Like Calvin, I'm fascinated by bugs. (The software kind, not that kind with legs. I call them "issues" when I want to sound like a pro.)
In about an hour yesterday, I submitted solutions for 3 recent JMonkeyEngine issues: 2121, 2131, and 2135.
Not all bug fixes are so quick; sometimes it takes days of effort to figure out exactly what went wrong and decide what to do about it.
All 3 bugs were ones I'd discovered in October while working on MonkeyWrench. I already knew the root causes and had clear ideas on how to fix them. It also helped that I had code and data on hand to test the fixes.
