A/N: I have been thinking about Dr.Robby for the past 15 weeks and needed to let it all out

First time putting my crazy thoughts on tumblr! Eeeek

You had started your shift earlier than usual that evening. Dr. Abbott had called you, letting you know it was going to be all hands on deck with the Pittfest shooting.

Despite being new to the hospital, you appreciated that Dr. Abbot had called, and so you rushed to get ready and headed out to make it to the Emergency Department as soon as humanly possible, battling chaos and traffic due to hell breaking loose. When you got there, Dr. Shen had quickly briefed you as you looked on to all the trauma victims coming through without an indication of it slowing down anytime soon.That is how you spent your first two hours, drilling IO’s and making sure the rest of the patients weren’t bleeding out while working with the limited resources the hospital had available.

You’d only been there a month. Wanting to pursue emergency medicine, you had accepted a fellowship position at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital in Emergency critical care, packed up your life in New York and made the move to Pittsburgh.Although you were new, everyone was welcoming and eager to help amid the chaos that night shift could be. You hadn’t had the chance to meet everyone yet, so as you glanced around the Emergency Department, you were met by the faces of doctors, nurses and admin staff who weren’t known to you.While the victims did not stop coming, you found yourself moving on instinct in the Yellow zone. Assessing, treating, and trying to do your best to learn when there was a particularly bad patient. Time moved by in a blur, but your mind was painfully aware of every patient that you had treated, all the blood, all the pain, all the tragedy.

“I’ll go get you a blanket,” You smiled reassuringly to your patient as you made your way to the Pedes room.

You had heard Dana and Abbott and a few others had been looking for Dr. Robby, whom you hadn’t met yet but knew sooner or later would meet tonight.Ellis walked towards you as she headed to the yellow zone. She looked tired but so did you all at this point. 

“Hey, if you're heading back to Red, can you try and find Dr. Robby? Abbott’s looking for him,” she said, not slowing her pace.

“I don’t know what he looks like,” You called after her, puzzled.

“Tall, moody, and sad eyes,” she threw over her shoulder without turning. Leaving you with more questions.

You gave the security guard a small smile when you walked into Pedes, sighing at the room and what it had become - you hadn’t noticed yet that aside from the deceased patients, there was someone on the floor in tears.You stood there for a second, frozen and unsure of what to do. Slowly, you chose to close the curtain behind you, giving him a small amount of privacy, making sure the view into the outside hall was blocked. 

You moved slowly to avoid startling the man in front of you, he sat against the wall with arms wrapped around his knees, gripping a necklace and reciting a prayer that sounded familiar to your ears.The Shema. You'd heard it during morning services in your teenage years and well into adulthood.You crouched down slowly and knelt in front of him, you didn’t make any moves to touch him, and began softly praying along.His breath caught in his throat, but his sobs and prayers continued. He lifted his gaze as you met his red rimmed eyes with a sympathetic smile, his face scrunched with confusion, you could tell he had been crying for a while.You found yourself at a loss on what to say - you hadn’t met him before, so you weren't sure how to help. she noticed his badge then, poking through the bloodied scrub. “Michael Robinavitch, MD”

Dr. Robby.Realisation hits you then that you had found him in what some would say his most vulnerable state.“I don’t know much of what you’re going through right now at this moment,” you began quietly. “But I do know that today has been brutal, and I know that I��m probably the last face you would want to see since you don’t know me and I don’t know you. But know that all I see is that you have done your best tonight, and although it feels like a losing battle, you’re still here. So if you need this time to process, then that’s okay - we all deserve a moment of peace”You slowly stood offering him your hand. He took it, and you helped steady him as he stood. You locked eyes again, and you smiled as you turned to head to the shelf and grab a blanket. You turned around with a blanket in hand, “I’ll see you out there,” offering one last warm smile as you disappeared behind the curtains. Once you closed the door, you let out a long exhale and made your way back to your patient.

After apologising to your patient for taking so long, you noticed Ellis was looking at you with a worried look.“You good, Williams?” she asked 

“Yeah, I’m okay - just tired, that’s all”, you said quietly, brushing it off.

“Did you end up finding Dr. Robby?” Your movements stopped for a split second before you forced a small apologetic smile and shook your head.“I couldn’t find him. Sorry”

Hey! I wanna talk for a sec about the Live Music Archive. If you're a tMG fan who's on here you probably already at least know about it, but for anyone unfamiliar I want to do a quick post talking about what it is and how you can listen!

The Live Music Archive is a collection hosted by the Internet Archive for audio recordings of concerts. Specifically, the LMA hosts, with permission from the band, user-contributed recordings of concerts. Some fans will go to concerts with recording gear to take a full audio recording of the show and then upload it to the archive under the band's collection. As of writing this post there are almost 450 live tapes uploaded to the tMG LMA collection!

There's a few ways that you can listen to recordings on the Live Music Archive. The webpage works pretty well both on desktop and mobile browsers, and that's what I typically use. You can also listen on web without having to make an account on the Internet Archive, which is convenient for browsing. I also use the webpage to download mp3s of favorite tapes to my phone, so that I can listen to them in my local music player.

However, if you don't mind making a free account and prefer the convenience of something more like Spotify, you can also listen to anything on the LMA via the Taper's Section app for Android or the Live Music Archive app for iOS! (Obligatory disclaimer that I use an Android and can't personally vouch for the iOS app, but afaik they have similar features.) The apps have the same functionality as the webpage in a more streamlined mobile-friendly interface, plus things like notifications when there's a new tape added to a collection you follow and downloading in-app for offline listening. The Android app also has a tab for tapes from today's date, there's often at least one (there are FOUR for today!) and that's a really fun way to find tapes to listen to.

If you're looking at this going, wow, that sounds really cool but there's so many tapes that it's a little overwhelming to get into this, don't worry! I'll leave you with a couple recommendations. As mentioned above, I like to listen to shows from the current date. Another fun way to find shows is looking for a specific song - you can go on the wiki and it'll list every show at which the song has been played live, and then just search until you find one of them that has a tape on the archive. Lastly, a few specific favorite tapes of mine:

- 2014-06-15 has the entirety of Taboo VI: The Homecoming played live + one of my absolute favorite performances of both Woke Up New and The Best Ever Death Metal Band In Denton.

- 2015-06-01 is the only time Straight Six has ever been played live and it's interestingly pretty different from the EP version, plus a phenomenal back to back Spent Gladiator 1 & 2.

- 2021-08-06 was the first show after the band started playing concerts again post 2020, and it has a really incredible energy and a phenomenal setlist.

- 2024-03-01 is from the recent run of solo shows, this one was at Grace Cathedral and the ambience is truly truly incredible, it feels so ethereal.

Luigi's Secret

Chapter 15: Telling Mama The Secret

Luigi and Mario go to their parents' house for dinner. It's a usual family dinner, only Luigi is called by his mother to chat with her about something. Luigi begins to grow nervous as they head to the kitchen to do the dishes.

I wanted fluff, and very little angst the day I wrote this. And I refuse to change it! The boys deserves some love and acceptance, and I will stand by that till the day I die.

Mario and Luigi were invited to their parents house for dinner that night, which was why they had to leave so soon from the Mushroom Kingdom’s Daycare. Mario and Luigi hopped into the green pipe to get back to Brooklyn. When they arrived there, Mario and Luigi hopped into their van and drove to the family’s house. 

