I'm not sure if the word combination means something else, but with the "urban = blackness" used in Problemsleuth, is it possible that calling HIC and her actions "urban legends" falls under that with her stereotypical way of speaking being akin to AAVE?

Hahaha. Okay, I see what you’re trying to say, but “Urban Legend” is an actual real term that exists, and it has nothing to do with race.

“Urban Legend” just means “Modern Folklore”. There’s a whole lot of them, ranging from Bigfoot, to Sewer Alligators, to Mew Under The Truck, to the 2016 Clown Sightings, to fucking Slenderman.

The term Urban being used as an indirect way to say Black is also present in Homestuck. But, again… Urban Legend is a real term. See, here’s the Wiki page:

I’ve gotten out of shadowban twice, but I see folx moving accs because of a shadowban, stay in shadowban for months and months.

Perhaps it has changed, but try writing to the tumblr technical support, all you need to say is how you can’t reply and send asks, your posts don’t show up in tags and other users don’t see notifications from you, and in some while it will be lifted with a email about a glitch. That while can be longer than any of us would like, but eventually it should come.
