started off my day realizing that in order to finish my scores and parts for my string piece i need to talk to the person who directed its premiere to make sure how he'd notate a tempo change we decided on during rehearsal (which wasnt in the original score). But its the holidays and i cant get a hold of him 😭

Carried on my day researching clarinet extended techniques, which was quite productive but then i reached the part about multiphonics only to realize how imprecise my microtonal ear is, because as these multiphonics are out of tune, i realize how much of a hard time i'm having fully identifying them (are they too sharp? Too flat? Are all the pitches off which means the interval relation is also off and therefore deceiving my ear?)

Am now ending it by having emailed a microtonal music specialist about her manual on microtonal ear training and composition, to see if its worth purchasing

Hi! I want to share a merthur prompt that's been on me mind for a long time, but cannot write cause english is not my first language and I'm afraid to make mistakes. I would love for you to write it, but if you only share the prompt for someone else to do it, it's fine too.

You know how in the arthurian mithology Arthur wasn't raise as a prince to begin with but was discover later? Not only that, but Utter was the one who order Merlin to hide him, so he took him and made other family raise him.

Well, inspired on this I though what if our BBC Merlin did this? I imagine inmortal Merlin after the events of camlam, mad with grieve, tired of waiting for Arthur and cursing destiny and fate, would come to the conclusion that it was the prophesy he tried to fulfill that ended up killing and condeming Arthur. So, as soon as he learns how to, he travels back in time just when Arthur is about to be born. He kidnaps baby Arthur and gives him to a nice couple in Ealdor who he knows can't have children and will raise him well. He doesn't care about destiny anymore, he just wants Arthur to be happy and safe.

Obviously this has consecuences: Utter's hate towards magic becomes worse because he did not only lose his wife to a sorcerer but his son and heir as well. Search parties look for the lost prince for years without success and Utter is force to acknowledge Morgana as his daughter since he refuses to marry again, let alone have another heir. He won't stop looking for his son though no matter how much his council pleads him to.

Meanwhile, little Arthur meets little Merlin and become inseparable friends. Merlin from the future smiles, watching them from afar. He's been looking after Arthur all this time, making sure he won't be found and that he's safe. Suddenly he notices his body is starting to be less solid and realise that sooner or later he's going to disappear because there can be two Merlins coexisting in the same time. Not wanting to leave Arthur unprotected, he decides to orquest secret encounters with his younger self in the woods disguise as Dragoon/Emrys to start giving him magic leasons so he can control his magic better, ergo protect Arthur when he is not around. However, Arthur follows Merlin one day to see where he always goes of to and he discovers his best friend has magic. He takes it well though and even asks "Emrys" to teach him too. "Emrys" says something along the lines "You don't have magic I can work with but you defenitely have strength and courage. I can teach you to be a Knight" and he does. From then on he gives them not only magic and knight leasons, but education in general.

The day "Emrys" knows he is going to die/disappear he meets with Merlin, who is a teen by then, privatly one last time. With all the power he has left he transfers all his memories to Merlin. Overwhelm but over all angry teen Merlin shouts at adult Merlin, who is not in disguise anymore, "How dare you! You had no right to take that away from him! His right to the throne! He could've have better life, he could...". Adult Merlin argues back "Being prince is what made him miserable and got him killed in the first place!". They fight a little more, but in the end Adult Merlin says "Look, if you think is best to bring Arthur back to Camelot and reveal he is the lost prince is your choice. I already gave you all the information you need to be beware of the dangers and consecuences. Don't let any prophesy lead your choices and protect him" and he banishes soon after. Teen Merlin is left without knowing what to do.

He doesn't have to do anything though. Essetier kingdom falls, maybe do to war or a plague, i don't know, and Merlin, Arthur and their parents are force to flee to Camelot. They arrive at the Citidel and... that's all I got 😅 Sorry. I suppose at some point Arthur is discover and chaos ensues, but I don't know how it would happen.

OP, I just want to say.... i already know you're underestimating yourself. This summary looks awesome. I love the idea. And I have no doubt that you can flesh this out.

I'm not going to write it, because you can make this a 300 k story and people will absolutely read it and they will love it. I know this, because I absolutely would. Don't worry about your English, it's more than fine. (There are some spelling mistakes, but that's to do with typing, not actual problems with grammar.)

Look, I'm not an English native myself. I'm German and I started off with stories that made little sense in consistency. I was 12 when my first comment (my brother) told me it sucked. And he was right but that didn't stop me. The level on writing I see in this little summary is what I would have aspired my writing to become at the time. You have nothing to be insecure about.

Don't be afraid to write your own story. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Trust me on this. You will do better than you think. And if you want, you can always message me if you need any help. I would love to read your version of the whole story.

Seriously, I mean it. You've given me enough text to see it. It would be a great gift to the fandom if you tried. :)

Un feliz encuentro que desconocía. Françoise Hardy grabó al menos cuatro álbumes cantando en inglés, en el segundo de ellos, "En Anglais", de 1968, incluyó esta bonita versión orquestal de "Who´ll Be The Next In Line" de Ray Davies. Quizá acaramele demasiado lo que era un tema más crudo de R&B kinki, pero que verdadero placer poder escuchar esto. No es casualidad, Hardy era una artista Pye Records en UK, el sello de los Kinks. Buena elección, al fin y al cabo se acabó casando con el gran Jacques Dutronc, lo más parecido que pudo haber en Francia a un Ray Davies. Abajo su canción a dúo, "Les Garçons" de 1966, una parodia del repertorio de Dutronc ("Les Play Boys", "Et Moi Et Moi et Moi"...).

