Look, I may still be behind on Sonictober, but I can still partake in my yearly tradition of commemorative holiday drawings.

I figured I'd use characters that were prominent this year-- Leonte with TENDER FRAME, Program with Sonic is Dead!, and Primrose with me continuing to procrastinate on Monmona.

Was good posing practice, nightmare as it was.

Finally, the first page of the comic project!

When @isthatbloodonhisshirt posted My Name is Derek Hale and I saw the tag 'time loop', I cannot tell you how excited I was - I love time loop stories - and as soon as I started reading chapter two i thought 'man this is a cool visual, I bet it'd work pretty well as a comic'. And hey. Who's got two hands and a can-do attitude towards comic projects? This fella.

So here we go! I haven't done a long-form comic in more than a decade and I'm still figuring out how to draw the boys but doing a comic is always an ongoing learning process (: (part of that learning process is doing covers which uhhhhhhh is going to be at the end of the chapter for Reasons)

(Also Stiles' alarm choice is totally on me, bless Ella for giving the go ahead lol)

EVERYONE RUN IVE UNLOCKED THE ANIMATION SKILL!

i will be unstoppable now >:)

Anyways I was testing if Carmen’s werewolf design was animation friendly and uh in conclusion. Kind of? I changed the gradients on her paws and ears to solid brown, and that helped. BUT her floating spots and side stripes might be tricky to keep consistent in animation. Idk I don’t animate often (or ever till now, but I’m learning) so I have no frame of reference lol.

Exported gif & screen recorded in procreate bc exporting screws w the quality and colors for some reason

~10.7 hours in procreate, 8 frames, 16 fps