Mario bit his lip as he continued to drive. “Uhh…Luigi?” Mario asked. 

Luigi looked at his brother. “Yeah?” 

Mario blushed a slight bit. “Can…can you please keep the ‘Princess Mario’ thing a secret from the family?” Mario asked. 

Luigi nodded his head. “Of course!” He replied. “You thought I was going to tell them about all that?” Luigi asked. 

“Well no…” Mario muttered. “I knew you would keep that secret. But…” Mario scratched the back of his head. “Papa, Arthur and Tony will never let me live down the ‘princess’ thing if it was revealed.” Mario told him. 

Luigi smiled a bit. “Secret’s safe with me.” Luigi promised. 

Mario smiled and looked at Luigi with appreciation. “Thank you.” He said. “And I’ll return the favor.” Mario added. 

Luigi rolled his eyes as Mario parked the car. “You don’t need to. I’m fine with the Princess Luigi thing being revealed.” Luigi admitted. 

“Really?!” Mario asked, laughing a bit. “Well…Yeah. Knowing I made a little girl happy today…that’s worth every ounce of ridicule.” Luigi told him. 

Mario smiled. “It’s not just the little girl you cheered up…The whole room of tots seemed to love you.” Mario told him. 

“They loved you just as much, maybe even more than they loved me.” Luigi argued. “Super Mario.” Luigi teased as he unbuckled his seatbelt and opened the door. 

“Evil Green Monster-turned-princess.” Mario teased back. 

Luigi laughed as he closed the door to the car and walked up to the house. “So…what happened to only weekdays?” Luigi asked. 

Mario chuckled. “Mama insisted that we come over today. I’m guessing that she misses us too much to last another day without seeing us.” Mario explained. 

Luigi giggled. “That’s Mama for ya.” Luigi joked. 

“Well, don’t tell her that.” Mario added with a chuckle as he knocked on the door. 

The door opened, revealing their Mama. “I miei figli!" She cheered, hugging her kids tightly. 

“Hi Mamma.” Mario and Luigi said at the same time. 

“Come in, come in!” She told them, closing the door. “Dinner will be ready in 15 minutes.” She told them. “Luigi, can you help me set the table?” She asked. 

Luigi nodded his head. “Of course!” Luigi replied. 

While Mario went to visit with his uncles, Luigi went to the kitchen to help his Mom out. He grabbed the plates, the napkins and the cutlery, before setting it up at the table. As he did this, his mamma was adding little decorations and setting up a bouquet of flowers. “Your Papa got these for me today.” She told him. 

Luigi smiled and admired the flowers. “They’re beautiful.” Luigi told her. 

She placed them in the filled vase when they were the right length. “It’s these little surprises your father does, that make me fall in love with him all over again.” She admitted, kissing her husband’s cheek as she walked up to the table with the vase of flowers. 

“Ti amo.” He told her, looking at her with loving eyes. 

“Io ti amo di più.” She replied, winking at him before picking up the soup bowls. She wrapped her arm around Luigi and leaned in. “After supper, I have a little something to discuss with you.” She whispered to Luigi before placing them beside the plates. 

Luigi tilted his head, before looking at his Papa. When Papa shrugged his shoulders too, Luigi decided to drop the question for now, and focus on getting the table ready. 

A few minutes later, the family all came together to eat dinner. “So how are you and that Peach girl doing?” Mamma asked Mario. 

“Ooooh! Isn’t that the blondie in the pink dress?” Tony asked, nudging Mario. 

“Are you two dating yet?” Arthur asked next. 

Mario rolled his eyes. “No, we’re not. Why do you keep asking about that?” Mario asked Arthur. 

“Because you mention her so often! Can you blame us for being a little curious?” Arthur explained. 

Mario huffed and struggled to hide the blush that was on his face. 

Luigi noticed this, and attempted to help the situation. “She’s doing well. We actually had her over for dinner yesterday.” Luigi added, taking a drink of water before continuing. “Would you believe Peach had never eaten pasta before?” Luigi added. 

“What?!” Tony dropped his jaw. “Never eaten PASTA?!” 

Arthur widened his eyes. “Wow…” He muttered. “So did you give her the traditional introduzione alla cucina italiana?” Arthur asked. 

Mario smiled. “We did our best.” he said. 

“Mario nailed it on the tomato sauce, like usual.” Luigi teased. 

“And Luigi killed it with the alfredo sauce!” Mario reacted. “Or ‘afredo’, as Peach called it.” Mario joked. 

Mamma laughed. “You made both sauces?” She reacted. 

Luigi chuckled. “Mario insisted…” he told them. “Apparently no pasta night can be without my alfredo sauce.” Luigi added. 

“And oh my gosh, Toad.” Mario laughed. “The poor man was this close to devouring everything in sight by the time we plated up.” Mario reacted. 

Luigi laughed. “He was quite funny.” Luigi admitted. “Seeing him eat pasta for the first time was like seeing a toddler eat cotton candy for the first time.” Luigi explained. 

Papa chuckled at that. “So I guess they liked it?” He asked. 

Mario smiled. “They both loved it, and said it was amazing.” Mario told him. “But that’s not even the craziest part about it.” Mario added. “So…Luigi has this weird thing where eating his food can create feelings of nostalgia.” Mario told him. 

Luigi scratched the back of his head. “Kinda…” Luigi muttered. 

“No! Not just kinda.” Mario argued. “He made bacon for me yesterday morning, and he made it exactly how Papa used to make it.” Mario said, pointing to his Papa. “And eating it…I felt like I flashed right back to those childhood memories of Saturday eggs and toast.” Mario told them. 

Arthur smiled. “I could use that occasionally.” He admitted. 

“Me too.” Tony mentioned. 

Mamma giggled. “Those years of watching Curious George, Handy Manny and Bob the Builder…” Mamma reminisced. 

“Don’t forget Clifford the Big Red Dog.” Papa added with a laugh. “Mario would take the batteries out of the remote to stop us from turning it off.” Papa added, chuckling. 

Tony, Arthur, and Mary laughed when they heard that. 

“Actually, I think I remember Mario doing that to me too.” Tony added. “And then when we got you into your PJ’s, I ended up finding the batteries in your little pockets.” Tony explained. “Dude kept them in there for hours!” Tony reacted with a laugh.

Mario chuckled. “Yeah…That was my strategy. Take out the remote batteries so the remote couldn’t turn off our favorite show.” Mario explained. “But it worked, didn’t it?” Mario added. 

Papa rolled his eyes. “It did…until I walked up to the TV and clicked the power button.” Papa added, laughing. 

Mario sighed. “The disappointment that filled my mind after the TV clicked off.” Mario admitted. 

Mamma smirked. “Followed by Luigi’s eagerness to feel the static that came off the TV screen.” Mamma added. 

Luigi giggled. “I never did find out why that happened.” Luigi admitted. 

“Anyway…” Mario continued. “Peach ate the tomato sauce, and felt fine. She loved it. But the moment she ate the alfredo sauce?” Mario paused for a moment. “She just…froze in shock.” Mario told them. 

Papa widened his eyes and looked at Luigi. “Froze in shock? Why?” He asked. 

Luigi put down his fork. “She had a subconscious memory.” Luigi explained. “Or, that’s what we could figure out based on what she told us.” Luigi looked at Mario. “Honestly…It scared me at first.” Luigi admitted, looking at the table. “Especially when she became very emotional.” Luigi added. 

