear his head when he felt a little tug from the bond that connected him and his mate. He looked up and met Sanji's gaze in the mirror, water still dripping from his chin and nose. Sanji was dressed in a pair of black drawstring shorts and one of Law's heavily-scented t-shirts, but even in his lounge clothes Sanji looked positively radiant. His face was slightly flushed from pre-heat, and his smile was calm and kind. Law fell in love all over again at the sight of him.

"You okay?" Sanji asked, joining him at the sink.

"Yes, just... getting my head on straight," Law assured him, wiping his face off with a towel.

"Nervous?" Sanji wrapped his arms around Law's waist and pulled him close to scent him.

Law felt some of the tension leave his body as Sanji's cardamom and ginger scent washed over him. "No," he lied.

"Bullshit," Sanji teased, ghosting a kiss over Law's bondmark. "If it makes you feel any better, I'm nervous too. It's kind of a big deal."

Law huffed out a laugh at the understatement. "Yeah, only kind of."

"Not having second thoughts, are you?" Sanji's question sounded like a teasing joke, but Law could feel the tiniest hint of fear across their bond. In response, he pushed out a wave of scent to calm him and nuzzled into his hair.

"Not at all," he promised.

Sanji tilted his chin up to peck Law on the lips before pulling out of the embrace. "I'm done in the kitchen. That was the last item on the checklist, so all that's left is to go get settled in the nest. You ready?"

"No," Law replied with a soft smile.

"Me either," Sanji agreed with a wink before extending a hand of invitation.

Law took it, letting himself be led out of the bathroom, down the hall, into the nest and onwards towards a beautiful future raising pups with the love of his life.

After a few minutes maybe twenty, the sound of a plate was set in front of you as you opened your eyes seeing your (f/f) on the plate.

"Thank you Sanji, I really appreciate you doin' this for me." He flashs you a smile giving you a small peck on your forehead, lowering to your cheek, then giving you a peck on the lips.

"Like I said, it is my job to care for the ones I love, and I love you with all my heart (m/n) no need to thank me." You nod, using your utensils to eat the food that was giving to you, Sanji could tell that you loved it which made him happy.

"Would you like me to stay with you until you finish eating?" You continue to eat, but saying an 'mhm' while you do so, having Sanji to sit by you.

"Alright I'm finished." He nods while getting up to take your plate and place it in the sink getting ready to wash it. "Sanji, can you deal with the plate later? I'm tired."

"Of course, let's go then."

How sweet it is to be loved by them part 1

I've changed somethings it's now abo and going to be monster trio. Zoro and sanji are married alredy when they meet Luffy.

Luffy watch a blond head bob in the water as they drew closer to the shore. Luffy stood up in the boat and waved his arm excitedly. He was sure he'd have to wait till the grandline before meeting a mermaid! Yet thire they were clear as day.

“Hi!” Luffy called out to them.

“Luffy!” Koby whispered. “Stop, they could be dangerous!” Silly Koby, how was he supposed to become a marine if he was such a coward?

The mermaid stopped swimming and turned towards them before waving back and swimming towards them. He placed his arms against the top of their tiny boat, a net sling over one shoulder. His long blonde hair was the color of gold, yet far more precious, Luffy longed to run his fingers threw it. The shulder length hair was wet from the water curling at the ends, his blue eyes were the same color where the sky met the sea, he had curly eyebrows peeking out from his wet bangs. He had on two mismatched gold earrings, one was tear drop shaped and one had a blue heart dangling from its gold chain. His scent hit Luffy hard, spicy as Vaca atolada, yet salty and fresh like the crashing waves of the seas, a soft sugary drink hit the tip of his tongue allowing him to know they were an omega… no not AN omega but HIS omega

“Hello, what can I do for you?” The pretty mermaid omega asked.

“Are you a mermaid?” Luffy asked him, he was far too pretty not to be.

“Come on you sound hungry, join me for breakfast. My house boat is just over there,” Sanji pointed towards the shore and a larger boat parked by the dock.

Luffy and Koby paddled their way over to Sanji's house boat. The blonde omega was climbing up into his home when they arrived. His long muscular legs and thighs were warped in a brightly colored swim trunks with fishes on them. He was slim with a tiny waist, his shoulders were broader than his own but he looked as if he was still growing into his body. He hung the net of crabs up to dry.

“Let me get dressed and I'll start breakfast. The galley is right through this door and to the left,” Sanji spoke, opening said door before turning right.

Luffy dragged Koby with him to the door and to the left. He took a seat at the small table egar to eat. Luffy could smell hints of anthoer alpha, but it was faded. The galley was warm and cozy, the cabinets painted a soft blue, the cupushioens on the chairs and benches, and darker blue. On the wall above his head was an empty sword rack. Thire were photos that littered the walls before Luffy could proprly look. Sanji returned wearing black slacks and a blue long sleve button-up, his long hair pulled back.

“Whata ya makein!” Luffy asked, sniffing the air. Whatever it was, it smelled like meat and bread.

“Cachorro com Ovo,” Sanji replied, rolling his sleeves up. Luffy watched as more skin was once more reviled.

“Mmmm I haven't had that in forever!” Luffy was excited. He loved food more than almost anything else. He was so happy his mate was a cook.

“What is it?” Koby asked.

