Or maybe I could use the terms Id for Padme and super-ego for Obi Wan, and then there is Luke- Luke who is Padme’s heir and also Obi Wan’s jedi heir, coming together into the roles of both, the ego, the id, the conscience, son and jedi at once

I know it doesn't make much sense to compare these two productions, but I'm going to do it anyway since I've just realized it.

Kung Fu Panda 2 has a lot of red scenes, especially when Lord Shen is the focus, think about the scene of the fireworks factory or the final battle, and those scenes didn't hurt my eyes like the HH ones.

Maybe it's because of the character design, since I focus on them instead of the background, and they don't have red on their designs and if they have some, it's red accents and that's all.

Or maybe since the reds aren't that bright and saturated and are mixed with other colours, it isn't that bad, I don't know, but it looks so much better...

Yeah, this isn't painful to look at. It's not ten different shades of red on top of one another all screaming at your eyes.

Also helps that Kung Fu Panda is really good about color theory. Shen is black, white, and red, inner peace is green, heroism is gold, Every color means something, every color has a purpose.

What do you think Genos' reaction would be if he discovered that Saitama's mental health depends on him? And it's not just the "oh I would be so sad" type, is the "I would lose myself and I wouldn't even care about destroying the Earth" type.

You see....I was incredulous that after Genos absorbed his core's future memories, he failed to connect the dots that Saitama went that far because of him. That it was his death that made Saitama snap to the point of almost destroying the earth (and blowing up Jupiter) without a care. Alarmingly so. And then you realize Genos' own death was barely a concerned blip on his own radar (believing Saitama could just magically 'fix' everything no matter what happens.) Flabbergasted that his own disregard, self-worth and insecurities would fester under the ~splendor of Saitama's greatness~ to internalize such a colossal misunderstanding that 'he means nothing to Saitama'......D: Just...*violently shakes his shoulders* Genos baby, no. (His - and well, their chronic obliviousness, miscommunication, and dramatic irony reaching critical levels of frustration here)

Ahem, all that is to say...is that ONE is certainly aware. And if mp100's Separation Arc tells us anything, we can bet ONE's got this unresolved conflict in their relationship slowly simmering on the backburner for now, to be addressed all in due time. (Because the manga's already shown us their cautionary 'bad ending'; what's left is for them to progress where that doesn't happen again.) So will Genos ever learn (his own worth) how much he actually means to Saitama, and will Saitama ever consciously acknowledge how much Genos means to him?? As his very important emotional anchor tethering his sanity and humanity? Without conveniently forgetting, taking Genos' presence for granted, or continually sweeping it under the rug, leaving 'tomorrow's problems to tomorrow's him'?? I'd say only til ONE deems the time is right...

i hate to disappoint you anon, but he doesnt like popcorn! he hates how the kernels get stuck in his teeth and how loudly everyone else eats it and the smell of that overly salty artificial butter gives him a headache. if youre offering it to him, he miiiight eat just a few pieces of it to be polite if its sweet and/or the kind that has chocolate on it but dont expect him to take more than a few pieces

A vaguely silly thing I just pictured: Hunter finding out that Amity tried to vengeance kill Luz while Hunter is (extremely unhappily) hiding out with Darius somewhere. The fact that he’s told that Amity is now in on the whole thing (at as whole as he, himself, is aware) is the only thing that keeps him from trying to race back to the castle asap. But he’s still ranting and grumbling about the whole thing as he’s typing angrily back in forth with, who I assume is Amity in this situation.

And Darius is watching this from a one-sided conversation perspective and expresses his intense emotional tact by waiting until he is certain that both teens in question are still alive before asking Hunter amidst his fuming, “So…. Who won?”

Definitely. I mean I get it - they’re about to lose a feature they made a ton of adjustments to set up (oh tumblr live, you sure were… something that existed), so some changes are necessary.

As long as they keep at it and don’t leave these glitches and hiccups to linger, I can deal with it I guess. Also as long as the glitches are just visual and not literal (e.g. it just LOOKS like my queue is empty, not that it actually is), I’ll deal.

Hopefully it’ll look (and function?) better once we’re on the other side, and tumblr live is officially gone, lol.