Mario cleared his throat. “Thing is…the earliest memory she told me she has was when she arrived in the Mushroom Kingdom. But the moment she ate Luigi’s alfredo sauce…she started to remember the smallest bits of her life from before she moved to the mushroom kingdom.” Mario told them. 

Mamma softened her expression into sadness. “The poor dear…” She said with a voice of empathy. 

“...So she HAS had pasta before? Or she hasn’t?” Arthur asked. “You’re confusing us.” 

Mario shrugged his shoulders. “She wouldn’t tell us the details. She only said ‘I remember’, before hugging Toad.” Mario told them. “Toad ended up helping her, but…” Mario let out a breath. “I can’t even imagine being so in-the-dark about your past…and truth be told, I didn’t really know how to navigate such a difficult topic.” Mario explained. 

“It sounded like it was a lot for her to take in at once.” Arthur admitted. 

Luigi nodded his head. “But…Thanks to a slightly inappropriate joke Mario made, things seemed to lighten up from there.” Luigi added. “And by inappropriate, I mean ‘really bad timing’.” Luigi added. 

Mario chuckled. “But it made Peach laugh, didn’t it?” Mario reminded him. 

Luigi tsked with a smile. “You’re lucky that’s all it did.” Luigi added. 

Mario smiled and went back to eating. After supper, Mario and the others were encouraged to go start up a board game, or watch TV together. And like earlier, Luigi was called to the kitchen to help his Mamma. This was where Luigi knew their little discussion was going to occur. Though he was slightly nervous about it taking place in a somewhat open area, he trusted his Mamma enough to take the lead in this sort of thing. 

Luigi was washing the dishes, while Mamma was drying them. “So…” Mamma started. 

Luigi looked at his Mamma. “You wanted to talk about something?” Luigi asked, working at a plate in the sink. 

She smiled and cleaned the inner part of the saucepan. “Mario told me a little something about you.” She said. 

Luigi tilted his head. When? When could he have told her anything? Something in his gut told him it had to do with his secret, but…there was no way. So…he asked straight up. “What was it?” Luigi asked. 

She smiled and started to dry the back of the pan. “You like physical affection.” She said somewhat bluntly. 

Luigi widened his eyes. “Uhhh…” He could feel a small blush coming on. “W-Well…Yeah. But who doesn’t?” Luigi attempted to downplay it. 

“Mario.” Mamma replied. “He’s not a fan of much touch.” She told him. 

Luigi nodded. “Well…that I know.” Luigi admitted. 

“Which is why it’s rather unfortunate…that you would tell your brother before you would tell me about it.” She added. 

Luigi froze. Wait, what?! Was…was she mad? He quickly tried to explain himself. “No no no, that’s not really how it went.” Luigi explained. “He took my phone while I was reading, and found out the truth by reading it out loud.” Luigi explained further. “I…actually did all I could to hide the secret…without looking too suspicious.” Luigi admitted. 

Mamma looked at Luigi with a sad smile. “I figured Mario was fibbing a bit on text.” She admitted, putting the saucepan into the drawer and closing it. “But…how did he find out about…” She pointed to the spot behind her own ear, for clarification. 

Luigi bit his lip. “Yeah…that was accidental too.” Luigi admitted. 

She smiled. “Well…Was he…kind about it?” She asked. 

Luigi hummed, unsure how to react. “Uhhhhhhh…” He bit his lip. “Yes, and no. For both.” He said. “Yes, he handled it quite well…He even told me ‘if you need love, cuddles, tickles, any physical affection, then let me know’.” Luigi told her. 

She smiled brightly upon hearing that. “I couldn’t ask for anything more.” She reacted. 

“But…that came after a couple days of teasing me about it…” Luigi added with a chuckle, putting the next plate onto the drying rack.

“Well…I knew that would happen.” She added. “But…” She walked up to Luigi and very gently scratched behind his ear. 

This made Luigi snort and cover his mouth with his wet hand, shaking his head as he curled away from the fingers. “EEEheheheee! Mahahammaaa!” Luigi giggled, waving his hand at her in self-defense. 

“When were you going to tell me that you like physical affection?” She asked with a hint of playfulness in her voice. 

Luigi smiled and blushed a bit more. “Honestly…I wanted to tell you while we were setting the table. But…Dad was there.” Luigi admitted. 

She chuckled. “True…” She muttered. 

“And…You brought it up before I could even tell you myself.” Luigi added. 

“Oooh, okay. Go ahead then.” She said, picking up the plate that Luigi had just washed. 

Luigi widened his eyes and looked down, quickly growing embarrassed. “You…want me to-” “What is it you wanted to tell me?” She asked innocently. 

Luigi blinked at her, before looking down at the water. “M-Maaa, I-” Luigi struggled to talk. 

“Just spit it out. No holding back.” She said, grabbing his shoulder and squeezing it. 

Luigi let out a long sigh, before working up the courage. “I like physical affection.” Luigi told her. 

She smiled brightly. “...And?” She made him continue. 

Luigi chuckled as he pulled his hands out of the water and dried off his hands. “And I don’t mind when you give me affection.” Luigi admitted with a growing blush. 

“Aaaaaand?” She brought Luigi into a tight hug. 

Luigi hugged his mother back, and physically relaxed in her arms. He no longer wanted to talk. He just wanted to stay silent like this forever…

“There’s one more thing…” She said, breaking the silence as she poked his side. 

Luigi snorted and hid his face in his Mama’s shoulder. Noooo! Does he have to?! He could feel the flustered embarrassment taking over every fraction of his being. He felt like melting into a puddle and slithering away, never having to deal with the stresses of confessions ever again. 

But…that’s not how physics works. So…He finally let it out. 

“And tickles are my f-favorite…” Luigi finally admitted to her. 

She closed her eyes and held him for a little longer, making sure he got the affection he so desperately needed. And she couldn’t have been more right. Luigi felt instant relief, mixed with strong, pleasant euphoria. The hugs were helping him tremendously with coping with the embarrassment. But more importantly…It seemed like his mother was able to sense his need for affection without a word being uttered between them. It was something that Luigi didn’t really have with his brother. Mario knew generally what Luigi was always feeling at every moment…but struggled with guessing or understanding what Luigi might be thinking. 

“Thank you for telling me.” She told him, rubbing his back gently. 

Luigi closed his eyes and felt the soft brushes of her fingers and palms against his back. He couldn’t describe how it felt to feel such strong love and affection from someone that loved him so much. It was at this moment that Luigi finally decided…that this was worth every second of embarrassment leading up to the confession. Worth every laugh, every howl, every stare, and every dirty look that may occur in the future. With at least 3 people on his side…he knew that he was going to be okay. 

“Now, why don’t we get these dishes done? Then we can continue on with life and join the others in the living room.” She told him. 

Luigi smiled and let go of his Mamma. “Okay.” Luigi replied, before letting go and walking back to the sink of soapy water. 

After Luigi and Mama Mario had finished the dishes, they joined the others in the living room, who were reacting to bad show dialogue that was playing on the TV. Or, that was what Mario, Tony, Grandpa and Papa were doing. Mary and Arthur were cuddling on the couch, watching the show while their little daughter was reading something on the phone. 

Luigi sat down on the couch, while Mamma sat down beside Papa. “Ugh…This show again?” She reacted. “I trusted you would find something we would all enjoy.” She reacted. 

“What makes you think we’re enjoying this?” Papa asked. 

“The writing is garbage.” Mario added. 

