I’m addicted to silly, whimsical little guys and guys who have been beaten within an inch of their life dozens of times and desperately need sleep they won’t get. Very little in between but there is, sometimes, overlap

I should probably get into the swing of ending my “I literally will barely follow anyone” embargo and bother following more people. All I got are dead blogs and the dead sideblogs of those same folk. Though, unfortunately I have too many preferences/limits and the idea of having a dashboard consisting of more than half of it’s posts being filtered doesn’t appeal to me. Amongst other little things.

But at the same time due to my shifting around when searching for junk, my “for you” dash has been almost exclusively from a single blog that I do not browse nor follow simply cuz blud’s all up in the general tags all the time and whose takes make me wanna explode.

Celeste 👀

Hi yes hello! Celeste is my favorite video game of all time, and probably will be forever because of where I was in my trans journey when I found it. (I have played it for over 1,500 hours, and don't intend to stop anytime soon.)

It's also just a very good video game in every single aspect, and has a vibrant speedrunning and modding community. If you're interested in speedrunning, Celeste is a great game to start with, because you don't have to go all in on learning complicated tech and sequence breaks; just start by focusing on consistency and try to beat the game while minimizing your death count.

That said, Celeste speedrun tech is also super super fun when you get good at it. Celeste girlies will say things like "reverse midair cloud bunny demo" and pretend it makes sense. It's me I'm celeste girlies.

I'm doing a mental health assisted course thingy and it's kinda neat to be in a setting surrounded by other similar mentally ill people.

Is this gonna make me actually open up? Probably not, but listening to someone else describe dealing with similar amounts of fear like I do might have cracked something.

Also kinda reminds me of the good parts of being at the psych ward.

Idk, maybe I should try group therapy after this
