Ghost Sunny is Babey, and no-one can change my mind. Seriously though, he's so small and cute and his backstory is so sad, but it ends up going so well even though he's dead and aaaaaa. Poor thing got dealt some terrible cards at the start of his life, but it's good it turned out well eventually!

ABSJKBWSKIB Yeah poor babie didn't really get all that long of a living life ;w; but at least in this universe, he can still interact with his family, his friends and him dying kinda saved his family from ultimately falling apart later on down the line ^^;

Although that's really messed up to think about... I know unlike the main story, the death happens when they were extremely young but still!

Mari dies: Friends get depressed + Basil and Sunny being forever traumatized, Dad leaves and Mom becomes distant/does the bare minimum to keep Sunny alive

Sunny dies: Parents are closer to the kids than ever before and don't show anymore blatent favouritism towards Mari + plus the Dad actually seems to be interpreted to care about his son in this AU rather than being cold and stand off-ish like in other scenarios

Most big gaming companies think we want stoic badass anti hero's who say cheesy one liners or filler hero characters that can't do anything wrong. And then indie game devs are like "hey take this absolute bastard of a creature" or "hey here's a wet sponge with emotional trauma". Maybe even a bit of both

This is a joke obvs and there are a lot of really good triple A game characters like Big Boss and Arthur Morgan. Arthur Morgan is such a freaking good character oh my god.

Oh one more thing Ghost Sunny is able to do. So I mentioned how he's able to eat and drink physical food and drinks and turn them into ectoplasm versions to get energy. Well did you know he can also do something similar with clothes?

Basically you can give him clothes and he can spend some of his energy and convert them into ghostly clothes for himself. So he's not just stuck in hospital scrubs, he has a bunch of outfits. Including a cat hoodie, and a Duck Raincoat with matching boots ect.

He does tend to get super tired after this because it uses a lot of energy and the first few times he did this, it was accidental and he passed out afterwards. Once his family realized he was just sleeping and not dying again they just smiled, breathed out a sigh of relief and wrapped him up in a bunch of blankets and let him sleep it off.

Sunny Burrito? Yes.

say what you want about basil but he took being a ride or die friend seriously and I respect that. he’d actually help you hide the body and that’s not even a joke. when asked those late night hypotheticals where it’s like “would you still be my friend if you found out I killed someone and needed a place to stay?” his answer would be yes. absolutely. you’re my friend. I will lie to the government for you. and that’s not just him giving an obligatory answer to make you feel good, that’s actual fact. he’s 16 and loves flowers and would have a criminal record if he was ever caught. when he made those friendship bracelets and said you’d be friends forever that was a threat and a promise. he’s crazy but he’s free

Sooooo, anyone remember that Imaginary Friends AU I mentioned a while ago? Here are some doodles, as promised ^^ Also character designs because it’s fun :D (If you don’t remember, the basic gist is Sunny can see ghosts, Kel, Aubrey, Hero, and Basil have been ghosts for as long as he’s known them.)

The glowing items that some of the ghosts are holding are called Memories! You get them when you figure out you died. Before that, you’re more...ghostly. Not all there, both physically and mentally. Basil is the “oldest” ghost, followed by Aubrey, Kel, and then Hero...and lastly Mari, technically, but we already knew that.

Also, the girl in the pink is Sally, Mari and Sunny’s neighbor :)

New AU. hiiii

So this takes place after the neutral ending (specifically the knife ending, so Sunny’s dead too). Aubrey, Kel, and Hero are each haunted by one of their dead friends, and its up to them to uncover the truth of the night of the recital so that their friends’ spirits can move on. As said in the pic Basil is forced to haunt Aubrey, Sunny haunts Kel, and Mari haunts Hero. The one being haunted is the only one who can see and hear their respective ghost friend (and they can’t see other ghosts so the living friends have no idea that the others are being guided by ghosts too)

Also due to Ghost Rules the ghosts cannot just say the truth of the incident cause that would be too easy (I like to imagine if they try they literally glitch out for a sec, idk think its a cool visual) but they can give indirect hints and of course lead the living friends to places and such. So yeah fun times Aubrey and Kel are going through it <3

Know I don’t really have the AU’s plot that developed yet, rn its just a concept and I’m not too concerned with figuring out all the story beats rn