She smiled and shook her head. “Then change the channel.” She told them. 

“Nah.” Mario and Papa both said at the same time. 

She laughed and just let the boys all react to the bad TV show for a while longer. Meanwhile, Luigi had pulled out his phone and took a small look at the notifications. It looked like a few people had reblogged and uploaded new posts. One of them was a list of headcanons for a fandom he wasn’t a part of. Another was a Tickle Questions Ask post for people to reblog so people send them asks for them to answer. Luigi ended up reblogging this specific post, and decided to wait till tomorrow morning to check for any questions. 

Another post that showed up on his Following page, was an image of tickle profile statistics like name, age, tickle community label, favorite spots, etc. Luigi has always seen these floating around, but…he had never filled one out himself. He didn't even know how to access a blank one to fill out. So…he made a note to himself to look it up tomorrow. For now though…Luigi closed his phone and focused on spending time with his family.

In addition, there will be new Fishing Points and "Radiant Spincrystals" in the new areas.

"Vourukasha Oasis - Amrita Pool" System Now Available

Plumes of Purifying Light can be found scattered across the land defended by Khvarena. Some of them have to be obtained via special methods.

Offer Plumes of Purifying Light to the Amrita Pool to increase its level, granting you the blessings of the waters and trees. Each time you make an offering, the Amrita Pool will randomly give different blessings. After 6 offerings have been given, you will obtain rewards from all the blessings.

5-Star Character "Beyond Mortality" Baizhu (Dendro)

◇ The owner of Bubu Pharmacy, who is rarely seen without the white snake named Changsheng. His medicinal knowledge is encyclopedic, and his personal intrigues subtle.

◆ Elemental Skill "Universal Diagnosis"

◆ Baizhu controls a Gossamer Sprite that cruises and attacks nearby opponents, dealing Dendro DMG. After it performs 3 attacks or if there are no opponents nearby, the Sprite will return, healing all nearby party members based on Baizhu's Max HP.

◆ Elemental Burst "Holistic Revivification"

◆ Baizhu enters the Pulsing Clarity state, creating a Seamless Shield that absorbs Dendro DMG with 250% effectiveness. While in this state, Baizhu will generate a new Seamless Shield every 2.5s. When a new Seamless Shield is generated, or when the Seamless Shield's effects expire, or when it is shattered, the Seamless Shield will heal your own active character based on Baizhu's Max HP and attack opponents by unleashing Spiritveins, dealing Dendro DMG.

4-Star Character "Empyrean Reflection" Kaveh (Dendro)

◇ Vision: Dendro

◇ Weapon: Claymore

◇ A renowned architect from Sumeru who perhaps cares a bit too much about too many things. He is an aesthete troubled by reality.

◆ Elemental Skill "Artistic Ingenuity"

◆ Kaveh uses Mehrak's mapping ability for offensive purposes, initiating a radial scan that deals AoE Dendro DMG. It will also scan all Dendro Cores in its AoE and cause them to immediately burst.

◆ Elemental Burst "Painted Dome"

◆ Kaveh completely unleashes Mehrak's energy and creates a cubic scanned space, dealing AoE Dendro DMG to all opponents within it, causing all Dendro Cores in its AoE to immediately burst. For a specific duration, it increases Kaveh's Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack AoE, converts his attack DMG to Dendro DMG that cannot be overridden, and increases Kaveh's resistance to interruption. In addition, all Dendro Cores created by all your own party members through Bloom reactions will deal additional DMG when they burst. These effects will be canceled once Kaveh leaves the field.

Domain of Blessing: Molten Iron Fortress

◇ Legend has it that the territory of the red desert was marked by an ancient barrier of iron and bronze. The Lord of the Blazing Sun used to set out from here on his chariot to drive away the evil spirits wandering among the grim mountains. However, the gilded nations later sank into the sand and towering parapets of iron and bronze thus faded into oblivion along with their parent nations, leaving only unrecognizable ruins.

Domain: Purification Spring

◇ A water body said to be able to wash off all filth and connect to the sea within the earth. Perhaps because of the many similar scents and memories, it is still inhabited by monsters that devoured the remains of greater life forms.

IV. New Equipment

Jadefall's Splendor (5-Star Catalyst)

For 3s after using an Elemental Burst or creating a shield, the equipping character can gain the Primordial Jade Regalia effect: Restore 4.5 Energy every 2.5s, and gain 0.3% Elemental DMG Bonus for their corresponding Elemental Type for every 1,000 Max HP they possess, up to 12%. Primordial Jade Regalia will still take effect even if the equipping character is not on the field.

◆ During the event wish "Epitome Invocation," the event-exclusive 5-star weapon Jadefall's Splendor (Catalyst) will receive a huge drop-rate boost!

2. New Artifacts

Nymph's Dream (4-Star and 5-Star)

◇ 2-Piece Set: Hydro DMG Bonus +15%.

◇ 4-Piece Set: After Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts hit opponents, 1 stack of Mirrored Nymph will be triggered, lasting 8s. When under the effect of 1, 2, or 3 or more Mirrored Nymph stacks, ATK will be increased by 7%/16%/25%, and Hydro DMG Bonus will be increased by 4%/9%/15%. Mirrored Nymph stacks created by Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts exist independently.

Vourukasha's Glow (4-Star and 5-Star)

◇ 2-Piece Set: HP +20%.

4-Piece Set: Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG will be increased by 10%. After the equipping character takes DMG, the aforementioned DMG Bonus is increased by 80% for 5s. This effect increase can have 5 stacks. The duration of each stack is counted independently. These effects can be triggered even when the equipping character is not on the field.

Hydro Hilichurl Rogue and Anemo Hilichurl Rogue

◇ Mysterious hilichurl warriors that can manipulate elements to a certain degree.

Such hilichurls will use Slimes in battle to enter a special state. Burst these Slimes to cause their effects to rebound on the Rogues.

Consecrated Horned Crocodile and Consecrated Fanged Beast

◇ Lifeforms that became twisted and warped by eating some great being.

During combat, they will enter the powerful Phagocytic form. Some of their attacks will unleash Phagocytic Energy Blocks. Use the corresponding elemental attacks to destroy these Energy Blocks to absorb the power within them, which can then be unleashed when attacking the Consecrated Beasts, dealing significant DMG and paralyzing the creatures temporarily.

Phase II:

Erupting Moon

After a character triggers a Bloom reaction, all characters' Bloom, Hyperbloom, and Burgeon DMG dealt is increased by 35% for 6s. This effect can be triggered once every 0.1s. Max 4 stacks. Each stack's duration is counted independently.

Phase III:

Flourishing Moon

When DMG dealt by Dendro Cores (including DMG from Hyperbloom and Burgeon reactions) hits a character, Elemental Mastery will be increased by 200 for all characters in the party for 4s.

Fixes an issue whereby when the device's graphics quality is set to the lowest, the range alert for the Windbite Bullets unleashed by the "Setekh Wenut" boss would disappear abnormally.

Optimizes the collision experience of "Abyss Herald: Frost Fall" when it is defeated, as well as the character's enemy-targeting experience.

Schrödinger’s Leak

We’re extremely sorry to say: this is fake. We made it because we’re agents of chaos  to prove that it was possible to do something like this in two days. It took a lot of work at the sacrifice of our sanity, but we did it, and filmed on a phone like the original leak was, it could pass off as real. (Look through this blog if you want to see the ugly truth of the HD version.)