La canción “my world” fue mencionada "el himno del otoño" por la revista scOOp KOREA, por su gran instrumental orquestal con la esencia del pop. este debut dejó una gran huella, convirtiéndose en una de las canciones clásicas de su discografía y en la música coreana.

ecstasy tiene el propósito de que su música sea placentera y admirada por los oyentes, que su música de un éxtasis, ya sea por su instrumental o sus letras. al principio de su carrera muchos opinaban que sus canciones tienen una inspiración melancólica y un trasfondo oscuro y es algo que no se puede negar, pero esto se aclaró por su proyecto debut conceptual, una obra dividida en dos partes " . " (world. - heal.) que tiene el fin de salir de ese oscuro mundo, sanar y hacer el intento de positividad a la vida y llegar a aquel anhelado éxtasis. Esto cautivó a los internautas interesados en la creatividad y calidad que puede ofrecer este grupo de chicas al mundo a través de la música.

si dejamos de lado su discografía ecstasy se caracteriza por sus mínimas apariciones en premios, entrevistas, etc, ya sea grupal o individualmente, esto nunca se aclaró por parte de las miembros y quedó como una duda con varias teorias entre su fandom "amulets". Las únicas veces que ecstasy aparece es por la revista scOOp y festivales creados por rising records, como por ejemplo, el gran festival COSMIGONÓN, siempre es explotado de gente cuando ecstasy aparece dejando en claro el gran potencial y popularidad de este gran grupo.

en la actualidad con tres casi cuatro años de carrera, ecstasy es valorizada como uno de los mejores grupos globalmente, pero cada que pasa el tiempo sus pasados despiertan y crean controversias que podrán afectar su carrera, pero eso es ya ver el futuro...

Chemical Reactions (2020) is a joint album project presented by Gavin Harrison and Antoine Fafard. The original music on this album features a hybrid between the progressive-fusion sonic approach and the world of chamber and orchestral music. Fafard’s compositions highlight Harrison’s innovative drumming through this intense and unique journey of epic proportions.

The album kicks in with Transmutation Circle, a piece where drums and electric bass interact with a string quartet, while Harrison provides occasional marimba parts to the music. The format on this first piece is the blueprint of almost half the album. Singular Quartz follows and showcases a different orchestration and where drums and bass play along a violin, cello, marimba and vibraphone. On this track, Jerry Goodman who by now has been a frequent collaborator to Fafard’s music, performs the acoustic and electric violin parts.

The album concludes with Holding Back the Clock and Chemical Reactions, two pieces where Harrison and Fafard perform with the Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra. Based in Ostrava, Czech Republic, the symphonic ensemble was recorded back in March 2016 and conducted by Anthony Armore.

Chemical Reactions offers a true fusion of musical styles and tones. It was created to stretch out artistic possibilities and open up new horizons.

Chemical Reactions (2020) es un proyecto discográfico conjunto presentado por Gavin Harrison ( drums, percussion) y Antoine Fafard (bass) . La música original de este álbum presenta un híbrido entre el enfoque sónico de la fusión progresiva y el mundo de la música de cámara y orquestal. Las composiciones de Fafard realzan la innovadora batería de Harrison a través de este viaje intenso y único de proporciones épicas.

El álbum arranca con Transmutation Circle, una pieza en la que la batería y el bajo eléctrico interactúan con un cuarteto de cuerda, mientras Harrison aporta ocasionales partes de marimba a la música. El formato de esta primera pieza es el esquema de casi la mitad del álbum. Le sigue Singular Quartz, con una orquestación diferente en la que la batería y el bajo tocan junto a un violín, un violonchelo, una marimba y un vibráfono. En este tema, Jerry Goodman, colaborador habitual de la música de Fafard, interpreta las partes de violín acústico y eléctrico.

Desde el Famoso RCA Studio B, in Nashville, Tennesse, vemos con un Ren Hoek de productor muy molesto y Beifong en la sala de mezcla y edición del estudio durante la grabación tipo cover de "Poetry In Motion" de Johnny Tillotson, pero de peor forma, como... "Chucheria En Movimiento" con Un Johnny Poeta (Che Copete). Dirigida Por Squidward Tentacles en la Dirección Orquestal, Miriam de Turning Red, afirmando las partituras del director, las del piano, un clásico, Jenna, del filme Balto De Universal junto con el Pianista Chileno SIR Valentín Trujillo.

En la Batería, pero no se nota, a cargo de SIR Ringo Starr, Bill Clinton como Saxofonista, Henry Hugglemonster, Berth y un delicuente muy peligroso como Guitarristas, Frei en el Contrabajo, Mr. Gus de Uncle Grandpa, Bunta de ShinChan, Red Guy de Cow & Chicken, Droopy y Johnny Bravo como Violinistas. Harold de Billy & Mandy, en la Tuba, William "Bill" Fontaine de La Tour Dauterive del King Of The Hill manejando el Clarinete, el Fagot, El Oboe y la Tromba, Merida de Brave en el Trombón, y "El Chacal De La Trometa", obvio, con su Trompeta.

Doña Treme de Condorito, Heather de Dragons de DreamWorks, Han Hill del King Of The Hill, muy enojado y Makoto Kino de Sailor Moon en el coro.

Nota: para esta ácida cover de dicha canción, se duro 2 días y medio de grabación, es debido, a que hubo que hacer 1633 Takes, la Take N° 1634, fue la definitiva y perfecta.

Despues de ello, tuvieron que grabar las 990 Takes del Tema... "Disney's Princess" en ves de "Princess, Princess..." del Johnny Tillotson.
