Thinking about new to the band, Phantom having a sit down with Copia and Aether to discuss how they are progressing in their studies and practice. Aether is sitting beside Phantom, telling Copia just how good the newer quint is, how he's such a quick learner, a great listener, and a good boy. Now, Aether hadn't meant to let that slip; truly, he was just so used to praising his partners that he kind of... went off on a rant. He definitely didn't intentionally mean to pat Phantom on the thigh as he said it either but-- the noise that the ghoul let out was truly something. The pure need that Aether could feel radiating off of Phantom felt like a rush. Phantom tried to stifle the noise as soon as it was let out, but Aether still heard it, and now he wanted more. He kept his large hand on their thigh and looked to Copia. There was a glint in his eye that Aether knew all too well; the Papa was excited to find he had a new toy to play with.

uhhhhhh something something they both keep praising him and watch him squirm in his seat while he gets dumber and dumber from the praise

I think Swiss taught Phantom about the band Alestorm and now they listen to it together. Because come on- it's pirate metal. Of course Swiss listens to them. Its a silly gimmick. And Phantom likes them because pirates are cool.

I like to think that Phantom’s entire bedroom is just one massive sensory room.

There’s lots of different blankets (including weighted ones) so they can stim with whichever fabric they want. Many stuffed animals too (also including weighted ones).

Their drawers and bedside tables are filled with fidget toys, some make sound, some are for texture etc. They have a sensory swing in one corner, and there’s blackout curtains and soundproofing too.

Lots of different lights for whatever they’re feeling like string lights, water projectors, those disco looking ones. They have a sound machine as well that they can program with whatever noises they want. There’s also a few options for non-verbal communication like whiteboards and communication cards.

It’s not uncommon for them to come back at the end of the day and just go completely non-verbal in their cave, as the pack calls it.

There’s an unspoken rule that if the door is left unlocked Phantom doesn’t mind company, but you have to heed their rules. (Eg, if they want it to be quiet, if they’re too overwhelmed for touch, phones on silent, etc.) The pack are allowed to use it when Phantom’s not home, but everything has to go back exactly how they found it or Phantom has an anxiety attack.

Rain- GAD/Generalized Anxiety Disorder- i feel like he worries, but not in the social anxiety way. he's quiet but not in the social anxiety way. like he just thinks everything is gonna go wrong. poor bby probably suffers from panic attacks!!! also, i think he would be the type to start skin picking/nail biting/etc without noticing, and once he does notice, he can't stop thinking about it. now his brain wants to think about it!!!!!

Mountain- Sad/Social Anxiety Disorder- OPPOSITE OF RAIN. That's why he stays hidden behind his lil drum set. he doesn't need to be seen back there and that's what he wants!! he likes to few specific people and that's it. not naming names but his people are Rain, Copia, and all of the ghoulettes. they're just peaceful and help him feel better and think things out!

Phantom- ADHD/ Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder- i am RIGHT and if you disagree no you don't. he experiences executive dysfunction a lot and it really upsets him! he just wants to do things normally! he also always does that thing where someone asks/says something and he goes "what" but when they start to repeat themselves, he realizes what they're saying. he has slow processing like that (like me frfr). he subconsciously fidgets because he got so used to doing it that he doesn't realize what he's doing. like Rain!!! the ghoulettes let him do their hair 'cause he always needs to keep his hands busy so he doesn't skin pick etc etc etc

Thinking about Phantom beating the absolute shit outta someone (don't know who yet) based on my first fight I had when I was in HS

context : when i was a senior a friend of mine died and i heard a girl talking shit about my recently deceased friend so i jumped her in the middle of the library :)

Thinkin about Phantom just snapping on night, he's gone to the Abbeys massive old library, the one place he takes comfort and solace in. The one place Aether and Omega took him to show him of ancient books that spoke about quintessential ghouls, so if Phantom has any questions and they can't answer or aren't there he has resources.

Thinkin about Phantom who's feeling hopeless and overwhelmed, like he can't fill the shoes Aether left behind. So he goes to the library to read up on the books he's familiar with to try and better himself. Maybe it's his magic. Maybe it's not as good as Aether, not as strong. Maybe HES not as a good as Aether or Omega.

Phantom finding someone of the bands pack already in the library and his heart and stomach instantly fill with dread. He's wondering if he can get to his books silently, unnoticed.

Someone noticing him regardless and sighing, clearly irritated that he's even here. Picking up their books from the old tables intending on checking out and leaving.

Instead of getting hurt and sad, which is usually what that reaction makes Phantom feel: he feels anger instead.

Phantom "how dare they have such a visceral reaction to my presence when I haven't done a god damn fucking thing to them"

Phantom marching over to them and asking them what tf their problem is. Phantom all but launching himself at them, fueled by adrenaline, anger, and grief.