The problem is...we were originally doing this to prove that the leak was real, because “no way someone would do this in two day, especially without getting paid”, and instead not only we realized it’s possible, but we’re left with more doubts than before. Keep on reading if you’re interested in what we (didn’t) find out, and what we did to put this together. 

We could have posted this a bit earlier, but we didn’t want to distract from the #SomethingToSay campaign.

IO TI AMO

Guys. Guys, we wish we could explain the sheer amount of things Vittorio Guerrieri, Cas’ voice actor, has been in. This man is in every anime dub ever, it’s impressive—we knew finding that specific “Io ti amo” was a losing battle, but we still tried. 

Oh, God, did we try. We went through English scripts of all the rom-coms he’s dubbed; compared that to the Italian subtitles of those same movies, looked for working links to stream the Italian dub and check if the “I love you”s we found were the right one....brain cells were lost. Progress was not made. 

We settled on using the one in Marley & I (lmao), that Owen Wilson’s character says to the dog  to his wife. It’s even better than the one in the leak, in our humble opinion, @ og leaker, suck our collective dicks.

ANCHE IO

The closest match we had is Dean's Anch'io, (me too).

Although it wasn't a Supernatural "exclusive" line, we decided to search within the original scripts and look for an Italian corrispondance. We found it.

2x20 [9.54] - What Is And What Should Never Be It not only was a perfect match in terms of sounds, but after analyzing the file with Audacity we had no doubt about it. Furthermore, if you overlap the OG leak's "me too" with the one we found, they seem to perfectly fit.

Obviously we didn’t expect them to look the same, considering the differences in audio quality, but they’re still very similar. It was listening to the audios side by side that convinced us. 

...Is this proof that the leak is fake? Idk. Probably yes. But what if it’s a coincidence that they’re so similar? How different could the two graphs for two small words said by the same person possibly be, after all. And what about all the other lines that we couldn’t find a match for? You see now why we’re conflicted. 

CASTIEL

The original idea was to go through every. single. time. Dean says “Castiel” in the Italian dub, hoping to find a perfect match for the one in the leak. We figured every other line could have been taken from the voice actors’ older works (both Castiel’s and Dean’s are very popular here in Italy, and their voices have appeared in...everything, basically)—but that “Castiel” had to come form Supernatural. 

We didn’t find it. We went through a lot of the episodes with Castiel in them, the ones with more emotional scenes first, and found nothing...we ended up getting distracted by the search for Mi dispiace, Dean, when we realized that also had to come from Supernatural. We settled on using the first close match we thought of: the scene in 09x01 where Dean is praying in the hospital’s chapel. 

This is not the “Castiel” used in the leak, so we can’t prove that it’s a recycled line stoled from an older episode of the Italian dub. For all we now, Stefano recorded it for 15x18.

Does this prove anything, considering how bad the audio quality of the leak is? We wouldn’t get the same exact graph even if it was the same snippet of audio. (By the way, when we started this we thought that Dean had rarely said Castiel’s name like that in the dub. We’d forgotten than Italian!Dean never calls him Cas, the asshole.)

The same problem remains: did the leaker find some obscure anime episode where Guerrieri says Io ti amo and used it to dub Castiel, or is this all very real, and that’s why we couldn’t find it anywhere? We don’t know, we just don’t know. 

MI DISPIACE, DEAN

Apart from the very wistful "Castiel..." right before Dean gets chucked on the ground (lol get rekt), the other line that came without a doubt from Supernatural is "Mi dispiace, Dean."

I'm sorry, Dean, a sentence that Cas doesn't say that often throughout the show: we checked the English scripts, and we found only three instances where it happens (we only have up until season 13 dubbed in Italian, so if he ever says it in the remaining two seasons, it certainly doesn't have an Italian version). 

5x22 - Swan Song: Cas says it, and it's very obviously not the one in the leak. The tone is completely different. 6x22 - Meet the new boss: again, close but no cigar. 7x01 - Reading is fundamental: at first we thought it was the exact same one, and that's why this particular Mi dispiace, Dean is the one you can hear in our fake leak. After checking with Audacity, the one in the episode and the one in the og leak don't correspond. It's just the closest we could find. 

So...? What does this mean? We don't know. It's very possible that Italian!Castiel does say Mi dispiace, Dean somewhere in another episode, straying away from the original English script, but without transcriptions of the Italian dub available online, we had no idea where to start. 

It's also possible that the leak is real, and that's why we found no doubles for this line. 

Also: we've seen people in various posts about the leak saying that the change from "Goodbye, Dean" to "I'm sorry, Dean" is suspicious. It's not uncommon to change lines if it means lipsinking them better, and considering what was happening in the scene, it's not out of place to have Cas apologize to Dean. It wouldn't sound weird to someone who has never watched the original episode. 

But, there's another argument to make...Cas has never said goodbye, Dean in older episodes (as far as we could find), and the og leaker was forced to use the next best thing they could find in the Italian dub. 

THAT MONITOR...THAT DAMNED MONITOR...

That monitor in the leak looked so sus at first. Is it normal for professional studios to use equipment older than some people on this hell site?

Apparently yes. 

We've found a bunch of photos of voice actors in front of the screen they use at work, and they all look like that. Dusty. 

These pictures also confirmed that the punctuation in the frame rate changes—sometimes it's all :, sometimes it's all ; (like in the case of the OG leak), sometimes it's mixed. Once again, we can't prove anything one way or another.

This is a pic from 2009 of Davide Chevalier, Sam's voice actor, and the framerate looks different from the one in the leak...then again, it's from 2009. What does it mean? What does it all mean?

FINAL CRIES FOR HELP

If you know more than us, please tell us:

Did we read the Audacity graphs correctly? Do they prove/disprove anything that we didn’t mention?

Does the framerate make any sense? Are we being bamboozled?

Do you have any insight on whether or not season 15 is already been dubbed? We know that season 14 will go on air in bundles of three episodes starting from the 12th of December, so it’s not crazy to think season 15 is already in the works.

Was this worth it? Was any of this worth it? We slept very few hours last night. 

tl;dr: in conclusion, we CAN’T affirm with absolute certainty if the Italian leak is fake or not, since we have evidences leading both way. Sadly, the final word will be when the episode will actually air next year.

My 8bitdo SN30 Pro+ Review w/ 8bitdo’s Ultimate Software “Ver. 2.0″- Part 15.5 "2nd Attempt" (Recorded Video) [Oct 9, 2021]

Hi, here’s Part 15.5 of my 8bitdo SN30 Pro+ Gamepad and their (New) “Ultimate Software”.🎮🙂

Now as I before, I'm going to attempt another Macros time for the 2nd time. And I hope I get it right...

*But before that, I want YOU… Yes, you, which you’re reading my description. I want you to watch my recorded video first 📹📲 (as an observation) before you read the rest of my reaction experience. Hope you’re watching…

So without further ado, let’s get started:

My Experience:

• Okay time to restart my Macros test with the Ultimate Software, and this time I'll create another set of macro profiles for a different game test. And once I've done my setup I'll sync through my controller. Uh yeah, as I learn before, make sure that my profile is turned on by pressing both L3 and R3, (in order) to activate my three macro profiles. Now I'm ready to go to test it out! So, what kind of game that I'm gonna test for my Macros feature? Twisted Metal 4 (on the ePSXe emulator 🚙🔫💥)!

BTW: Once again, it won't register via my 8bitdo gamepad through the Ultimate Software during the Macros process. I'm sure someday it'll update a new version, somehow.