“Dog with egg,” Luffy exspined. “Thire no dog, it's just bread with a meat stew with fried egg and tomatoes! It's like one of the few things Gramps knows how to make,” Sometimes after training, if Luffy did well, Gramps would make food as a reward.

The straw hats have been sailing together for so long that all of their Ruts/ heats have synchronized.

When Nami and Sanji go into heat, like clockwork, the straw hats make it their mission to make their omegas as comfy as possible.

It’s easy to handle, seeing as the ratio of omegas to betas to Alphas is disproportionate.

There’s lots of cuddling, slow play fighting, scenting.

But the ruts?

When Luffy, Zoro, Franky, And Robin go into rut?

Far away from people, but within an hour or two to civilization in case they need anything, like more condoms, emergency supplies.

The Betas, Brook, Jimbe, Chopper, tend to take over most of the chores.

Before the rut really hits everyone is preparing as much as possible

Nami charts a course to a safe island, she makes sure their budget is in place and that they can safely escape if need be.

Sanji is prepping as much food as he can, he still wants to make nutritious meals for their Alphas.

But a man can only do so much with 2-4 alphas all crowding and craving his touch.

He tries to make a nutritious dinner, but at some point he’s got a hard-on rubbing against his back, there’s someone trying to bite at his neck and another person trying to scent him.

Someone’s tapping about being hungry but not for food.

It isn’t long until him and Nami get swiped away from their duties.

One Piece Supernova trio Omegaverse idea my brain is milling over instead of letting me sleep:

Alpha!Kid challenging/goading Beta!Luffy in order to 'impress' the unmated Omega!Law, possibly not even wanting to attract Law as a mate just dumb hindbrain posturing kind of stuff.

Luffy not caring about designations or romantic/sexual relationships but fully responding to the challenges/goads because he's dumb and competitive like that.

Law being completely aware of the actual intent behind Kid's challenges/goads but now Luffy's turned it into a 'who's the better captain' thing he's also responding to them in a competitive way.

Sanji saves up his personal money for two things only, rare ingredients and nest materials. He buys the most expensive textiles and he really tries to keep the stuff in the same color palette, but the others also buy stuff so the pack nest is a big jumble of colors and textures. His personal nest is a bunch of different hues of blue and purples and greens and the way he makes the nest reminds Zoro of some of the coral reefs they've seen on the Grand Line. Sanji's nest is filled to the brim with blankets and pillows. Now that he feels comfortable, he gets to make a nest and he wants it to be as soft and soothing as possible.

When he was younger he felt like he couldn't make a one, it always felt like he'd get in trouble if he listened to his instincts. And with Zeff he was so scared of rejection that he couldn't ask to make one. He was so scared that Zeff would say they weren't a pack, or that making a nest meant he was weak that he never took the chance to make one with the old man (he regrets that now, but he knows that after he's done traveling with the Straw Hats he'll get the chance).

Any time it rains or snows and Nami says the water will stay calm Sanji buries himself is the pack nest and it accidentally makes everyone else unproductive the whole day because then they all have the instinct to join him.

Sanji does allow the crew into his personal nest every now and then but Zoro has to approve it as well because they've 'accidentally' formed a bond and that nest is technically both of theirs (not really an accident, that's just what they tell themselves because they're embarrassed).

Sanji hates when his nest gets messy so outside of heats, so Zoro is not allowed to try and make a move on him when they're in it. Though that rule backfires on him sometimes because every now and then he'll get horny when they're cuddling in the nest together. Zoro will get all smug like 'Oh I thought you didn't wanna defile your precious nest?' That usually ends with Zoro being forced to do laundry. Not that he minds.

I'll forget so: thought about the omega!Sanji au.

At one point Zoro starts thinking that Sanji has developed a weird allergy towards him or maybe something he wore or something. Because every time he comes in a room or enclosed space, Sanji plugs his nose. Every time he tries to get in the physical proximity, Sanji pushes him away saying he reeks and "when's the last time you showered, you pig?" But then he sees him blowing his nose in a napkin or handkerchief.

He wasn't sick though, Zoro observed him - he only gets weak when Zoro is around. So it must be allergies, right? What else was there?

The solution he came up with was to start showering semi-regularly. He didn't want to, but he'd do it for his nakama's sake! And it worked! Well... sort of...

Sanji stopped getting a runny nose around him but he seemed more sad for some reason. And then there was the thing where he would edge him on to workout more. Do more exercise. As he called it: break a sweat. He'd cheer him on but then Zoro would go shower and Sanji would be grumpy again.

Omega sanji taking care of his crew, cooking for them and making nests for everyone. Omega sanji letting them scent him bc they didn't like the hungry stares he got the last time they docked on an island. Omega sanji being bred for hours on end

I think a canon compliant Alpha Sanji would probably be kinda sexist to Zoro, but in a way that affirms Zoro's personal hang ups about being an Omega so he oddly appreciates how weird the chef is about it.

Like Sanji joins the crew and is all like "omegas are so soft and need to be treated gently and nurtured and taken care of by me 🫶 Sanji the big smart Alpha" and then he meets Zoro, someone who really can't be described as "soft", and he's like "UGH NOT YOU!!!! you're not soft OR delicate so you don't count in my pampering of the lovely ladies 💖" and cus of that functionally treats zoro no differently. And Zoro, even tho he understands that he's being judged for how he doesn't fit into the standards of what an omega should be, honestly prefers this cus Sanji still treats him as one of the guys.
