Fun fact: Did you know that Guc*ci officially collabored with Disney, so it's no wonder we see big reference in Disney fandom...(Yes sometimes you can see Daisy wearing official Guc*ci outfit)

Well since Neige in his RSA outfit already has very big inspi from Guc*ci fashion house (big patch pattern, wool cardigan, "carreaux petit carreaux...", beret...the bereeeet!!) I decided to search for an official Disney Luxe Couture outfit...and what better than..... Disney Limited edition dolls!!!! I decided to twist the design from the Premium Series Designer Snow White!

What are the most useful operators that are 3 stars or lower?

Kroos - Busted combo of having a crit talent with a double-shot skill. Very cost-efficient, also a very good pick for Integrated Strategies as well

Midnight - Lords are just a broken subclass (except Frostleaf, poor Frostleaf). Can access Arts damage with his skill to take down heavy DEF enemies

Cardigan - Very high HP for her rarity. A premium operator for stall-based strategies (such as VS the infamous Emperor's Blade) due to her tankiness and self-heal.

Melantha - Until they buffed Dreadnoughts multiple times and gave them strong modules, Melantha was seen as the strongest Dreadnought due to her sheer cost efficiency. Her stats are gigantic, actually too big for her rarity, which led to Dreadnoughts being seen for a time as a very bad Guard subclass when Franka, Skadi, and Matoimaru demanded way more resources to do the jobs that Melantha already did normally. She's still very strong for new players.

Spot - Another cost-efficient operator. Spot differentiates himself from the higher rarity Guardians by also giving evasion to people he heals. He's a good pick for IS thanks to his 0 hope cost and decent numbers.

Castle-3 (Max potential) - The difference between Castle at Pot 0 and Pot 6 is ridiculous. When you first get Castle, his ability gives 10% ATK and DEF boost to all melee allies for 10 seconds, which is humble but good for a 1 star operator. At max potential however, it becomes +20% ATK and DEF for 20 seconds, which is such a big increase for someone that takes up 0 deployment limit I'm kind of surprised they let it go that high

2018: went to the rep tour literally glendale night 1… i basically only knew her popular songs then and i was in the nosebleeds but i wish i had known the songs.. “gorgeous” became my fav. got a spotify account around this time and watched the rep mvs

2019: listened to some of taylors music on spotify (back when u didnt need premium) “welcome to new york” was my fav. i did see that lover came out and i saw part of the man mv on tv

2020: ashamed to admit but this was my gacha phase peak. “i knew u were trouble” is back on the charts but “wtny” stays on top. saw part of the cardigan mv on tv but other than that I HAD NO IDEA FOLKLORE AND EVERMORE EXISTED

2021: FEARLESS TV CAME OUT ON MY BDAY AND I HAD NO IDEA. BIGGEST REGRET OF MY LIFE

2022: ive had her on my radar since red tv so i was excited for midnights! i started listening to her music little by little. i listened to midnights the moment i got home from school that day (i had exams or sm) and i immediately fell in love (especially yoyok, the great war, and dear reader/ literally the holy trio) then i started listening to a bunch of taylor songs and her music was all i listened to LOL yoyok was my fav! (honorable mentions: yail and wildest dreams)

2023: spent 70% of my time listening to music on taylor and the other 30% on gracie abrams… yoyok still remains my fav but i listened to all her albums front to back, loved all of them. and in the summer i got tickets to the eras tour! (listened to speak now tv and 1989 tv the day it came out obvi)

2024: absolutely flabbergasted when she announce ttpd like two days before my show. had the time of my life at the eras tour and died dead when she sang dear reader and holy ground (which im embarrassed to say i didnt know much of the lyrics to) my fav remains yoyok! (honorable mentions; yail, whos afraid of little old me?, long live)

I've got you! Allison Borenstein, the creator of the "three style words" method, describes Ashley's style as "oversized, refined, and minimal", so I think those are words to keep in mind when shopping for pieces. You want to look for pieces that are designed to have a oversized look or that are literally larger than the size you would normally wear, but that are crisp and tailored without too much detail. Obviously their brand The Row is great for this style, but if you're on a budget, I would check out COS, Uniqlo, and H&M's Premium line. These are also brand that are pretty easy to find on resale sites if they're still out of your budget. I've seen a lot of COS pieces on ThredUp in the $10-$20 range.

For an example, I'm going to put together a capsule wardrobe of items that I think would fit Ashley's style from high street stores and try to keep it as inexpensive as possible. If you want, you can send me your sizes and I'll do another post where I try to find pieces from secondhand sites, but I thought I'd start with high street stores in case other people are interested in the same items.

First things first, you want an oversized white shirt. These are two options from H&M. One is the Oversized Poplin Shirt which is on sale for $8.99 USD and the other is the Oversized Cotton Shirt for $19.99 USD.

Then we need a pair of trousers. I like the Uniqlo Wide-Fit Pleated Pant for $49.90 USD, which have that perfect tailored but oversized look. You can also try these Wide Leg Pants from H&M for $34.99 USD.

Another staple of Ashley's wardrobe is an oversized cashmere sweater, so let's do this Men's Cashmere Crew Neck from Uniqlo for $59.90 USD. It comes in a ton of colors, which is awesome, and (except secondhand) I've never seen cashmere at a lower price.

For maxi dresses I was kind of struggling, but I would maybe go for a slip dress like the Wilfred Secret Maxi Slip Dress from Aritzia that's on sale for $43.99 USD. It can be worn under a shirt, sweater, or with an oversized coat.

I would also grab an Oversized Blazer like this one from H&M for $57.99 USD. I also like the Cardigan with Tie Belt from H&M for $29.99 USD. I think I've seen Ashley wearing something similar before.

A long oversized coat is a must for an Olsen twin style. I feel like every time I see them, they're in a long coat. I would maybe try this Double-breasted Midi Coat from H&M for $84.99 USD and wear it unbuttoned.

Then I would grab some accessories. I would go for a big pair of sunglasses like these for $12.99 USD and a structured bag like this one for $19.99.

And for shoes, I would grab a sandal like these for $26.99 and a loafer like these for $34.99.

All together, that's between $323 USD and $385. Definitely not cheap, but given that the least expensive thing I can find on The Row's website is a toe ring for $390, I think I did okay 😭

Inkling Alfred with a coral circlet on his cute days. And his favorite place ever is Musselforge Fitness and he has the most premium membership because he goes there everyday. And he has lots of athleisure fashion but also lots of knitwear and cardigans for his cozy days. He loves the Squid Sisters for their peppy vibes but his workout playlist is full of Off the Hook's powerful tunes. He makes friends with Every Single Inkfish he talks to. Or attempts to. He loves the big heavy rollers because he thinks it makes him look strong the way he can haul it around but he also owns a ton of the brushes and dualies for when he's DOWN for cardio and running around. hmmm i don't have a specific dream project rn, but boy if I had infinite yarn money I would make so many things with malabrigo yarns. I made this hat in their sunset yellow:

and it doesn't totally come through in pictures but irl it's the most wonderful luminous yellow. I would adore something bigger like a jumper in that but it feels way too extravagant. their forest green also…just the like subtle variance in the colour makes it stand out so much to me

if I had infinite time, I'd love to make a big old cardigan coat kinda like this one:

which is probably entirely feasible if I just slowly chipped away at it making squares but like: time and also wrist bad