• Alright, I'm now in the game! And as you can see it worked very well, although sometimes it's hard to register from pressing. Except one though, because the infinite ammo on my mapped Star button is a lie; you know, I should've use jump ability instead, but hey at least it works on my two mapped buttons (L3 and R3). Hey, remember what I said about that I failed on my 1st attempt (You know, me playing Vigilante 8 2nd Offense)? Well, I decided to go try, and surprisingly worked! (Plus, I need to turn on my profile config, unlike before.) Well, sort of... Because I need to press both mapped button(s) (L3, R3, or Star) and R2 to activate the special weapon combo (depending on what weapon that I'm using, in the Vigilante 8 franchise). It's weird that I already add the R2 button on my three mapped profiles, but I guess it works. You know, since it's just a macro test for playing Vigilante 8 2nd Offense I think might stick to manual buttons than using the macro button(s) because it's pretty easy to maneuver as well as quick, too. Thanks to 8bitdo SN30 Pro+'s excellent d-pad. Twisted Metal 4 on the other hand, yeah I'm definitely gonna use my macro button because sometimes I felt hard on different stages. Even though I've already done for, but I'll play it someday. After all, it's just a test for showing up, of what macros feature by 8bitdo's Ultimate Software is capable of.

•Speaking of which, I even tried the "queue latency" for macros during my Twisted Metal 4 and I could see the difference. Although I would rather not use it in my future play.

Overall:

• I have to say, my 8bitdo's macros mapping feature is pretty useful than my old iPega 9063 controller's. Because the mapping feature for my old controller is quite confusing, even if I read from the instruction manual (included) and also on Youtube video it didn't help for me. My 8bitdo gamepad (SN30 Pro+) and the Ultimate Software, on the other hand, are far much better. The only problem is the on-the-go portability because I need to change my profile config on the Ultimate Software via PC; well, unless I'm using the Pro 2 controller then the Ultimate Software app on my smartphone (for either iOS and/or Android) then I'm good to go. But sadly I don't have my own Pro 2 controller. And as of today, the 8bitdo's Ultimate Software app is exclusive for Pro 2. Here's hoping that my SN30 Pro+ will support through that app, too.

• Now as far as the macros feature from the 8bitdo's Ultimate Software, I think I've learned a lot, and again it's pretty useful for my selected games, not to mention fighting games on different supported devices for my SN30 Pro+ gamepad. Hey, if my big bro is planning to buy a Nintendo Switch console (whether he chose the normal or the already released OLED variant), as well as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (now that Sora from KH is finally added to the Smash Bros. Universe) I have my secret weapon.

• Another criticism about my 8bitdo SN30 Pro+ gamepad is the lack of extra buttons for using Macros mapping. There's nothing much room for it, and therefore I need to sacrifice any buttons for what I need. And finally, the aforementioned hard response on mapping buttons; take L3 and R3 for instance, which it didn't receive when I pressed during my gameplay by rapidly pressing either L3 and R3; so it takes some cool time for some. So the only option I have is the single star button, which I have to replace "turbo function" into "macros button" to prevent auto rapidly. That's why I want the Pro 2 controller for extra back buttons; if these buttons are useless, then why mapping it for a great advantage and become a new play experience. Nevertheless, overall, I love using the Macros feature from the 8bitdo's Ultimate Software on my 8bitdo gamepad for my games. Although, if only I have my own Pro 2 gamepad, it'll be so much easier; thus exactly what I'm earning for.

UPDATE QUICK: Unfortunately, I'm having serious trouble with my 8bitdo gamepad during my GTA Online play session.😟 It sometimes keeps opening a window when I combined my right trigger and R3. This is the result of malfunctioning after my Macros map experience test between the Ultimate Software and my gamepad. I'm quite scared so I have to fix this problem; whether I reconnected via Bluetooth, reset it entirely, or update a new firmware from 8bitdo's Firmware Updater.😰 Here's hoping that my malfunction problem will be solved.😟

Hi, Al! Thank you for the ask! 💙

2. Why did you chose this name?

Nova: When I was a teenager I used Nova for some of the internet platforms because it sounded so cool to me. When I was picking a name for her I knew I wanted it to be something with space because I imagined such a cosmic color for her hair (navy ashy blue). So I did some research about names of space objects and supernova caught my eye at once. They always fascinated me and it fitted her perfectly! I also wanted her to stand out and I wanted a name that one wouldn't usually find in the wizarding world as well and that no nickname could be made out of it or be shortened in any easy way.

Theodora: I loved the name since forever. I have a whole document of names and this one was high on the list. I wanted a name for her that is long but can be shortened because I wanted the twins and Charlie call her by her nickname so that it differs from how Bill calls her (you will find out why he doesn't want to call her Theo in the next chapter). Also I find the name very mature and I wanted to make her that way despite being best friends with the twins.

Rhylee: For her it was the easiest. I knew even before I started writing the story that she will have some problems. Inside Out is one of my favorite animated movies and the protagonist's name is Riley and throughout the movie she is learning how to cope with sadness and that seemed fitting. I changed the spelling because the second I picked the name I knew that Charlie was going to call her Rhy and I love how the shortened version is written compared to Ri.

12. Is this the original name from when you first created them or has it changed along the way?

Rhylee and Nova had names picked before I even started writing down what will happen in each chapter. For Theo, I wrote the plot with her just being marked as OC and when I started to create and develop her in my head did I check my list with names.

For Nova, I first thought to name her after one of Jupiter's moons but changed my mind before even picking which one so basically their names are all original.

15. Do they have a middle name? If so, what is it?

Nova: Her middle name is Io after one of Jupiter's moons. Since I didn't name her after one she got a middle name after it. It can only be seen once in the story: when she receives her O.W.L.s results. And Charlie mentions that she is named after one of Jupiter's moons in the chapter when they discuss having children. Her mum picked her middle name because she loved that Roger named her Nova and she wanted the names to have some sort of a connection.

Theodora: Theo's middle name is James. It never comes up in the story but I gave her one because at first, I thought that her mother will be more involved before I decided to take out as much negativity as possible. Her mother gave her the middle name despite her father protesting and finding it unsuitable for a girl. Miranda wanted another son after Eric and since she couldn't persuade her husband to have her first name be James, she gave it to her as a middle one just to angry her husband.

Rhylee: She doesn't have a middle name. I always imagined her parents being modern and traveling the world all the time so they wanted to keep it as simple as possible without having too long or too many names for their children.

   L'opportunità per me di ascoltare  un altoparlante EgglestonWorks è arrivata tramite il mio amico e collega,  Marshall Nack. Alcuni di voi lettori a lungo termine  potrebbero ricordare la recensione approfondita di Marshall dei Rosas di  EgglestonWorks.    Marshall e la sua adorabile moglie  Lynn sono una coppia insolita in quanto entrambi sono audiofili. My UGREEN USB Bluetooth Adapter Review (Recorded Video) - Part 3.5 [Jan 14, 2021]

Here’s my part 3.5 of my UGREEN USB Bluetooth Adapter for my Windows PC.📶🖥️😊

In this half part of no. 3, I have another recorded video (from my Honor 8C phone 📲) where I discovered some sound differences from my Awei Y200 Bluetooth speaker, as well as my extended experience about it.🙂

*But before that, I want YOU… Yes you, which you’re reading my description. I want you to watch my recorded video first 📹📲 (as a observation) before you read the rest of my reaction experience. Hope you’re watching…

So without further ado, let’s get started:

My Experience: • (Now as you already done watching video.) You’ve already seen or watched my procedures about connecting Bluetooth using my UGREEN USB Bluetooth Adapter through Windows 10 PC from my Part 3,right? So, I’m just gonna skip ahead and turn on my Awei Y200 Bluetooth speaker anyways, once more.

•Now aside from the normal stereo of the Awei Y200, there’s another one right here when I clicked the upper option; in which you can see a selection of playback device. When I click the “Hands-Free AG Audio” of Awei Y200, the sound of it is very low quality as I describe; yet not my taste of that audio profile playback, so I revert to the original stereo one.

• So what is “Hands-Free AG Audio” you asked? Well according to this website [CLICK ME!]: “The two roles are called the Audio Gateway (AG), and Headset (HS) or Hands-Free (HF). The AG is typically a phone or computer that is connected to a remote data source. It controls the HS that acts as the remote microphone and speaker and includes commands to answer, hang up, ring, and control the volume.” Meaning that I can use my Bluetooth speaker as a audio remote? 😕 Hmmm... That’s sounds very something though.🤔 I tried, but it didn’t work so I’ll just sled by...

•My experience usage of UGREEN USB Bluetooth Adapter/Receiver connecting my Windows 10 PC through my Awei Y200 Bluetooth speaker was great, and I mean super duper GREAT 😁, than my old Lenovo laptop’s built-in Bluetooth before. I even tested out the range limit up to 10 to 20 meters distance from inside my house; as my Awei Bluetooth speaker can reach to the kitchen🔪🍳 and also my parents’ bedroom 🛏️ without any lost audio cuts (of sorts), while listening a relaxing music jazz on Youtube 🔊🎶. (Something that my Lenovo Laptop’s built-in Bluetooth didn’t exceeds the long range limit.) Even inside the bathroom or backyard can reach the audio sound of more than 20 meters distance, but it tends to lost audio; I have to be less than 20 meters limit though from connecting Bluetooth wireless with my speaker, because this is better than making more distance 📏.

• I also tested the touch buttons from my Awei Bluetooth speaker from a long 10 - 15 meter distance. I can play & pause the music/video ⏸️▶️, next & previous music track/video ⏮️⏭️ and even can adjust the volume sound from high to low 🔊🔉without reaching the mouse or keyboard ❌🖱️⌨️; the control of audio is right here on my Awei Bluetooth speaker! Plus I haven’t encountered some latency issues whatsoever while playing either music or video, and that’s a good thing.🙂👍

• The only con I found was inability to use microphone from my  Awei Bluetooth speaker ❌🎙️. I know, I tried to enabled the microphone for google search but it didn’t function for wireless variant. (Not to mention the phone icon from my Awei Bluetooth speaker was useless for Windows PC, only androids/iOS can use microphone and touch call.) So much for that...🤷‍♂️

• As for the gaming sound while playing some emulators and other games I have 🎮🖥️🎶🔊, it performs the same as before. 🙂👍

Overall: • I have to say, this USB Bluetooth Adapter from UGREEN is far more better than my old Lenovo Laptop’s built-in Bluetooth card. That old Bluetooth card just can’t handle the long range limit, and it has only less than 10 meters. UGREEN’s USB Bluetooth Adapter on the other hand exceeds up to 10 - 20 meters connection range limit thanks to the latest feature specs, and thank goodness I picked the right USB Bluetooth Adapter for my Windows 10 PC.😁

There’s so much to do for my UGREEN USB Bluetooth Adapter, and hopefully I will finish it this topic before I proceed or continue my other topic reviews. Once again, hope I will try some other wireless devices very soon.😊🎧🎮📱

Bungie Weekly Update - 5/15/20

This week at Bungie, a new quest was discovered.  

Guardian Games has come to a close. Hunters won the first day, but Titans showed up in force to completely dominate the rest of the event. Warlocks took home the silver, and Hunters still look frabjous.

The final Iron Banner of the Season is also live this week and, along with it, players have discovered a new quest. The community has been tasked with helping Rasputin by completing Seraph Tower events and are currently working to complete the objectives on EDZ, the Moon, and Io.

We’ve seen feedback that the Tower events are too difficult and that it’s hard to wrangle up enough people to join the cause. We have made some server-side changes to lower the difficulty of the event to help alleviate frustrations and increase your success rate.

We made an error when we calculated how many completions were required, so yesterday we introduced bonus multipliers to help the community’s progress and get you all on your way to the next step. You can read more details on the changes we made here.

MAX POWER LEVEL

Back in February, Luke spoke about upcoming plans for Legendary gear infusion.

The Destiny Dev Team has more details on how this system is going to work.

Destiny Dev Team: Today we’re going to talk about changes to the Infusion system that are coming to Destiny 2.  These changes are going to be visible starting in Season 11 but won’t start impacting your arsenal until Season 12.  More on that in a bit.

We want the sandbox to feel interesting, exciting, and dynamic, and to evolve in compelling ways over time in the same way that the game evolves. Our weapons are the primary way that players interact with the world, and Season over Season we want players to discover new weapons that feel powerful, have interesting new perks to explore, and power the builds that players craft in new and unexpected ways.

The changes to the Infusion system we’re talking about today are designed to promote the following:

We want you to more frequently earn and enjoy more powerful and standout gear.

Right now, if a new Legendary weapon isn’t better than the current best-in-class, there is no reason to replace your existing weapon with it.

If a new Legendary weapon is better than the current best-in-class, we risk power creep, removing challenge from the game, or making the item mandatory/the only option for challenging activities.

Both above points apply equally to new mods and perks, as well.

Powerful weapons can be era-defining, but eventually those eras need to end so that new eras can begin.

We want strong weapons to have their time in the sun, and whenever possible we want you to expect and prepare for powerful gear to cycle out of the endgame meta.

We can’t solve this by just making weapons that are always “better” than the previous ones. This will steadily lower time-to-kill in both PvP and PvE, until the combat sandbox is neither fun nor tactical.

We also want to foster a gradually evolving meta that regularly promotes experimentation and debate.

We believe Destiny is at its best when you have new desirable things to pursue and when you have active debates with your clanmates about which of those new things to bring into the new raid, or which is going to be hot in Trials next Season.

With those goals stated, let’s break down how the changes will work:

Each Legendary weapon and piece of armor will have a Max Power Level it can reach through infusion.

Exotics will not have a Max Power Level.

The Max Power Level for these items will be set at the player Power Cap attainable 3 Seasons after its release Season (4 Seasons total).

This means all Legendary gear has a one-year span of time during which it can be used in activities where being at or near the player Power Cap is important (difficult and Power-enabled activities).

The Max Power Level for these items will be visible in game in Season 11, but no items will be at their Max Power Level at the start Season 11.

This means all your gear will be relevant in all activities during Season 11.

You’ll be able to see what the Max Power Level is for all your gear, and plan accordingly.

At the start of Season 12, weapons and armor released in Seasons 1-8 will have a Max Power Level at the Season 11 player Power Cap

Gear from Seasons 9, 10, 11, and 12 will all be infusible to new player Power Caps for 1 year after their release.

Weapons and armor from the Last Wish and Garden of Salvation raids, will be granted exceptions and will have a higher Max Power Level”

Those are the basics. But you may have additional questions, such as:

Can I still use gear that has reached its Max Power Level?

Yes. You will always be able to equip and use any piece of gear.

Reaching the player Power Cap is beneficial, but not strictly required, for most activities in Destiny. You can continue to equip and use all gear in these activities.

This applies to armor as well as weapons?

Yes - all Legendary gear that provides Power will have a Max Power Level.

Starting in Season 12, armor will no longer have a Seasonally rotating fourth mod slot. Instead, there will be a mod slot that accepts mods introduced into the game throughout a full year. We recognize that the current need to replace your armor every two to three Seasons, and hoard armor from past Seasons, is undesirable.

Transmogrification, which we talked about in the TWAB last week, will give you the ability to keep your favorite looks and apply them to new armor pieces with higher Max Power Levels.

When gear drops after its debut Season, what will its Max Power Level be?

It will have the same Max Power Level as it did in its initial release Season.

Note, this is different than gear that is re-issued. See next question.

Will gear ever have its Max Power Level updated?

Not directly, but gear can be re-issued in future Seasons.  

These re-issued versions will have a new Max Power Level based on the Season in which it is re-issued.

We’re going to experiment with how and when gear is re-issued into the game throughout Year 4.  Let us know what you think of the different methods as you experience them.

We spoke a lot about rewards last week, but still have some more juicy nuggets to share with you on some additional plans we have for next Season. Here’s Creative Lead Robbie Stevens with the details.

Hey everyone,  In Season 11 we’re trying something new with how and where you can earn Seasonal rewards.   

So far, every Season in Year 3 has followed a formula where the Seasonal activity (Vex Offensive, Sundial, Bunkers/Seraph Tower) asks for a significant amount of playtime to earn new rewards. While we believe that new content should be one of the best places to earn new rewards, we also realize that Destiny 2 is a big game and it can be frustrating to have so much of your playtime dictated by and focused solely on Seasonal activities.   

So, in Season 11 Seasonal rewards will drop from completing core activities (Strikes, Crucible, Gambit) as well as basically every other activity in the game, (see the full list detailed below). We want to make engaging with the entire game feel rewarding, and for every play session to give you a chance at earning Seasonal loot. In addition to new rewards, Season 11 also features two returning weapons each from Season of the Undying, Season of Dawn, and Season of the Worthy, for a total of six weapons that are free for all players.   Okay, we’ve talked about some of the places where you’ll earn rewards in Season 11, now let’s talk about how you can influence those rewards to chase god rolls and high-stat armor.    

Over the last few Seasons we’ve introduced Weapon Bounties that give you agency to chase specific rewards. While addressing bounty fatigue will be an effort that extends beyond Year 3, for the upcoming Season we’ve moved away from Weapon Bounties as part of that effort. Instead, we’re introducing a new type of [REDACTED] Engram that contains the majority of the Season 11 rewards, and by spending Seasonal currency you can influence the contents of this [REDACTED] Engram.    

To clear up any confusion let’s imagine if we launched this [REDACTED] Engram in Season of the Worthy. Imagine this engram contained all the Season of the Worthy weapons and armor. Now imagine you could take this engram to a Seraph Bunker and spend Seasonal currency to Focus the contents of this engram so it only contains the Seventh Seraph SMG and Shotgun. By focusing [REDACTED] Engrams in Season 11 you can choose your rewards, this includes the ability (once you’ve earned it) to Focus engrams so they only contain Season 11 armor with high-stat packages.

Season 11 Armor Focusing reduces the number of rewards in the engram so it only contains Season 11 armor.

Previous Season Weapon Focusing converts the rewards in the engram so it only contains the six weapons that are returning from Season of the Undying, Dawn, and Worthy.

When Season 11 launches, all players will get three focusing categories and Season Pass owners will have access to an additional 15

Note: In addition to the above list, [REDACTED] Engrams have a chance to drop when defeating combatants anywhere in the system, similar to Legendary Engrams. GUARDIAN’S HEART

Earlier this week, we wrapped our Guardian’s Heart Charity Initiative that had been going strong for the last month. We asked you to help support Direct Relief in their efforts to deliver supplies to hospitals and healthcare workers around the world. Guardians everywhere answered the call in full force and together you raised $788,923.19. Smashing our goal of $700k.

We’d like to thank everyone who donated, and everyone who volunteered their time to help spread the word by streaming in one of the 39 Bungie Bounties that we put on during the event. It’s been inspiring to watch this community come together once again to make the world a little better during a tough time.

The Player Support team is keeping an eye out for any issues players are reporting and have updates on how we are handling them.

HOTFIX 2.8.1.2

On Tuesday, May 19, Hotfix 2.8.1.2 will be available to players. Below is a timeline of Destiny 2 maintenance for Hotfix 2.8.1.2:

9 AM PDT (1600 UTC): Destiny 2 service maintenance begins.

9:45 AM PDT (1645 UTC): Destiny 2 is taken offline on all platforms.

10 AM PDT (1700 UTC): Destiny 2 Hotfix 2.8.1.2 begins rolling out across all platforms and regions. Players will be able to log back into Destiny 2 at 10:01 AM PDT.

10:01 AM PDT (1701 UTC): Destiny 2 is back online on all platforms.

12 PM PDT (1900 UTC): Destiny 2 service maintenance concludes.

UPCOMING RESOLVED ISSUES

Below is a list of issues that will be resolved with the release of Hotfix 2.8.1.2:

Season Pass Small Fireteam XP Buffs will now work as intended.

The Wormgod Caress gauntlets will no longer grant infinite 5x Burning Fists when repeatedly taken on and off.

Removing the Winter’s Guile gauntlets will now properly remove all Warlock’s Sigil perks.

ERROR CODES

On Friday, May 8, a potential fix was implemented for those experiencing frequent WATERCRESS error codes. Since May 8, we have been closely monitoring WATERCRESS reports and have noticed a significant decrease in WATERCRESS errors appearing. While we continue to progress toward a resolution, we recommend anyone continuing to experience WATERCRESS errors to report in our #Help forum.

We are continuing to monitor increases in BEETLE, RABBIT, BEAVER, and ANTEATER error codes.

GUARDIAN’S HEART

The Guardian’s Heart Initiative ended on Tuesday, May 12. Any donations made after 10 AM PST on May 12 are not eligible for the Guardian’s Heart emblem. If you donated within the Initiative’s timeframe and still have not received your emblem, please contact the Bungie Foundation with your donation receipt order number and date of donation for assistance.

I don’t know what’s worse; watching a long match of nothing but wrist locks and rest holds, or watching the competitors become exhausted from doing nothing but wrist locks and rest holds.

This is wrestling with no ropes, no turnbuckles, and no running allowed.

I remember once in 2019, people said Piper Niven is what wwe wants Nia Jax to be, but 10x better. You know what Nia Jax does well? Comedy. She understands how to be an entertainer. She understands how to perform in the ring without busting out that sweet workrate. Nia Jax found her niche, and that’s why she has a title rn. Piper Niven has not. In the spirit of fairness as well, the pandemic has not treated a lot of these women kindly, and it’s apparent to me that Piper has supremely suffered from it.

This makes me want to go watch Sasha vs Nia 2019. That’s how you make an intriguing match utilizing the difference in size between competitors.

Lol so Piper is in the corner, Isla hops up onto the turnbuckle in the opposite side of the ring, Piper slowly walks over and stops a mere 2 feet from where Isla is crouching up top, and then just stands there until Isla hits a meteora.
